The purpose of this study is to establish landscape planning, and to find out to administrative system and improvement way on landscape plan in Korea. We have sought for research trend and the concept of landscape planning related to the landscape planning through the investigation of books and documents, and have analyzed the characteristics on the law for landscape plan in United State of America, United Kingdom,, France, Germany, Japan and Korea. As the results of this study are as follows; 1) A state developing local self-governing body as United State of America, United Kingdom and Germany carried out individually landscape plan. Especially, it raises clarity of administration to fix residents participation(Nonprofit Organization : NPO) and secures responsibility. 2) A state of centralized authoritarian rule as France and Japan applies common law to the nationwide but commission's concrete management or conference. 3) And so in Korea and applicable landscape plan was made on the basis of town-planning law and managed with ordinances for landscape. In here the important thing is division of role of central and local government and residents. This study proposes the system of planning and analyzed the related laws for the landscape formation and management. The future research on the character of the local areas, providing many chances with people in the community through publicity activities, and rearing the expert group on this matter should be made in the future.

Changes in society organization of rural villages in our country are caused by aging society and lessening of economic activity population aggravates the economy of rural villages. With this, it joins in with the aging of village community center, the representative center space of the rural village and therefore, it is a point of view where the change is necessary in the size and the side of function. The research which it sees is made on-the-spot inspection and literature investigation compensate in behalf of 25 administrative village community centers led in the object by grasping present status and drew up the layout sketches and plane surface degrees of the village community centers. By referring to the photographs and the topographical maps taken in the spot, it was able to divide the village community centers into side of arrangement, side of plane surface and side of form and managed to seize the characters, problems and improvable directions of each of them. The research result could be used as a guidable provision and be applied in the fundamental research in developing model of village community centers during space planning in the future.

Recently, the establishment of Project Management System for National Research and Development Projects focusing on researchers has drawn sharp attention through revision of applicable laws and regulations, and presentation of national policy tasks for the management of national R&D projects, however, it is insufficient to say that a remarkable system has been established by researchers. In this study, a National Research Automated Registry Code Numbering System was suggested by using a National R&D Projects Human Resource Declaration System for Project Management System for National R&D Projects focusing on researchers. In addition, a National Research Automated Registry Code System was sought in order to realize this system. Through this suggestion, consolidation of personal information protection can be attainted through the national career management, and by raising the participation of researchers naturally, reduction in administrative affairs, simplification of accomplishments verification, and improvement in investigation, analysis and evaluation statistic quality can be expected.

Current OSH system was analyzed in this paper to explain why high fatal incidents and disasters are continuously repeated for recent years in Korea. It was found that we have Dichotomous Perceptional Misconception of prevention before accident and compensation after accident and there is a significant lack of proper feed­back reward system for OSH performance. It was assumed that no reduction of accident rate and fatality rate have not been achieved recently despite of a great effort and increased resource allocations. Some statistics for proving weak punishment were analyzed. In the current system, the will of administrative agency would have been very limited particularly in the legal aspects. The Industrial Safety and Health Act is not suitable to after-injury punishment for employer and/or corporate since it is based on a framework for enforcement of prevention. Based on these analyses, it was concluded that there was a need to consider a special law for Corporate Accountability for Fatal Accidents. Because it is necessary to consider seriously for introduction of a new legal system for after injury punishment to repair the current system where it was found lack of proper feedback system. Also, there was no proper sanction measures for corporate with the current OSH legal system, and the most urgent problem in OSH area is the high fatality rate. it is necessary to consider seriously for introduction of a new legal system for after injury punishment. The objective of this report is to introduce the European Union's variation rules governing medicinal products that are subject to post-approval changes. The EMEA outlines a variety of changes occurring to approved medicinal products. It also recommends a marketing authorisation holder to follow specific post-approval applications in various situations. For instance, the Commission Regulation(EC) No. 1085/2003 explains variation types and suggests post-authorisation procedures with which an applicant should comply. In all cases of minor and major variations the applicant has to investigate and validate whether or not the intended changes would have impact on the safety, efficacy and quality of a drug product. The applicant should then submit to the EMEA a variation application with adequate documentation in support of the notified changes. This procedure is implemented to ensure that changes to the approved medicinal product do not cause my public health concerns. In fact, the post-authorisation guidance categorizes post-approval changes into type IA/IB variations, type II variations, and extension applications. Such classifications determine administrative procedures to be followed in an efficient manner. Based on the type of a variation, the regulatory agency opts to reduce or extend the evaluation time-frame. The thrust of the EU's post-authorisation guidance is introduced in text with appropriate explanation. All these information will be likely to be helpful in updating a Korean regulatory guidance that could better deal with post-approval changes to generic drugs available in the market.

This study was carried out to offer direction to the Housing Management Support Center in terms of its key features and specific operational tasks. The research involved the property management office (n=35) and Resident Representatives of the apartment blocks (n=52). Advisory Services conducted a consumer survey, as well as a survey of expert interviews (n=15). Survey results were as follows: (1) the Managing Director and secretary residents were satisfied with the Diagnosis and Advisory services; (2) the administrative support services need to address housing issues, including a long-term repair plan and advice on using long-term repair reserves and "conflict resolution associated with public housing management"; and (3) there was a greater need for a "basic, common-sense Housing Management Information Base to provide services to the Resident Representatives of the apartment blocks". Based on the survey results, the main roles of the Housing Management Support Center are to act as a House of Commons Administrator to handle complaints with counseling, diagnosis and advice; to support the Resident Committees; to provide professional training, research, and investigation; to support community revitalization; to manage the business of guidance and inspection; to coordinate conflicts and disputes; to build a comprehensive source of information; and to build networks.

The purpose of this article was to be offered data for the efficient management of healthy family support center as the deduction of the standard job of healthy family supporter. The process of this study take the major steps as subject selection based on career, investigation about range and contens of healthy family support work and deduction and examination job areas, duty and task. Consequently, the job areas of healthy family supporter are generalization, counseling, education, culture, administrative affairs, taking care of children and taking care of children for family living with a handicapped child. The standards of job analysis are frequency, importance and number of human power. The result and procedure of this article provides the main data and idea for the development of a tool of measurement, ajob analysis and information of the specialty and role of healthy family supporter.

The Title 19 of the U.S. Code covers custom duties and is the heart of international trade regulation in the U.S.. Among the provisions in Title 19, is Chapter 4, the Tariff Act of 1930. Under U.S. Antidumping duty law, dumping occurs when `subject merchandise' is imported into the U.S. and sold at less than `fair value.' The administration of U.S. Antidumping duty law is shared between the Department of Commerce('Commerce') and International Trade Commission('USITC'). The U.S. Court of International Trade ("CIT") and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ("CAFC") decided the review of antidumping duty ("AD") determinations and administrative review results issued by the Commerce and the USITC, as well as the review of countervailing duty ("CVD") decisions. In Eurodif S.A. v. United States, the CAFC considered the important issue of whether the antidumping and countervailing duty laws apply to sales and purchases of services--in this case, the sale or purchase of enrichment services. Although the federal courts had considered the issue of whether a sale of enrichment services constitutes a sale of goods, the issue had never arisen in the context of the antidumping and countervailing duty laws. Also this is the first time that the Supreme Court has ever agreed to consider an antidumping case.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify nurses' duties and tasks for job analysis of the nurses in the operating room. Methods: This study was descriptive investigation research using the 3-point likert scale questionnaires and the level of importance, difficulty and the frequency of each duty and task were analyzed. Data were collected by 422 OR nurses from 57 hospitals. Results: Job of OR nurses included 13 duties and 105 tasks. The 13 duties were 'management of operative patient' 'assistive work for operation' 'supportive work for operation' 'infection control in OR' 'management of equipments and instruments for operation' 'administrating medicine for operation' 'supplies management for operation' 'safety management for operation' 'environmental management for operating room' 'administrative work for operation' 'education for operating room personnel' 'development of operation procedure books' and 'elf development of OR personnel' Conclusion: This study identified duties and tasks performed by OR nurses. Based on these results, the importance, frequency, and difficulty in this study will provide research evidence for developing training programs for OR nurses.

The purpose of this study is to extract metadata based on Dublin Core from national construction information DBs, to design XML schema from the extracted metadata and to apply the previous works to integrated information retrieval system. To extract metadata, co-work was performed with librarians in the field of construction information, and. as a result, twelve metadata elements from Dublin Core and one administrative metadata could be extracted. Based on the investigation and analysis of those thirteen metadata elements, XML schema design process was described in detail. finally, the service environments of integrated information retrieval system to which XML schema was applied was introduced. Further study was also provided.
