The 3' region of Potato virus X (PVX) has the 74 nt 3'-nontranslated region (NTR) that is conserved among all potexviruses and contains several cis-acting elements for minus-strand and plus-strand RNA accumulation. Three stem-loop structures (SL1-SL3), especially formation of SL3 and U-rich sequence of SL2, and near upstream elements in the 3' NTR were previously demonstrated as important cis-acting elements. To Investigate the binding of these cis-acting elements within 3' end with host protein, we used the electrophoretic mobility shift assays (EMSA) and UV-cross linking analysis. The EMSA with cellular extracts from tobacco and RNA transcripts corresponding to the 150 nt of the 3' end of PVX RNA showed that the 3' end of PVX formed complexes with cellular proteins. The specificity of protein binding was confirmed through competition assay by using with 50-fold excess of specific and non-specific probes. We also conducted EMSA with RNAs containing various mutants on those cis-acting elements (${\Delta}10$10, SL3B, SL2A and ${\Delta}21$; J Mol Biol 326, 701-720) required for efficient PVX RNA accumulation. These analyses supported that these cis-acting elements are required for interaction with host protein(s). UV-cross linking analysis revealed that at least three major host proteins of about 28, 32, and 42 kDa in mass bound to these cis-elements. These results indicate that cis-acting elements from 3' end which are important for minus and plus-strand RNA accumulation are also required for host protein binding.

This paper tried to identify the impacts of emotional labor on burnout and job satisfaction in the casino industry. Prepared questionnaires were distributed to 300 sample employees working in domestic casino, then used for data analysis 300. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, surface acting have a positive effect on emotional exhaustion, lack of accomplishment and depersonalization. But deep acting have a negative effect on emotional exhaustion. And deep acting, emotion control have a negative effect on lack of accomplishment and depersonalization. Secondly, surface acting have a positive effect on job environment. Also deep acting, emotion control have a positive effect on rewards and value sharing. And emotion control have a positive effect on work environment. Thirdly, deep acting have a negative effect on job environment. Also, surface acting have a negative effect on rewards and value sharing.

One hundred years have passed since the Western modern play emerged in Korea. Meanwhile, the numerous actors have appeared and disappeared as well, but leaving the record of their great art of acting is still negligible. For stage performances recorded and restoration of works of art creative process is a very important basis for future generations inherit a world of art. The aim of this study will look back on the life and achievements of the greatest senior actor, Jang Min-ho(1924-2012) died in 2012 and see his acting career and world of art. He was born at the time actors were not valued as an expert yet. Recording a life of an actor itself becomes an opportunity for fundamental reflection for the essence of play and role of actor, and introspecting an actor's life on acting becomes an effect that the actor's unique acting style is delivered to younger generations. By recording the actor's life and life on art, I hope that the contemporaries are able to recognize the value and importance of artists leading the contemporary era with being increased interest.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of childcare teachers' emotional labor and resilience on their burnout. The subjects were 251 childcare teachers in Metropolitan area, South Korea. Subjects' emotional labor, resilience, and burnout were measured using the self-reporting questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analyses, and analysis of multiple regression using SPSS 21.0. In the procedure of data analyses, while the total scores were used for resilience and burnout, each score of the sub-factors (natural acting, deep acting, and pretending acting) were used for emotional labor. As results, childcare teachers' natural acting, deep acting, and resilience had significantly negative correlations with burnout, but pretending acting had significantly positive correlations with it. In addition, childcere teachers' pretending acting had significantly positive effect on their burnout, and resilience had significantly negative effect on it.

The purpose of this paper is to attempt to investigate how emotional labor strategies (i.e. surface acting and deep acting) affect job performance and turnover intention thorough emotional exhaustion. Another important objective of this study was to see whether perceived organizational support (POS) moderates the relationship between emotional labor strategies and emotional exhaustion. Structural equation modeling analysis provided support for the hypotheses from a sample of 225 China department store sales employees. The results revealed that surface acting has a positive influence on emotional exhaustion, whereas deep acting has not significant influence on emotional exhaustion. Second, emotional exhaustion has a negative influence on job performance, whereas it has a positive influence on turnover intention. In addition, the relationship between surface acting and job performance/turnover intention was significantly mediated by emotional exhaustion. Furthermore, perceived organizational supporting mitigated the negative relationship between deep acting and emotional exhaustion. The findings of this study contributed to the literature by identifying the relationship between surface and deep acting on employee outcomes (i.e. emotional exhaustion, job performance, turnover intention), especially in China. In addition, this study also confirmed the important buffering role of POS based on the norm of reciprocity between an organization and its members.

In order to improve executive ability in response to need of job ability in cultural content industry and in connection with industrial scene, it is required to develop curriculum for department of broadcasting, entertainment and acting First of all, environmental analysis of cultural content industry, survey on industry demand, survey on demand by enrolled students and graduated students, survey on demand by local community were made and conducted to draw job competency for acting art. In addition, the existing curriculum was analyzed through evaluation by field experts, enrolled students, and graduated students. Based on the analysis results, major curriculum was developed for department of broadcasting, entertainment and acting. Such curriculum development enables providing acting education that focuses on core competency to maximize education effect and cultivating actor who is suitable for the age of multimedia based on local infrastructure. Moreover, the curriculum development helps cultivating versatile actor, rather than famous actor.

Purpose: To investigate the effect of nurses' emotional labor on their turnover intention that was mediated by burnout and to examine the moderated mediation effect of authentic leadership. Methods: A total of 227 nurses working at two general hospitals in Seoul were recruited from March 21 to May 6 in 2016. Emotional labor including surface acting and deep acting; burnout factors such as emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment; and turnover intention were assessed. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro. Results: Surface acting significantly increased emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment. Deep acting significantly increased personal accomplishment. Emotional exhaustion significantly increased turnover intention. Conversely, personal accomplishment significantly reduced turnover intention. Surface acting had an indirect effect on turnover intention that was mediated by emotional exhaustion. Deep acting had an indirect effect on turnover intention that was mediated by personal accomplishment. Authentic leadership had a moderated mediation effect on the relationship between surface acting and turnover intention that was mediated by emotional exhaustion. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that the establishment of strong authentic leadership by head nurses would help nurses reduce their burnout and turnover intention. Conducting intervention studies would be also important to promote better work environments that would enable nurses to fortify the positive aspect of emotional labor and to reduce their burnout levels.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact about emotional labor of sales service workers. Collected data were statistically processed by PASW 18.0 program using reliability, frequency analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, it was found that the sales service workers had higher deep acting than the surface acting of emotional labor. Second, it was found that altruism differed according to working period, conscientiousness according to gender, and work-family conflict according to age, marital status, and average customer response time per day. Third, the higher the surface acting of emotional labor, the higher the altruism. And the higher the deep acting, the less job burnout and work-family conflict decreased, and the altruism and conscientiousness increased. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the relative influence of variables related to emotional labor, the variable that has the greatest influence was the deep acting of emotional labor.

Acting is an act of expressing personality, image, sound, tempo, and movement flexibility in order to effectively express fictional characters in the play. It is said to refer to the action or mood of the person performing the character. In addition, all these acts are important elements of the media that the director wants to convey the subject of the work to the audience. In particular, the actor relies on the ambience, image and passionate role of winning and losing in theatrical film. In addition, more than 60% of the afterimages or remaining images in the film are images of the actor's acting or movement, and the trend of the actor. This study is not about acting divided by Conti, who is under the control of directors and directors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the aesthetic response and analyze the inner half of the suspense in the act and to help influence the expression that is effective in expressing the play.
