The concept of DSS has been applied to profit organizations however, the purpose of this paper is to show how the DSS helps the school administrators to increase the productivity of their operation. DSS may change the structure and atmosphere of the school, but can't always make success in its implementation. Therefore top management should know the problems and its major limitations. Recently the price of micro computer has become cheaper and its capabilities has improved a lot. We'd better notice that decentralized control system will take place in school in the future.

The Web log has caught much attraction for tracing of customer activity. So many researches have been carried on it. As a result, Web log analysis solutions has been developed and launched lately. It has been in the spotlight to the website administrators and people in practical marketing business. Efficiency and objectiveness are the most critical issues in the evaluation of software projects. It is beneficial not only to software companies participated in bids, but to administrators of projects. This study attempts to find an improvement in the evaluation process by connecting the historical data of bidding companies in the software company report system with the governmental procurement system. The proposed means will eliminate unnecessary and repetitive submission step of bidding companies and provide the administrator with objective evaluation process. Also, this paper proposes an automated process for quantifying the business experience of bidding companies.

The roles-grafting research is an approach to educational studies intended to graft five roles of supervisors, graduate students, teachers, principals and administrators. The approach is divided into four chained and cyclical aspects: drafting research blueprint, revising research blueprint, executing research blueprint and assessing performances. The approach maintains five basic principles: principles of inheritance, innovation, practicality, scientific basis and grafting. It is a paradigm of innovative research that has been developed in China that is worth a thorough investigation and extensive analysis.

This study included empirical methods of study such as surveys and interviews with military hospital administrators from 14 military hospitals across the country. The results of the study is described below. First, results by demographic characteristics show that higher level of organizational commitment was found in males than females and in singles than married couples. Also, by organizational units, major units of military hospitals showed higher level of organizational commitment as well as job satisfaction. Second, Fair compensation had positive(+) effects on the study participants' job satisfaction and organizational commitment as the research hypothesized. Compensation included monetary and social benefits for the work performed. A transparent compensation system to reward members that performed the best for the department and the corps with appropriate amounts must be in place. Third, the organization culture of being considerate had positive(+) effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment while the culture of giving commands had negative(-) effects. Fourth, Conflict factors had negative(-) effects on job satisfaction with no direct effect on organizational commitment. Any organization must take measures when adverse effects of conflicts surface. As shown by the analysis results, conflict factors bring negative results to job satisfaction and organizational commitments. Department managers should utilize the proper function of conflicts as an accelerator in organization operation.

Recently, smart card system which is known as easy to portable and also safe from physical, electrical, and software attack is observed to manage information that becomes the target of security in safety. And java card graft upon java technology to smart card platform is having very good advantage with object-oriented techniques and also, java card have the open type OS that can show the same action in different hardware characteristic which allows various application programs. In this paper, we introduced independent execution characteristic of java platform because being set to each smart card was uncomfortable till now and we designed access control member card that allows several administrators in different access privilege by single card using java card. Several administrators can approach to various information of file type that is included on issued card to user by using different PIN. In the proposed method, confirmation of personal information, administration contents update, demand by contents, is possible by single card. At this moment, wish to do safer user certification that improve security limitation which is from PIN, used for user certification, and signature data. In the proposed method, as design and implementation of utilization technology of java card, biometrics, user certification which uses multi PIN, provide that more safety and conveniently.

Even though Korean medical law stipulates that number of patients attended by a nurse is 2.5 for hospitalization and 30 for ambulatory care, the number of patients cared by a nurse per day is much greater than the standard prescribed by the medical law. Current nursing productivity of nurses is not desirable unless the quality of care considered. Moreover. nursing manpower staffing based on neither current nurses' productivity nor standard of medical law cannot respond properly to dynamic situation of the medical services. As for the nurse scheduling, the critical problem of it in the hospital is determining the day-to-day shift assignments for each nurse for the specified period in a way that satisfies the given requirements of the hospital. Nurse scheduling, however, involves many factors and requirements, manual scheduling requires much time and effort to produce an adequate schedule. Under these backgrounds, the necessity of more efficient management of nursing manpower occupying 1/3 of total hospital workers has been recognized by many nursing administrators. This study was performed to develop a system computerizing nurse staffing and scheduling based on the patient classification. As a preliminary step for the system development, nursing workload in a secondary hospital was measured from Sep. to Oct. 1994. On the grounds of this result, computerization of nurse staffing and scheduling was proceeded with three options. First one is based on the current medical law. Second one is based on the assigned number of nursing staff. And the last is based on the request by patient classification. Computer languages used in this study were MS Visual Basic 3.0 for the staffing and Access 2.0 for the scheduling, respectively. Prospective users may operate this system easily because icons and mouse are used for easier graphic user interface and reducing the need for typing efforts. This system can help nurse administrators manage nursing manpower efficiently and nurses develop quick and easy schedule generation and allow more time for the patient care.

Science class is the starting point of science education where science teacher and students meet together to teach and learn science. Therefore successful science class is the main concern of various educational partakers, such as teachers, students, parents, school administrators, and science education researchers. In order to find what is important among the teaching abilities of science teachers, a survey was conducted to the various educational partakers. As the result of survey, students chose 'progressing a lesson' and 'teacher's attitude' are important, and in-service teachers chose 'analyzing learner characteristics and curriculum' and 'teacher-student interaction' are important, while the pre-service teachers and parents chose 'teacher-student interaction' and 'progressing a lesson' are important. In addition, the school administrators chose 'setting up teaching-learning strategy' and science education researchers chose 'understanding curriculum and developing teaching-learning method' is important along with 'analyzing learner characteristics and curriculum.' In the communication on science education among different educational partakers, these result can be used as the basic information to understand the different perspectives on a science class.

The number of domestic foreign worker increased rapidly In the 90s, and Domestic foreigner worker occupied important position in the various manufacturing industries or 3D types of business. In these situation, Government had kept policy that import foreigner worker through system for industrial technology trainee. Distinction and outrage about foreign worker who have ambiguous social position made many place of business seceders. At August,2004 a new introduced employment permit system has great significance that has fundamentally and drastically changed current foreign immigrant policy from the basis. Introduction of Employment permit system is expected to affect much effects to construction industry as well as manufacturing industry and service industry. In this research, with foreign worker and information of employment permit system investigated personnel expenses, work quality and attitude, labor power supply and demand, communication to affect in construction field at employment permit system through questionnaire with field administrators. This research will remove a side effect in construction industry through administrators' awareness and wish to present confrontation way.
