Rural Experiential Tourism is the medium that connect a town and country. Through the form of these Rural Experiential Tourism people live in country sell indigenous products and tourism services. Both people maintain friendly relations with their friendship based on mutual trust. The aim of space planing for experience and development of experience program is make visitors learn many valuable lessons in countryside. So, Two things must discussed closely related. Also it is necessary to mention people to conduct in there. Visitors who live in Gyonggi and Chungcheong province come to frequently Geumgang Nongbau village for a day. They enjoy going for a swimming and fishing in Geumgang. In order to activate specialized experience program, it is necessary to increase the number of those exclusively responsible for that experience program and organization visitors make stay overnight in village. Also to enhancing village people's income must have agricultural stand and activate village internet site.

The aims of this study are to analyze the current states and problems of development finance in the regional development projects, and to examine new sources and techniques of development finance for activating regional development projects. Analyzing the current states of development finance in regional development project, the problems such as the poorness of development function, the low accessibility to formal financial market, especially capital market, and the dominant use of corporate financing can be seen. In these context, four alternatives are proposed in order to activate development finance. First alternative is to use the funds which invest the equity of real estate, such as REITs. The second is to activate project financing. The third is to use asset backed securities. The forth is using mezzanine capitals as the means of protecting investors.

This study is researched to provide design guidelines of service facilities and programs that apartment residents want along with the increased quality of life. This study is signifiant because it sought effective methods to activate the com-munity culture through service facilities in apartment complexes and the design standard and planning direction for residents. The study results are as follows. In the result of the correlations analysis and multiple regression analysis for the importancy of service facilities in apartment complexes, the following orders were considered as important factor; man-ager office, open space, resident community facility, elderly people meeting and activity facility, walking paths, resident athletic facility, a children's playground, library, and rest areas in the complex. and result of the correlations analysis and multiple regression analysis is the following: service facilities whole importance (y) = 1.413$+0.262^*{\times}1$ (manager office importance)$+0.271^*{\times}2$ (open space importance) $+0.185^*{\times}3$ (resident community facility importance) $+0.136{\times}4$ (elderly people meeting and activity facility importance)$+0.036^*{\times}5$ (walking paths importance) $+0.031^*{\times}6$ (resident athletic facility importance) + $(-0.042)^*{\times}7$ (a children's playground importance) + $(-0.045)^*{\times}8$ (library importance) + $(-0.0097)^*{\times}9$ (rest areas importance).

Objectives : We tried to investigate the effects of Carthami Semen(CF) pharmacopuncture and Bovis Calculus Fei Ursi(BU) pharmacopuncture on the heart rate variability(HRV) in adult men. As well as we tried to observe how CF pharmacopuncture and BU pharmacopuncture effect on the balance of the autonomic nervous system. Methods : We investigated on 40 healthy volunteers consisted of 20 subjects in CF pharmacopuncture group and 20 subjects in BU pharmacopuncture group respectively. We ruled out subjects whose vital sign isn't in normal range, yet they had taken a rest. The study established by a randomized, single-blind clinical trial. CF pharmacopuncture and BU pharmacopuncture was applied on each group. We measured HRV 7 times : baseline measurement and every 5 minutes for 30 minutes after injection. The SPSS 15.0 for Windows was used to analyze the data by the paired t-test(in group) and Independent sample t-test(between the groups). Results 1. After injection of CF pharmacopuncture, SDNN, Ln(TP), Ln(VLF) and Ln(LF) increased significantly, and Complexity, pNN50 decreased significantly. 2. After injection of BU pharmacopuncture, RMSSD, SDSD and HRV-index increased significantly. Conclusions : We suggest that CF pharmacopuncture activate sympathetic nervous system and BU pharmacopuncture tend to activate the autonomic nervous system.

This study investigated the National Competency Standards (NCS) of fashion planning to compare the fashion planning curriculum of domestic universities and colleges with NCS as well as suggest ways to activate the application of NCS to fashion planning education. Qualitative research was employed based on references from the old and new homepages of NCS as well as fashion planning related subjects of domestic universities and colleges. The results are as follow. First, fashion planning NCS was composed of 10 competency units. Competency units were composed of competency unit elements and performance criteria. The levels of the competency units and the competency unit elements were suggested based on 8 stages. There were significant differences in the content of competency units and the level of competency units between the old version and the revised version of fashion planning NCS. Second, considerable fashion planning related subjects seemed at a higher level than the function level of recent college graduates. There were also omitted subjects which were required for recent college graduates. Third, the requirements for the reorganization of curriculums and education systems as well as the cooperation among industry, colleges, universities, and development part of NCS were suggested for the activation of NCS based education and the validation of NCS.

The insulin-mediated Ras/mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase cascade was examined in SK-N-BE(2) and PC12 cells, which can and cannot produce reactive oxygen species (ROS), respectively. Tyrosine phosphorylation of the insulin receptor and insulin receptor substrate 1 (IRS-1) was much lower in SK-N-BE(2) cells than in PC12 cells when the cells were treated with insulin. The insulin-mediated interaction of IRS-1 with Grb2 was observed in PC12 but not in SK-N-BE(2) cells. Moreover, the activity of extracellular-signal-related kinase (ERK) was much lower in SK-N-BE(2) than in PC12 cells when the cells were treated with insulin. Application of exogenous $H_2O_2$ caused increased tyrosine phosphorylation and Grb2 binding to IRS-1 in SK-N-BE(2) cells, while exposure to an $H_2O_2$ scavenger (N-acetylcysteine) or to a phophatidylinositol-3 kinase inhibitor (wortmannin), and expression of a dominant negative Rac1, decreased the activation of ERK in insulin-stimulated PC12 cells. These results indicate that the transient increase of ROS is needed to activate ERK in insulin-mediated signaling and that an inability to generate ROS is the reason for the insulin insensitivity of SK-N-BE(2) cells.

With the globalization of economy, there is keen competition among countries to be a logistics hub and companies are striving to be first in establishing logistics system centering on advantageous sites, especially airport and seaports, to perform supply, production and distribution. Korea competing with Northeast Asia countries is also working out strategies in order to make Korea penninsula a logistics center of Northeast Asia taking advantage of its geographical strength. Gwangyang port has designated as Free Economic Zone together with Pusan and Jinhae, Incheon from October 24th, 2003. However, the introduction of Free Economic Zone in Korea lagged behind other major countries and it has a lot of operational problems. Approximately 600 areas worldwide are designated and operated as a Free Economic Zone and Gwangyang port and its surrounding area has several points to be settled as one of FEZ. First one is its limited functions and related laws on Gwangyang Bay. Next is imperfection on development, investment and management system of the FEZ. Lack of promotion activities could be one of the problems. If we want to activate the FEZ, we must induce investment at Gwangyang Bay. This paper analyzes the above problems and presents various measures to activate Gwangyang Free Economic Zone by inducing investment for innovation cluster as follows Benchmarking to promote Gwangyang Free Economic Zone as follows Benchmarking other countries' system, governmental support, introduction & logistics functions, early development of the hinterland, supply ofeffective one-stop service, investment attraction into the area and diversified promotion & marketing activities.

Objectives : The effects of methanol extracts from the cortex of Quercus dentata Thunb. and Quercus acutissima Carruth, on the activation of macrophage were examined. Methods : Methanol extracts of Quercus dentata (QD) and Quercus acutissima (QA) were applied to cell line RAW264,7 (macrophage), and their effects were examined. Results : 1. Extracts from QD and QA had no specific influence on the cell growth. 2. Extracts from QD and QA did not activate macrophage independently, but the addition of $IFN-{\gamma}$ facilitated the generation of macrophage's nitric oxide(NO). 3. QD and QA extracts increased the manifestation of iNOS gene, when macrophage was activated by $IFN-{\gamma}$. 4. QD and QA extracts increased the manifestation of $TNF-{\alpha}$ in macrophage, which took 2 hours. 5. QD and QA extracts increased the generation of $PGE_2$ in macrophage. Conclusion : QD and QA activate macrophage in the presence of $IFN-{\gamma}$. After activation is primarily facilated by $IFN-{\gamma}$, it works on macrophage secondarily for the manifestation of iNOS gene and for the generation of $TNF-{\alpha}$.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of activated charcoal on growth and yield of taro in different degree of activated charcoal concentration. The results obtained are summarized as follows. Stem length was shown the longest in activated charcoal of 10％∼20% , but shorter in control. Also stem diameter was shown the thickest in activated charcoal of 10％∼20%, but thinner in control. Length and thickness of main root and thickness of main root were good in activated charcoal of 10∼20% Quality and yield of taro was the highest in activated charcoal of 10∼20% . Therefore, optimum consistency of activated charcoal was 10∼20％.

Foreign and domestic seawater desalination plant market investigation was performed to analyze the worldwide trend of seawater desalination plant market and to establish the activation plan for seawater desalination plant application. Water demand and seawater desalination related laws and regulations were investigated and analyzed for the activation plan. RO type and large scale plants are popular nowadays however there are only small plants in island region in Korea. There will be about $1 million\;m^3/day$ deficit in 2015 according to the water demand forecasting from Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Land, Transportation, and Maritime Affairs in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to activate the domestic application of seawater desalination plant to secure stable water resources. To activate the domestic application of seawater desalination plant, first, we need to establish regulations, support system in the water service law for seawater desalination plant. Second, related Ministry should increase the support for the operation and management of seawater desalination plant and suggest the construction of seawater desalination plant for water resources security near seaside region.
