  • In the midst of accelerating wars around the world, unmanned robot technology that can guarantee the safety of human life is emerging. ERP-42 is a modular platform that can be used according to the application. In the field of defense, it can be used for transporting supplies, reconnaissance and surveillance, and medical evacuation in conflict areas. Due to the nature of the military environment, atypical environments are predominant, and in such environments, the platform's path followability is an important part of mission performance. This paper focuses on reducing the minimum turning radius in terms of improving path followability. The minimum turning radius of the existing 2WS/2WD in-wheel platform was reduced by increasing the torque of the independent driving in-wheel motor on the rear wheel to generate oversteer. To determine the degree of oversteer, two GPS were attached to the center of the front and rear wheelbases and measured. A closed-loop speed control method was used to maintain a constant rotational speed of each wheel despite changes in load or torque.

  • Purpose: Consumers can experience better service for distribution of products with payment technology such as QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) compared to conventional purchase methods. This research aims to determine the experience of QRIS service users in Indonesia. Perceived Usefulness, Ease of Use, and Perceived Security were independent factors. Behavioral Intention to Use is the dependent variable. Furthermore, Word of Mouth Attitude is an intervening variable. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Involving active QRIS users in a survey-based quantitative study in Indonesia. A survey sample of 400 people was taken from data records of 30.87 million QRIS users in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results: Show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use significantly impact Attitudes Word of Mouth, and Behavioral Intention to Use. This research also found that Behavioral Intention to Use does not significantly impact Perceived Security. Conclusion: QRIS, as a revolutionary innovation, offers faster payments than previous methods, with a payment time of no more than one minute. QRIS is seen as valuable, simple, and safe, disseminating information to the public and continuing to use QRIS. The implications of this research are very significant in accelerating the flow of distribution of goods and services and facilitating transactions.

GPGPU를 이용한 영상 품질 측정 프로그램의 가속화 연구 (Research of accelerating method of video quality measurement program using GPGPU)

  • 최근 그래픽 처리 장치(GPU)의 발전과 개발자 친화적인 GPGPU(General-Purpose computing on Graphics Processing Units)기술의 발전으로 인해 그래픽 처리 장치를 활용한 병렬 컴퓨팅의 사용이 확대되고 있다. 이를 통해 과학, 의학, 공학 등 많은 분야에 걸쳐 기존 CPU 컴퓨팅 환경보다 더 빠른 처리속도로 결과 값을 얻어 낼 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문은 CPU 기반 컴퓨팅과 GPU 기반 컴퓨팅의 연산처리 속도의 차이의 비교를 위해 기존 CPU 기반으로 구현된 영상 품질 측정 프로그램을 NVIDIA사의 GPGPU기술을 사용할 수 있도록 프로그램을 포팅한다. 포팅한 프로그램을 바탕으로 GPGPU기술을 통한 프로그램의 가속화에 대하여 연구한다. 가속화된 프로그램은 CPU 기반의 프로그램보다 약 1.83배 정도의 실행 속도를 가진다. 또한 CPU 기반의 프로그램을 GPU 기반으로 수정할 때 생기는 제약과 문제점에 대해서도 기술한다.

우리나라 우주개발사업에서 이해당사자(Stakeholder)의 기대조건 (Stakeholder's Expectations in the National Space Exploration Enterprise)

  • 우주시스템 개발은 많은 이해당사자(stakeholder)의 다양한 기대조건(expectations)을 효율적으로 반영하여 개발 요구조건을 확정하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 나로호 개발에서 이해당 사자의 기대조건의 반영여부를 분석하고 현재 진행 중인 한국형발사체 사업의 기획도 분석하였다. 나로호 개발은 조기 개발을 원하는 정부의 의지가 일방적으로 반영되었으며 연구기관, 대학교, 참여업체 등이 제시할 수 있는 기술적 제한요소, 활용가능성, 발전계획 등의 주제가 제외되었다. 또한 개발이 완료된 후에 발사체를 어떻게 운영할 것인가를 정의하는 운영개념(ConOps)도 확정되지 않았다. 한국형 우주발사체(KSLV-II )개발 기획도 정부와 항공우주연구원을 비롯한 이해당사자 기대조건을 함께 반영하고 기술적 제한조건과 비-기술적 요소들을 고려하는 과정이 부족했던 것으로 보인다. 한편 KSLV-II 사업의 최근 정부 개발 방안은 개발 목표의 불확실성과 이해당사자들의 의견 불일치 등이 예상되어 시급한 보완이 필요하며. 개발 초기에 설계 요건을 재검토하고 운영개념(ConOps)을 정립할 수 있는 방안이 요구된다.

액셀러레이터 보육 프로그램이 제공하는 학습방식에 관한 연구: 글로벌 지향 ICT 분야 액셀러레이터를 중심으로 (A Study on the Learning Modes of Start-up Accelerating Program: Focusing on Korean Accelerators in the ICT Field Targeting Global Market)

  • 본 연구는 액셀러레이터 보육 프로그램의 학습방식에 관하여 글로벌 지향 ICT 분야 액셀러레이터를 중심으로 스타트업에 제공하는 학습방식을 분류 및 확인하였다. 액셀러레이터 보육 프로그램 운영을 담당하는 액셀러레이터 실무자 8개 사의 인터뷰를 진행하고, 인터뷰 결과를 질적 분석하여 액셀러레이터가 보육 프로그램을 통해 스타트업에 제공하는 다양한 학습방식을 도출하여 시사점을 제공하였다. 학습방식을 확인 및 분류하기 위해 연구자가 다양한 선행문헌을 검토하여 사용이 적절하다고 판단한 경험축적, 관찰, 실험, 시행착오, 임기응변의 학습방식을 질적 분석의 a priori code로 활용하였고, 인터뷰 결과는 주제분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 액셀러레이터의 보육 프로그램이 스타트업에 제공하는 학습방식은 경험축적, 관찰, 시행착오, 실험, 임기응변 등 5개의 범주 별 각 2개, 총 10개의 하위범주를 도출하여 확인하였다. 본 연구는 액셀러레이터의 주요 기능인 보육 프로그램에 관한 연구가 부족한 상황에서 학습에 대한 관점에서 액셀러레이터의 보육 프로그램이 보육 스타트업에 어떤 학습방식을 제공하고 있는지에 대한 결과를 도출하였다. 이는 학문적 및 실무적으로 액셀러레이터의 보육 프로그램이 스타트업에 제공하는 학습방식에 대한 이해도를 높이고, 조직학습에 대한 관점에서 액셀러레이터의 보육 프로그램이 보육 스타트업에 어떤 학습방식을 제공하고 있는지에 대한 관점을 확대했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 액셀러레이터는 보육 스타트업에 충분한 학 습방식을 제공할 수 있는 보육 프로그램 개선에 활용할 수 있으며, 보육 프로그램 참여를 고민하는 스타트업이라면 보육 프로그램 참여를 결정하는 데도 도움이 될 수 있다.

The Summary of Researches on ADS in China

  • The conceptual study of Accelerator Driven System (ADS) had lasted for about five years and ended in 1999 in China. As one project of 'the major state basic research program (973)' in energy domain, which is sponsored by the China Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), a five years program of basic research for ADS physics and related technology has been launched since 2000 and passed national review last month. CIAE (China Institute of Atomic Energy), IHEP (Institute of High Energy Physics), PKU-IHIP (Institute of Heavy Ion Physics in Peking University) and other institutions are jointly carrying on the research. The research activities are focused on HPPA physics and technology, reactor physics of external source driven sub-critical assembly, nuclear data base and material study. For HPPA, a high current injector consisting of an ECR ion source, LEBT and a RFQ accelerating structure of 3.5MeV has been built. In reactor physics study, a series of neutron multiplication experimental study has been carried out and is being carrying on. The VENUS facility has been constructed as the basic experimental platform for the neutronics study in ADS blanket. It's a zero power sub-critical neutron multiplying assembly driven by external neutron produced by a pulsed neutron generator. The theoretical, experimental and simulation study on nuclear data, material properties and nuclear fuel circulation related to ADS is carrying on to provide the database for ADS system analysis. The main results on ADS related researches will be reported.

포스트 코로나 시대 수술 로봇의 역할 및 발전 방향에 관한 전망 (A Perspective on Surgical Robotics and Its Future Directions for the Post-COVID-19 Era)

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has been reshaping the world by accelerating non-contact services and technologies in various domains. Hospitals as a healthcare system lie at the center of the dramatic change because of their fundamental roles: medical diagnosis and treatments. Leading experts in health, science, and technologies have predicted that robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) can drive such a hospital transformation. Accordingly, several government-led projects have been developed and started toward smarter hospitals, where robots and AI replace or support healthcare personnel, particularly in the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment procedures. This article inspects the remaining element of healthcare services, i.e., surgical treatment, focusing on evaluating whether or not currently available laparoscopic surgical robotic systems are sufficiently preparing for the era of post-COVID-19 when contactless is the new normal. Challenges and future directions towards an effective, fully non-contact surgery are identified and summarized, including remote surgery assistance, domain-expansion of robotic surgery, and seamless integration with smart operating rooms, followed by emphasis on robot tranining for surgical staff.

The Observing System Research and Predictability Experiment (THORPEX) and Potential Benefits for Korea and the East Asia

  • In this study, a brief overview on a WMO/WWRP program - The Observing System Research and Predictability Experiment (THORPEX) and discussions on perspectives and potential benefits of Asian countries are provided. THORPEX is aimed at accelerating improvements in the accuracy of 1 to 14-day high-impact weather forecasts with research objectives of: 1) predictability and dynamical processes; 2) observing systems; 3) data assimilation and observing strategies; and 4) societal and economic applications. Direct benefits of Asian countries from THORPEX include improvement of: 1) forecast skills in global models, which exerts positive impact on mesoscale forecasts; 2) typhoon forecasts through dropwindsonde observations; and 3) forecast skills for high-impact weather systems via increased observations in neighboring countries. Various indirect benefits for scientific researches are also discussed. Extensive adaptive observation studies are recommended for all high-impact weather systems coming into the Korean peninsula, and enhancement of observations in the highly sensitive regions for the forecast error growth is required to improve forecast skills in the peninsula, possibly through international collaborations with neighboring countries.

  • This study is designed to provide a facilitation program of the railroad tourist business that the bicycle is connected with the railroad. The sustainable growth will be achieved thorough the green growth being able to coexist with environment. To deal with the transportation problems -the environmental pollution caused by a large number of cars and the energy depletion, the traffic congestion- in our society is the prerequisites for the green growth. There is the need focusing on the expansion of the green network and the policy implementation of utilizing the bicycle, the formulation of the social consensus for environmental preservation. This provides the opportunity that we create the customer values and reinforce the firm's competitiveness. This study is to propose the plan for accelerating the tourism business connected to the bicycle, and to contribute to the government policy, to boost the green image of the railroad. Approaching in the strategic way to increase the customer's value and environmental preservation, this study will contribute to providing high quality customer service for both of the business performance and the customer satisfaction.

  • This paper was practiced insulation failure test forcing to accelerate on frequency of 420 HZ. There was manufactured generator stator windings for 500MVA thermal plants and selected accelerating deterioration voltage of 5.5kV/mm for electrical aging. Moreover, so as to verification of this experiments, we carried out modeling analysis due to finite element method using to ANSYS5.0 program for common package and imitated multi-stress aging for analyzing electrical and mechanical stress distribution.
