본 연구에서는 초등교사의 성인애착이 교사가 지각한 교사-학생 관계에 미치는 영향에서 인지적 유연성과 적극적 대처가 매개하는지 검증하였다. 경기도에서 근무하는 203명의 초등교사를 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였으며, 측정도구로 성인애착, 인지적 유연성, 적극적 대처, 교사-학생 관계 척도를 사용하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 SPSS Macro를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등교사의 성인애착과 교사가 지각한 교사-학생 관계를 인지적 유연성이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 초등교사의 성인애착이 안정적일수록 인지적 유연성이 증가하여 교사-학생 관계가 향상됨을 의미한다. 둘째, 인지적 유연성과 적극적 대처의 매개효과를 함께 고려할 때, 초등교사의 성인애착과 교사가 지각한 교사- 학생 관계를 적극적 대처가 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 성인애착이 적극적 대처로 가는 직접경로가 유의미하지 않음을 의미한다. 셋째, 초등교사의 성인애착과 교사가 지각한 교사-학생 관계를 인지적 유연성과 적극적 대처가 순차적으로 매개함을 확인하였다. 즉, 초등교사의 애착이 안정적일수록 인지적 유연성이 높아져 적극적 대처를 하게 되므로 교사가 학생과의 관계를 더욱 긍정적으로 지각하게 된다는 것이다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 밝히고, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to identify and compare professional socialization in student nurses and nurses. Method: The participants were 70 student nurses in the first semester of their senior year, 27 new nurses, and 28 experienced nurses. Professional socialization was measured using the instrument developed by Du Toit(1995). Results: There was a significant difference in scores for total professional socialization among the 3 groups (F=3.650, p=.029) and the score for senior students was higher than that of new nurses. Of the 52 items, there were 10 items which had high scores (over 4) including 'Nurses should act in a professional manner'. 3 items which had low scores (under 3) including 'Nurses are innovative'. Nine items including 'Medical profession recognizes nursing as an autonomous profession' showed significant differences among the 3 groups. Conclusion: The findings suggest that socialization in the professional view of the job and professional role is needed in not only schools but also the clinical fields.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of nursing theories by Korean Journal of Adult Nursing (KJAN) for the last five years and to provide future directions for improvement. Methods: The study analyzed data collected from 323 research papers published in KJAN between 2010~2014. Descriptive analysis was conducted with a focus on frequency and percentage for the quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis was performed for the analysis of nursing theories. Results: As for research topics, the analysis results based on the meta-paradigm of nursing show that the most frequent factors of analysis were adult patients in the area of human beings, hospitals in the area of environment, depression, anxiety, and suicide in the area of health, and all the influential factors in the area of nursing. The analysis results of uses of nursing theories in the papers reveal that only 4(1.2%) out of total 323 papers used the nursing theories, which indicates that the linkage and utilization of nursing theories in the published papers for the last five years were poor. Conclusion: We needs to make efforts at the society level to activate nursing theory utilization in research which is beloved to connect nursing practice, education, and research.

Purpose: This research was conducted to explore the experiences of graduate student women with children fulfilling multiple roles and to generate a substantive theory. Methods: This study uses the grounded theory method based on Strauss and Corbin(1988)'s method. Interviews were conducted with 11 graduate student women who had children aged three of older. Results: The core category of this research is 'Role balancing for self-generativity'. Based on the core category, three types of married women graduate students' experiences were found. They are 'concentrating on graduate-work' 'postponing graduate-work' and 'adjustment between two roles' Conclusions: Through understanding the married women's multiple roles experience process, there can be a basis for making a women's health system and social support system for the married women graduate student. Also, this research is to generate a substantive theory which can helps to change social perspectives on the quality of life for the women who will contribute in Korean society as professionals.

This paper presents a case study involving one Korean primary school student and people around him in order to explore the reading process in English of a young Korean EFL learner and to investigate the social context in which his reading takes place. Six participants were included in the study (one primary school student and five adult participants). The student participant was asked to read a text in English and translate what he read into Korean and the teacher participants were asked to listen to the student's reading. Semi-structured interview was used to collect data from the student as well as five adult participants (his private tutor, his parent, his state school teacher, and two other state school teachers). The analysis reveals four characteristics of the way a young EFL learner approaches reading: word-by-word reading, disconnected word recognition, selective use of cues, and lack of awareness of difficulties. The four characteristics of Kilsu's reading suggest that reading can become a wild guessing game for young foreign learners, if they give selective attention to unimportant cues while reading. The pedagogical implications of this study are also discussed to help teachers designing reading lessons for young learners.

본 연구는 헬스케어분야를 전공하는 만학도를 대상으로 일과 학업병행에 따른 삶과 여가에 대한 이야기를 들어보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 4명의 만학도를 대상으로 일과 학업 병행과정에서 느끼는 일상의 내용을 중심으로 현재 삶과 여가, 여가의 긍정과 부정적인 점, 향후 삶과 여가에 대한 내용을 인터뷰와 함께 기술할 수 있도록 하였다. 이후 인터뷰 내용과 함께 기술내용을 상호보강하고 자기기입의 형식으로 서술하였다. 만학도의 일과 학업의 병행에서 여가시간의 감소는 삶의 질을 감소시킬 수 밖 에 없다. 하지만 본인의 학업의 목적과 여가의 균형을 잃지 않기 위해 저마다 노력을 하고 있었다. 만학도의 일과 학업 병행은 미래의 삶과 여가를 위한 선택이고 과정이다. 그 과정에서의 애환은 삶의 가치와 희망이라 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of socio-demographic variables, adult attachment and emotion regulation style on psychological well-being of university students. We conducted a survey on 318 university students in Cheongju-si and Hongseong gun. T-test, Pearson' productive correlation, hierarchical regression analysis were used. The results were as follows: First, there was a significant difference in emotion regulation style according to university student's sex. In other words, females used more support-seeking style than males did. Second, male university students' psychological well-being was high at more active style, less anxiety attachment and avoidant/distractive style, older students, less avoidance attachment, and higher economic status. Third, female university students' psychological well-being was high at less avoidant/distractive style and more active style, older students, less anxiety attachment, and more support-seeking style. In conclusion, emotion regulation style was the strongest factor to increase university student's psychological well-being among other variables. The implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

The present study explores how the stress of online learners is related to Korean cultural norms and social expectation and presents the criteria online education should aim at when designing instructional approaches. A sample of 176 students from a Korean online university participated in a study investigating the patterns in the academic and personal stressors they face. This study also examines stressor types in relation to sample characteristics, analyzed with a categorization method developed by extant researchers on the stress faced by U.S. college students. Unlike the findings of previous studies on college student stress, this study's results reveal that nontraditional Korean online students were faced with (1) taking on the multiple roles at work and home prescribed by cultural and social norms, and (2) challenges in regulating study habits and the learning environment as adult learners. The relevant implications for the design of online learning are discussed.

This study examines the relationship of adult attachment, social support, and subjective happiness of university students, and confirm the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between adult attachment and subjective happiness. Participants in this study consist of 284 university students enrolled in G city. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS to conduct descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and a structural equation model. The main findings are as follows. First, Attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance showed negative correlations with social support and subjective happiness. And social support showed a positive correlation with subjective happiness. Second, social support showed a partial mediating effect on the effect of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance on the subjective happiness of university students. This study is meaningful in providing basic data for educational and counseling interventions that enhance subjective happiness of university students.
