It is very important to accurately predict construction costs in the early stages of the construction project. However, it is difficult to accurately predict construction costs with limited information from the initial stage. In recent years, with the development of machine learning technology, it has become possible to predict construction costs more accurately than before only with schematic construction characteristics. Based on machine learning technology, this study aims to analyze plans to more accurately predict construction costs by using only the factors influencing construction costs. To the end of this study, the effect of the error rate according to the activation function and the node configuration of the hidden layer was analyzed.

Decrease in Population and graying of rural area by industrialization and urbanization are gone continuously. This makes happened various rural problems and the differential of standard of living with is arising day by day. Government is unfolding rural supporting project to solve continuously these problems. Recent Projects which are choosing not top-down process by government leading but bottom-up process through village inhabitants' participation and expert consultant get positive estimation. But those have difficulties because the support is attained only in the beginning step not continuously and inhabitants' number by graying is decreasing. The Special Economic Zone for Regional Development Policy is new access that regulation can differ according to special quality of each area depending on Localization Age. Through this transfer the competence that can mitigate or reinforce various regulations according to special quality of area in local government. So, back and maintain activation systematically so that each area could be developed specially. The purpose of The Special Economic Zone for Regional Development Policy is the activation of regional economy through development that regional specific character is. And there is characteristic that local government plans and takes the lead in all project contents, government gives regulation benefit by appointing the special economic zone and do not support finance and various tax remissions. Through investigation of such new policy, I wish to recognize what long-term plan and method could be possible to success rural activation continuously.

In this study the location condition and the management of the Rural Experience Tourism Villages located around unified Cheongju city has been surveyed or investigated. On the basis of the results of the survey or investigation this study is to suggest a way to make activate the Rural Experience Tourism Villages which have been inactive. The ways of the research include the understanding of what means the activation of rural areas and then this study is to find the problems with the Rural Experience Tourism Villages and to suggest final ways or plans after the field investigation of the condition of the location and management of the Villages. In this study I had full understanding of the concept of the activation for rural areas and the humanistic and geographical characteristics and then made a wide investigation and analysis of the location condition and the management of the Rural Experience Tourism Villages in this area. Based on the theory and the results of the actual investigation I made a suggestion of basic direction for the improvement of the Villages and the ways for activation of the Villages. I really expect these suggestions of mine to make active contribution to make the actual plan through the promotion of the Rural Experience Tourism Villages.

Since the village maintenance type public housing project was introduced in 2015, the resident needs for regional revitalization and pleasant living conditions are not being met due to the poor performance of the public housing complexes that reflect the surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) and regional characteristics. The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to revitalize the village maintenance type public housing project in consideration of regional characteristics as a result of analyzing the needs of local residents through the problems of the village maintenance type public housing project being promoted so far and resident satisfaction. As a result of the analysis based on the public housing project implementation status analysis and resident satisfaction, the plans to activate the village maintenance type public housing project are as follows. First, in order to secure the effectiveness of the village plan, it is desirable to promote the public housing project and the village plan at the same time. It is necessary to secure a budget according to the selection of public offering projects in the village plan, such as promoting public housing projects without setbacks by prioritizing land purchases for public housing sites and establishing specialized strategies considering regional characteristics. Second, a public housing project that responds to local demand is required. The evaluation factors such as continuous promotion of the urban architecture integration plan and strengthening of regional linkage plans such as specialization of regionally tailored designs should be supplemented so that regional resources and village plans are linked with the public housing specialization plan. Third, surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) should be secured by the strengthen of the legal status or establishing related provisions. It is also necessary to promote system improvement for area maintenance plan (village plan) when selecting a publicly funded public project.

Publicly funded project centered urban regeneration projects have limitations in the implementation to fit the urban regeneration plan system under the 'Special Act on Promotion of and Support for Urban Regeneration.' Since urban regeneration projects have been promoted with publicly funded project centered uniform plans and non-planned systems as such, many problems have arisen such as increases in the time to establish plans such as many strategic plans and activation plans and resultant increases in social costs. Therefore, in this study, with a view to finding methodologies for the establishment and flexibilization of urban regeneration plan systems, the actual state of operation of the urban regeneration plan system was analyzed to find problems and present improvement plans for reestablishment of the South Korean urban regeneration plan system.

As PPL has become available since the proposal of the revised enforcement ordinances of the Broadcast Law in January 2010, not only PPL has become increased in its quantity but its method has also become diversified gradually. However, there are problems in institutional and policy aspects in order to realize its potentials, and it needs to be reviewed more concretely. Consequently, the study aims to provide domestic PPL activation plans by the research of domestic and international PPL regulations PPL market situation was examined preferentially, and then Korean PPL market situation was compared to foreign countries' counterpart. In order that, PPL regulation plan of US, Japan, China, and other major Europe countries were compared to Korean's one. The problems and issues related to PPL regulation was also looked into, and practical PPL regulation plan was researched. Ongoing advances in wireless broadband technologies can affect all of industrial society. As new wireless broadband technologies emerge, they will improve competition between established industries and their current services and produce new industries and new converged services. This paper analyzes the trend of next-generation wireless broadband and suggests ways of activating the industry further. To this end, we analyze the trend for previous wireless broadband industries and find out three influential factors (content, wireless network technology, and service) that will produce the continued growth of wireless broadband. Using these three factors, we propose a network technology-driven growth model. Based on that model, we offer activation plans for next-generation wireless broadband industries. This study thus provides an insightful perspective for next-generation wireless broadband industries by establishing additional useful guidelines for developing wireless broadband industries in the future.

Purpose - Focusing on the FGI research method, the current status and issues of barrier-free tourism in Gangwon State were identified, and specific activation plans were derived Design/methodology/approach - This study conducted in-depth interviews with 20 experts related to the tourism industry. The issues, current status, and activation plan of barrier-free tourism in Gangwon State recognized by experts in tourism policy, tourism administration, tourism management, and tourism service industry were derived. Findings - First, the tendency of businesses to be promoted based on the non-disabled by not recognizing the weak as the main tourism demand group, second, confusion caused by the unification of terms related to barrier-free tourism, third, lack of finding tourism constraints subdivided according to the type and degree of disability, fourth, tourism information and evaluation indicators provided by prioritizing the convenience of suppliers rather than consumers, and fifth, the nature of the project focused on improving access to physical infrastructure. Subsequently, the results of the analysis of the plan to revitalize the barrier-free tourism industry in Gangwon State were as follows. First, education and programs to improve disability awareness appropriate to local conditions were activated, second, related information was unified and project sustainability was improved by creating a control tower for the barrier-free tourism industry at the provincial level, third, to overcome the employment crisis based on finding locally tailored jobs related to tourism care professionals, and fourth, to continuously secure quantitative and qualitative data and establish utilization plans. Research implications or Originality - First, it presents theoretical implications for related fields by providing issues and activation measures related to barrier-free tourism from the perspective of experts who are still lacking in research in academia. The practical implications are that based on the opinions of experts working in the tourism field, more specific issues of the barrier-free tourism industry in the province were presented, and policy and practical solutions were presented accordingly, suggesting realistic alternatives that can be carried out in the actual field.

Dance, as an art which expresses thoughts and emotions by movement human, is included in work that its copyright has to be protected, choreographers who are creators and dancers who are performing can exercise their rights included in copyright laws. However, artists who work in the dancing scene have lack of awareness about copyrights and the application level is low. The purpose of this thesis is to look into the current status and issues about dance copyright and to discuss activation plans and effectiveness plans for dance copyrights. The main point is to check into the level of awareness for dance copyrights with choreographers, dancers and students majoring in dance who are in charge of the art of dancing, to present issues about the necessity of the dance copyrights protection plans by analyzing interviews-in-depth and to prepare the dance copyrights protection plans which are concretely realistic. For the research methods, first, I looked into ideas and contents about copyrights through a document research and then, wanted to prepare theoretical background by reviewing actual cases of performing art copyrights related to dance. Next, I carried out surveys about awareness of copyrights with students majoring in dance, choreographers and dancers then carried out analysis of actual proof. Also, I chose three famous dancers who are actively performing in the current dancing scene and did interviews-in-depth about dance copyrights then carried out a recording analysis. I tried to complement the analysis by discussing deeper which I couldn't deal with in the previous surveys and to contemplate awareness activation of dance copyrights and plans. As a result of the research, the level of the awareness about dance copyrights through age, major, education and career was very low. The level of awareness was almost same compared to the previous research 10 years ago. 'Music', which can be an element of copyright issue in dance, was the highest in rate, and dance was recognized as an art which is combined with various elements as a combination work. The way of protection for works of choreography and performance only used data preservation and contracts and didn't register copyrights or record in dace notation. Majority of responders answered that they couldn't have any education about copyrights while they were recognizing the necessity of education and management for copyrights. The analysis of interviews-in-depth was also matched to the result of the previous surveys and a deeper discussion about the status of dance copyrights and issues was carried out. The plans of effectiveness for dance copyrights through the result of previous research are as followings. First, an advanced education is necessary above all to increase the awareness and application of copyrights in dancing scene. Long-term education like study curriculums and short-term education like special courses and seminars should be combined, and education about copyrights for dance groups, choreographers, dancers and students majoring in dance should keep on going. Second, revision of performing art works is necessary for the activation of dance copyrights, and establishing a dance copyright association to manage copyrights systematically and training dance copyright experts are necessary as well. Third, as the way of copyright protection for choreographers and dancers, an establishment for relation gain and loss about copyrights is necessary when creating dance works and performing, and registration of dance works should be activated. Also, the dancing scene should sign contracts for choreography and performance and this contract culture should be activated, and it should systematically preserve and manage choreography and performance records through basic ways. Hereby, it is considered to prepare a foundation to foster the awareness of dance copyrights and activate dance copyrights.

The Purpose of this study is to exmaine fundamental problems of Gwangyang Port and draw up plans of its Hub Port. Gwangyang Port has been gradually reduced container cargo increase rate. on account of large development of Chinese Port, undevelopment of Hinterland, Port facilities of Gwangyang Port. We should develop hinterland to be closely connected with Port Cluster, Business City, Free Economic Zone to increase cargo volume. and in order to increase transshipment cargo volume, We should prepare diverse plans that can induce Chinese and Japanese transshipment cargo. Gwangyang Port and Busan Port should be managed united one port system by a Port Authority to strengthen international competitiveness. Activation of new ports for the most part call for full support by Government at the beginning. Gwangyang Port's future it can be if Government has strong will.
