병원행정직 종사자중 전공분야별 직무만족과 조직몰입 (Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Hospital Administrative Staffs according to Their Majors)

  • 본 연구는 병원행정직 종사자의 직무만족과 조직몰입도를 파악하고자 울산과 부산지역의 의료기관 행정직원에게 설문조사를 한 결과 338명이 연구대상자로 선정되었다. 직무만족과(임금요인, 담당직무, 승진, 대인관계요인) 조직몰입은 Like리 5점 척도로 5점(매우 그렇다)부터 1점(매우 그렇지 않다)으로 구성되었다. 자료 분석은 빈도분석, 분산분석(ANOVA), 상관관계와 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 직무만족도는 의료기사전공, 보건(원무)행정전공, 간호사전공 그리고 고졸 및 기타 전공 순으로 높았다. 조직몰입도는 의료기사전공, 간호사전공, 보건(원무)행정전공, 그리고 고졸 및 기타 전공 순으로 높았다. 직무만족과 조직몰입 변수간의 상관관계는 임금, 담당직무, 승진, 대인, 조직몰입도 모두 뚜렷한 정의 관계로 나타났다.

  • 디지털 정보통신의 발달은 여러 미디어 관련 분야들이 융복합의 형태로 발전하면서 사회의 각 분야에 급속한 변화를 이끌어 온라인 교육의 혁명을 가져오게 되었다. 이것이 교육환경에 영향을 미쳐 기존의 교수자 중심 교육에서 학습자 중심교육으로 바뀌게 했다. 온라인 교육은 시간과 공간의 제약에서 벗어나 기본적 인프라가 구축되어 있는 곳이면 언제 어디서든 수업이 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 이것은 반복학습 혹은 반복교수가 가능하기 때문에 학습자는 자신의 학습 유형(learning style)과 학습 성향 (learning orientation)에 맞는 수업을 받을 수 있게 되어 궁극적으로는 맞춤형 학습(customized learning)이 가능하게 한다. 그러나 이러한 온라인 교육의 장점 속에서도 여전히 면대면 교육의 필요성이 대두되는 바, 이 두 가지 방식을 적절히 혼합하여 상호 보완한 하이브리드 교육이 등장하게 되었다. 이러한 상황에서 앞으로도 온라인 교육은 계속해서 더욱 발전할 것이므로 기독교 대학은 향후 온라인 교육방식의 미래를 예측하면서 이에 대한 충분한 이해와 연구를 통해서 다양하게 활용해야 할 것이다.

Measuring (and Increasing) the Value of Academic Libraries

  • The value of the university library to faculty, students, and administrators has long been assumed. In an era of decreasing resources and increasing choices, academic librarians must now find the best ways to measure and demonstrate the value of the library to all of their stakeholders, including faculty members, graduate students, undergraduate students, administrators, and funders. Techniques to assess and measure value can also help library decision makers select the products and services that provide the highest return on investment (ROI) to the university community. It is important to measure and convey the value of the academic library; it is also possible to increase the value of the library to the university by carefully refocusing the academic library's products and services. In this presentation I will discuss methods and results from a recently completed study in eight countries that measured the value and ROI of e-journals to the grants process. The Return on Investment (ROI) of the e-journals collection to grant funding ranged from over 15:1 to just under 1:1 in 9 institutions. In addition, many other qualitative and quantitative measures of value are as important as derived measures like ROI. Building on that research study, I am now leading a team that includes the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) and several university libraries in a project funded by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services. We are collecting data using on the value of a wide range of library services using several methods for measuring the value of what the university library contributes to the institution and its stakeholders.

시스템 결함 분석을 위한 이벤트 로그 연관성에 관한 연구 (Correlation Analysis of Event Logs for System Fault Detection)

  • To identify the cause of the error and maintain the health of system, an administrator usually analyzes event log data since it contains useful information to infer the cause of the error. However, because today's systems are huge and complex, it is almost impossible for administrators to manually analyze event log files to identify the cause of an error. In particular, as OpenStack, which is being widely used as cloud management system, operates with various service modules being linked to multiple servers, it is hard to access each node and analyze event log messages for each service module in the case of an error. For this, in this paper, we propose a novel message-based log analysis method that enables the administrator to find the cause of an error quickly. Specifically, the proposed method 1) consolidates event log data generated from system level and application service level, 2) clusters the consolidated data based on messages, and 3) analyzes interrelations among message groups in order to promptly identify the cause of a system error. This study has great significance in the following three aspects. First, the root cause of the error can be identified by collecting event logs of both system level and application service level and analyzing interrelations among the logs. Second, administrators do not need to classify messages for training since unsupervised learning of event log messages is applied. Third, using Dynamic Time Warping, an algorithm for measuring similarity of dynamic patterns over time increases accuracy of analysis on patterns generated from distributed system in which time synchronization is not exactly consistent.

집단지성을 활용한 건설 전자매뉴얼의 정보 관리 모델 구축 (Development of Information Management Model for Construction Electronic Manual using Collective Intelligence)

  • 건설 산업이 대형화 복잡화 되어감에 따라 사업 전체의 업무 절차를 파악하고, 요구되는 다양한 정보들을 제공하는 데 어려움이 많아지고 있다. 이에 따라 기존에 정비 제조 분야에서 업무 정보를 제공하기 위하여 사용되고 있는 IETM(대화형 전자매뉴얼; Interactive Electornic Technical Manual)을 건설 산업에 도입한 건설 전자매뉴얼을 통해 사업정보 관리를 지원하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 건설 사업의 경우 사업 환경의 변화에 따른 관련 정보의 변경이 빈번하게 발생하므로, 관리자가 매번 변경된 정보를 수집하고 조직화하는 작업을 수행하기에는 작업 빈도가 높고 정보의 수집이 어렵다는 문제점이 발생한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설 전자매뉴얼의 정보 관리 주체를 관리자에서 사용자 전체로 확대하여 정보를 실시간으로 재구성하는 집단지성 개념을 활용한 정보 관리 모델을 제안하고, 이를 도시환경정비사업의 전자매뉴얼에 적용하여 활용 가능성을 검증하고자 한다.

지역대학생의 농촌경관 개선사업 참여를 위한 발전방안 연구 - 금산읍 농촌중심지 사업을 대상으로 - (A Study on Development Plans to Engage Local University Students in Landscape Improvement Projects in Rural Areas - The case of on the Revitalization Project of Rural Center of Geumsan-eup -)

  • This study aims to identify more reasonable and efficient development plans to engage local university students in landscape improvement projects in rural areas. To survey university students, residents, administrators and experts involved in such projects on important considerations in this regard, SWOT analysis was employed to identify important factors, followed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate their relative importance, identify problems and suggest implications for improvement. The results are summarized as follows: the relative importance of the SWOT group was in the order of opportunity, strength, threat, and weakness. For each SWOT factor, the relative importance of strengths was in the order of students' aspiration and passion, availability of creative ideas and designs, and improved attachment to their community. The relative importance of weaknesses was in the order of the lack of spontaneous participation of residents, short preparation periods and insufficient budgets, and the lack of experience in similar projects. The relative importance of opportunities was in the order of young students' activity itself being a boost factor to the community, students' endeavors arising a consensus among residents, and students feeling a sense of duty as representatives of their school. The relative importance of threats was in the order of projects being one-shot, temporary events, immaturity, and differences in preferences between older and younger generations. To draw an overall ranking of the sub-factors evaluated, the overall relative importance of the decision-making factors was evaluated. Among the sub-factors for each SWOT group, young students' activity itself being a boost factor to the community as an opportunity factor was shown to be the most important, while the lack of experience in similar projects was shown to be the least important as administrators and experts made appropriate interventions in each stage.

병.의원의 환자용 의류제품 관리 현황 (The Present Conditions of Clothes Management by Hospitals for Patient Use)

  • This study investigates the present conditions of hospital clothes management. A survey was conducted with 72 respondents from 28 different hospitals in April and May 2009. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and correlations using PASW 17.0. The results were as follows: (1) Administrators, nurses, and outside specialists took part in the clothes management process. The administrators participated in the process of purchase determination. Nurses involved in the design, size selection, and outside specialists were responsible for routine management. (2) Most clothes were planned through the discussions between hospitals and manufacturers. Price was the most important element to determine the purchase of clothes. Size systems were various depending on the conditions of the hospital according to the number of beds. (3) Laundry duties were performed by the hospitals themselves or in specialized laundry plants. In addition, the hygienic condition of clothes management were satisfactory. (4) Patient gowns were evaluated positively, yet some complaints from patients were reported. (5) Various medical supplies were used and were uncomfortable related to textile and fitting problems. Future research themes are suggested based on these results.

학교관리자의 지원에 대한 영양(교)사의 인식과 직무만족도 (Perception on School Administrator's Supports and Job Satisfaction by Nutrition Teachers (Dietitian))

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the association between school administrator support as perceived by nutrition teachers (dietitians) and job satisfaction in order to provide data concerning efficient job performance of nutrition teachers, to determine effects of school administrator support on job satisfaction in nutrition teachers, and to provide basic data that could help improve school meals. Major supporters of nutrition teachers (dietitians) were chief administrators (55.3%), principals (27.2%), assistant principals (15.0%), and managers in charge (2.4%). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) scored 3.38 for perception of school administrator support, 3.66 for emotional support, 3.27 for informational support, 3.22 for instrumental support, and 3.11 for evaluation support. Support of nutrition teachers (dietitians) by school managers included emotional support (3.66)>informational support (3.27)>instrumental support (3.22)>evaluative support (3.11). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) scored 3.37 for job satisfaction, as follows: work performance (4.19)>interpersonal relationships (3.39)>job satisfaction in general (3.37)>job itself (3.29)>job environment (3.07)>performance rating and benefits system (2.70). Statistically significant correlation was observed between perception of school administrator support and job satisfaction (r= .771, p< .01). Therefore, school administrators are necessary to provide evaluative supports to nutrition teachers (dietitians), performance assessment, employee benefit packages, and improvement of school meal plans and quality.

학생 정신건강 지역협력모델이 학교 정신건강 인식에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Students' Mental Health School-Community Cooperative Model on the School Mental Health Awareness)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Students' Mental Health School-Community Cooperative Model on the school mental health awareness of the participants (school administrators, teachers, students). Methods: Data were collected from 140 schools that participated in the project. The questionnaires were composed of items about the school mental health policy, climate and capacity. The data was analyzed through paired t-tests between pre and post, and a comparison was made between the 1st and 2nd phase regions. Results: The total scores of the teacher and student groups increased significantly, whereas those of the school administrators did not. The awareness of the teachers showed more changes in the 1st phase regions, while those of the students changed more at the 2nd phase. Conclusion: Based on the results, the expansion of the Students' Mental Health School-Community Cooperative Model was proposed.

교육 연구가 및 교육 행정가의 고등학교 가정과교육에 관한 인식도 연구 (A Study on the Educational Researchers′and Administrators′Recognition of the High School Home Economics Education)

  • The lack of characteristical understanding of the Home Economics Education will have difficulty in achieving the goal of the Home Economics Education. To allow the Home Economics Education class in school contribute toward the enhancement of the quality of life, it is inevitable to reinforce the recognition of the importance and necessity of the Home Economics Education and to newly propose a directional guidance forward the coming 21st century. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for planners of the future Home Economics Education by surveying research administrators in charge of programming the overall school curriculum. This study was conducted under the following procedure to have the outcome as follows ; 1. Answers from respondents of age over 50 or careers over 16 years tended to grasp the goal of Home Economics Education in relation to the enhancement of quality of life rather than to the accumulation of knowledge, skill or capacity. 2. Of all the surveyed, 9.64% regarded Home Economics Education as an essential part of school education and the positive ratio was higher with younger respondents. 3. To the question asking if the high school Home Economics Education could have influence on one's capacity, 97.2% of the answerers said yes. The respondents with career under 15 year showed 100% of positive agreement in this matter and of age under 40 marked much higher ratio of 98.84% than the elders. 4. The overall recognition of the necessity for separate sections in Home Economics Education programmed in accordance with the 6th Revision of High School Curriculum displayed a considerably high ratio, with a little differences among age and job groups.
