본 논문에서는 다양한 Open APIs 를 교육적으로 활용할 수 있는 동영상 부가정보 제공 시스템을 개발하였다. 교사들은 이 시스템을 사용하여 기존의 일반적인 동영상을 교육목적에 맞게 재구성할 수 있다. 특히 교사들은 어려운 프로그래밍 작업 없이도, 단순한 키워드 입력만으로 다양한 Open APIs를 손쉽게 가져와 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 동영상 키워드 정보를 적응적으로 관리함으로써 학생들에게 수준에 맞는 내용을 제공할 수도 있다. 학생은 키워드 정보를 적응적으로 제공받음으로써 동영상 내용을 쉽게 이해할 수 있으며 지식의 확장에 도움을 받을 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 Delay Tolerant Networks(DTNs)에서 노드의 속성 정보를 Markov Chain으로 분석하여 노드의 이동 경로를 예측하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존 DTN에서 예측기반 라우팅 기법은 노드가 미리 정해진 스케줄에 따라 이동하거나 노드 간 접촉정보와 같은 추가 정보가 필요하다. 이러한 네트워크에서는 추가적인 정보가 없는 경우 노드의 신뢰성이 낮아진다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 노드의 속성 정보 중 노드의 속도와 방향성을 상태로 맵핑한 후, Markov chain을 이용하여 확률전이 매트릭스를 생성하여 노드의 이동 경로를 예측하는 알고리즘이다. 주어진 모의실험 환경에서 노드의 이동 경로 예측을 통해 중계 노드를 선정하여 라우팅 함으로써 메시지 전송률이 증가하고 전송 지연 시간이 감소함을 보여주고 있다.

신뢰할 수 있는 무선 센서 네트워크 통신을 위해, 무선 센서 노드들 사이의 보안 키들은 안전하게 설립되어야 한다. 최근에, Anderson, Chad 그리고 Perrig들은 소모형 센서 네트워크 환경을 위한 보안 키 설립 스킴을 제안하였다. 그들은 공격 가능성이 적은 소모형 센서 네트워크 환경에 적합한 현실적인 공격 모델을 제안하였다. 그러나 제안된 스킴은 그들이 정의한 공격 모델에서 취약점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그 취약점을 설명하고 개선된 스킴을 제안한다. 더불어, 우리가 제안한 스킴은 추가적인 통신비용을 요구하지 않으면서 센서 배치 전에 센서 노드가 잠재적인 키를 저장 할 필요도 없다.

Purpose Due to COVID19, the over-the-top media service (OTT) market is growing faster than expected at an annual average of 26.4%. In Korea, WAVVE, which integrated SKT's Oksusu and POOQ in September 2019, outperformed Netflix in the number of users immediately after its launch, but the number of users gradually decreased. Research on OTT investigated the spread of new media due to changes in regulations or policy, mostly in broadcasting media. On the other hand, OTT research in information systems began after the success of Netflix. It investigated consumers' satisfaction with information technology using the Information Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study investigates changes in consumer perceptions in the OTT market, which has grown after the Netflix's entry into Korea, the emergence of WAVVE and new OTT service providers, and the spread of COVID19. Design/methodology/approach This study selects contents, fees, service quality, and additional services as factors to evaluate consumer perception using AHP. Findings According to the 101 respondents, the content was the most important factor, followed by service quality, fees, and additional services. Contrary to previous findings that price is the determining factor in service adoption, this study reveals that consumers are willing to pay a reasonable amount for rich content and excellent service quality. Future research will use demographic analysis to reveal differences in consumer's perceptions of service selection.

Farming activities are transforming from traditional skill-based agriculture into knowledge-based and technology-driven digital agriculture. The use of intelligent information and communication technology introduces the idea of smart farming that enables farmers to collect weather data, monitor crop growth remotely and detect crop diseases easily. The introduction of Plantix, a pest and disease management tool in the form of a mobile application has allowed farmers to identify pests and diseases of the crop using their mobile devices. Hence, this study collected the reviews of Plantix to explore the response of the users on the Google Play Store towards the application through Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling. Results indicate four latent topics in the reviews: two positive evaluations (compliments, appreciation) and two suggestions (plant options, recommendations). We found the users suggested the application to additional plant options and additional features that might help the farmers with their difficulties. In addition, the application is expected to benefit the farmer more by having an early alert of diseases to farmers and providing various substitutes and a list of components for the remedial measures.

이 연구는 한국목록규칙 제4판을 중심으로 일본목록규칙, 영미목록규칙, 국제표준서지기술법의 판사항에 대한 규정을 비교 분석한 것이다. 규칙들간에 미묘한 차이는 있지만 판사항에 대한 특징을 요약하면 아래와 같다. (1) 서지기술에 있어 판과 쇄의 개념을 구별하면서 판의 개념을 매우 포괄적으로 적용하고 있다. 즉, 대체로 내용의 변화가 있거나. 내용의 변화는 없더라도 크기나 활자를 달리하면 새로운 판으로 표시하며, 그렇지 않은 경우는 새로이 발행하더라도 쇄로 표시한다. (2) 판사항의 기술요소는 크게 판표시, 특정 판의 책임표시 부차적 판표시, 그리고 부차적 판의 책임표시와 같이 4개요소로 규정하고 있으며, 대등 판표시는 대개 임의규정으로 되어 있다. (3) 전자자료의 경우, 전자자료의 내용과 기능에 대한 특정 버전을 나타내는 표시는 판으로 표시하는 반면 전자자료의 기능을 수행하는데 필요한 소프트웨어 환경은 판으로 표시하지 않는다. (4) 판에 대한 대등책임표시, 부차적 대등판표시 및 책임표시는 임의규정으로 하거나 판사항에 표시하지 않는다.

추가적인 부궤환 루프를 가지는 연속 미세 조절 위상 고정루프를 소개하였다. 위상고정루프가 위상이 고정되지 않았을 때 위상고정루프는 연속적인 밴드 선택 루프를 통하여 빠르게 위상을 고정시키는 특성을 가지고 있다. 위상고정루프가 고정 상태에 다다랐을 때 밴드 폭은 미세한 루프를 통해서 좁아진다. 추가적인 부궤환 루프는 안정성과 위상여유 성능을 향상시킨다. 0.18um CMOS 공정으로 제작한 위상고정루프의 결과 측정은 위상 잡음이 742.8MHz 캐리어 주파수로부터 2MHz 오프셋 주파수에서 -109.6dBc/Hz을 보여준다.

ATSC (Advanced Television Systems Committee) 지상파 DTV 시스템에서 단일 주파수 망 (Single Frequency Network) 구성 시 동일한 주파수 대역을 사용하는 다수의 송신기와 중계기들로 인하여 수신기에서는 필연적으로 간섭이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 간섭 문제를 해결하기 위하여 ATSC recommended practice (RP) A/111에서는 Kasami 수열로 구성된 송신 식별 (Transmitter Identification, TxID) 신호를 각 송신기 및 중계기에 할당하고 이를 송신 신호에 부가하여 전송한다. 본 논문에서는 TxID 신호로 제안된 Kasami 수열의 극성 및 위상을 조절하여 부가데이터를 전송하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법에서 Kasami 수열은 송신기 및 중계기를 식별하기위한 TxID 신호로서의 기능을 수행할 뿐만 아니라 추가적으로 부가데이터를 전송할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

In this paper, we propose a generalized Kullback-Leibler (KL) information for measuring the distance between two distribution functions where the extension to the censored case is immediate. The generalized KL information has the nonnegativity and characterization properties, and its censored version has the additional property of monotonic increase. We also extend the discussion to the discrete case and propose a generalized censored measure which is comparable to Pearson's chi-square statistic.

Voice revenues are critical to service providers today as they still make up 60% of revenues. Voice is certainly dominant, but the growth is flat. Wireless & data traffic are increasing, resulting in the need for integrating different networks into a unified platform for network efficiency, cost savings and additional revenue opportunities.
