  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the criteria of biochemical recurrence (BCR) and follow-up periods and methods with and without blood and imaging test of urologic oncology before established guidelines of prostate cancer in Korea. Materials and Methods: In December 2015, we sent the questionnaire to urologic oncologist in academic hospital and received the answer from 108 urologic oncologist (50%). Also, we analyzed the data of 1,141 patients underwent radical prostatectomy in 2005 from Korean Medical Insurance. Results: In follow-up, 72 physicians (66.7%) performed blood test every 3 months, 51 physicians (47.2%) performed imaging study in case of BCR. Bone scan was the most common imaging study in the follow-up (74 physicians, 68.5%). But, bone scan was only performed in case of BCR (43 physicians, 39.8%). The criteria of BCR was PSA 0.2 ng/mL (75 physician, 69.4%), 76 physicians (70.4%) was performed different follow-up according to risk of patients. In Korean Medical Insurance data analysis, PSA were performed average 2 times every year and magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, Bone scan were performed average 0.1, 0.2, 0.1 times every year, respectively. Conclusions: The criteria of BCR and the follow-up of prostate cancer patients in Korea were similar Korean prostate cancer guidelines. Blood and imaging test might be increased compared to 10 years ago, it is necessary to compare the Korean Medical Insurance data between 10 years ago and present.

  • This study examines the motivation for using YouTube 'mukbang' content by integrating the use and satisfaction approach and the technology acceptance model, and identified the determinants that affect the continuous use intention. A survey was conducted on 358 YouTube 'mukbang' content users, and major results were derived through exploratory/confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program and the AMOS 21.0 program. The main results are presented as follows. First, information seeking motive, stress relief motive, and time spending motive had a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and information seeking motive and time spending motive had a positive effect on perceived ease of use. Second, information seeking motivation, stress relief motivation, and time spending motivate had a positive effect on perceived enjoyment and perceived novelty. Third, perceived enjoyment did not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Fourth, both perceived enjoyment and perceived novelty had a positive effect on continuous use intention. Fifth, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive effect on continuous use intention. This study will have academic significance in that it elaborates a model that can identify the continuous use of YouTube 'mukbang' content by integrating the uses and gratifications approach, and technology acceptance model. Future follow-up studies should contribute to the refinement of models related to the determinants of the intention to continue using YouTube's 'mukbang' content through an attempt to integrate various models.

  • This study analyzed research trends on smart logistics in Korea by conducting social network analysis (SNA) using R. The purpose of this study is to enhance the understanding of the smart logistics field along with the smart logistics status and policy review, and to suggest implications and future research tasks. The analysis period and subjects were 128 academic journal papers on smart logistics-related topics over the past 10 years (2011-2020), and the results were divided into the first half (2011-2015) and the second half (2016-2020). The analysis of the study was carried out step-by-step through frequency analysis, network centrality analysis, and visualization. As a result of the study, the quantitative increase and diversification of the research field were confirmed. It was also confirmed that the concentration of research on core areas increased by increasing the proportion of duplicate keywords. In addition, keywords with high betweenness centrality and degree centrality score such as Logistics, Authentication, Smart, Service, RFID, Technology, and Revolution were presented. Lastly, this study reviewed the structure with a focus on betweenness centrality after visualizing the network with main keywords. As a result, early research was focused on the field of logistics, and after 2016, it was confirmed that the center of research was diversifying and expanding with the development of the 4th industrial revolution and major technologies.

  • This study analyzed the factors influencing baby boomers' reemployment intentions. The extended Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) as a research model used in this study. The extended TPB added outcome expectations and economic preparation as independent variables. Personal characteristics were set as a moderating variable and reemployment intention was set as a dependent variable. Based on the questionnaire survey of 250 baby boomers for the established research model, an empirical test was conducted through regression analysis. The results of empirical testing are as follows. Attitude, perceived behavioral control, and outcome expectations had a significant positive (+) effect on the baby boomer's reemployment intention. On the other hand, economic preparation had a significant negative (-) effect. Social norms have not been tested for significant influence relationships. Among the significant variables, economic preparation was found to have the greatest influence. The results of moderating effect of personal characteristics, both agreeableness and conscientiousness were found to play a role in moderating between attitudes and reemployment intention, between outcome expectations and reemployment intention. Based on these research results, academic and practical implications for the baby boomer's reemployment were presented.

  • This review aims to identify the virtual reality (VR)-based home modification programs and provide basic data for the future development and application of domestic VR-based home modification programs. We collected the studies of academic publication or conference, symposium addressed VR-based home modification from January 2011 to June 2021 using hand searching and databases such as Medline, Embase, and Scopus. A total of 7 studies were selected through selection criteria, and the studies were quantitative and qualitative studies on the development of VR prototype for home modification and the acceptability and usability of the programs. VR-based home modification have been developed and applied for various purposes for stakeholders involved in home modification. It can be used as the tools for fostering experts in home modification, evaluating the home environment remotely, and facilitating communication and collaboration with the stakeholders in the modification process. In the future, studies on development and feasibility of VR-based home modification program reflecting the characteristics of domestic housing should be conducted, and it is expected to be utilized as a tool to support the home modification process.

  • In this study, AHP analysis was conducted on potential residents who are willing or likely to live in a smart city. The purpose is to identify priorities for strategic objectives. In order to establish a hierarchical structure for the vision, core values, and strategic goals of the smart city business, we researched domestic and overseas smart city-related academic papers and research reports, business plans, and institutional websites. After reviewing professors, researchers, experts, and focus groups, 4 2nd tier and 12 3rd tier properties were finally selected and the hierarchical structure was confirmed. As a result of AHP analysis, it was found that residents place the highest importance on quality of life in smart city projects. As a result of the analysis of the lower-level factors, it was found that safety was the most important. The priorities were analyzed in the order of living convenience, eco-friendliness, and social inequality resolution. It is expected that the results of this analysis will be able to suggest strategies to be established when promoting smart city projects in the future.

  • This study is aimed to analyze university students' learning experiences in K-MOOC by conducting a survey of university students' perception of K-MOOC, who are the major users of K-MOOC. Also it intended to use them to develop a specific strategy for continued use of K-MOOC. The study was conducted on 155 university students who attending university course and experienced K-MOOC's course within a year. The survey was conducted on online and provided with multiple questions about sustainability and satisfaction. Also survey provided with a subjective items about reason of satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the K-MOOC, and expectation about the future K-MOOC. The analysis found that the main motivation for university students was the convenience of online learning, which was the highest in questions asking why they were satisfied. For reasons of dissatisfaction, the decrease in academic volition and lack of interaction, and the technical problems of K-MOOC system were pointed out. University students learners are expecting improvements in course content and K-MOOC system. Based on these results, this paper suggests instructional strategies to help K-MOOC university students for becoming lifelong learners of K-MOOC.
