산업근로자의 건강증진 행태에 관한 관련요인분석 (A Study on Health Promotion Behavior and It′s Related Factors of Industrial Workers)

  • From September 2, 1995 through October 31, this questionnaire was made by the 1, 200 industrial workers who work for 15 enterprises of 5 types of business. And it was for helping to devise a policy and to develop a program for industrial workers' health promotion by understanding the consciousness behavior level of industrial workers in our country and the related factors which are under the influence of it and health promotion behavior. The summary and conclusions are as follows. 1. In health promotion score level by related factors, the health diagmosis level score was 7. 37(81.9/100) of the perfect score 9, nutrition level score was 7.00(77.8/100), health education behavior level score was 6.00(66.7/100), exercise behavior level score was 6.01(66.8/100), occupational disease knowledge level score was 6.00(66.7/100). 2. Health diagnosis behavior level was significantly high when the age is older, when the occupation term is longer, when the economic status is better. And wjem tje satosfoed degree for vocational aptitude, working environment, and the education contents. 3. Nutrition (dietary habit) status level was high in men, in the age group of 40 over, in the group of having their spouse, in the group of being paid over one million won a month, in the upper economic classes (P〈0.001). It was also high in graduates middle school and in daytime workers (P〈0.05). 4. Health education behavior level was high in the older ahe hroup, in a single life (separation by death, divouce, separation) and in the longer occupation term(P〈0.001). 5. Exercises behavior level was high in men, in the workers who are paid 500~990 thousand won a month, in the better economic classes(P〈0.01). 6. Knowledge level on an occupational disease was high in men, in the older age group, in the group of having a spouse, In the workers who are paid 500~990 thousand won a month, in the group of having a longer occupation term, and in the residents living not in a large city(P〈0.01). 7. When health status was higher, health promotion behavior, behavior level, health diagnosis (P〈0.001), nutrition(P〈0.05), health education behavior (P〈0.05), exercise behavior(P〈0.01) and the knowledge level on an occupation disease was high. 8. The main factors which are under the influence on the degree of practicing healthy life were the level of knowledge and behavior, sex, his/her health status, and the satisfied degree of working environment. These variables could explain it 18.0%. 9. The factors which are under the influence on health promotion behavior and behavior levels were the variables of the satisfied degerr of education contents, sex, health knowledge, economic status, health status, occupation terms, monthly income, working tiredness. These variables could explain it 21.3%. By these results, it is inportant for industrial workers' health promotion to level up the health diagnosis behavior, dietary habit considering nutrition, behavior on health education, behavior for exercise, and knowledge on an occupational disease. Especially we should develop the proper program considered sex, health status, satisfied degree of working environment and education contents, economic status, eccupation terms, knowledge on health, and behavior level. Because health promotion business gies in gear with productivity promotion.

Factors Affecting Accounting Policy Choice: Evidence from Small and Medium Enterprises in Vietnam

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the direction and significance of variables influencing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) decisions regarding accounting policy in Vietnam. Research data was collected through a survey of 296 subjects, including chief accountants, accountants, managers, and lecturers with practical experience in accounting work at enterprises. With the help of specialized software SPSS, determining the impact of factors on the choice of accounting policy of enterprises is done through a multivariate regression model with control tools Cronbach's alpha determination, EFA factor analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis. Research results show that there are seven factors affecting the choice of accounting policy in Vietnamese SMEs; in which, the factors information technology, legal environment, information demand, manager's awareness, and accounting qualification have a positive impact; and two factors are tax pressure, and financial leverage have a negative impact on accounting policy choice. These results are consistent with most of the previously published studies. However, in contrast to many previous studies, our research shows that accounting's psychological factor does not affect the accounting policy choice. This is consistent with the characteristics of SMEs in Vietnam because the role of accountants is not appreciated in the business.

전산회계 수업 영향요인이 학습성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of the Factors of Computerized Accounting Class upon the Learning Performance)

  • 본 연구는 대학의 전산회계수업에 영향을 주는 다양한 요인 중에 전산회계 프로그램, 학교의 교육환경, 교수의 교육과정 및 기법, 학생의 자기효능감 등이 이를 반영하는 효과적인 수업만족도, 수업성과, 수업몰입으로 나타나는지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 수업영향요인과 수업만족도 간의 관계에서는 교수, 학생 및 학교의 교육환경이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수업영향요인과 수업성과 간의 관계에서 교수 및 학생이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 학교의 교육환경과 프로그램은 수업성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 수업영향요인과 수업몰입 간의 관계에서는 학교의 교육환경, 학생은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 프로그램과 교수는 수업몰입에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • This study investigates the factors that affect the adoption of object orientation . One major research question is addressed : What are the factors that significantly influeence the adoption of object orientation ? This study especially explores the impact of independent variables on the level of actual usage of object orientation. The independent variables are classified into four categories as follow ; (1) Individual factors : amount of experience in using the structures methods and level of openness toward new technologies ; (2) Managerical factors : perceived management support and training : (3) Organizatinal factors : number of IS professionals in the working group and that in organization ; and (4) Environmental factors ; accessibility to technology champions and software hardware environment supporting object orientation. A Questionnaire measuring the above variables was utilized to investigate the effect of these variables on the dependent variable, the actual usage of object orientation. The structured questionnaire was administered to Data Processing Management Association (DPMA) professionals in U. S. The results of this study revealed several important findings with most results being consistent with expectations based on related theory. The personal openness toward new technologies, perceived management support, training, and hardware/software environment were highly related to the usage of object orientation. This study suggested an empiriclal basis for understanding the early adoption of object orientation in organization.

부산항 신항과 부산진해경제자유구역의 연계 발전 방안 (A Study on Succeeding Together-Busan New Port & BJFEZ)

  • 최근의 항만개발은 종합 국제물류서비스의 집합체로서, 국제물류기능, 산업경쟁력 확보를 위한 종합산업기지화, 자체 물동량 창출을 위한 경제유발 종합기지화, 지역경제 활성화를 기할 수 있는 부가가치항만, 친수 공간 확보 및 문화 활동의 복합기능화 등을 기할 수 있는 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 즉 국제분업화 및 SCM체제의 확산은 국제물류의 급격한 발전을 가져왔지만, 이에 대응하기 위해서는 항만을 중심으로 무역활동의 플랫폼을 구축하고, 대규모 항만배후부지를 개발하여 국제물류기지화를 기하여야 하는 새로운 부가가치 창출 노력이 있어야한다. 이러한 측면에서 부산항 신항과 BJFEZ 연계발전 방안을 "주관적인 요인", "산업환경적인 요인", "정부정책적인 요인" 세 가지로 대분류하여 분석한 결과는 "주관적인 요인"이 4.11점, "산업환경적인 요인"이 3.92점, 그리고 "정부정책적인 요인"이 4.01점이었다. 따라서 부산항 신항 및 BJFEZ의 연계발전을 위한 가장 근본적인 요인은 부산항 신항 및 BJFEZ의 연계발전 모델 정립을 통한 경쟁력 확보, 집중화된 시장전략 및 친시장적인 능력, 신속한 고객욕구 충족 및 신뢰성 확보 등 주관적인 연계발전 요인으로, 산업환경적인 요인이나 정부정책적인 요인 보다 월등히 앞서는 평균평점을 기록하였다. 그 다음 순위는 산업환경적인 요인(3.92점) 보다 정부정책적인 요인(4.01)이 더 높은 점수를 기록하고 있는데, 이것은 항만 및 경제자유구역의 개발과 발전은 공공성과 인프라 성격이 큰 분야로서 국가정부의 정책적인 배려없이는 올바른 발전을 기약하기 힘들다는 것을 나타낸 것이다.

A Time-Constrained Information Processing Model in Ubiquitous Environments

  • As pervasive computing is widely adopted and reliable networks are becoming more easily accessible, there is a rapidly growing need to develop a mechanism to analyze and evaluate the performance of ubiquitous environments. This paper presents an information processing model which characterizes a ubiquitous environment where a variety of pieces of information need to be exchanged among devices within a system. The proposed model not only provides analytical tools to evaluate the performance of devices, but also makes it possible to identify key factors in designing a ubiquitous environment. For illustrative purposes, a test bed is constructed and the performance of the system is assessed based on the proposed model.

유통업 종사자의 직무 스트레스에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Stress of Workers at Distribution Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the job stress factors that were related to the general characteristics, work characteristics, and health characteristics of the workers at distribution industry. The survey of job stress measurement scale for Korean employee which was developed by KOSHA and OSHRI in 2003 was used for this study. Three hundred and fifty workers at distribution industry participated in this study, and among them 326 responses were analyzed for this study due to the unreliability and insincerity of responses. Eight job stress factors like physical environment, self-control for the job, job unsecure, organization system, workplace culture, compensation for the job, relationship to the superior, and job requirement were analyzed. The results showed that the stress because of self control for the job was relatively higher than that of other industry workers. However, the stress because of physical environment, job requirement, job unsecure, organization system and compensation for the job was relatively lower than that of other industry workers. The female workers felt more stress than male workers in compensation for the job and workplace culture factors at distribution industry. The delivery and carrying job workers were more stressful than those of other jobs at distribution industry because of physical environments and self-control for the job. The non-regular job workers were more stressful than regular job workers in many stress factors like self-control for the job, job unsecure, organization system and compensation for the job.

Environment Design for Digitalized Main Control Room in Nuclear Power Plant

  • The purpose of the Environment Design (ED) for Main Control Room (MCR) of Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is to provide and create an optimal working space to be free from physical, physiological and mental stress as well as environmental discomfort, based on the previous environment design experiences and to recommend the best ED including the color, the lighting and the interior design. Environment Design consists of three main areas: Human factor engineering design, Interior design with color design, and Lighting design. These design areas have been interactively cooperated in a way that each design specialist would share the objectives and concepts of the Environment Design for MCR. The specialists for Human Factors Engineering design had a corporative role in such a way to provide the guidelines for MCR design suitability of Interior and Lighting design considering the Human System Interface (HSI) safety concerns. This paper describes fruitful efforts to create the best fit for MCR ED among several design proposals with the design recommendations, impacts, and contributions to NPP environment.

제조업의 생산직 근로자의 상지 근골격계 증상에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Musculoskeletal Symptoms of Manufacturing Workers)

  • This study aimed to examine the general characteristics of individual workers, psychosocial working environment, and ergonomic risk factors which affect the status of musculoskeletal disorders. Self-report was carried out for musculoskeletal symptoms and ergonomic risks in working environment in 856 production workers in 16 small to medium sized manufacturing companies. Musculoskeletal symptoms were examined with a standardized questionnaire, and ergonomic risks were evaluated with a qualitative self-administered instrument for the tasks related to musculoskeletal disorders. Major findings were as follows: 1) Complaint rate for musculoskeletal symptoms was higher in female, aged, married workers with longer working hours, less leisure/hobby activity, longer household working hours and history of disease or accident. 2) Complaint rate for musculoskeletal symptoms was significantly higher in workers with dissatisfaction, difficult tasks, and no self-control at work. 3) Complaint rate for musculoskeletal symptoms was significantly higher in workers involved in tasks with major ergonomic risk factors, and handling heavy equipment. 4) Explanatory power increased the model with the musculoskeletal symptoms as dependent variable and demographic variables, psychosocial working environment and ergonomic risk factors included, and total explanatory power of 18.6% revealed the significant effect. Based on the results, we can conclude that musculoskeletal symptoms in manufacturing workers are associated with individual demographic characteristics, psychosocial working environment and ergonomic risk factors.

부산의 주거정비사업 추진에 미치는 영향요인 분석 (An Analysis of Locational Factors to Affect Residential Improvement Projects in Busan Metropolitan City)

  • 부산지역 내 주거정비사업들의 추진이 매우 부진한 실정이다. 도시 및 주거 정비 기본계획상 정비예정구역의 지정 시 사업추진을 고려하지 않은 채 예정구역을 지정함으로 발생된 문제로 인식된다. 본 연구에서는 부산의 입지적 요인들이 사업추진가능성에 영향을 미친다고 가정하여 영향요인변수를 위치적 조건, 지형적조건, 규모적 조건, 입지유형적 조건, 규제적 조건 등 5개의 조건으로 구분하고 12개의 항목을 선정하여 이들 요소들이 사업추진에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는 지를 규명하였다. 판별분석한 결과 재개발의 경우 사업추진에 크게 영향력을 미치는 변수로는 사업용적율, 정비유형, 면적이 대표적인 요인으로 작용하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 재건축의 경우 사업추진에 미치는 영향력이 큰 변수로 사업용적율, 정비유형, 전면도로폭, 경사 등으로 분석되었다.
