  • In this study, the undeniable digital multi-signature scheme based on the discrete logarithms is proposed. The proposed multi-signature scheme satisfies undeniability and is secure against active attacks such as fabrication and denial of multi-signature by signers. It is suitable for electronic election scheme in which several administrators are required. Especially in case of dispute among voters and administrators, the proposed scheme can resolve it due to the undeniable property. It can provide fair electronic election by minimizing the role of voting center, and can enable user-oriented electronic election.

  • Database Administrators (DBA) play a role in designing and maintaining database systems. It is one of the Information Technology (IT) jobs in high demand and is important in developing and maintaining Information Systems (IS). Little research has been conducted on the skill requirements for a DBA. By collecting and analyzing job ads posted on the websites of Fortune 500 companies, we investigated the skill requirements needed for today's DBA.

  • Modern job seekers often visit recruitment web-site for employment. Recruiting on the Internet is one of the fastest-growing recruitment methods. But there was not research about Internet recruitment in health care labor market. The purpose of this study is to research the actual conditions of hospital recruitment by using internet homepage of Korea College of Hospital Administrators(KCHA). Data were collected from 399 iob posting and job seeker's interest in Internet homepage of KCHA. This study analyzed the research model using data mining method. This study shows that the frequency of job posting and job seeker's interest depend upon a season. The result of this study indicates that there is necessity to present the various and specific employment conditions. As the recruitment becomes job seeker-centered in other industry labor market, it is also recommended in the health labor market. Therefore a job posting should provide a salary range and emphasize competitive benefits for job seekers in the health labor market.

  • Through diversification of 4th industries and transportation and globalization, tourism was developed for medical purposes, not limited to touring tourist attractions. The trend of medical tourism in Korea is shifting from large and medium-sized hospitals to professional medical services in one area of small hospitals rather than professional medical services. However, small hospitals lack medical coordinators and interpretation services, and tourists who visit Korea for treatment lack information on small hospitals. Therefore, a platform is needed to match small hospitals with medical tourists. In this study, using Platform as a Service (Paas) in cloud computing, clinic administrators can access the app to introduce information about their hospitals with simple manipulations. Tourists also want to propose a customized platform to select the right area for them to check information about small-scale hospitals and choose the treatment and tourist attractions they wants.   • Public libraries in Korea have undergone changes from libraries for just reading or keeping books to libraries with cultural facilities that provide information through various media. It was because of the "plan for building the information-oriented library" in 2000 that made the complexation of public library in progress. The alterations of the system have changed the structure as well as the grade ranks but haven't been considered enough for administrators or visitors. Hereupon, we are to study of the features by analyzing how the application of the system changed the structure of library. There are four stages in research methods. First, concept of public library and functional elements requested in the process of complexation were studied from literature. Second, vertical, horizontal and circulate changes were studied by applying subject libraries into prior research stereotyping the libraries. Third, mutual relations between each place were studied through J-Graph by elements. Lastly, rank changes according to centrality of space and users were quantitatively studied with space syntax. 4 notable changes were found in these analyses. (1)Vertical, horizontal and circulate structure of public libraries were homogenized. Since 2001, however, they have become diversified as all-in-one or detachable. (2)The space structure of library before 2001 was shallow tree shape while in 2001, period of transition, was the tree shape mixed with ring shape. As time goes on, it has become shallow tree shape again but connected by ring shape in part of reading and common space and in digital reference room. (3)Digital reference room was center of the space around 2001 and it ranked top for integration. After 2007, however, it has become setting off-center. (4)About the purpose of using public libraries, using it as space for administrators ranked top followed by space for visitors and common space before. For now, common space ranks top and space for visitors and administrators. 5 subject public libraries were selected respectively before and after 2001.

The Effects of Convergence Design Thinking on Preliminary Health Administrators' Social Problem Solving Competency: Intrapreneurship Integrated Curriculum (융복합 디자인씽킹 교육이 예비보건행정가의 사회적 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향: 사내기업가정신 통합교과 교육방안)

  • The purpose of the study is to verify the effectiveness the preliminary Health Administrators' Social Problem Solving Competency(SPSC) through the application of the learner-centered program Convergence Design Thinking(CDT) conducted by undergraduate school of Intrapreneurship the integrated curriculum, and evaluation of SPSC improvement effect. A pre-post-questionnaire survey was carried out that started March to June 2016 among the forty-five second-year college students from the Health Administration Department who participated in the CDT during the 15 weeks training. The main results are as follows. CDT were positive influenced on the improvement of Negative problem orientation, Impulsive careless style(ICS) and Avoidance coping style of the preliminary Health Administrators' SPSC. Especially, female college student or the absence of working experience, it was effective on the improvement of ICS of the participants. This CDT program identified having positive effects on their participation, SPSC. To further improve SPSC, The development of integrated curriculum and application of creative teaching method like this CDT is highly recommended.

IECS: an Integrated E-Community System for Management, Decision and Service

  • The paper presents an Integrated E-Community System (IECS) for management, decision and service, designed for the e-government project of Haishu District of Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. The project need is to promote the integration of management information and service information of communities, providing a unified platform on which different departments of the district government can share and exchange community information, government officers can analyze information and make decisions, and the outside users can access and request services. To meet the project need, the IECS consists of five parts: 1) The Central DataBase (CDB) that stores all information related with management, decision and service of communities: 2) Information Extracting Subsystem (IES) that provides functions of extracting data from data sources, transforming and loading them into the CDB for system administrators; 3) Information Management Subsystem (IMS) that provides functions of querying and sharing of information for government users, and functions of information maintenance, rights and log management for system administrators: 4) Intelligent Analysis Subsystem (IAS) that provides functions of extracting analysis related data from the CDB and loading them into the DW, and functions of multi-dimensional analysis and decision-making based on the DW and OLAP for government users; 5) Information Service Website (ISW) that provides functions of promulgating and collecting of information for government users and system administrators, and functions of browsing, querying and requesting of service information for outside users. The IECS supports management, decision and service of a government based on a unified data platform--the CDB, and ensures data security by providing different workplaces and rights for different users. In the real application, the system works well.

A Study on the Consciousness of Exhibition Administrator of National Museums (국공립 박물관 전시 행정담당자의 의식 연구)

  • An exhibition administrator, one who works in the exhibition space of museums and exhibition halls, has carried on various tasks in order to improve the exhibition standard and viewer's satisfaction. Although exhibition administrators have a variety of direct perceptions regarding an exhibition in the actual on-site space, a study on their consciousness was absent. Thus, this study was to comprehend the awareness of how the consciousness of exhibition administrators, who directly understand the various matters regarding the exhibition on-site, was structured and to investigate the difference between the consciousness of exhibition viewers and designers. For the study, Q-Methodology, which can scientifically manage the consciousness such as awareness and the acquired attitudes through individual experiences from a specific group, was applied. The classification of 33 Q-methodology research questions was carried out with 18 exhibition administrators, who are working at either national or public museums and exhibition halls in Korea, and the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) using the QUANL PC program was performed. The results of the analysis provided the following 4 types: 'viewer attraction and exhibition method oriented', 'exhibition standard oriented', 'public relations oriented' and 'the public and government's interest oriented'. Each type showed significant characteristics. Additionally, n showed that 'exhibition standard oriented' was the common type after comparing the type of consciousness among the 3 groups of people, such as an exhibition administrator, an exhibition designer, and a viewer. It indicated that the types of 'public relations oriented' and 'the public and government's interest oriented' from the consciousness category for the exhibition administrator were the most independent type, not being found in any of the other groups. And the Significant correlation between the exhibition viewers and designers was identified after examining the Pearson's correlation among the 3 groups.

Leadership Style of Medical Record Directors at General Hospitals and it's Effect on the Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction (리더십 유형이 구성원의 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 : 종합병원 의무기록실을 대상으로)

  • 1) Background: The hospitals of modem society, like any other business entities, have to constantly strive to secure their survival from aggressive changes and competition outside. In this unstable environment, effective leadership is one of the most effective strategies for securing organization's growth as well as stability. This study investigated types of leadership (transformational or transactional) that is dominant in medical record departments and compared it's effects on organizational commitment and job satisfaction of their organizational members by types. 2) Method: A questionnaire was developed and mailed to all medical record administrators working at general hospitals throughout the country except department directors (N=450). Of these, 150 useable questionnaires were returned and analyzed by t-test, multiple regression analysis using SPSS. 3) Results: The organizational commitment and job satisfaction were a little bit higher than moderate level, and that of leadership perceived by medical record administrators was also in moderate level throughout types. Significant characteristics (positively) related to organizational commitment and job satisfaction by univariate analysis were marital status (married), position (middle management) and both type of leadership. However transformational leadership was the only significant factor in leadership styles after considering all the factors related to organizational commitment and job satisfaction together by multivariate analysis. 4) Conclusion: The average organizational commitment and job satisfaction of medical record administrators was just in moderate level. Efforts should be made to increase them by improving leadership capacity of medical record directors, primarily by using transformational leadership approach.

  • The web, which is most actively used in the internet environment, is changing educational system. Students usually prefer the interactive and multimedia learning aids based on web applications and web media to static web pages. The former is known to enhance the effectiveness of learning. This paper proposes a study system which involves effective adaptation to the various changing factors of learners' progress and the corresponding automated evaluation system. Conventional evaluation utilizes normalized method, where the learning objectives generally set by the instructors or educational operators/administrators are usually pursued rather than the interest of the individual learners, which is not ideal for the computer-based learning. Web-based project-oriented learning system provokes the mutual participations among the users, operators, and administrators in understanding the jobs to be performed and the effort to enhance the progressive developments of knowledge and application capabilities. In this Paper, an automated evaluation system is implemented, where the instructors and web-operators/administrators work as hosts for education. The learners take advantage of user-oriented comparative learning and pattern design. The design and implementation of the project-oriented evaluation methods performed in the internet/intranet environments are discussed.
