MC를 이용한 연삭시 증속기의 증속효과에 관한 연구 (Study on the Accelerating Effect of an Accelerating Unit in Grinding using Machining Center)

  • A problem in the grinding with a small diametric wheel is the decrease of wheel speed. In order to resolve this problem, an accelerating unit which increases the wheel speed is recommended. In this paper, the accelerating effect of an accelerating unit has been investigated through the side-cut grinding experiments performed with a vitrified bonded CBN wheel in a machining center(MC). The static stiffness, normal force, and machining error were measured in the experiments. As the accelerating unit is attached on the column of machining center, the static stiffness of tool system is largely decreased. But as the wheel speed increased by the accelerating unit, this problem is overcome and machining efficiency is improved. The lesser the quill stiffness was, the higher the accelerating effect became.

급결제 종류에 따른 광산 차수재의 특성 연구 (Study on the characteristic of liner and cover material by accelerating agent type)

  • At present research on mining backfill materials is being carried out to prevent ground subsidence and breaking by underground cavern of exhausted mines. However, backfill materials can cause secondary environmental issues such as ground pollution. To solve these issues, liner and cover materials are constructed before backfill materials constructed, to inhibit toxic substances form moving to the surroundings. Liner and cover materials, however, should have an accelerating performance after construction and when the accelerating performance is degraded, the work efficiency can be lowered, and the construction cost can be increased, by many rebound content. Therefore, this study develops mining liner and cover materials, and evaluates their accelerating performance and physical properties of liner and cover materials by types and content of accelerating agent. In case of aluminate accelerating agent, it is mixed with more than 5% of liner and cover materials(binder/ratio); thus an accelerating performance satisfying Korean Industrial Standards(KS) occurs, and in case of alkali-free accelerating agent, when it is mixed with more than 7%(binder/ratio), accelerating performance satisfying KS occurs. The more the accelerating agent capacity increases, the more compressive strength decreases. In addition, it is confirmed that compressive strength of aluminate accelerating agent is more degraded than compressive strength of the alkali-free accelerating agent. It is also confirmed that drying shrinkage stability of the alkali-free accelerating agent is better than the drying shrinkage stability of the aluminate accelerating agent.

  • Alkali silicate system has wide application to accelerating admixture for shotcrete, but it has several problems that decrease long-term strength and delay setting time. So alkali-free system was gradually focused on accelerating admixtures for shotcrete due to its environmental property. The aim of this study is to investigate effect of alkali-free accelerating admixtures on aluminum sulfate system containing diethanolamine or acrylic acid etc. The alkali-free accelerating admixture has better properties than silicate system accelerating admixtures on compressive strength and low pH as shotcrete. Especially, the compressive strength of alkali-free accelerating admixture containing diethanolamine was increased about 10% compared with the value of ordinary portland cement.

  • In this paper, an accelerated degradation test procedure for an electronic appliance compressor is proposed. We investigate the amount of wear of the compressor and consider several factors as accelerating factors. Finally we select the operating pressure as a main accelerating factor. The test condition of accelerated degradation test is determined. The modified accelerating test reduces the test time in design phase by using the suggested accelerating factor.

  • In this paper, an accelerated life test procedure for a vacuum cleaner motor is proposed. We investigate the failure mechanism of the motor and select some accelerating factors and determine the orifice size as a key accelerating factor. Three stress levels of orifice size are tested and the failure data with censored data are analyzed. The modified accelerating test will reduce the test time in design phase by using the accelerating factor.

  • Many flight bodies are essentially imposed in gradually accelerating and decelerating free streams during taking-off and landing processes. However, the wing aerodynamics occurring in such a stream have not yet been investigated in detail. The objective of the present study is to make clear the aerodynamic characteristics of an aerofoil placed in the accelerating and decelerating free stream conditions. A computational analysis is carried out to solve the unsteady, compressible, Navier-Stokes equations which are discretized using a fully implicit finite volume method. Computational results are employed to reveal the major characteristics of the aerodynamics over the gradually accelerating aerofoil wings.

  • A linear induction motor have advantages for reducing mechanical frictions and noises because it has thrust force by induced torque instead of friction force between rail and wheels. An it has additional advantage for reducing volume of bogie frame for light rail transit. The small volume causes the cost of construction down. Recently, researches of linear induction motor for thrust force of the light rail transit have been actively studied. For the rail transit, vehicle is running as follow accelerating and constant speed, finally decelerating speed passing local stops between stations. The light rail transit have only these three patterns of operating. Thus, design of that has different design specifications from others. In this paper, the linear induction motor for the light rail transit was designed considering the goal speed, accelerating time, and accelerating distance for approaching the goal speed. The designed motor was proved that it could meet the requirement of accelerating performance by2-dimensional finite element method and mechanical dynamics equation.

  • This paper presents design process of linear induction motor in dynamic tester for catenary-current collection. To minimize length of rail for dynamic tester for catenary-current collection, accelerating performance of the linear induction motor is very important. So the design process of linear induction motor considered in this paper is different with general design process of linear induction motor, because dynamic tester has three type driving region, as accelerating region, constant speed region, and braking region. Considering accelerating performance of motor, distance and time from starting point to constant speed region were concerned for load condition of motor. Designed linear induction motor was analyzed by 2-dimensional finite element method. Using mechanical dynamics simulation with analysis result of 2-dimensional finite element method and accelerating performance of designed motor was proved.

숏크리트용 급결제를 첨가한 시멘트 모르타르의 응결 및 강도특성 (Setting Time and Strength Characteristics of Cement Mixtures with Set Accelerating Agent for Shotcrete)

  • NATM 시공에서 급결제의 사용은 일반화되어 있으나 품질 및 시험기준의 제정은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 숏크리트용 급결제에 대한 국내외 품질기준 비교 및 시험을 수행하여 규격의 적정성을 평가하였다. 실리케이트계, 알루미네이트계 및 시멘트광물계 급결제의 알칼리함유량이 매우 높게 나타나 사용골재의 반응성 평가에 대한 관리 및 시험빈도를 높여야 할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 응결시험결과 BS 시험방법이 정량적인 것으로 판단되었으나, 실리케이트계 및 알칼리프리계 급결제는 첨가방법에 따라 응결시간이 큰 차이를 나타내었다. 압축강도는 실리케이트계, 알루미네이트계 및 급결성 시멘트 광물계의 재령 1일 강도는 $90kgf/cm^2$ 이상으로 한국콘크리트학회 규준을 만족하나 플래인 모르타르 강도대비 재령 28일 압축강도비는 알칼리프리계를 제외하고 $50{\~}65\%$ 정도를 나타내었다. 따라서 재료특성 및 국내터널 시공방법 반영과 품질향상을 도모할 수 있는 규격제정이 시급히 요망되었다.

실리케이트계 급결제를 혼입한 글라이코 캘릭스 코팅재의 응결시간 및 압축강도 발현 특성 (Setting Time and Compressive Strength Gains of Glycocalix Coating Materials with Silica-based Accelerating Agents)

  • 이 연구에서는 화학적 열화 및 생물학적 열화에 노출된 콘크리트의 보호를 위해 개발된 글라이코 캘릭스(glycocalix) 코팅재의 응결속도 및 압축강도 발현에 대한 실리케이트계 급결제 혼입의 영향을 검토하였다. 글라이코 캘릭스 코팅재의 적용처에 따라 제안된 단면 뿜어 붙이기용 및 라이닝 공법용 코팅재 배합에서 실리케이트계 급결제의 첨가량을 10mL/L, 25mL/L 및 40mL/L로 변화하였다. 글라이코 캘릭스 코팅재의 경화속도는 박테리아 고정화 재료 양에 의해서도 영향을 받았는데, 40mL/L의 급결제를 첨가한 단면 뿜어 붙이기 및 라이닝 공법용 배합의 종결시간은 각각 80분 및 318분이었다. 급결제를 첨가한 글라이코 캘릭스 코팅재의 강도 발현은 급결제 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 일반 코팅재에 비해 낮은 결과를 보였다.
