Purpose - High quality films are affected by both the production stage and various variables such as the size of the movie investment and marketing that changes consumers' perceptions. Consumer preferences should be recognized first to ensure that the movie is successful. If a film is produced without pre-investigation and analysis of consumer demand and taste, the probability of success will be low. This study investigates the balance of production costs, marketing costs, and profits using game theory, suggesting an optimization strategy using the simplex method of linear programming. Research design, data, and methodology - Before the release of the movie, initial demand is assumed to be driven largely by marketing costs. In the next phase, demand is assumed to be driven purely by a movie's production cost and quality, which might also further determine consumer demand. Thus, it is essential to determine how to distribute pure production costs and other costs (marketing) in a limited movie production budget. Moreover, it should be taken into account how to optimally distribute under the assumption that the audience and production company's input resources are limited. This research simplifies the assumptions for large-scale and relatively small-scale movie investments and examines how movie distribution participant profits differ when each cost is invested differently. Results - When first movers or market leaders have to choose both quality and marketing, it has been proven that pursuing a strategy choosing only one is more likely than choosing both. In this situation, market leaders should maximize marketing costs under the premise that market leaders will not lag their quality behind the quality of second movers. Additionally, focusing on movie marketing that produces a quick effect while ceding creative activity to increase movie quality is a natural outcome in the movie distribution environment since a cooperative strategy between market competitors is not feasible. Conclusions - Government film development policy should ignore quality competition between movie production companies and focus on preventing marketing competition. If movie production companies focus on movie production quality improvement then a creative competition would ensue.
The study verified the regulatory fit effect of the message focus and propensity regulatory focus delivered in the sales promotion situation of beauty services and products on the basis of the self-regulatory focus theory being actively discussed in the consumer behavior area of marketing. As the result of ANOVA analysis on the experimental design 2 (chronic regulatory focus: promotion focus/prevention focus, between factor) ${\times}$ 2 (message regulatory focus: promotion focus/prevention focus, within factor), the promotion focus group showed more positive response to the promotion focus message(4.88) of beauty services than the prevention focus group(4.40) so that the effect of regulatory fit appeared(t=1.79, p<.1), but the regulatory fit effect didn't appear in the prevention focus message(t=.58, p>.1) so that the hypothesis was partially supported. However, as for the promotion focus message of beauty products, the promotion focus group(4.62) showed more positive response than the prevention focus group(4.16), and as for the prevention focus message, the prevention focus group(4.89) showed more positive results than the promotion focus group(4.33) so that the effect of regulatory fit appeared(t=2.07, p<.05). Therefore, the result of the study shows that as for the service consumers perceive high risk, the sales promotion activity of the prevention focus message can be effective for prevention focus consumers and for promotion focus consumers as well. Otherwise, it suggests the marketing approach that the consumer evaluation is more positive when the advertising message focus fit the consumer regulatory focus.

At the present day, importation of business intelligence like enterprise information system has been the essential factor in business activities. Therefore, It is very important to give lessons the enterprises for building the business intelligence selecting the major success factors of more influence to managing results. In this paper, to authorize the research model and research constructions through theory study of literatures and surveying statics analysis prove the relational influences among the influencing factors related business intelligence system buliding.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to make a comparative analysis of the curriculum segment of the dental hygiene education accrediting criteria, one of the six segments of the criteria, and the curriculums of 26 colleges in a bid to provide information on the modification or improvement of the curriculums. Method : The curriculums of 18 three-year-course colleges and eight four-year-course universities were selected, and the courses offered by 10 colleges or more were categorized into three different fields to tabulate the courses: primary education, prevention / education, and clinical dental hygiene. After the courses were analyzed, some of them that were possible to integrate in view of dental hygienist duties were presented in this study as inclusive courses. Results : There was connection among the degree courses of the three-year-course curriculums in the field of primary education. The curriculums failed to keep up with the worldwide globalization trend. 90 credits or more were allocated to major subjects, which satisfied one of the mandatory requirements of the accrediting criteria, and two colleges provided theoretical and practical courses in the ratio of 50:50. A wide variety of personality-education and teaching-profession courses were offered according to each college's circumstances. None of the colleges was equipped with an inclusive curriculum, and there was a tendency for the three-year-course colleges to offer segmented subjects in accordance with the national examination. The courses in the field of prevention and education that are bound up with the job performance of dental hygienists should be integrated into dental hygiene and practice, and the courses in the clinical dental hygiene field should be incorporated into an inclusive course of 치과임상학. The integration of the courses will make it possible to ensure the successful articulation of the different school systems and to stay abreast with the globalization trend. Even just inclusive courses should give more weight to practice than theory to bolster the job performance of dental hygienists, and an inclusive curriculum should be prepared for students to receive activity-centered hands-on education in different semesters.
A lot of designers are adopting a mixed imitation as techniques of cretion because cultural boundary and structure of meaning in the era of post-modernism are collapsed and dissolved. I raise up a question mark to how can genuine and creative designers can be identified at this epoch when we are today familiar with the trend of informationalization, opening and globalization. Characterisitics of multi-culturalism and compromising blending are meshed with appearance of a theory of disorganization and consumer-driven economic activity of multi-national enterprises in the age of post capitalism. Accordingly it can be said that designers are leaning upon public and consumeroriented pattern rather than pursuing a creative cultural production. With mass media in rapid advancement and public culture in father dissemination, mass production and mass re-production became a natural cultural phenomenon strengthen ing its root. Creative designers somewhat slow and limitative in pace of adaption to rapid changing society amid such social backgrounds and flooded information are coming to dead-end of wall. A mixed imitation as techniques of creation is a result of borrowing, duplicating or re-combining of existing things because the mixed imitation is equivalent to borrowing, copying, compilation and recombination of well-known artworks, motive, diverse people's cultural features, image, techniques and the likes. It is too delicate thing for one to definitely distinguish such cultural phenomenon from either one as creative work or a plagiarized work. Looking into the facts as they are, we should recognize the designers limitation in their creative works by means of the mixed imitation. thus we can have a view upon them from a criticizing standpoint against the designers creation and imitation. On the other hand, when we look at things how the mixed imitation appears in the fashion as a piece of culture, we can understand something of the contemporary designers. I try to find a significance in seeking out a method of approaching to creative fashion designers direction in future times.

This study aims to explore how users are tagging in order to utilize a folksonomy and whether they understand the social and interactive aspects of tagging in three different folksonomic systems, Connotea (www.connotea.org), Delicious(http://delicious.com), and CiteULike(www.citeulike.org). The study uses internet questionnaires, qualitative diary studies, and follow-up interviews to understand twelve participants' tagging activities associated with folksonomic interactions. The flow charts developed from the twelve participants showed that tagging was a quite complex process, in which each tagging activity was interconnected, and a variety of folksonomic system features were employed. Three main tagging activities involved in the tagging processes have been identified: item selection, tag assignment, and tag searching and discovery. During the tag assignment, participants would describe their tagging motivations related to various types of tags. Their perception of the usefulness of types of tags was different when their purpose was for social sharing rather than personal information management. While tagging, participants recognized the social potential of a folksonomic system and used interactive aspects of tagging via various features of the folksonomic system. It is hoped that this empirical study will provide insight into theoretical and practical issues regarding users' perceptions and use of folksonomy in accessing, sharing, and navigating internet resources.
Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to explore the meaning of parent participation (PP), to clarify the concept of PP as a benefit to children and their families, and to increase understanding of PP in pediatric nursing practice. Methods: Walker and Avant's approach to concept analysis was used. A search of multidisciplinary literature published between 1994 and 2012 was undertaken using the keyword, 'parent participation' combined with hospitalized children. Attributes, antecedents and consequences were inductively derived from the citations analyzed (n=30). Results: PP was identified as having three attributes: Negotiation, Performing caring activity, Providing individualized care. Antecedents of PP were 'Parents & pediatric nurses' attitudes', 'Children's age', 'Children's conditions'. Consequences of PP were 'Effective partnership', 'Mutual empowerment'. Conclusion: Parent participation as defined by the results of this study should contribute a foundation for theory development in pediatric nursing practice.

The prosthodontic treatment of severely resorbed edentulous patients has been one of the frustrating areas due to extensive loss of tissues. The integrated neuromuscular balance among tongue, lip, and cheek is compromised. The retention, stability, and support are the three major factors to influence the clinical outcome. Fish described a denture as having three surface, with each surface playing an independent and important role in the over all fit, stability, and comfort of the denture. He recommended that the polished surface should be a series of inclines so that pressure from muscular activity will retain dentures. Within the denture space there is an area that has been termed the neutral zone. The neutral zone is that area in the mouth where, during function, the forces of the tongue pressing outward are neutralized by the forces of the cheeks and lips pressing inward. According to Jacobson and Krol, neuromuscular control interacts to provide retention and the relationship of polished surface of denture base to the surrounding muscular structure of orofacial capsule facilitates the stability and retention. This neutral zone concept has been demonstrated with various modification by a number of authors. The theory used to develop the denture base contours is based on the belief that the muscle should functionally mold not only the border but the entire polished surface. Lott and Walsh reported the clinical success on complete mandibular dentures with application of neutral zone concept. A number of studies demonstrated that denture stability and retention are more dependent on correct position of the teeth and correct contour of external surfaces of the denture in a severely resorbed alveolar ridge. This article presents a prosthodontic approach to treatment of a edentulous patient using neutral zone technique to improve the retention and stability of the prosthesis.
This study profoundly analyzed cultural welfare workers to find out how they command a strategy of empowerment according to types of action. The analysis result shows that cultural welfare workers perceive cultural welfare as an unstable human service job. Activity types of cultural welfare workers can largely be categorized into professional workers and vocational workers, and they are two extremes and continuum at the same time. On this account, a strategy of empowerment depends on types of action conducted by cultural welfare workers. There are accelerative elements that boost empowerment strategies positively and there are impediment elements that work adversely. These cultural welfare workers are making suggestion to prepare an official requirement for them to be acknowledged as a specialized worker and to increase various types of educational spectrum to meet their level. This study has significance for providing basic data for education, supervision, and policy for training human resources in future.

Recently, the theory of open innovation emerges as a new innovation paradigm. This paper aims to examine open innovation activities of SMEs. Many firms tend to search new knowledge from various external sources and to pursue to achieve innovation resources or knowledge of external innovators. Particularly, this paper focus on the process of external knowledge networking and open innovation occurred in the process of technology innovation. The data used in this study were those that had been collected for total 3,400 sample SMEs that had conducted R&D. and in-depth interviews were conducted with 14 SMEs located at Chungbuk-Technopark. Empirical findings can be summarized as follows; SMEs tend to search new knowledge from various external sources and to pursue to achieve innovation resources or knowledge of external innovators, because they have lack of innovation resources. therefore, the conducting of open innovation affected positively the innovation performance of SMEs. In addition, empirical findings also indicated that expanding flexibility of labor market enhances open innovation activities of SMEs.
