본 연구에서는 높은 변조지수 M 영역에서는 소음 및 고조파 스펙트럼의 광대역화 효과가 저하되는 2상 RCD-PWM(Random Centered Distribution PWM)기법의 문제점을 개선하고자, 듀얼 영 벡터 모드를 갖는 2상 RCD(Dual Zero Vector Modes RCD : DZRCD)기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 2상 DZRCD기법은 변조지수 M=0.8을 기준으로 하여 M이 0.8보다 큰 영역에서는 영 벡터로 $V_0$(111)를 선택하고, 0.8보다 작은 영역에서는 $V_0$(000)를 선택한다. 제안된 방법을 16비트 마이크로 콘트롤러인 C-167기반의 유도 모터 구동 시스템에 적용해 본 결과, M이 0.8이상인 영역에서 모터의 전압 / 전류 및 스위칭 소음 스펙트럼의 광대역화 특성이 종전의 방법과 비하여 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

This research examines the feasibility of using laboratory-synthesized nano scale zero-valent iron particles to remove arsenic from aqueous phase. Batch experiments were performed to determine arsenic sorption rates as a function of the nano scale zero-valent iron solution concentration. Rapid adsorption of arsenic was achieved with the nano scale zero-valent iron. Typically 1 mg $L^{-1}$ arsenic (III) was adsorbed by 5 g $L^{-1}$ nano scale zero-valent iron below the 0.01 g $L^{-1}$ concentration within 7min. The kinetics of the arsenic sorption followed pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics. Observed reaction rate constants ( $K_{obs}$) varied between 11.4 to 129.0 $h^{-1}$ with respect to different concentrations of nano scale zero-valent iron. A variety of analytical techniques were used to study the reaction products including HGAAS (hydride generator atomic adsorption spectrophotometer), SEM (scanning electron microscopy) and TEM (transmission electron microscopy). Our experimental results suggest novel method for efficient removal of arsenic Iron groundwater.r.

축소배율(M=+1/5)을 갖는 극자외선(deep ultra-violet) 리소그라피용 5-반사광학계를 설계하였다. 먼저 모든 3차 수차와 5차 구면수차를 영으로 하는 수치적인 해를 구면에 대해서 구하였다. 다음 비교적 크게 나타나는 잔류 수차(구면수차, 코마)의 제거를 위하여 마지막 두 반사경에 대하여 비구면화를 optimization방법에 의해 이행하였다. 이렇게 하여 얻은 광학계는 광원을 KrF 엑시머 레이저(파장 $0.248{\mu}m$)로 하는 nearly incoherent illumination(${\sigma}$=1)인 경우, NA는 0.45, 분해능은 50% MTF 기준치에서 depth of focus $1.0{\mu}m$에 대해 약 500 cycles/mm의 성능을 갖는 시스템이 되었다.

In-situ treatment technologies have been proposed to transform or remove pollutants from contaminated groundwater. Zero-valent iron(Fe$^{0}$ ), metallic iron, is being evaluated as a permeable reactive material to retard the transport of wide array of highly mobile contaminants in groundwater. In this research, tetrachloroethylene(PCE) dechlorination by powdered zero-valent iron in buffered aqueous solution was studied with and without the presence of surfactants. The rate of dechlorination of PCE by zero-valent iron with surfactant was much higher than without surfactant. The presence of surfactant increased the apparent rate of dechlorination because the surfactants influenced the dissolution of PCE into the aqueous phase.

In case while modulation index (M) is more than 0.7, the spectrum of motor voltage and current of a conventional two-phase SRP scheme are not reduced considerably. To solve the problems of a conventional two-phase SRP, this paper proposes a two-phase SRP(DZSRP) with double zero vector mode which zero vector is selected as V(111) in case of $M\;\geqq\;0.7$, and zero vector is selected as V(000) if M < 0.7. For the validity of the proposed method, a 16 bit micro-controller C167 was used and the experiments were conducted with the 1.5kw induction motor under load condition. And the experimental results show that the switching noise spectrum for all the M are spread to a wide band area.

Unlike for polynomial rings, the notion of multiplication for the near-ring of polynomials is the substitution operation. This leads to somewhat surprising results. Let S be an abelian left near-ring with identity. The relation ~ on S defined by letting a ~ b if and only if ann_S(a) = ann_S(b), is an equivalence relation. The compressed zero-divisor graph 𝚪_E(S) of S is the undirected graph whose vertices are the equivalence classes induced by ~ on S other than [0]_S and [1]_S, in which two distinct vertices [a]_S and [b]_S are adjacent if and only if ab = 0 or ba = 0. In this paper, we are interested in studying the compressed zero-divisor graphs of the zero-symmetric near-ring of polynomials R₀[x] and the near-ring of the power series R₀[[x]] over a commutative ring R. Also, we give a complete characterization of the diameter of these two graphs. It is natural to try to find the relationship between diam(𝚪_E(R₀[x])) and diam(𝚪_E(R₀[[x]])). As a corollary, it is shown that for a reduced ring R, diam(𝚪_E(R)) ≤ diam(𝚪_E(R₀[x])) ≤ diam(𝚪_E(R₀[[x]])).

본 논문은 월킨슨 전력 분배기에서 고립 특성을 확보하기 위해 사용된 100오옴의 연결을 0도 CRLH 전송선로를 사용한 변형된 전력 분배기를 제안하였다. 여기서 사용된 0도 CRLH 전송선로는 위상이 음의 특성을 갖는 RH(Right-Handed) 전송선로와 양의 특성을 가지는 LH (Left-Handed) 전송선로의 결합하여 전체 전기적 길이가 0도가 되는 특성을 갖고 있다. 0도 CRLH 전송선로를 $-30^{\circ}$의 RH 전송선로와 $+30^{\circ}$의 LH 전송선로의 전기적 길이를 선택하여 2-way 전력분배기의 특성을 확인한 결과는 중심주파수 1GHz에서 -3.3dB의 S21과 -27.5dB의 S11 그리고 -25dB 이상의 S23특성을 얻었다. 이 특성은 기존의 RH 전송선로를 이용한 것과 동일함을 확인하였다.

When u$\sub$0/$\^$k/ approaching too losely to some unwanted point. to follow the Zero Curve may occur the returning or cycling. One lion for it is discussed and tile parametrizied Homotopy algorithm for solving F($\chi$)=0 with it been established. Also some theorems by means of the regular value have been discussed for Zero Curves of G(u)=0 and some theorems for algorithm have been obtained.

0의 개념 및 0이 포함된 사칙계산은 학생들이 수학 학습에서 경험하는 어려운 내용 중 하나이다. 이는 0의 발생 과정 및 0을 포함하는 계산에 대한 인식 등에서 수학사적으로도 확인되는 바이다. 따라서 수학 교수 학습 시 학생들의 0 개념에 대한 올바른 이해와 0을 포함하는 계산 절차의 숙달을 위한 적절한 지도가 이루어져야 함을 함의한다. 본 연구는 선행 연구에 기초하여 학생들이 경험할 것으로 예상되는 0처리 오류가 주의 깊게 지도되고 있는지 조사하고 바람직한 지도 방향을 모색하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 교과용 도서 분석을 통해 실제 수학 지도 시 0의 개념 및 0을 포함하는 계산이 적절하게 지도되고 있는지 검토하였다. 분석 결과, $0{\div}$수, 몫의 중간에 0이 포함되는 나눗셈의 지도가 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 관련 내용의 학습을 목표로 하는 활동지를 구성하고, 0처리 오류 방지를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.
