A effective and accurate method of hot-forging process is essential to the design of optimized dies as well as workpiece of intial shape. the former is achieved by a proper forging sequence with invokes serious problem like excessive load and die wear, die failure, underfilling and lap defects. the latter is achieved by a proper preform design of case I, case II, case III. metal forming processes of aluminum-alloy forged at an effective strain and temperature are analyzed by the finite element method. the non-isothermal analysis have been compared with optimized in terms of preform shape.

Rotavirus is a most common etiologic viral agent of pediatric gastroenteritis. Most newborns infected by rotavirus show no specific symptoms, yet, some of neonates can develop serious complications such as intestinal perforation, necrotizing enterocolitis or even death. And rotavirus infection may cause only neurologic manifestation such as seizure without gastrointestinal manifestations in some neonates. We experienced a case of neonatal rotavirus infection with benign convulsion without gastrointestinal manifestations, and report this case with literature review as followings.

Arterial injuries in the gluteal region caused by a knife are rare but serious, with mortality rates of up to 25%. This case report presents the management of a young male patient admitted to the emergency department in hypovolemic shock, with uncontrollable bleeding from an isolated penetrating gluteal injury. Additionally, the details of the surgical approach employed are discussed.

Conservative therapy with appropriate antibiotics is essential for most patients with infectious spondylitis. Although most antibiotics do not cause problems if it used properly and serious side effects are rare, side effects can occur with any class of drugs and adverse reactions of antibiotics can range from mild allergic reactions to serious and fulminant adverse events. These side effects are also extremely variable from patient to patient and from antibiotic to antibiotic. A side effect of antibiotics may paradoxically increase inflammatory marker levels. Here, the author presents two cases of antibiotic-induced increase in inflammatory markers in cured infectious spondylitis. The patients were successfully treated after stopping the antibiotic therapy. The differential diagnosis between antibiotic side effects and infection should be considered very carefully because the treatment is completely different. Although the exact mechanisms underlying successful treatment without antibiotics are unclear, we should consider the side effects of antibiotics when following inflammatory markers during treatment of infectious spondylitis.

Prosthetic valve endocarditis with aortic root abscess is a serious condition requiring urgent surgical intervention. We present a case caused by an infected Bentall mechanical valve conduit after cardiac surgery in a patient who was referred for a suprasternal pulsatile mass. The patient also had 1 episode of sentinel haemorrhage.

Aspergillosis is not only the problem increasing the freguency for recent decades but also a serious one. Coexistent pulmonary diseases are frequent and the most common antecedent disease is Tuberculosis with healed cavitary lesion. Interest of the surgeons is aroused because of it`s predilection to sudden life-threatening, exsanguinating pulmonary hemorrhage. 11 patients with pulmonary aspergillosis evaluated at this hospital in a 7-year period, and the results were as follows: 1.male to female ratio was 1:1.75. 2.The most common symptom was gross or microscopic hemoptysis[72.7%]and other symptoms were chest pain[9.1%] and chronic productive coughing[9.1%]. 3.The right upper lobe was most common involving site[81.8%] 4.Surgical interventions were 8 cases of lobectomy, 1 case of lobectomy with wedge resection, 2 cases of wedge resection. 5.Post-operative complications developed in 5 patients and were 4 cases of wound infections, 2 cases of empyemas, 1 case of bleeding, 1 case of atelectasis.

This study is based on the theory of R.Caillois about element of play which is motivated to infant for studying Hangul. The ultimate goal of play has to be accompanied by pleasure. And learning means permanent changes from experiences for the individual's. Play and learning, these two elements are united to the genre of serious game since the GBL (game based learning) was lead. Most importantly, in order to achieve their own Hangul learning is the fun. Coupled with fun and learning has an important issue for flow because concentration is low in infants than adults. In this case study is to know about fun factor has been applied effectively to Hangul serious mobile game. 20 Infant Hangul mobile serious games of Google Android mobile game section were selected as a case study based on more than 10,000 downloads and user's review rate by April 22, 2014. After that is currently available on the market can play a variety of cases of infant learning Hangul from previous research of R.Caillois offers four categories of play. R.Caillois of Agon, Mimicry, Alea, Ilinx have unique characteristics in comparison with its functional characteristics Hangul four are present any role in Hangul serious mobile games. As a result of the cases selected and the rules of the game will include a maximum of two of the most common types of Agon. Each attribute of the play, rather than one single factor is applied to four kinds of game play performance when properties are distributed to experience together gave the best flow. Quality characteristics on the properties of process capability indices (PCIs) are often required to be normally distributed. But, if a characteristic is not normally distributed, serious errors can result from normal-based techniques. In this case, we may well consider the use of new PCIs specially designed to be robust for non-normality. In this paper, a newly proposed measure of process capability is introduced and compared with existing PCIs using the simulated non-normal data.

Harmonics and fundamental reactive power of nonlinear loads in serious unbalanced power condition are compensated by current synchronous detection(CSD) theory which is also acceptable for single phase power system, but the CSD theory is not suitable any more in case of controlled independently harmonics and reactive component. Therefore a new algorithm the extended current synchronous detection (ECSD)theory for a three phase active power filter based on decomposition of fundamental reactive distorted components is proposed in this paper. The proposed ECSD theory is simulated and tested comparison with a few power theories under asymmtrical condition in power system.

Wernicke's encephalopathy (WE) is an acute neurological disorder resulting from thiamine deficiency. Early diagnosis and treatment of WE is important to avoid persistent brain damage. Although histopathologic examination usually demonstrates pin-point hemorrhages in affected brain parenchyma, secondary hemorrhage is a rare but serious complication of WE. We experienced a rare case of intracranial hemorrhage related to WE in a 56-year-old male patient with malnourishment.
