  • 정보화 사회에서 정보보호는 다소 불편하지만 정보를 이용하기 위하여 꼭 필요한 핵심기반 기술로 발전되어 왔다. 최근의 대부분의 IT 제품은 적어도 하나이상의 정보보호서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 정보보호서비스를 구현하기 위하여서 암호알고리즘 및 암호서비스가 구현되어야만 한다. 물론 컴퓨터 보안의 액세스 제어를 사용하는 안전한 운영체제 참조 모니터와 같이 정보의 주. 객체사이의 흐름을 관장하는 보호서비스는 별도로 하더라도, 시스템으로의 로그인만 하더라도 암호알고리즘의 사용은 피할 수 없는 필수적인 기능중의 하나이다. 따라서 암호서비스는 정보보호제품에 있어서 가장 중요하고 핵심적인 기본기능이 되었으며, 그 중요성을 감안하여 선진 제외국의 경우에는 국가에서 지정한 신뢰기관에서 알고리즘 구현에 대한 안전성 평가 및 암호 알고리즘을 사용한 암호모듈의 적합성 평가를 실시하고 있다. 본 논문은 정보보호 제품에 대한 안전성을 평가해 제품의 신뢰성을 높이고, 기술의 향상을 유도하는 국외의 정보보호 제품에 대한 평가 프로그램인 암호모듈 검증 정책을 연구한다. 또한 유사한 제도인 CC와의 비교를 통해 다가오는 국제 표준에 대비하여, 국내 정보보호 제품 보호와 기술보호를 위해 선진외국의 제도, 기술, 현황분석 및 국제 암호제도 공조체계 구축을 위한 기반을 제공코자 한다.

  • This study examined that how the corporate social responsibilities of a social enterprise affect their image and product attitude. In particular, separating into a real self-image and social self-image, the moderate effects of the accordance of self-image were tested. The results showed that each corporate social responsibility of a social enterprise affects their image except for social image. In addition, an accordance of the real self-image moderates the effect of the corporate activity image and social contribution activity image on the product attitude.

  • Background : Atopic Dermatitis is thought to be a common and chronic relapsing inflammatory skin disease that probably results from allergic reaction. Because it make some serious problems in children, it is needed to treat and at least subside symptoms. Objective : The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of GamiYeoldahansotang(加味熱多寒少湯) for treating Atopic Dermatitis and survey the general characteristics in children with Atopic Dermatitis. Method : Atopic Dermatitis with typical clinical symptoms were included in this study. Forty two patients were treated with hot water extract of GamiYeoldahansotang(加味熱多寒少湯) for four weeks. Clinical evaluation were made by Jacob T scoring system before and after treatment. Total Serum IgE, Eosinophil count were also conducted. Results : Reduction in body surface area was not observed. But significant reductions of severity scores before and after adminstration of GamiYeoldahansotang(加味熱多寒少湯) were observed in all of three groups: mind, moderate, severe. specially severe intensity group was very statistically significant.(p<0.05) Conclusion : We speculate that GamiYeoldahansotang(加味熱多寒少湯) has some therapeutic effects in mitigating the symptoms of Atopic Dermatitis.

  • As the citizens have the high level of knowledge and information in this society, they tend to participate the local government adminstration in various methods. The purpose of this study is to review the citizen participation programs which have been applied in local government administration, to determine the appropriate citizen participation programs for public libraries, to survey the Korean public libraries' citizen participation programs through the questionaries which have been developed and analyze the data, and to propose the success strategy of citizen participation programs in the public libraries. Also, tips for the efficient and dynamic public library administration by the citizen participation programs were provided based on inadequacies and other findings revealed through this study.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship that is found to exist between the technology-based self-service convenience orientation factor and the factors of convenience and quality. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire was developed by using the modified and supplementary questions that were examined in previous studies. We used the SPSS/PC 18.0 and lisrel 8.3 statistical packages to analyze the results of the research. For validating the research hypothesis and structural relationship of the research model, path analysis was used in this study. Results - The ease of use exerted a significant influence on the four dimensions. Information had a significant influence on transaction, benefit, and post-benefit convenience. Control had a significant influence on five dimensions. Conclusions - This study suggests that technology-based self-service convenience is classified into five multi-dimensional levels. Further, the study reveals that control, ease of use, and information are important variables in order to increase convenience. Therefore, for improving technology-based self-service convenience, it is important to improve the control, ease of use, and information variables.

  • The recent power systems are very complex and to model them completely is impractical for analysis of electromagnetic transient. Therefore areas outside the immediate area of interest must be represented by some form of Frequency Dependent Network Equivalent (FDNE). In this paper a method for developing Frequency Dependent Network Equivalent (FDNE) using Z-domain rational Function Fitting is presented and demonstrated. The FDNE is generated by Linearized Least Squares Fitting(LSF) of the frequency response of a Z-domain formulation. This Three-port FDNE have been applied to the test AC power system. The electromagnetic transient package PSCAD/EMTDC is used to assess the transient response of the Three-port FDNE developed under different condition. The study results have indicated the robustness and accuracy of Three-port FDNE for analisys of electromagnetic transient and harmonic assessment.

  • Cold hardiness of mulberry graftages was examined with two varieties, Kaeryangppong and Keomseolppong in early December. Exposure temperatures were three levels (-5, -10 and -15$^{\circ}C$) at the 4 exposure times (6, 12, 24 and 48 hrs). No damage showed at -5$^{\circ}C$ for 48 hrs. Survival rate decreased sharply from -10$^{\circ}C$, regardless exposure times. There was no survivals from -10$^{\circ}C$ for 12 hrs in Kaeryangppmong and from -15$^{\circ}C$ for 6 hrs in Keomseolppong. This suggested Keomseolppong was stronger in cold than kaeryangppong. Regrowth decreased drastically from -10$^{\circ}C$.

  • The hypoglycemic effects of 2 mushrooms, Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes, on streptozotocin(STZ) induced diabetic rats were investigated in this study . Diabets mellitus was induced in male Sprague-Dawley rats by the injection of STZinto the tail vein at a dose of 45mg/kg. Sprague-Dawley male rats(200-250g) were assigned to one control and three STZ-diabetic groups. Diabetic groups were assigned to STZ-control, pleurotus ostreatus and Lenitinus edodes groups. All groups were fed a AIN 76 diet. The two experimental groups were fed with each protein-bound polysaccharide(150mg/kg BW) for 14 days and with carboxymethyl cellulose for STZ-control group. The body weight gain was monitored and the blood levels of glucose and cholesterol were measured . Levels of protein triglyceride, and free fatty acid in plasma were analysed. Serum aminotransferase activity as also measured. The body weight gain was lower in the all diabetic groups than in the of normal group. The weight of spleen was reduced by adminstration of the Lentinus edodes protein-bound polysaccharides. The result suggest that orally administered Lentinus edodes protein-bound polysaccharides exhibited hypoglycemic effect in STZ -induced diabetic rats and that these protein-bound polysaccharides may be useful for the management of diabetes mellitus.

Removal of Sr and Cs Ions in Aqueous Solution by PVC-Zeolite Composite (PVC-Zeolite 복합체에 의한 수용액 중의 Sr 이온과 Cs 이온의 제거)

  • PVC-Zeolite composite was prepared by immobilizing zeolite with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The prepared PVC-Zeolite beads were characterized by using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), thermo gravimetric analyzer (TGA), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The removal properties of Sr and Cs ions from aqueous solution were investigated in batch experiment. The removal efficiencies of Sr and Cs ions by the PVC-Zeolite beads were dependent on the initial pH of solution. The removal efficiencies sharply increased at below pH 4 and was kept constant at pH 4 or more. The adsorption kinetics of Sr and Cs ions by the PVC-Zeolite beads were fitted well by the pseudo-second-order model ($r^2$>0.99) more than pseudo-first-order model. The maximum adsorption capacities of Sr and Cs ions calculated from Langmuir isotherm model were 39.37 mg/g and 55.87 mg/g, respectively.

Removal Characteristics of Sr Ion by Na-A Zeolite Synthesized using Coal Fly Ash Generated from a Thermal Power Plant (화력발전소에서 발생하는 석탄비산재로부터 합성한 Na-A 제올라이트의 Sr 이온 제거 특성)

  • This study evaluates the adsorption properties of Sr ions in an aqueous solution of the synthetic zeolite (Z-Y1) prepared using coal fly ash generated from a thermal power plant. In order to investigate the adsorption characteristics, the effects of various parameters such as the initial concentrations of Sr ion, contact time, and solution pH were investigated in a batch mode. The Langmuir and Redlich-Peterson model fitted the adsorption isotherm data better than the Freundlich model. The maximum adsorption capacity of Sr ions, as determined the Langmuir model, was 181.68 mg/g. It was found that by varying the Sr ion concentration, pH, and temperature, the pseudo-second-order kinetic model describes the adsorption kinetics of the Sr ion better than the pseudo-first-order kinetic model. The calculated thermodynamic parameters of ${\Delta}H^0$ and ${\Delta}G^0$ showed that the adsorption of Sr ions on Z-Y1 was occurred through a spontaneous and an endothermic reaction. We found that the adsorption of Sr ions by Z-Y1 was more affected by pH than by temperature and Sr ion concentration.
