운동화 겉창용 BR/CIIR 고무 복합체의 마찰특성 향상에 대한 연구 (Improvement of Frictional Property of BR/CIIR Composite Rubber for Shoes Outsole)

  • 본 논문은 신발 아웃솔용 재료로 사용하기 위하여 마찰특성은 낮으나 내마모성이 우수한 부타디엔고무(BR)에 내마모성은 약하지만 마찰특성이 우수한 염화이소부틸고무(CIIR)를 블렌딩하는 경우 고무복합체의 마찰특성이 저하되는 현상을 방지하기 위한 제조방법에 대한 연구이다. BR/CIIR 복합체에서 마찰특성이 저하되지 않도록 하기 위하여 CIIR을 예비가교한 후 BR에 혼합하여 고무복합체로 제조한 경우, 복합체의 마찰특성이 현저히 향상되었다. 예비 가교한 CIIR을 40% 혼합하여 제조한 복합체의 내마모성과 마찰특성은 신발 아웃솔용으로 사용하기에 만족할 만한 값을 나타내었다.

원통형 단판적층재의 접착성 및 도장처리에 따른 표면내구성 (Bonding Quality of Cylindrical LVL and Surface Durability by Its Painting)

  • 원통형 단판적층재(LVL)의 구조재 이외의 공예재 등의 용도개발을 위하여 원통형 단판적층재의 내수접착성과 도장처리에 따른 내마모성 및 표면경도를 측정하였다. 레조시놀 수지와 경화제(paraformaldehyde)를 100 : 5의 혼합비로 하여 접착 경화한 원통형 단판적층재의 전체적인 접착층에 대한 삶음박리 접착력은 양호한 편이었다. 내마모성은 횡단면이 접선단면보다 상대적으로 우수하였으며, 접선단면에 자외선 차단 오일을 도장 처리한 경우 내마모성이 향상되었다. 표면경도는 횡단면의 경우, 낙엽송 중심재가 라디에타소나무 단판적층 부위보다 높았고, 접선단면의 경우에는 접착층 부위가 단판부위보다 높게 나타났다.

  • 진공가압 수지함침 처리에 의한 목재의 휨강도, 경도 및 내마모성 향상을 위하여 침엽수 3수종에 수용성 멜라민 수지를 수지농도와 처리시간별로 진공가압 처리한 후 수지함침 열압축목재(compreg)를 제조한 다음 물성을 검토하였다. 또한 같은 수종에 수용성 난연제를 도포처리하는 방법과 진공가압 후 열압처리 방법으로 제조한 다음 난연성 향상정도를 측정하였다. 수지의 농도가 높을수록 휨강도 및 브리넬 경도는 증가하였고 내마모성은 향상되었으나, 처리시간과는 일정한 경향이 없었다. 난연성은 도포시험편 보다 진공가압처리 시험편이 총 방출열량이 감소하여 진공가압처리에 의한 난연성 개선 방법이 효과가 있었다.

재생 WC 분산형 Fe계 하드페이싱 용접재료의 마모저항성에 미치는 Mn과 C 첨가의 영향 (Effects of Mn and C Addition on the Wear Resistance for the Recycled WC Dispersed Fe-base Hardfacing Weld)

  • The abrasion and impact wear resistance were investigated on the hardfacing weld dispersed with the recycled hard metal(HM). The HM was composed of the tungsten carbide(WC) reinforced metal matrix composite. The cored wire filled with the 25-35wt.% HM and 2-8wt.% of the alloying element, Fe-75Mn- 7C(FeMnC), was used for the gas metal arc(GMA) welding. By using the cored wire of the 25wt.% HM and FeMnC addition, the weld showed mostly constant wear loss for the abrasion as a function of the FeMnC content. This was due to the insufficient amount of the tungsten carbide formed during the GMA welding. The FeMnC addition to the 35wt.% HM did not improve the abrasion wear property since the amount of the tungsten carbide formed was decreased with respect to the FeMnC amount. The 6wt.% FeMnC addition to the 35wt.% HM exhibited the better impact wear resistance than the hardfacing weld by 40wt.% HM.

중공형 암석시편의 Pin-on-disk 마모시험을 위한 등속도 나선경로 계산방법 (Calculation Method of Constant Linear Velocity Spiral Path for Pin-on-disk Abrasion Test using a Hollow Type Rock Sample)

  • 본 기술보고는 Pin-on-disk 마모시험에서 연속적인 등속도 아르키메데스 나선 경로 계산 방법에 관해 설명한다. 근사 계산된 등속도 아르키메데스 나선은 회전 중심 가까이에서 속도가 불안정하다. 따라서 본 기술보고에서는 등속도 조건을 만족시키기 위해 중공 단면을 가지는 시편을 사용하여 원점 부근에서 오프셋을 주었다. 또한, 내향형 나선과 외향형 나선을 연속적으로 연결하기 위해서 각각의 나선의 시작과 종료 지점 정보를 다음 차례의 나선에 반영하였다. 더불어, 시편의 치수과 마모시험 조건의 변화에 따라 등속도 나선 경로를 편리하게 계산하는 데 도움을 주고자 전용 계산 프로그램을 개발하였다.

의치용 레진치와 수복용 복합레진 간의 결합강도에 관한 연구 (SHEAR BOND STRENGTHS BETWEEN ABRASION-RESISTANT DENTURE TEETH AND COMPOSITE RESINS)

  • This study investigated the shear bond strengths between abrasion-resistant denture teeth and composite resins according to surface treatments. Denture teeth for this study were Trubyte IPN teeth(Dentsply Inc., USA) with interpenetrating polymer network and Endura Posterio (Shofu Inc. Japan) of composite resin teeth, and restorative composite resins were Clearfil FII (Kuraray, Japan) of the self-cured composite resin and Z100(3M Dental Product, USA) of the light-cured composite resin. Five different surface treatments were evaluated: (1) $50{\mu}m\;A1_2O_3$ sandblasting: (2) #100 carbide paper; (3) chloroform; (4) retentive holes; and (5) no treatment. After surface treatments, denture teeth were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and the maximum shear bond strengths between abrasion-resistant denture teeth and composite resins were measured using Instron. The results were as follows; 1. IPN teeth treated with sandblasting had the highest shear bond strength, and Endura treated with sandblasting and carbide paper had significantly greater shear bond strength than with any other surface treatment. 2. Regardless or composite resins, the shear bond strength on Endura was greater than on IPN teeth. 3. Regardless of denture teeth, the shear bond strength of Clearfil FII was greater han of Z100. 4. In appearance of SEM, IPN teeth treated with sandblasting showed generalized roughness on the all of surface, however, carbide paper treatment resulted in partly rough. Endura treated with sandblasting and carbide paper showed similar surface characteristics. Wetting denture teeth surface with chloroform removed the debris and created a particle-free and smooth surface.

SM45C재의 PVD코팅과 필름에 의한 트라이볼러지 특성 (Variations in Tribological Characteristics of SM45C by PVD Coating and Thin Films)

  • In order to accumulate data to lower the friction coefficient of a press mold, tribological tests were performed before and after coating SM45C with a PVC/PO film and plasma coating (CrN, concept). The ultrasonic nanocrystal surface modification (UNSM)-treated material had a nano-size surface texture, high surface hardness, and large and deep compressive residual stress formation. Even when the load was doubled, the small amount of abrasion, small weight of the abrasion, and width and depth of the abrasion did not increase as much as those of untreated materials. A comparison of the weight change before and after the tribological test with the CrN and the concept coating material and that of the untreated material showed that the wear loss of the concept coating material and P-UNSM treated material (that is, the UNSM treated material treated with the concept coating) showed a tendency to decrease by approximately 55-75%. Concept 100N had a lower friction coefficient of about 0.6, and P-UNSM-30-100N showed almost the same curve as concept 100N and had a low coefficient of friction of about 0.6. The concept multilayer coating had a thickness of $5.32{\mu}m$. In the beginning, the coefficient of friction decreased because of the plasma coating, but it started to increase from about 250-300 s. After about 350 s, the coefficient of friction tended to approach the friction coefficient of the SM45C base metal. The SGV-280F film-attached test specimen was slightly pushed back and forth, but the SM45C base material was not exposed due to abrasion. The friction coefficient was 0.22, which was the lowest, and the tribological property was the best in this study.

  • The sheet metal forming proceccing is very important and indispensable in the automotive industry because the accuracy of prsee worked parts is directly related to the automotive quality. But when making mold it is difficult and expensive to modify mold. mold design technology is a critical technology in press plastic working. When design the mold there are lots of variables in press plastic working according to worked material, mold materials, conditions of heat treatment, clearance and so on. Abrasion of mold depends on these kind of conditions and sheared surface which is crucial for quality of product also depends on them. In this study, we conduct research on abrasion loss of mold according to 8, 10 and 12% of clearance for thickness of 1.0mm of worked material out of mold design variables of the products whose worked materials are high carbon steel and carbon tool steel by a practical experiment and perform a comparative evaluation of difference of abrasion loss mold with the alloy tool steel (STD11) and Tungsten Carbide (WC).

레이온 직물의 Wet-Fixation에 의한 DP가공에 관한 연구(I) - 일욕법과 이욕법의 비교 - (A Study on the Durable Press Finish by Wet-Fixation Processes for Rayon Fabrics (I) - One Bath and Two Bath Processes -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in easy-care and strength properties of the wet fixation processed viscose rayon fabrics. Rayon fabrics were treated with mixed resins of melamine formaldehyde (MF) and DMDHEU by one bath and two bath wet fixation processes. The MF/DMDHEU mixed resin concentrations were 50/100, 50/150, 100/100, 100/150 and 150/100(g/1). Magnasium chloride was used as a catalyst. Treated fabrics were evaluated by nitrogen content, DP rating, wrinkle recovery angle, breaking strength, tearing strength and abrasion resistance. The properties were compared to the fabrics treated by conventional Pad-Dry-Cure (PDC) method. Wet fixation processed fabrics showed DP ratings of higher than 3 and higher than 275 degrees of wrinkle recovery angles in all the mixed resin concentrations. Wet fixation processed fabrics showed increase in breaking strength and tearing strength but decrease in abrasion resistance. However, the decrease in abrasion resistance was much less than the conventional PDC treated fabrics. The one bath wet fixation processed fabrics showed better physical properties than the two bath processed fabrics in general. The optimum treatment condition was the mixed resin concentration of MF/DMDHEU, 100/100 g/l in one bath wet fixation process.

치아표면 처리방법과 thernocycling이 콤포짓트 레진 코어의 미세누출에 미치는 영향 (THE EFFECTS OF SURFACE TREATMENT AND THERMOCYCLING ON THE MICROLEAKAGE OF COMPOSITE RESIN CORES)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the microleakage of the composite resin cores according to surface treatment, dentin bonding agents, and thermocycling. For this study, 120 extracted premolar teeth were used. Flat occlusal surfaces were prepared with diamond disk, and treated with air-abrasion, acid-etching, combination. The composite resin core was built with Z-100 after application of Scotchbond Multi-Purpose and All-Bond 2. Prepared specimens were thermocycled for 2,000 cycles. Specimens were immersed in 1% methylene blue solution for 24hours at $37^{\circ}C$. The microleakage was measured with a inverted metallurgical microscope(BHS313, Olympus, Japan). The following conclusions were drawn from this study: 1. The microleakages in the groups treated with air-abrasion and with acid etching were greater than that of the groups treated with combination method before thermocycling(p<0.05), the microleakages of the groups treated with air-abrasion were greater than that of the groups treated with acid-etching and combination method after thermocycling(p<0.05) 2. There were no significant difference between groups using Scotchbond Multi-Purpose and the groups using All-Bond 2. 3. Thermocycling didn't affect the change of microleakage in all cases.
