기계가공 최적화를 위한 가이드시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Guide System for Optimization of Machining Process)

  • The optimization in the machining process has been a long-standing goal of the manufacturing community. The optimization is composed of two main subjects;one is to select an optimum cutting condition, and the other is to detect the emergency situation and take necessary actions in real-time base. This paper proposes a reliable and practical guide system whose purpose is the optimization of cutting conditions, and the detection of tool failure in the machining process. The optimal cutting conditions are determined through the estimation of tool wear rate and the establishment of access- ible field from the measured cutting temperature and force. Tool breakage is detected by the normal force component acting on minor flank face extracted from on-line sensed feed force and radial force. In experiments, the proposed guide system has proved availability for the decision of reliable cutting conditions for the given tool-work system and the detection of tool breakage in ordinary cutting environments.

Features of Corporate Governance in Kazakhstan

  • Purpose - Following globalization, Kazakh companies are considered to be among the main economic agents of the country. The influence of Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) on Kazakhstan's economic development is becoming increasingly pronounced. Therefore, limitations and backwardness of legislation regarding regulation of corporate governance must be overcome at the earliest. Research design, data, and methodology - We considered the basis for legislation of corporate governance in Kazakhstan, and the corporate governance models that better describe the situation of being in the organization. Results - Earlier studies have identified several problems, including "transparency" of issuers and markets, and the consequent lack of (undeveloped) external control of managers of the former state-owned enterprises; lack of traditional corporate ethics and culture; and corruption, and other criminal aspects of the problem. This article describes several proposals to improve corporate governance in Kazakhstan to solve these problems. Conclusions - Domestic reformers acting without consideration of local features is a common occurrence today. They often ignore that these features are recommended for reputable international organizations, and therefore should be used carefully.

  • Influence of form errors of a chamber filled with a liquid on the movement and stability of a ball, rotating in the chamber, is studied. Two cases of the influence of the chamber form errors on the forces, acting on the ball, are defined. The first case describes the situation when limitations on the rotor shift are not imposed and disturbances of the chamber form are set by spherical harmonics not above the first order. In the second case disturbance of a chamber form is arbitrary and the rotor is supposed small. A rising here diflective moment tends to direct the angular speed vector along the small semiaxis of the ellipsoid, i.e., a stable position of the rotor appears.

  • The torsional or axial critical vibration of the order coinciding with the number of propeller blades is simultaneously excited by the harmonic tangential or radial forces acting on the crank shaft and by the harmonic of the same order from the propeller. The exciting torque of propeller is relatively small comparing with that of crank side, but the exciting force of propeller rather larger than that of crank shaft. With this situation, the exciting force of propeller cannot neglect if the axial vibration of propulsion shafting is calculated. With the propeller in its optimal angular position, i.e. its excitation effect opposed to that of the engine, the stresses at the critical revolution will largely cancel themselves out. In this paper, a method of optimizing the angular propeller position with regard to torsional and axial vibration is studied. The optimal relative angle is determined theoretically by calculation results of coupled torsional-axial vibration.

  • As the technology of industrial automation using robot system grows the rapid advance, productivity improvement and decrease in number of maintenance, management occur in many fields. Therefore, more various and intelligent robot motions are needed without human being help. Considering this situation, the need of robot with various, fast and safe acting sensors are demanded. In these sensings, the slippage sensing gives us specific information between ripper and object while grasps the object. In this paper, we proposed new slippage sensing algorithm for various and intelligent robot motion. So, optimal grasping force control and compensation of position error is possible for an adaptive task execution using adaptive control.

IDF 글로벌 낙농 컨퍼런스 2021 (IDF Global Dairy Conference 2021)

  • Since 1903, the International Dairy Federation (IDF) has been providing information on policies, standards, and regulations of the dairy industries to reach a global consensus on how to help feed the world with safe and sustainable dairy products. The 2021 IDF Global Dairy Conference was held in Copenhagen, Denmark with the theme of 'A Changing Climate for Dairy' for three days from the 13th to the 15th of October. Over 350 worldwide participants came together were expected to come together with several hundred additional online participants. An interesting topic among those presented at the conference was artificial milk at the Processing & Technology session on October 14th. Dr. Eisner presented "Milk by Fermentation", in which he presented the technique of culturing and manufacturing artificial milk, based on artificially producing the caseins and enzymes through precision fermentation, which is suitable for making artificial cheeses. During the conference, the IDF launched the latest edition of the publication on global dairy markets, titled the World Dairy Situation Report 2021. According to report, South Korea is ranked 3rd in the world for cheese imports.

손상 선박의 자세를 고려한 여객선 승객 탈출 시뮬레이션 (Passenger Ship Evacuation Simulation Considering External Forces due to the Inclination of Damaged Ship)

  • This paper presents a simulation for passenger ship evacuation considering the inclination of a ship. In order to describe a passenger's behavior in an evacuation situation, a passenger is modeled as a rigid body which translates in the horizontal plane and rotates along the vertical axis. The position and rotation angle of a passenger are calculated by solving the dynamic equations of motions at each time step. To calculate inclined angle of damaged ship, static equilibrium equations of damaged ship are derived using "added weight method". Using these equations, physical external forces due to the inclination of a ship act on the body of each passenger. The crowd behavior of the passenger is considered as the flock behavior, a form of collective behavior of a large number of interacting passengers with a common group objective. Passengers can also avoid an obstacle due to penalty forces acting on their body. With the passenger model and forces acting on its body, the test problems in International Maritime Organization, Maritime Safety Committee/Circulation 1238(IMO MSC/Circ.1238) are implemented and the effects of ship's inclination on the evacuation time are confirmed.

사례관리 사회복지사의 감정노동이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 감성지능과 리더-구성원 교환관계의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Emotional Labor by Social Workers with Case Management of Customer Orientation: Focused on the Moderating Effect of Emotional Intelligence and LMX)

  • 현재 사회복지서비스에 대한 지속적인 욕구증가와는 반비례로 사회복지사의 열악한 복지수준은 큰 사회적 문제이다. 특히 사회복지사의 감정노동은 심각한 실정이다. 본 연구는 사례관리 사회복지사의 감정노동이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 또한 구성원들의 감성지능과 리더-구성원 교환관계의 조절효과를 실증분석 하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정노동의 표면행위는 고객지향성에 부정적인 영향을 주었고, 내면행위는 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 감성지능은 감정노동의 표면행위와 고객지향성의 관계에서 조절효과를 나타냈다. 또한 감성지능은 표면행위가 고객지향성에 미치는 부정적 영향을 약화시키는 조절효과를 가지고 있었다. 셋째, 리더-구성원 교환관계는 감정노동의 내면행위와 고객지향성의 관계에서 조절효과를 나타냈다. 또한 리더-구성원 교환관계는 내면행위가 고객지향성에 미치는 긍정적 영향을 강화시키는 조절효과를 가지고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의가 제시되었으며, 향후 연구를 위한 제언도 제시하였다.

극예술연구회의 창단 공연작 『검찰관』에 관한 연구 - 실험무대 출범 정황과 창립 공연 무대 사진을 중심으로 - (A study on Revizor as the founding performance of Geugyesuryeonguhoe)

  • 극예술연구회는 실험무대를 창단하고 창단 공연작으로 니꼴라이 고골 작『검찰관』을 선택하였다. 이 공연은 극예술연구회의 창립 공연작에 해당하는 공연인 만큼, 회원들의 토론과 합의를 거쳐 선정된 작품을 바탕으로 삼아야 했다. 그럼에도 지금까지의 연구 자료에서 이 작품을 선정한 이유와, 실제 공연 상황, 그리고 그 성패 여부에 대해서는 제대로 논구된 바 없다. 결과적으로 말한다면 실험무대의 이 공연은 축지소극장에서 공연된 『검찰관』 공연의 강력한 영향에서 벗어나지 못했으며, 무대 디자인과 배우 연기 그리고 연출 콘셉트에서 독창적인 면모를 드러내지 못했다. 이 공연 이후 극예술연구회의 공연 방식의 변화가 예고될 수밖에 없었고, 극예술연구회는 무대화 과정에 나타나는 문제에 대해 자체 반성을 시행할 수밖에 없었다.

브레히트 연기론의 영화적 변용 양상 (Cinematic Adaptation of Brecht's Gestus)

  • 이 글은 브레히트의 게스투스가 영화에 어떻게 차용되고 변용되는가를 고찰하였다. 영화의 브레히트 차용에 따른 비판적 논의들을 살펴보았고, 구체적인 사례로 급진실험영화 및 할리우드영화에서 채택된 브레히트 연기의 양식을 고찰하였다. 덧붙여, 한국영화배우의 사례를 통해 브레히트 연기론의 적용 가능성을 모색하였다. 첫째, 영화의 브레히트 수용이 지나치게 형식적이고 기계적이라는 비판에도 불구하고, 영화이론과 실제는 브레히트 사상을 환기시키고 새롭게 반영한다. 브레히트 당대의 사회정치적 상황에 관계없이, 그의 게스투스는 영화연기에 적합하며 유용하다는 것이다. 브레히트의 사유는 영화의 몽타주와 컴퓨터특수효과와 같은 기술혁신으로 실현되었고, 무엇보다 배우의 사회적 태도는 관객 교육을 통한 대중화에 성공한 사례이다. 둘째, 퍼포먼스에 관한 브레히트 전략은 더 이상 낯설지 않으며, 모순에 찬일상과 예술의 경계를 넘어 대중영화의 즐거움으로 자리한다. 연기예술의 자연주의와 반자연주의가 의도는 다를지라도, 그 과정과 효과는 동일한 지점을 바라본다. 셋째, 브레히트 전략에 관한 대중적 이해의 시도로서 한국영화배우의 사례를 통해, 국내 배우론 및 연기론에 관한 정체성 탐색의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.
