Let $F$ denote $R$ or $C$. Put $A = SL(2, F)$. Define $P(F^2)$ to be the set of all 1-dimensional subspaces of $F^2$. Then the natural action of A on $F^2$ induces an action on $P(F^2)$.

장면 연출에 있어서 애니메이션은 작가의 시각이 미리 앵글의 설정구도를 각 프레임별로 기획하여 의도된 움직임으로 연출한다. 장면에 등장하는 인물들은 작가의 의도된 움직임을 가장 충실히 구현해내는 요소이며 이들의 ‘동태(動態)’는 해당 작품을 이해하는데 있어 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. ‘원령공주’에 나타나는 등장인물들 간의 심리적 대립 구조를 중심으로 등장인물의 움직임에 대한 ‘동태’를 분석함으로써 그 특징을 연구해 보고자 한다.

According to increase of Franchise Agreements, troubles related to those agreements and trading acts occur frequently. As Franchise system had come from Western countries, franchise agreement troubles tend to international disputes. In fact, those parties entered into a franchise agreement prefer arbitration to lawsuit as a dispute resolution system because arbitration is easy to risk-management for cost and time. The essential conditions for Franchise agreements are as follows ; for Franchise to grant Intellectual Properties to Franchisee, to give an impression of the same company between Franchise and Franchisee, to control and support Franchisee, for Franchisee to be an independent merchant, and to pay Franchiser license fee. Because Franchise Agreement is also based on liberty of contract, Franchise and Franchisee could enter into any kind of agreement. However, Franchiser can make an unfair agreement abusing a position of advantage. This paper check those unfair terms and conditions in Franchise agreement. Once they enter into an agreement, they should fulfil their contract. In case of trouble on performing the contract, both of them have to discuss to solve that trouble faithfully. But, they enter into either lawsuit or arbitration in accordance with agreement when they can't reach a decision in general. Specially, which is the most popular dispute resolution hands in case of Intellectual Property License agreement. General international Franchise Agreements have arbitration terms, but there is other case such as separate Arbitration Agreement if the want, which is separate from Franchise License agreement, so even though Franchise License agreement is invalidated, Arbitration agreement continues to exist, This paper reviews Franchise system and the terms of arbitration in Franchise agreement.

Pumilio (Pum) is an RNA-binding protein and translational repressor important to diverse biological processes. In the Drosophila ovary, Pum is expressed in female germline stem cells (GSCs), wherein it acts as an intrinsic stem cell maintenance factor via repressing target mRNAs that are as yet mostly unknown. Pum recognizes the Pum binding sequence (PBS) in the mRNA 3'UTR through its C-terminus Puf domain. Translational repression is mediated through its N-terminal domain, but the molecular mechanism remains largely unknown. We previously showed that Bag-of-marbles, a critical differentiation-promoting factor of female GSCs, physically interacts with the N-terminus of Pum. We further showed that this interaction is critical to Bam inhibition of Pum repressive action in cultured cells, but the physiological relevance was not addressed. Here we design an in vivo GFP translational reporter bearing the PBS in its 3'UTR and show that GFP expression is reduced in cells wherein Pum is known to be active. Furthermore, we demonstrate in pum mutant ovary that this GFP repression requires Pum, and also that the sensor faithfully monitors Pum activity. Finally, we show that forced expression of Bam inhibits Pum-mediated repression, validating that Bam inhibits Pum activity in vivo.

희은 고대 그리스시대부터 현재까지 대중의 인기를 받으며 존재해왔다. 희극을 더 효과적으로 시각화하기 위해서는 배우의 연기가 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 그렇다면 배우가 희극적 연기를 수행하는데 있어서 실제로 어떻게 형상화할 수 있는지에 대한 적극적인 논의가 필요하다. 연극 <코트>의 김서영 역을 중심으로 희극적 연기 방법에 관해 접근하고자 한다. 본 연구자가 김서영 역을 맡아 수행하였으며, 희극적 연기의 특징으로는 과장과 반복, 빠른 템포, 변화 있는 어조, 과장된 신체 행위 등을 들 수 있다. 희극적 연기는 반응의 부조화에서 비롯된다. 자극에 대해 기대하지 않은 반응은 관객의 웃음을 유발할 수 있는 요인이 되기 때문이다. 또한 희극적 연기는 과장과 반복이 중요하게 작용하는데, 여기에는 진실한 연기가 기반이 되어야 한다. 행위의 빠른 템포감과 말의 변화 있는 어조도 희극적 연기 표현에 영향을 미치며, 소극(farce) 연기의 특징이라고 할 수 있는 '슬랩스틱'과 '군무' 등의 구현은 관객의 웃음을 유발하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 특징적 요소들이 희극적 효과를 나타내기 위해서는 진실하게 표현하는 배우의 연기가 기반이 되어야 한다. 희극적 연기에서 중요한 것은 텍스트의 서사적 흐름과 특징을 이해하고 그것을 정확하게 표현하는 것이다. 배우는 자신의 수단을 진실하게 표현하고 텍스트에서 요구하는 것을 있는 그대로 충실하게 보여준다면 희극적 효과는 충분히 나타낼 수 있다. 이러한 연구가 다양한 연기예술에 대한 탐구와 연기교육현장 그리고 연극창작 과정에 도움이 되길 기대한다.
