본 연구는 정보공개법상에서 행해지는 학술 기록정보서비스의 문제점을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 개선사항을 제안하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 정보공개청구를 통해 공공기록을 이용한 경험이 있는 19명의 연구자와 심층 면접을 수행하였으며, 기록정보서비스가 학술연구 지원을 하는데 어떠한 문제가 있는지를 Strauss와 Corbin의 근거이론으로 분석했다. 1998년 정보공개법이 제정된 이후 일반인의 청구 건수는 지속적으로 증가하고 있는데 반해 학술연구자들의 이용률은 상당히 저조하다. 이러한 저조한 이용률은 정보공개 청구를 통한 학술정보 서비스 절차의 복잡성과 무관하지 않다. 본 연구는 학술이용자들의 기록정보서비스 이용행태를 분석하여 연구자들이 현행 정보공개청구절차에 상당히 불만족하고 있으며, 이는 학술 이용률 저하에 직접적인 원인이 되고 있다는 점을 밝혔다.

이 연구의 목적은 대학도서관 이용자가 채팅을 통한 정보봉사 서비스를 이용하는데 있어서 어떠한 요소에 의해 동기화가 이루어지며 또한 어떠한 요소에 의해서 동기화가 방해되는지를 밝혀내고자 하는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 성취하기 위해, 본 연구는 미국의 플로리다 주립대학에서 문헌정보학을 전공하는 대학원생들을 대상으로 하여 2007년 4월과 5월에 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰자료의 분석결과 채팅을 통한 정보봉사서비스를 대학도서관 이용자들이 이용하는데 있어서 다음과 같은 요소들이 동기화 요인으로 작용한다는 사실이 밝혀졌다: 이용의 편리성, 익명성, 서비스를 이용하는데 있어서 비용이 거의 들지 않는다는 점. 한편, 채팅을 통한 정보봉사서비스를 이용하는데 있어서 방해요인으로는 다음과 같은 요소들이 언급되었다: 서비스를 기다리는 시간, 접근성, 인터페이스 디자인, 가상공간에서 자신의 의사를 정확히 표현할 수 없는 불편함.

이 연구의 목적은 코로나19 기간 동안 대학도서관에서 실시된 다양한 비대면, 온라인 서비스를 살펴보고 뉴노멀시대 대학도서관에 적용할 수 있는 지속가능한 서비스를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 코로나19 사태로 인한 대학도서관 서비스의 운영 현황을 살펴보고, 국내 대학 중 재학생 10,000명 이상 대학의 도서관 63개관의 비대면·온라인 서비스 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 대상 도서관의 홈페이지와 대학도서관 발전계획을 살펴보았으며, 비대면·온라인 서비스를 '장서', '시설·공간', '프로그램'의 범주로 분류하여 서비스 사례를 분석하였다. 또한 국내 공공도서관 및 해외 도서관의 비대면·온라인 서비스 사례를 분석하여 국내 대학도서관에 적용할 수 있는 지속가능한 비대면 서비스를 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과, 뉴노멀시대 대학도서관의 지속가능한 서비스로 '수업자료에 대한 비대면·온라인 서비스 확대', '연구·학습지원 큐레이션 확대를 통한 도서관 자원의 이용 활성화', '스마트도서관 구축 및 시설·공간 서비스 혁신', '이용자와의 상호작용 확대를 통한 비대면·온라인 프로그램 기획'을 제시하였다.

자연어 처리 기술을 접목한 컴퓨터 보조 언어 학습 연구가 진행되고 있지만, 기존 영문교정은 일반적인 영어 문장을 기반으로 연구되어, 격식을 갖춘 문체와 전문적인 기술 용어를 사용하는 학술 영문의 경우 그 특성을 반영하지 못한 교정 결과를 제공한다. 또한 문장의 문법적 완성도 향상을 위한 다수의 기존 연구는 교정을 통한 문장 전달력 향상의 한계점이 존재한다. 따라서, 본 논문은 전문적인 기술 용어 사용을 기반으로 문장의 명확한 의미 전달을 목적으로 하는 학술 영문을 위한 자동 교정 방법론을 제안한다. 제안 방법론은 오탈자 교정과 문장 전달력 개선 두 단계로 구성된다. 오탈자 교정 단계는 입력된 오탈자와 문맥에 적합한 교정 단어를 제공한다. 문장 전달력 개선 단계는 원문과 교정문의 쌍으로부터 학습할 수 있는 양방향 순환신경망 기계번역 사후교정 모델을 기반으로 문장의 전달력을 개선한다. 실제 교정 데이터를 이용한 실험을 수행하였으며, 정량적·정성적 분석을 통해 제안 방법론의 우수성을 검증하였다.

ASP service users' needs for flexible and customized services to deal with changes in business environments and user contexts seems to be appealing due to the progress of technology and IT paradigm such as ubiquitous computing and web 2.0. Through the lens of expectancy confirmation and flexibility, we explored factors that influence users' repurchase intent and organizational benefit in ASP services. With an empirical study, we examined information quality, service quality, flexibility, customization, user satisfaction, trust in ASP services can contribute to the repurchase intent and organizational benefit. In addition to, business type and company size are added to the research model as control variables for user satisfaction, trust, and repurchase intent. Our findings suggested that the service quality and flexibility significantly were cruicial determinant of user satisfaction in ASP services. Furthermore, user satisfaction significantly influenceS repurchase intent, and organization benefits were affected by repurchase intent. This study has important implications for academic researchers and practitioners who seek to understand factors that affect ASP service users' repurchase intent and organization benefits.

The first objective of this study is to verify diverse responses of users of internet landscape architecture media to service quality. Second, the degree of value and evaluation of service users is understood. Third, the general relation between users' importance/achievement response and overall satisfaction is analyzed. Thus, the general relation between users' response and satisfaction is analyzed. It aims to contribute to the suggestion of basic data for the development of internet media in the landscape architecture area The results of this study are like following. First, there were significant differences in expect and performance responses depending on 'age' among demographic variables, and 'academic background' and 'work' among socioeconomic variables. Second, the influence of service quality on satisfaction was verified as significantly positive(+). Especially, the influence of appearance showing low importance and achievement was the most noticeably shown, so that it was analyzed as the most efficient progress. Third, the determinant of satisfaction was shown differently depending on 'age' among demographic variables and 'work' among socioeconomic variables.

Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relation to perceived maternal child rearing behaviors and the level of internet addiction in the upper year grade students. Method: Data was collected through self-report questionnaires in which perceived maternal child rearing behaviors and internet addiction. This study population was comprised of 668 students who enrolled 4~6 year-grade in Kwangwon-Do. The data collected was analyzed by the SPSS program. Results: The level of internet addiction of subjects was rather low. Of the children, 88.2% reported being average on-line users, 7.3%, heavy on-line users, and 4.5%, internet addicted. Gender, existence of father, mother's attitude when child overuse on-line, average playing time of on-line per day, frequency of on-line visits per week and purpose of on-line use for average on-line users were different from that of heavy on-line users. The level of perceived maternal child rearing behaviors were abbreviate positively correlated to the level of internet addiction in subjects. Conclusion: We suggest these results be used to develop a internet addiction prevention program.

The purpose of this study is to explore structural relationship between cognitive factors and emotional factors in predicting behavioral intention of duty-free users. This study conducted questionnaire survey on 246 users of duty-free shops and analyzed it by using structural equation. As the result of the study, attitude was significantly associated with both desire and behavioral intention. Subjective norm had a significant impact on desire, but had no significant imfact on behavioral intention. Whereas perceived behavioral control did not have a significant influence on desire and intention. Desire, which plays mediating role as a major variable in goal-directed behavioral model, turned out to not only have significant impact on behavioral intention but has the strongest effect as well. This study has its academic meaning in that it explored factors which have effect on decision-making process of duty-free users focusing on goal-oriented behavioral model, which is one of integrated psychological models. In practical terms, this study can be used as a basic material for corporations to establish goals in domestic duty-free shops.

Purpose Online platform companies can increase the spread of content by communicating with users who have diverse preferences through social networks. Previous studies show the mixed effect on the network overlap, and there was a limited examinations for the underlying mechanism. This study expects high academic and practical implications that can be provided by studying on the user's viewership network. The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of network overlap on the users' viewership for creators of user-generated content in YouTube. We explain the direct and in-direct effects through the content sharing and the valence of user ratings. Design/methodology/approach The data contains 45 channels and 4,085 video clips from YouTube. We control the effect of the categories, channel characteristics, and vide clip characteristics on the viewership. PROCESS macro were used to analyze the direct and in-direct effects of network overlap. Findings The analysis results showed that the network overlap directly affect on the users' viewership. The variable decreases the moderators (i.e., content sharing and the valence of user ratings). This result implies that the users can not satisfy their need for uniqueness which is achieved by content sharing and rating in the overlapped network.

The purpose of Electro-Optical Camera (EOC), the primary payload of KOMPSAT-1, is to collect high resolution visible imagery of the Earth including Korean Peninsula. EOC images will be distributed to the public or many user groups including government, public corporations, academic or research institutes. KARI will offer the online service to the users through internet. Some application, e.g., generation of Digital Elevation Model (DEM), needs a secondary data such as satellite ephemeris data, attitude data to process the EOC imagery. EOC imagery with these ancillary information will be distributed in a file of Hierarchical Data Format (HDF) file formal. HDF is a physical file format that allows storage of many different types of scientific data including images, multidimensional data arrays, record oriented data, and point data. By the lack of public domain softwares supporting HDF file format, many public users may not access EOC data without difficulty. The purpose of this research is to develop a browsing system of EOC data for the general users not only for scientists who are the main users of HDF. The system is PC-based and huts user-friendly interface.
