장애인거주시설 인권의 중요도와 실행도 차이에 대한 탐색적 연구: 경기도, 경상북도, 전라남도 지역을 중심으로 (Exploratory Study on the Differences between the Importance and Performance of Programs of Human Rights in the Disabled Residential Facilities: Focused on Directors of the Disabled Residential Facilities in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Jeollanam-do)

  • 본 연구는 장애인거주시설 인권의 중요도 인식과 현재 실행도와의 차이를 비교하여 이러한 차이를 극복할 수 있는 실천전략을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 경기, 경북, 전남지역 시설장 114명을 대상으로 장애인거주시설 인권의 인식 수준과 실행수준은 어느 정도인지, 중요도 인식과 현재 실행도 간의 차이가 존재하는지에 대한 경험적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 거주시설 인권이 중요하다는 인식을 공유하고 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 거주시설 인권영역의 중요도와 실행도 수준의 차이분석에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 극복할 수 있는 실천전략을 수립하고자 IPA matrix 분석결과를 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의와 향후 과제를 제시하였다.

  • Purpose: The conventional predicted MFTBF by military standard has a wide discrepancy to that of real-world operation, which leads to overstock and increase operation cost. This paper introduces a analyzing frame using operational reliability and cost data to overcome the discrepancy, and provides reliability improvement process employing the analyzing frame. Methods: This paper suggests Reliability-Cost Matrix (R-C Matrix) and Operational Reliability & Cost Index (ORCI) as a tool for reliability evaluation. Results: KOREIP(KAI's Operational Reliability Evaluation and Improvement Process) is developed employing Reliability-Cost Matrix and Operational Reliability & Cost Index. Conclusion: KOREIP provides a process and its activities based on Reliability-Cost Matrix frame. The process and activities leads reliability improvement of aerospace electronic equipments by means of categorizing and follow-up action based on the concept of frame.

토크 리플 저감을 위한 매트릭스 컨버터 구동 유도 전동기의 향상된 예측 제어 기법 (An Improved Predictive Control of an Induction Machine fed by a Matrix Converter for Torque Ripple Reduction)

  • This paper presents an improved predictive control of an induction machine fed by a matrix converter using N-switching vectors as the control action during a complete sampling period of the controller. The conventional model predictive control scheme based matrix converter uses a single switching vector over the same period which introduces high torque ripple. The proposed switching scheme for a matrix converter based model predictive control of an induction machine drive selects the appropriate switching vectors for control of electromagnetic torque with small variations of the stator flux. The proposed method can reduce the ripple of the electrical variables by selecting the switching state as well as the method used in the space vector modulation techniques. Simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the improved predictive control strategy for induction machine fed by a matrix converter.

Curved beam through matrices associated with support conditions

  • In this article, the values of internal force and deformation of a curved beam under any action with the firm or elastic supports are determined by using structural matrices. The article presents the general differential formulation of a curved beam in global coordinates, which is solved in an orderly manner using simple integrals, thus obtaining the transfer matrix expression. The matrix expression of rigidity is obtained through reordering operations on the transfer notation. The support conditions, firm or elastic, provide twelve equations. The objective of this article is the construction of the algebraic system of order twenty-four, twelve transfer equations and twelve support equations, which relates the values of internal force and deformation associated with the two ends of the directrix of the curved beam. This final algebraic system, expressed in matrix form, is divided into two subsystems: twelve algebraic equations of internal force and twelve algebraic equations of deformation. The internal force and deformation values for any point in the curved beam directrix are determined from these values in the initial position. The five examples presented show how to apply the matrix procedures developed in this article, whether they are curved beams with the firm or elastic support.

  • This paper proposes a novel $H{\infty}$ T-S Fuzzy controller with a weighted integral action for Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(IPMSM) which have nonlinear dynamics. The $H{\infty}$ T-S Fuzzy controller is used for the robustness of nonlinear systems and the weighted integral action is used for the tracking problem and the improvement of control performance. A T-S Fuzzy controller is designed by combining the local controllers with the overall stability, and LMI(Linear Matrix Inequality)is used to determine the gains of linear controllers. The tracking problem of IPMSM is changed into regulator problem by introducing the integral action and the weighting factor gives flexibility to a $H{\infty}$ fuzzy controller.

  • Let R be a ring with identity, X(R) the set of all nonzero, non-units of R and G(R) the group of all units of R. We show that for a matrix ring $M_n(D)$, $n{\geq}2$, if a, b are singular matrices of the same rank, then ${\mid}o_{\ell}(a){\mid}={\mid}o_{\ell}(b){\mid}$, where $o_{\ell}(a)$ and $o_{\ell}(b)$ are the orbits of a and b, respectively, under the left regular action. We also show that for a semisimple Artinian ring R such that $X(R){\neq}{\emptyset}$, $$R{{\sim_=}}{\oplus}^m_{i=1}M_n_i(D_i)$$, with $D_i$ infinite division rings of the same cardinalities or R is isomorphic to the ring of $2{\times}2$ matrices over a finite field if and only if ${\mid}o_{\ell}(x){\mid}={\mid}o_{\ell}(y){\mid}$ for all $x,y{\in}X(R)$.

  • Recently, more electric power facilities have been miniaturized and it is noted that the facilities maintenance will be essential through operation optimization. In this paper we applied and examined the operation optimization of electric power facilities by applying Matrix system which can improve reliability to minimize outage and recover failure rapidly when blackouts happen at 25.8kV Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS). The fundamental problem for facilities maintenance of GIS can happen due to indeterminable internal state in real time. Matrix optimization organizes action states in all containers which contain pressurized $SF_6$ Gas such as circuit breaker, disconnector switch, bus for utilizing them each area. Then, we connect it with power system to monitor and control internal state remotely in real time, and we can minimize blackout zone or outage. Considering above process, we improved stability of overall facilities.

  • Interpenetrating phase composites of $TiB_2$-Cu system were produced via Spark-Plasma Sintering (SPS) oi nanocomposite powders. Under simultaneous action of pressure, temperature and electric current titanium diboride nanoparticles distributed in copper matrix move, agglomerate and form a fine-grained skeleton. Increasing SPS-temperature and he]ding time promote densification due to local melting of copper matrix When copper melting is avoided the compacts contain 17-20% porosity but titanium diboride skeleton is still formed representing the feature of SPS . High degree of densification and formation of titanium diboride network result in increased hardness of high-temperature SPS-compacts.

  • In recent years, harmful substances and fine dust in the air are caused by respiratory and cardiovascular diseases through various mechanisms when they are introduced into the human body through respiration, thereby exacerbating human health and causing cancer by prolonged exposure do. In order to prevent such fine dust from being introduced into the room and to improve indoor air quality, improvement of air quality has attracted attention. Among indoor air pollutants, fine dust and CO2 are pollutants that are directly affected by indoor number and activity. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the basic performance of cement matrix using photosynthetic bacteria as a basic study of fine dust and CO2 adsorption type matrix to suppress indoor air pollution and improve air quality.
