Many 6-sigma innovation companies are obtaining ISO9000 series or ISO/TS16949 certifications. However, not many of them have considered the integrated management of ISO/TS16949 at the time of 6-sigma introduction. ISO/TS16949 focuses on the process of an overall company. In particular, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) requires that from the beginning all the planning should have a clear quality planning business process. Each company can decide the best course of action to suit its individual needs. Lean DFSS in 6-sigma offers the concrete development steps of the product development process. And if analyses of Input, Output, Target, Process, KSF, KPI, and FMEA is done in each process and clearly defined in APQP, mutual organic and effective systems can be initially achieved.

This study intends to review the sustainable agriculture and rural development concepts and practices and to present their directions toward better rural planning. Review of related literature including use of available documents and field visits both in Korea and overseas countries are two main methods of data collection with no quantitative analysis. Before sustainable (rural) development was fashionably used in the 1990s in the world, sustainable agriculture and other similar terminologies such as organic farming, alternative agriculture, low-input sustainable agriculture, natural farming, and environment-friendly farming are considered important in the academics as well as In action. The significant relationship between farmers' engagement in sustainable farming and their participation in voluntary social organizations is evidenced, so that it might be said that sustainable agriculture be the basis of sustainable rural development. Whether in sustainable agriculture or in sustainable rural development, the sustainable rural economy is considered more important toward better rural planning both in Korea and in the world.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the storytelling project for conservation and improvement of rural tourism. So, in this study, the current Jeju Batdam and storytelling planning are examined and the storytelling project presented in planning is also examined. And this study propose the storytelling implementation through the case study related in jeju. Its findings are as follws: 1) Storytelling exhibits principles of narrative structure(exposition, complication, climax and falling action) in various fact, and has shown tendency to structuralize a story. 2) It can be said that storytelling is deeply related with people's associations of their inner mind. 3) In order to convey a story in a more convincing way, storytelling a naming strategy based on a rhetorical technique, which has been shown to positively influence creating unique Jeju Batdam area.

In this study, the environmental consciousness of Daegu citizen on conservation planning considering the regional characteristics was investigated. Data were collected throughout a survey and 1400 people were selected using a stratified sampling method based on populations of Daegu administration district. Results wee followings; First, the levels of environmental consciousness were different dependent on districts' characteristics. Second, poor awareness on Daegu Agenda 21 (Clear and Green Daegu 21) were shown. Daegu Agenda 21 is the action plan for the sustainable environmental conservation activities of the City of Daegu. Third, waste was the most serious environmental problems of Daegu, air quality was second worst, and third was river water quality from the survey, but differentiated awareness was shown dependent on regional spatial factors and pollution emission factors. Last, a public environmental education was the most important issue to make invigorations and progress for future environmental policy.

The objective of this study is to develop Home Indoor Air Quality evaluation prorgram considering planning and construction stage for architects, engineers and occupants to estimate and improve the IAQ of a home. In this study, the IAQ modeling technique was discussed to determine the appropriate modeling of housing unit in Korea. The program algorithm was developed based on the selected model reflecting planning and construction stage. This program can be applied to estimate the IAQ of a home and encourage appropriate action in advance.

This study aims to suggest the improvement strategy of law-system for rural landscape planning. The results are as follows. First, for the establishment of the rural and fishing village landscape planning, it is necessary to change the concept of the scene into Landscape to watch from Landscape to feel from now on. Second, it is necessary to establish a rural and fishing village landscape planning of the local unit to manage the rural and fishing village landscape systematically. In addition, it is necessary to cooperate with the Scenic Conservation Act in contents of the basic planning when we perform rural and fishing village development business. Third, it is necessary to make an extra landscape management planning to consider local landscape resources to develop a rural and fishing village. Finally, with an improvement direction of the plan establishment, the action to practice and management in the future is necessary. This method may do wider public information with establishing the management mechanism of the rural and fishing village landscape.

This paper presents a new behavior planning scheme for autonomous robots, allowing them to handle various objects used in our daily lives. The key idea underlying the proposed scheme is to use affordance concepts that provide a robot with action possibilities triggered by a relation between the robot and objects around it. Specifically, the robot attempts to find the affordances and to determine the most adequate action among them. Through a series of the perception processes, robot motions can be planned and performed to complete assigned tasks. What is of particular importance from the practical point of view is a decision making capability to determine the best choice by comparing the human's body characteristics and behavioral patterns as criteria with action possibilities as alternatives. For this, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique is employed to systematically evaluate the correlation between the criteria and the alternatives. Moreover, the alternatives arranged in order of priority through the decision making process enable the robot to have redundant solutions for the assigned task, resulting in flexible motion generation. The effectiveness and validity of the proposed scheme are verified by performing extensive simulations using objects of our daily use.

Dokmoe persimmon system in Changwon, designated as a Korea National Important Agricultural Heritage System is a unique agricultural heritage system, is a farming system carried out in the sloping semi-mountainous terrain of the low hills downstream of the Nagdong River. In this study, we analyzed the proposal submitted for registration by the orchard region GIAHS and analyzed the regional characteristics, agricultural characteristics, and threats to heritage conservation of Dokmoe persimmon system. Dokmoe persimmon system is located in a large city, so the threat of development was analyzed as a threat factor differentiated from other regions, and the development of the processing industry was analyzed as a common initiative for GIAHS in the orchard area. Based on this, we established a action plan for heritage conservation. The action plan consists of 4 main criteria, 6 plans, and 14 initiatives. Research on Dokmoe persimmon farming is now at the starting point, and this study will be able to contribute to registration of Dokmo persimmon system in GIAHS.

In this paper, an autonomous multi-agent path planning using reinforcement learning for monitoring of infrastructures and resources in a computationally distributed system was proposed. Reinforcement-learning-based multi-agent exploratory system in a distributed node enable to evaluate a cumulative reward every action and to provide the optimized knowledge for next available action repeatedly by learning process according to a learning policy. Here, the proposed methods were presented by (a) approach of dynamics-based motion constraints multi-agent path-planning to reduce smaller agent steps toward the given destination(goal), where these agents are able to geographically explore on the environment with initial random-trials versus optimal-trials, (b) approach using agent sub-goal selection to provide more efficient agent exploration(path-planning) to reach the final destination(goal), and (c) approach of reinforcement learning schemes by using the proposed autonomous and asynchronous triggering of agent exploratory phases.
