효과적인 서비스실패 회복 전략을 모색하는 기업이 증가하면서 복합적 서비스회복 전략을 사용하는 기업이 종종 목격되고 있다. 그런데 서비스실패 회복 전략에 관한 대부분의 연구는 단일 회복 전략에 집중하고 있어 현실 세계에서 목격되고 있는 보상적 할인과 재서비스 등 서로 다른 비용구조를 지닌 복합적 서비스회복 전략을 충분히 조명하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제의식을 토대로, 이 연구에서는 기존고객에 대한 인센티브를 조명한 Biyalogorsky, Gerstner, and Libai(2001) 모형을 서비스실패 회복 인센티브를 조명한 Zhu, Sivakumar, and Parasuraman(2004) 모형과 접목한 게임모형을 통해 서비스실패 상황에서 서비스회복을 위한 보상적 할인과 재서비스 등 서로 다른 인센티브의 적절한 배합구조는 어떻게 형성하는 것이 유리한지, 서비스실패 심각성이나 재구매에 필요한 최소만족요구수준이 달라질 때 이러한 균형은 어떤 영향을 받게 되는지 등을 살펴보는 이론적 연구를 시도하였다. 이 연구의 주요 발견점은 다음과 같다: (1)서비스업체는 서비스실패 회복 전략으로 보상적 할인과 재서비스 함께 고려함으로써 이윤을 증대시킬 수 있다. (2)서비스업체가 서비스실패 회복을 통해 고객 유지를 도모하는 경우, 서비스실패 심각성이 일정 수준 이하일 때는 서비스실패에 따른 효용감소가 심할수록 보상적 할인과 재서비스 수준을 늘리는 것이 바람직하지만, 서비스 실패 심각성이 일정 수준 이상일 때는 서비스실패에 따른 효용감소가 심할수록 보상적 할인만 늘리고 재서비스 수준은 줄이는 것이 바람직하다. (3)고객 유지에 필요한 최소만족수준이 높을수록 총 보상 수준을 높이되, 총 보상 중 보상적 할인 비중을 높이는 것이 바람직하다.

Major approaches of Social epidemiology; 1)holistic, ecological approach, 2)population based approach, 3)development and life-course approach, 4)contextual multi-level approach, have stressed the importance of not only social context of health and illness, but also the population based strategy in the health interventions. Ultimately, it provides the conceptual guidelines and methodological tools to lead toward the healthy public policies; integrated efforts to improve condition which people live: secure, safe, adequate, and sustainable livelihoods, lifestyles, and environments, including housing, education, nutrition, information exchange, child care, transportation, and necessary community and personal social and health services.

Railway is huge traffic system which is operated organically combining all the elements; vehicle, track, electric power, signal/communication, operation, etc. Safety level has ben improved steadily by learning lessons from past accident. But with rapid progress in high-speed, massive, high-frequency transit fresh idea of accident prevention is now in order. In quest of effective and efficient countermeasure, we aim to establish an adequate safety evaluation/management method. Our proposals are basic concept relating to safety analysis of fatal accidents, AHP of Saaty, Fuzzy AHP.

Before building houses or apartments, we need to predict noise propagation to eliminate possible noise problems to residents. However, we do not try to predict noise propagation during estimation of noise effect for the developing area since we did not have a good mathematical model to predict noise level due to a traffic noise. In this article, an adequate mathematical model has been developed and proved to predict noise effect to living area due to a traffic noise.

Through AIS(Automatic Identification System), ITU-R suggested the navigational data communication between ships and between ships and shore stations for the better safety of navigation, and it requires two different the transmitting output power level depending on its operating mode. According to ITU's recommendation, these levels should reach within 20% of its final value in 1ms. In this paper, an adequate feedback control circuit for power amplifier module is designed and implemented.

A mixted integer non-linear programming model which has the object function as minimizing building costs, and constraints with the functions for carrying capacity and service level of queueing time is developed. By using the proposed model, the most adequate on a building and the most economical elevator's specifications could be determined by sequential search method like complex method.

As a method to control the bacteria number in adequate level, a real time control system based on microscope image processing measurement for the bacteria is adopted. For the experiment, Ammonia-oxidizing bacteria such as Acinetobacter sp. are used. This paper proposed hybrid method combined watershed algorithm with adaptive automatic thresholding method to enhance segmentation efficiency of overlapped image. Experiments was done to show the effectiveness of the proposed method compared to traditional Otsu's method, Otsu's method with adaptive automatic thresholding method and human visual method.

Recently, massive concrete structures exposed to salt from ocean marine environments, or from winter deicing. The corrosion caused by chloride-penetration may affect severey the durability and service life of such a concretestructures. Thus, it is necessary to develop durable concrete to enhance the corrosion resistance. In this study, we investigate the usage of adequate corrosion-protection materials in order to reduce permability-coefficient of concrete and method of enhancing the durability of concrete structures using by penetrating corrosion-protection materials.

Sedation is frequently required to relieve anxiety in the field of dentistry. Among sedation techniques, oral sedation has been widely used because it is easy for administration and has a wide acceptability for dentists. This article discuss the pharmacology of oral sedatives and therapeutic considerations of these drugs, and finally how to manage apprehensive patients using oral sedation. Also, we recommend how pertinent drugs should be used to maintain an adequate level of sedation, not deep sedation
