The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational safety and health management activities on safety and health performance by using the results of safety activity level evaluation of public organizations. To this end, a research model was established by using three fields as independent variables among the four areas of the safety activity level evaluation index: safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity performance field as a dependent variable. Correlation analysis and regression analysis between major variables were performed. As a result of the correlation analysis, the safety and health activity performance had a significant positive (+) correlation with all of the safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level. The safety and health system had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity plan and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity plan had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity level. And as a result of the regression analysis, it was found that the organization's safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level all had a significant positive (+) effect on safety and health activity performance.

이 연구는 여가시간 신체활동 의도와 운동행동 간의 관계에서의 틈(gap)을 극복하고 이 관계를 잇는 매개 변인들의 역할을 검증하고, 기존의 계획행동이론의 확장을 도모하는데 목적을 두었다. 이에 여가시간 신체활동에 대한 의도와 운동행동 간의 관계에서 실천계획-1)극복계획과 2)실행계획-의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 편의표집법을 활용하여 강원도 내 위치한 세 곳의 대학에서 교양체육에 참여하고 있는 대학생 253명(남학생=118; 여학생=105)을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 Amos프로그램을 활용하여 분석되었으며, 기술통계, 신뢰도, 상관분석, 그리고 구조 관계를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 의도, 극복계획 및 실행계획, 그리고 여가시간 신체활동 및 운동 간의 관계를 검증하였다. 특히, 의도와 행동 간의 관계에서 극복계획과 실행계획의 매개효과를 검증하기 매개 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 신체활동 의도는 실행계획과 운동행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤으며, 실행계획은 의도에 비해 실제 운동행동을 더욱더 잘 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 매개변인인 극복계획과 실행계획은 신체활동에 대한 참여 의도가 실제 운동행동에 미치는 영향에서 부분적으로 모두 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 나타난 결과를 종합해 보면, 극복계획과 실행계획의 개념화와 모형검증은 의도-행동의 틈을 극복하고 실제 현장에서 실용적으로 활용될 수 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of study was planning to a rural community space plan for revitalization of aging in rural society and activity of rural older adults. The rural community type was divided 5 categories by local topography characteristics and road system. According to 5 categories, the rural community space plan was consisted of space plan such as consideration for a rural topography characteristics and activity plan by space which analyzed a relations with rural resource and activity of rural older adults. Results from the rural community planning showed that to improve quality of life and to increase in economic productive activity for rural older adults, moreover to lead a retired oppidan migrate from city to country and to make full use of oppidan's intellectual capacity resource.

The basic idea of cooperative learning focuses on team reward, equal opportunities for success, cooperation within team and competition among teams, and emphasizes share of sense of achievement through joint efforts so as to realize specific learning objectives. The main strategies of engineering mathematics teaching based on cooperative learning are to establish favorable team and design reasonable team activity plan. During the period of team establishment, attention shall be given to team structure including such elements as team status, role, norm and authority. Team activity plan includes team activity series and team activity task. Team activity task shall be designed to be a chain of questions following a certain principle.

As a construction project is recently becoming large-scaled and complex, construction process plan and management for successful performance of a construction project has become more important. Especially a reasonable estimation plan of activity duration is required because the activity duration is directly related to the determination of the entire project duration and budget. However, the activity duration is used to estimate by the experience of a construction manager and past construction records. Furthermore, the prediction of activity duration is more difficult because there is some uncertainty caused by various influencing factors in a construction project. This study suggests an estimation model of construction activity duration using neural network theory for a more systematic and objective estimation of each activity duration. Because suggested model estimates the activity duration by a reasonable schedule plan, it is expected to reduce the error between planning duration and actual duration in a construction project. And it can be a more systematic estimation method of activity duration comparing to the estimation method by experience of project manager.

The study aims at investigating the causal relationships among leisure expenditures, leisure activity participation and leisure satisfaction of adult consumers. Data were collected from 415 adult consumers in Ulsan. ANOVA, multiple regression, and path analysis were used for the statistical analysis. The results indicated that marital status, household income and subject's attitude toward leisure had significant impacts on leisure expenditures, while their satisfaction with financial status, household income, leisure plan, their attitudes toward leisure and personal acquaintanceship significantly affected leisure activity participation. To leisure satisfaction, their satisfaction with financial status, the attitudes toward leisure, leisure expenditures and leisure activity participation were positively related, and leisure plan was negatively related. The results of path analysis showed that marital status, household income, the satisfaction with financial status, their attitude toward leisure, leisure plan, personal acquaintanceship, leisure expenditures, and leisure activity participation had direct or indirect effects on leisure satisfaction.

Objectives : This study was conducted to measure the antioxidative and antimicrobial activities of water- and ethanol-extracts from Betula platyphylla var. japonica, Punica granatum and Rhus javanica against various species of anaerobic bacteria. Methods : In order to evaluate the antioxidative and antimicrobial activities of water- and ethanol-extracts, DPPH radical scavenging and superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activities were measured in various species such as Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans and Propionibacterium acnes that induce skin inflammation. Also the total amount of phenol in each water- and ethanol-extract was measured to identify its role in the antioxidative and antimicrobial activities of water- and ethanol-extracts from Betula platyphylla var. japonica, Punica granatum and Rhus javanica. The antibacterial activity of the extracts was measured by confirming the lowest concentrations in disk diffusion and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) tests. Results : It was observed that RJE (Rhus javanica-EtOH extracts) show the highest content of total phenol. In addition, for RJE the total phenol content was higher from samples taken from domestic sources than from samples taken from foreign sources. DPPH radical scavenging activity was increased by treatment with PGE (Punica granatum-EtOH extracts), RJE and RJW (Rhus javanica-water extracts). It was observed that SOD-like activity was highest in the treatment with PGE. All of the extracts showed antimicrobial activity on S. epidermidis, S. aureus, P. acnes and E. coli, including those from Punica granatum, and it was noted that the activity was higher with RJE than with RJW. Conclusions : These results provide evidence that ethanol extracts of Punica granatum and Rhus javanica may have a beneficial role as antioxidants and antibiotics. Extracts from domestic samples of Betula platyphylla var japonica appeared to have a greater efficacy than extracts from foreign samples.

This study suggest a plan for a small and medium auto parts enterprises in Ulsan Industrial Complex to do cooperation activity for management rationalization. To derive the plan, it is considered that characteristics of auto parts industry, existing status of cooperation activity, and faced problems of the small and medium enterprises in Ulsan area. Suggested plan may be well used for basic information of auto parts company's cooperation, and may contribute to expand cooperation activity.

Inquiry activity contents presented at a chapter on natural environment and our lives in 6 science textbooks of the middle school were analyzed based on kinds of the inquiry Loaming classified by textbook. The number of inquiry activity subjects showed severe variation as mean value was 8.3${\times}$3.7 ranged from 4 to 15. Moreover, textbooks had little common point among each other as the percentage of subjects appeared together in the textbooks more than 3 kinds, 50% of total ones investigated, was just 26.3%. Data interpretation occupied significant position in the inquiry activity as 42% of total activity contents, whereas observation and experiment (or survey) did slight part of the activity as 10% and 16%, respectively even though they are main factors of science education. A model for field education based on the reasonable common subjects was prepared in the Gildong ecological park located In the eastern fringe of Seoul as a plan in order to solve the problems.
