In this paper, Zigbee/PLC gateway system is designed for Ubiquitous health care. A protocol conversion algorithm for smooth information exchange between Zigbee and PLC communication has been implemented on the gatway. If a moving object is detected by wireless sensor, the data is transmitted to gateway. Zigbee/PLC gateway analyzes received data and transmits to Power Line Communication for real-time monitoring. Implemented system is can support elder who lives alone activity analysis, crime prevention system, Home network service.

In this paper, we implemented the integrated gateway for health care and home network system based on PLC(Power Line Communication) and Zigbee. The designed system is consists of sensors, integrated gateway, Zigbee module and PLC modem. The integrated gateway will transmit the data which is collected by health care sensors to health care control system and control an appliance for comfortable environment to medical facilities. The implemented gateway can support various health care and home network service.

Remote control service, monitoring, gear service of information electronic appliance, various services of security service and so on of Home network that is by link of Ubiquitous environment are offered. These services need verification process through priority test to use and are changed. If test using actuality information electronic device for test, much expenses and time may be invested. Home network test bed offers softness of research using control model and simulator, in this paper, Wish to design and embody home network test bed to do environment construction of home network and test of application service. Because use istent power line just as it is without necessity to establish circuit in addition by solution of home network testbed, expense costs to be less and establishment used easy PLC. Also, propriated Wireless sensor network that use Zigbee by solution of home network testbed. Appliance check and monitor square do by Home Auto that know embodied, and embodied by Home Gateway that interlink terminals of Home Auto and out of.

Home network service, which is a part of Ubiquitous application service provides remote control and monitoring service, other appliance and peristaltic service, security service of appliance is connected to network in the home. <중략> By using gateway which is implemented undertook control of each function and using main server for controlling and monitoring of appliance, implemented system which is able to control the appliance in home from inter/outside is implemented.
