Dispute is construction itself. Serious difficulties ore occurred between contract parties when These disputes have occurred. Authority may fear the defective work if the requirement of contractor is fully reflected in the adjustment of contract. On the other hand the contractor may have fears that no payment or some payment of the extra work or the additional work done will be required. Therefore these problems must be resolved before these result in an enlarged riffle effect. To reduce the fear of the contract parties, ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution) process were suggested.

Many users of 3D virtual city are Utilize a texture image for the cognition of real object. In this study, building's facet images were achieved by a digital camera and adjusted its distortion by use of the 2D projective transformation method. After then, Images are mapped to a 3D building model by means of the OpenGL. Application program is able to offer an automation solution to construction process of the 3D virtual city.

Recently, since adjustment systems of various CCT(Correlated Color Temperature) are much developed, lighting environment of indoor has created by such various CCT lighting systems. If an indoor image of fixed CCT will quickly correct images of various CCT, lighting or interior designers can utilize it to persuade his or her clients in the indoor lighting planning process. Therefore, this paper presents fundamental data which are RGB data of seven color images for the correction of image by three different CCT.

This paper presents the system that decreases the Jitter value having an important effect for signal quality in optical disc memory. Level controller of input signal was made and applied to line between format generator and laser beam recorder of DVD. This try means to decrease jitter value without adjustment for many kinds of mastering process. Experimental results show that the jitter value is about 6.9%.

When size and shape of moving object have been changed, a correlator often accumulates walk-off error. A success of correlation-based tracking largely depends on choosing suitable window size and position and thus transferring the proper reference image to the next frame. For this, we propose the Adaptive Window Algorithm with Four-Direction Sizing Factors (AWA-FSF) for fast adjusting a reference region to enhance reliability of correlation-based image tracking in complex cluttered environments. Since the AWA-FSF is capable of adjusting a reference image size more rapidly and properly, we can minimize the influence of complex background and clutter. In addition, we can finely tune the center point of the reference image repeatedly after main tracking process. Thus we have increased stability and reliability of correlation-based image tracking. We tested performance of the AWA-FSF using 45 real image sequences made of over 3400 images and had the satisfied results for most of them.

This paper proposed the method of creating image mosaic in automated fashion. It is well known that geometric and radiometric balance in adjacent images should be maintained in mosaicking process. The seam line to minimize geometric discontinuity was extracted using Minimum Absolute­Gray-Difference Sum considering constraint condition in search width. To maintain the radiometric balance of images acquired at different time, we utilized Match Cumulative Frequency, Match Mean and Standard Deviation and Hue Adjustment algorithm. The mosaicked image prepared by the proposed method was compared with those of commercial software. Experiments show that seam lines were extracted significantly well from roads, rivers. ridgelines etc. and Match Cumulative Frequency algorithm was performed pretty good in histogram matching

Approximately equivalent to character disorder or character neuroses or behavioral reaction. For a discussion of the term as used currently, in the 1968 revision of psychiatric nomenclature(DSM-II). In DSM-I(1952 nomenclature), this term referred to those cases in which the personality, in its struggle for adjustment to internal and external stresses, utilized primarily a pattern of action or behavior rather than symptoms in the mental, somatic or emotional spheres. There is minimal subjective anxiety and little or no sense of distress. As thus defined, there are three main groups of personality disorder, personality pattern disturbance, personality trait disturbance and sociopathic, personality disturbance. Morton Prince asks whether a subconscious process can perform the same function as are ordinarily performed by conscious intelligence that is to say memory, perception, reasoning, imagination, volition, affectivity, etc? He cites clinical material at great length, concluding that the quality of the functions performed they frequently exhibit, that which is characteristic of intelligence.

Through fuzzy logic controller is very useful to many areas, it is difficult to build up the rule-base by experience and trial-error. So, effective self-tuning fuzzy controller for the position control of ball and beam is designed. In this paper, we developed the neural network control system with fuzzy-neuron which conducts the adjustment process for the parameters to satisfy have nonlinear property of the ball and beam system. The proposed algorithm is based on a fuzzy logic control system using a neural network learinign algorithm which is a back-propagation algorithm. This system learn membership functions with input variables. The purpose of the design is to control the position of the ball along the track by manipulating the angualr position of the serve. As a result, it is concluded that the neural network control system with fuzzy-neuron is more effective than the conventional fuzzy system.

In this study, the Buckling restrained braces reinforced with engineering plastics that can compensate for the disadvantages in the manufacturing process of the existing buckling restrained brace. The proposed PC-BRB was fabricated to evaluate the reinforcement effect by carrying out a structural performance test and a full-scale two-layer frame test through cyclic loading test. As a result of PC-BRB's incremental and cyclic loading test, stable hysteresis behavior was achieved within the target displacement, and the compressive strength adjustment coefficient satisfied the recommendation. As a result of the real frame experiment, the strength of the reinforced specimen increased compared to the unreinforced specimen, and the ductility and energy dissipation increased.

Nowadays, The function of telecommunication contributes to maintaining the peace of the world, and the international cooperation in the communication field can not be emphasized too much. The pioneers in telecommunication field dvoted their lives to the infinite love for humanity. However, the modern communication system in our country was initiated, in the later part of the Lee-Dynasty, not for the international cooperation but for the invasive avarices of the neighbouring nations such as Japan and China. The true international cooperation should be based on the love of humanity and the peace of the world such as the pioneers'. This paper proposes to resarch the historic process of initiation and development of the international organs relating to telecommunication as well as the international telecommunication network. Finally, I will make the following suggestions for the promotive direction of the true international cooperation. 1. Intensification of the radio administrative power. 2. Promotion of the international cooperation on the man-power and economy in telecommunication field. 3. Establishment and adjustment of research institutes of telecommunication. 4. Promotion of space communications. 5. Establishment of the world telecommunication network for world-wide peace.
