본 논문은 개별적으로 사용자 인증 시스템이 구현된 16개 시 도교육청 교육정보서비스와 한국교육학술정보원의 교육정보서비스를 단일 사용자 인증을 통해 모두 이용할 수 있는 최적의 방안을 연구하여 도출한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 도출된 방안에 따라 통합 사용자 인증 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현함으로써 16개 시 도교육청과 한국교육학술정보원이 공동으로 운영 중인 전국교육정보공유체제의 교육정보 서비스 이용에 편리성을 도모하는 동시에 사용자 인증 관리의 효율과 안전을 기할 수 있는 방안을 마련하였다.

Generally, the repeater in CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) included HPA(HI-Power Amplifier) to amplifier communication signals. Also , HPA contained PD(Predistortor) to maintain the linearization of amplifier characteristics. A configuration component of PD have been used electricity nonlinear devices such that diode. But this diode takes many influences at the circumstance temperature. Consequently, it can't maintain output linearization, and drop the communication quality. The manufacturer set bias of the circuit to the manual at the first out of ware-house low But the Q-point changes according to the change of the high temperature or low temperature. Therefore, we designed a system to maintain the Q-point by FDM(Fuzzy Decision Maker) in this paper.

The purpose of this study is to explore how pre-service elementary teachers perceive and use smart learning environments. For this purpose, 23 pre-service elementary teachers who took theory and practice in a science education course were asked to develop lesson materials using smart tools and make a self-report questionnaire. These data were categorized in an instructional, exploratory, and interactive approach, depending on how they guided students to access knowledge and information. As a result of the study, pre-service teachers perceived the smart tools as the exploratory and interactive learning tools to be used for students to actively search for and interact with data and knowledge. But in developing lesson materials, they usually used the smart tools for resource sharing and communication in the instructional manner. In conclusion, the gap between their perception of smart tools and lesson materials, and the educational implications will be discussed.

Education in Korean universities is rapidly expanding to online education due to COVID-19. In response to such changes, this study proposed a means of improving the learning management system of Korean universities and analyzed the effects of using the system. The important results of this study are as follows: the learning management system was composed of 'pre-class learning,' 'team activity,' and 'participation learning' to support team-based learning. The effects that the users (instructors, learners) can obtain by adopting team-based learning and using the system were analyzed. The study concludes that for instructors, teaching work may be alleviated. For learners, it was demonstrated that they could more easily access and use data required for their education.

Rapid innovation in ICT is transforming the way we work, the way we interact, the way we learn, and the way we live. In the education and training sector, ICT increases access to learning by making it possible for workers to fit their education into family and work schedules and by providing a greater programmatic choice of quality courses. ICT allows multiple workers to simultaneously enrol in training programs and work in their workplace in order to achieve their particular learning goals in a timelier manner. This paper deals with the ICT conditions, role of ICT, application of ICT, and effectiveness of ICT in the area of workforce development.

This paper explores the opportunities for scholarly publishing as part of the educational activities of the system of extracurricular research and experimental education, UNESCO Category 2 Centre, "Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" (hereinafter referred to as the JASU), using Open Journal Systems (hereinafter referred to as OJS) publishing platform. The purpose of the study was to identify and select a publishing model and substantiate the procedures for the launch of an OJS-based open-access student scholarly e-journal with a view of improving scholarly communication between gifted children from Ukraine and other countries.

실내 위치 기반 서비스를 위한 대표적인 위치 추정 시스템으로 fingerprinting 기법이 존재하지만 fingerprinting map을 구축하는 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제가 있으며, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 유사한 공간에서 WAP(wireless access point)의 수신신호가 항상 유사하다는 것을 증명해야한다. 본 논문에서는 WAP의 수신신호 데이터를 이용한 fingerprinting map을 구성할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위해 같은 공간에서 WAP의 위치를 변경하며 그에 따른 거리 대 RSSI 변화 추이를 확인하였으며, 유사한 공간의 다른 지점에서 수집한 RSSI가 유사하게 변화는 것을 확인하였다.

이 연구는 공평한 수학 수업에 대하여 한국과 미국 예비초등교사들이 보는 관점을 밝히고자, 공평한 수학 수업, 교사의 역할, 공평성 관련한 주장 등에 대한 입장들을 비교하였다. 공동연구자 중 2명이 2015학년도 2학기에 담당한 강좌의 수강생을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 이 연구 참여에 동의했던 한국 예비교사 51명과 미국 예비교사 33명의 응답을 분석 자료로 설정하였다. 설문 문항은 공평성의 관점에서 수학적 능력, 수업 상황, 학습 기회와 학습성취, 집단 구성, 도전적인 과제, 학생의 문화 등의 측면을 묻는 것이었다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 수학적 능력을 타고 난다는 생각, 동일한 기회 제공이 중요하다는 생각, 학습성취에 따라 동질 집단 구성을 해야한다는 생각 등과 같은 공평성의 추구에서 지양하고 있는 입장들이 나타났다. 이들은 한국 예비교사교육과 교육정책과 관련된 것으로서, 예비교사교육에서 공평한 수학수업 실천을 위한 쟁점에 대하여 논의가 요구되며 교육정책 설정에서 공평성 추구가 반영되어야 한다.

Scientific evidence on all aspects of smoking amongst youth is very important for designing appropriate interventions to reduce smoking among this vulnerable population. This paper describes current access to anti-smoking information among school children aged 13 to 15 years in Vietnam in 2014 and examines its potential impact on preventing smoking initiation. The data used in this paper were obtained from the 2014 Global Youth Tobacco Survey (GYTS) in Vietnam. Students were asked questions about their level of awareness of anti-smoking information from various sources in the past 30 days and about lessons in school regarding the dangers of tobacco use during the last 12 months. Those who have never smoked were asked "whether or not they thought about avoiding cigarettes because of health warnings on cigarette packages" and answers were analyzed in combination with data on access to anti-smoking information from other sources. The prevalence of exposure to antismoking campaigns was high among school children in Viet Nam: 55.3% of current smokers reported thoughts of smoking cessation because of health warnings on cigarette packages; 60.5% of never smokers avoided initiating smoking because of the same health warnings. The potential impact of graphic health warnings to prevent school-aged children from smoking initiation would be stronger if there was concurrent access to anti-smoking programs on the dangers of tobacco use in schools. However, school education for tobacco prevention and control has not been as strong as expected. A more comprehensive school curriculum on tobacco prevention and control is recommended to reinforce antismoking messages among school children.

최근 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 ICT 기술을 융합하여 지능적인 서비스를 제공하는 IoT에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 독일의 'Industry 4.0'의 등장으로 제조 산업에 ICT를 융합하여 생산능력을 극대화 하는 industrial IoT의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 국내에서도 industrial IoT의 근간이 되는 스마트 팩토리 보급을 위한 다양한 노력이 진행 중이다. 그러나 현재의 스마트 팩토리 시스템은 장비의 임베디드 시스템에 선언된 데이터를 통해 설비를 제어하며, 다수의 설비가 배치되어 있는 환경에 대처하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 industrial IoT를 위해 장비의 변수 정보를 DB화하여 장비를 제어하는 데이터베이스 접근 기반 장비 제어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템을 다양한 변수가 존재하는 사출 시스템에 적용하여 데이터베이스의 수정으로 다수의 장비를 제어하는데 효율적임을 확인하였다.
