무황변 Acrylic Urethane수지의 경화속도에 대한 연구 (A Study on Curing Rate of Non-Yellowing Type Acrylic Urethane Resins)

  • Acrylic urethane 수지의 경화반응에서 아크릴수지 중의 carboxylic acid 함유량과 dibutyltin dilaurate(DBTL)의 촉매 효과가 반응속도에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 얇은막의 상태에서 acrylic polyol과 지방족 isocyanate의 biuret화합물과의 경화반응은 2차식에 따른다. 그리고 acrylic polyol 중의 carboxylic acid의 양이 반응속도에 미치는 영향은 매우 크며, isocyanate지에 대한 강한 촉매 효과가 나타났다. 한편 carboxylic acid를 함유하지 않은 acrylic polyol에 DBTL을 첨가하면 촉매효과가 많이 나타나지만, carboxylic acid를 함유한 acrylic polyol의 경우에는 그 효과가 적게 나타났다.

Performance Embodiment of Acrylic Material in Art Painting Creation

  • In art painting creation, painting material is an important carrier. Acrylic as a young material has very wide applications in modern art. This study mainly analyzed the properties of acrylic material. Firstly, the emergence and development of acrylic were introduced, and then its material characteristics were analyzed. Finally, the performance embodiment of acrylic paintings was compared with oil paintings and watercolor paintings. It was found that acrylic paintings not only had some advantages of oil and watercolor paintings but also had own style characteristics; acrylic paintings also have advantages in durability and flexibility; acrylic paintings could present the characteristics that oil and watercolor paintings did not have while realizing the techniques of them. Acrylic paintings have a broad development space in art creation, which is worth further attention and promotion.

  • acrylic polyol로 개질한 polyester형 polyurethane foam을 quasi prepolymer법으로 제조하였다. 열적 및 동적 기계적 성질은 thermal gravimetric analysis 및 dynamic mechanical analysis에 의하여 분석하였다. 또한 유리전이온도는 differential scanning calorimeter로 측정하였다. Acrylic polyol 함량이 증가함에 따라 TGA에 의해 측정한 열적 안정성은 약간 감소하였다. 그리고 acrylic polyol 함량이 증가함에 따라 저장 탄성률은 증가한 반면에 tan delta 값은 감소하였다.

Full-Grain 피혁용 수용성 아크릴 Base coat 수지의 합성 및 물성측정 연구 (A Study of Synthesis and Mechanical property measurement for Waterborne Acrylic Base coat Resin in Full-Grain Leather)

  • In this study we experimented that how polyurethane effect to acrylic-polyurethane resin in Full-Grain leather coatings. First of all, we consummated waterborne acrylic emulsion and waterborne polyurethane resin, Than we prepared F.G leathers which were coated by acrylic resin and acrylic-polyurethane resins. According to measured data for solvent resistance, acrylic resin and acrylic-polyurethane resins had good property. Sample a(WAC) had most low strength($2.10kg_f/mm^2$) and sample d(WAC 93 : WPU 7) had most high strength($3.41kg_f/mm^2$). Also we knew that most good property of abrasion is d(47.4 mg). In elongation case, a(WAC) had most good result(645 %) in this experiment.

  • polyester형 polyurethane foam은 낮은 내가수분해성을 가지므로 quasi prepolymer법에 의한 acrylic polyol을 사용함으로써 극복될 수 있다. acrylic polyol을 함유한 polyurethane foam은 acrylic polyol 함량이 증가함에 따라 인장강도와 경도가 증가하였다. 하지만 split 인열강도와 인열강도는 약간씩 변화되었다. polyurethane foam의 내가수분해성은 인장강도의 손실 백분율로 측정하였으며 acrylic polyol 함량이 25.5g에서 102g으로 증가함에 따라 향상되었다.

  • To prepare polyurethane coatings for top coatings of automobiles, acrylic resins containing 75% of solids were synthesized by a radical polymerization. The viscosity of the acrylic resins was increased with increasing OH values. Crosslinked acrylic-urethane clear coatings were obtained by curing reaction between the synthesized acrylic resins and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) trimer(Desmodur N-3600). The physical properties from the following studies were carried out : viscosity(Zahn cup #2), adhesion, pensil hardness, and 60° specular gloss. Various properties of the acrylic-urethane clear coatings as top coatings of mobile coat were evaluated on the coating specimens. Adhesion property to a substrate, 60° specular gloss, and pencil hardness of prepared paint showed quite good properties.

폴리(아크릴산소다-아크릴산)의 랫드에 대한 아급성 독성시험에 관한 연구 (Subacute Toxicity Study of Poly(sodium acrylic acid-acrylic acid) in Rats)

  • 고흡수제인 폴리(아크릴산소다-아크릴산)을 사료에 0, 1.25, 2.5 , 5%의 농도로 혼합하여 경구로 투여했을 때의 아급성독성을 평가하였다. 시험기간 동안 폴리(아크릴산소다-아크릴산)Dml 평균 시험물질 섭취량은 수컷에서는 1025, 2009, 4728mg/kg/day이며, 암컷에서는 1011, 2088 및 4576mg/kg/day 이었다. 체중증가, 임상증상관찰, 혈액학적, 혈액생화학적 검사결과 실험물질로 인한 독성영향은 관찰되지 않았으며, 뇨 분석, 부검 및 조직학적 검사결과에서도 특기할 만한 독성증상은 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 보면, 폴리(아크릴산소다-아크릴산)의 무영향량은 사료중 함유 농도가 1.25%(평균 시험물질 섭취량이 수컷: 1025mg/kg/day, 암컷 : 1011mg/kg/day)인 것으로 판단되었다.

분자량 조절제의 함량에 따른 수계 아크릴 점착부여제의 합성 및 점착 특성 연구 (Study on Synthesis and Adhesion Properties of Water-based Acrylic Tackifier According to the Content of Chain Transfer Agent)

  • 본 연구에서는 수계형 아크릴 점착제의 성능 및 점착 물성을 향상시키기 위해 분자량 조절제인 1-dodecanethiol(n-DM)의 함량이 다른 수계 아크릴 점착부여제를 합성하였으며 수계 아크릴 점착부여제의 투입량에 따른 물성 변화 확인을 위해 수분산성 아크릴 에멀젼에 수계 아크릴 점착부여제를 10/20/30 phr로 투입하여 물성을 측정하였다. 합성된 수계 아크릴 점착부여제의 분자량 및 유리전이온도(Tg)는 n-DM의 함량이 증가함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 수분산성 아크릴 에멀젼에 수계 아크릴 점착부여제를 첨가하였을 때의 점착력 및 내열 유지력은 증가하였으며 수계 아크릴 점착부여제를 10 phr 또는 20 phr로 투입하였을 때에 가장 우수한 값을 나타내었다.

혼방 및 연사방법에 따른 아크릴 니트소재의 객관적 감성평가 (Objective Sensibility Evaluation of the Acrylic Knitted Fabrics from Various Blended and Twisted Yarns)

  • We performed the objective sensibility evaluation on knitted fabrics by the following procedures: setting acrylic fabrics with knitted fabrics as basis, knitted five kinds of blended spun yarns and four kinds of twisted filament yams made by different twisting methods(the amount and direction of twist) then, measuring mechanical properties in the use Kawabata Evaluation System, obtaining hand values and total hand values. The results are as follows: First, A(F)/W acrylic/wool spun knits obtain high scores in bending, compressing, shear properties, MMD, and thickness among five kinds of acrylic-blended knit fabrics. A(S)/W acrylic/wool blended knit represented prominent values at compressing properties and thickness and so wool-blended yams demonstrated superior characters comparing other blended yarns. To contrast, acrylic/rayon blended knits showed low scores in bending properties, shear properties and thickness, so that it affects to total hand values. On the one hand, among the four kinds of acrylic filament knitted fabrics, they do not exhibit any notable dynamic differences such as tensile properties of knitted fabrics by the twist number and direction of filament yarns, bending, shear, compressing properties, weight and thickness except surface properties. Second, fabrics showed the most high score at FUKURAMI (fullness and softness) among the hand values. A(S)/W acrylic/wool blended knits obtaining the lowest values at SAHRI (crispness) outrank at total hand values, so that it was the predominant knitted fabric in objective sensibility evaluation. In total hand values, five kinds of acrylic blended knits got a higher score than four kinds of acrylic filament knits, and the amount and direction of twist did not influence on total hand values among the four kinds of acrylic filaments.

혼방 및 연사방법에 따른 춘하용 아크릴 니트소재의 주관적 감성평가 (The Subjective Sensibility Evaluation of the S/S Acrylic Fabrics Knitted with Various Blended and Twisted Yarns)

  • We performed the subjective sensibility evaluation on knitted fabrics by the following procedures: setting acrylic fabrics used for S/S among fabrics as basis, five kinds of blended spun yarns and four kinds of twisted filament yarns made by different twisting methods then, we did questionnaire survey targeting sixty females in the expert groups. Utilizing SPSS 12.0, correlation, ANOVA, Duncan, and Multidimensional Standard way were analyzed. The results are as following. First, the result of evaluating on preferred knits followed by the analysis of the sense factor, in the 'drape sense', the acrylic/rayon blended knit was preferred as the most flexible, pliable, and elastic knit; in weight/bulk factor, the acrylic filament knit the most twisted was preferred as the least bulk, thin, cool and transparent knit; in 'surface depression sense' factor, A(F)W acrylic/wool blended knit was preferred as the most haggard, straight, dry knit. Second, the result of evaluating on preferred knits followed by the analysis of the sensibility factor, in the 'neatness' the acrylic filament hit was preferred as the most clean, neat and delightful knit; in the 'comfortableness', the acrylic/wool blended knit was preferred as the most natural, stable, and comfortable knit. Third, according to the result of evaluating on preferred knits as the spring and summer, generally the acrylic filament twisted yarn knits were more preferred than the acrylic blended yarns. However the preference on the kinds of the acrylic twisted filament yarn showed that there is a little difference on the acrylic blended yarn knit.
