In this paper, author estimated economic scale of radiation usage in Korea using Input-Output table 2005 and other micro data published. This estimation focused all kind of radiation usage in whole economic activity. Estimation of economic scale is quantitative analysis for how much radiation usage increase productivity and welfare. Economic scale estimation of radiation usage in Korea 2005 is 6,297 Billion Won and it occupies 0.74% of GDP. It is smaller level compared with that of US and Japan. It is 1.5% of GDP in US (1997) and 1.2% of GDP in Japan (2005). Radiation usage in industrial sector is 5,775 Billion Won and it is 0.68% of GDP. Radiation usage in agriculture sector is 171 Billion Won and it is 0.02% of GDP. Radiation usage in medical sector is 351 Billion Won and it is 0.04% of GDP. This implied that radiation usage in industrial sector is larger than other sector. Use of medical radiology may be enlarge in the future due to population structure. The result that radiation usage occupied 0.74% of GDP arouse contribution of radiation usage in daily life. It helps people to have more understanding and public acceptance for radiation.

The purpose of this research attempted to developed the Community Reintegration support Program(H-CRsP) on patients with Spinal Cord Injury(SCI) and identity the effect. To assess the effectiveness of a Hospital based H-CRsP with a comprehensive team approach for treating inpatients with Spinal Cord Injury(SCI), offered by the Korea National Rehabilitation Hospital. Participants with SCI were recruited from the Korean National Rehabilitation Hospital. Twenty-five participants who met inclusion criteria were provided with a H-CRsP. A H-CRsP with modules related to the training of daily living skills, driving, vocations and school support activities, leisure or recreational activities, peer counseling, sexual rehabilitation, and others support activities. The 25 enrolled patients had been treated with average of 6.1 programs 2 times a week for over 2 or 3months. COPM, HADS, WHOQOL-BREF, AD-R were administered before the treatment(pre-test) and also at the time of discharge(post-test) to compare the treatment outcomes in the 25 program participants. Measured level of community integration by CIQ at discharge. The data were analyzed by such statistical methods as frequency and paired t-test analysis. Significant improvements were found on the Occupational Performance and Satisfaction, Acceptance of Disability, Quality of Life score in the COPM, AD-R, WHOQOL-BREF (p<0.05). In addition, 10 of the 25 patients returned to home, work or school. These results demonstrated the effectiveness of the H-CRsP in helping patients with SCI return their communities to which they belong. It considered development of the variety of programs and prepare systematically related system.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to survey health requirements of middle-aged women and their families and to provide guidelines for developing nursing interventions by describing the process of family health maintenance experienced by middle-aged women and its conceptual system. Methods: To get saturated data, each of four researchers conducted two or three times of in-depth interview with eight middle-aged women aged between 40-64 years old and living in Seoul and Chuncheon from the 10th to the 30th of October 2004 and each interview was continued one or two hours. The Grounded theory adopted by Strauss & Corbin (1998) is a substantive theory that can explain the experiencing process of middle-aged women. Results: We found that the casual condition of family health maintaining by middle-aged women was 'confidence of health belief', and 'pouring by body moving' was found to be its phenomenon. A textual condition that might respond to the phenomenon was 'fatal roles acceptance', and intervening conditions that promote their family health were 'retracing' and 'gathering health information'. These intervening conditions impacted middle-aged women's confidence in family health and led them to take actions/interactions such as 'being a model of health', 'adapting to circumstances', 'do-it-myself', 'taking-care' 'harmonious mind' and 'the pursuit of cleanness'. These actions/interactions produced results such as 'being stronger', 'being unmanageable' and 'being fruitful'. Conclusions: Health confidence and practical health behaviors were observed in the process that the middle-aged female participants experienced unmanageable circumstances but they accepted their roles and responsibilities and recognized that they must be get stronger. The behaviors of health-together-with were divided into enthusiastic type, adaptation type and self-sacrificing type. Therefore middle-aged woman with the understanding of family health maintaining process as well as the theoretical system and practical principals needs to implement the intervention in acceptable level of family health process of preventing psychological and physical problems.

This study was carried out to develop jelly food using dried persimmon. Jelly products were prepared with the ratio of 5, 10, 15, 20 and $25\%$ of dried persimmon extract. Quality characteristics of its products were investigated. Proximate compositions of jelly were $6.74\~14.03\%$ of moisture, $6.83\~7.53\%$ of crude protein, $0.62\~1.16\%$ of crude lipid, $2.61\~13.21\%$ of crude ash, respectively. Water activity and brix $(\%)$ of jelly products ranged from 0.678 and $56.66\%\;to\; 0.748\;and\;76.59\%$. The pH and total acidity of jelly products ranged from 5.30 and $0.06\%$ to 5.38 and $0.09\%$. In the Hunter's color values, L, a and b vaules of jelly products were increased, respectively. Major free-sugar and organic acid of jelly products were maltose ($753\~1,297mg/100g$) and malic acid (263mg/100g in $25\%$ dried persimmon jelly). Major mineral of jelly products was K ($69.64\~154.37mg/100g$). In the texture property, addition of dried persimmon extract decreased gumminess and chewiness. In sensory score of dried persimmon jelly, color, flavor, texture and sweetness of $15\%$ dried persimmon jelly were high score, taste and overall acceptance of jelly products were high score, respectively. Judging from research results of the jelly products, recommended substitution level for addition of dried persimmon extract in jelly was $10\~15\%$.
A veterinary student learns and experiences veterinary processes though experiments and practices using real animals. However, animal protection laws regulate animal experiments and restrict number of the experiments on laboratory animals, veterinary students would have less chances of the experiments and the practices for their veterinary training with real animals. This paper proposes a simulator for veterinary education based on augmented reality (AR). We selected an intravenous injection procedure for the simulation because the injection procedure is the most frequently used procedure during veterinary training and the most difficult stage for beginning veterinary students. The proposed AR simulator provides with a tangible prop, of which shape looks like a leg of a real dog. It also has a injection simulator, which receives user's input and sends force feedbacks to indicate results of the injection simulation. We developed a WorkBench type AR system with an LED display and cameras for visual information processing. Finally, we evaluated its performance through experiments and user studies to check its acceptance level and usability of the proposed system. We compared the proposed system with a traditional video based education and an AR based system using a head mounded display (HMD). The results that the proposed system showed better performances over these systems.
The purpose of this study are as follows : First, This study conceptually provide an insight of reasons that organizations seek to create, acquire, store and distribute knowledge at the level of an organization and of process how they can transform or evolve to knowledge based organizations. Second, this study confirms examine what theories can be used to knowledge management, how such theories can be useful to analyse knowledge management and provide a theoretical foundation for knowledge management research. Applied to the theories of knowledge based and resource based view and institutional theory, the essence of knowledge management confirms that the organization finds job-related knowledge and know-how retained by individual of organizational members systematically and shares common knowledge within the organization and explains knowledge creation, multi-dimensional knowledge transition and share in all dimension of individual, group, and organization. As a result of comparative analysis of theory of organizational knowledge creation theory, In knowledge management, building of knowledge-creative culture, transitional process of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, knowledge creation and knowledge operation are important. In the basis on these study results, we discussed how the organizational knowledge creation theory can be used to manage knowledge in the organization, and also proposed hypotheses based on some arguments against the universal acceptance of the theory.

The study was conducted to investigate quality properties and sensory characteristics of soup prepared with 0, 30, 40, and 50% soybean flour instead of wheat flour. Total moisture contents of soup among the different groups were not significantly different, whereas the ash, crude lipid, and crude protein contents of soup increased with increasing levels of soybean flour. pH and total acidity of the test sample added with soybean flour were similar compared to the control, whereas sugar content increased with higher amounts of soybean flour. In the chromaticity determination, L, a and b values increased with increasing level of soybean flour. Total polyphenol and flavonoid contents increased with increasing levels of soybean flour. The antioxidant activity of samples measured based on DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities were significantly higher than the control, and proportionally increased as the amount of soybean flour increased. In the sensory evaluation, addition of 40% soybean flour resulted in the best scores for flavor, taste, thickness, and overall acceptance. Addition of 40% soybean flour increased the intensity of softness and nutty taste and reduced oily taste compared to the control. These results suggest that addition of 40% soybean flour could be applied for preparation of cream soup.

This study was carried out to investigate the rheological properties of dough and the quality characteristics of breads with Saesalbori (non-waxy barley) and Saechalbori (waxy barley) flours added at concentrations of 10, 20, and 30% to wheat flour. The maximum viscosity increased in the Saesalbori flour mixtures and decreased in the Saechalbori flour mixtures. The dough stability of the 10% barley flour mixtures was equal to that of the control while that of the 30% barley flour mixtures decreased more. The extensibility of the dough decreased with the increasing level of barley flour in all the blends, but the resistance of the dough increased. As the ratio of barley flour increased, the loaf volume of the breads significantly decreased, but the bread weight increased. The 10% Saesalbori flour mixtures increased the hardness of the breads but did not cause any significant change in the other TPA parameters while the 10% Saechalbori flour mixtures did not cause any change in all the TPA parameters. The sensory evaluation results showed that the 10% barley flour mixtures had no significantly different overall acceptance from the control, and that the 20% substitution still resulted in acceptable sensory qualities. The results of the study also showed that the bread-making properties of Saesalbori were improved by germination, but those of Saechalbori declined.

Domestic Kori-1 MCR was partially modified in 2007 and will be renovated entirely in 2013. Digital devices partially replacing original analog devices have been introduced and standard alone computer systems such as SPDS have been integrated into the plant computer. Upgrading KSNP's MCR based on the ditalization is planned for 2015. However, the site engineers and operators are reluctant to the advanced systems. Therefore, a prototype for the KSNP's advanced MCR has been developed to increase the acceptance level of the operators and field engineers and also, to evaluate user interfaces and I&C architecture. For enhancing support of the operators' work, a P&ID based display system composed of multi-layers, which are linked through a context sensitive menu each other, has been adopted. The $1^{st}$ layer displays a simplified P&ID, the $2^{nd}$ layer control related diagrams such as controllers and logic diagrams, the $3^{rd}$ layer trends, etc. The end point view of MCR for KSNP is also suggested considering reliability and operability of the digital systems. Additionally, modernization strategies over the overhaul periods, that do not have much impact on operation and configuration efforts are suggested.
This study investigated the problems of remarried wife with alcoholic problem. Specifically, this study regarded the wife's alcoholic problem as the problems of dysfunctional interaction among family members rather than an individual problem. The study had three purposes as follows. First, what were the interactions sustaining the conflict of remarried family? Second, what were the characteristics of remarried family relating to family conflict? Third, what were the interventions of family therapy to resolve the conflicts of remarried family? The total family counseling was 9 sessions, which included individual, couple, and family counseling. The study used constant comparative analysis by using open coding method to find the factors relating interactions sustaining the conflict of remarried family, the characteristics of remarried family relating to family conflict, and the interventions of family therapy to resolve the conflicts of remarried family. Also, the study used Miles and Huberman's matrix and graphical network display to show the interaction of family members. The study found intriguing factors, counteracting factors, relationship level, and relational elements to wife's alcoholic problems among family members. The study revealed husband's rigid family rules, husband's execution of patriarchal authority, husband's pursuit of family identity, and husband's emphasis of union among family members as the characteristics of remarried family. On the other hand, the study found the reinforcement of spousal subsystem, the pursuit of change in communication pattern between husband and wife, the amelioration of rigid family rules, and the acceptance of differences among family members as the intervention of family therapy to resolve the conflicts of remarried family.
