For the utilization of polyunsaturated fatty acids in sardine (Sardinops melanosticta) oil, mainly as a source for dietary supplement of eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahe-xaenoic acid(DHA), the effects of refining and storage, conditions, and addition of stabili-zing agents on the storage stability of EPA condensed and refined sardine oil were tested. Refined, sardine oil deacidified, decolored, and deodorized, was more stable to autoxidation than crude or partially purified oils such as deacidified or/and decolored. The refined sardine oil must be kept at $5^{\circ}C$ or lower temperture for longer than two month storage. The addition of $0.018\%\;\alpha-tocopherol$ or BHT could enhance the stability to autoxidation, and EDTA or citric acid was useful as synergist. Especially the addition of $0.02\%$ citric acid to the oil still hot after deodorizing process ($125^{\circ}C$) was of benefit to stabilize the refined oil.

For landscape ecological management of the isolated forestlands in Incheon city located in the western tip of South Korea, the forest vegetation of Mt. Cheolma was classified phytosciologically and mapped out its spatial distribution at a scale of 1:5,000. Characteristics of forest landscape structures were discussed in terms of the number and size of patches obtained by analy zing vegetation map. Units to manage the forest vegetation were categorized into eighteen communities, seventeen groups, and sixteen subgroups. Landscape elements were classified into five types: secondary vegetation, introduced vegetation for forestry (IVF), introduced vegetation for agriculture (IVA), and other elements. Two hundred and ninety-three forest landscape patches covers 443.3ha, of which IVF accounted for 316.8ha(71.5$\%$), the largest portion, secondary vegetation for 101.2ha(22.8$\%$), IVA for 6.2ha(1.4$\%$), and others for 19.1ha(4.3$\%$). The ratio of natural forest elements of 31.9$\%$ showed that this area was mainly comprised of artificially introduced vegetation, such as Robinia pseudoacacia plantation and Pinus rigida plantation. Forest landscape patches have a mean area of 4.5ha, a density of 66.1/100ha, and a diversity index of 0.87. It was estimated that differentiation of patches recognized in community level would be related to human interference and those in subordinate level to natural processes.

1979년에 조신력, 팔달, 진흥, 통일, 밀양2003등 5품종을 공시하여 질소수준을 0kg, 12kg, 18kg/10a에서 재배하여 15회에 걸쳐 조사한 엽후, 엽면적지수, 주당건물중과 수양 및 수양구성요소와의 관계를 주성분분석을 이용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 엽후, 엽면적지수, 주당건물중의 시계열데이타의 주성분분석에서 제 1주성분은 전기간의 평균적 크기의 대소를 표시하는 특성으로, 제 2주성분은 엽후, 엽면적지수에서는 변대의 위치, 주당건물중에서는 생육초기의 특성을 표시하는 종합특성치로 도출할 수 있었다. 2. 생장특성을 표시하는 종합특성치(주성분스코아)의 엽후는 품종간 차리가 엽면적지수 및 주당건물중은 질소수준간 차이가 인정되있다. 3. 수양 및 수량구성요소와의 관계에서 임실비율과 주당 수수가 엽면적 및 주당건물중의 스코아와 관계가 있었고 엽후와는 거의 관계가 없었으며 수양에 미치는 영향도 임실비율과 주당수수를 통해서라는 것을 알 수 있었다.

뱀장어의 동결저장 및 해동후에 일어나는 섬유의 변화를 현미경적으로 관찰한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 동결 1개월 후의 조직은 근세포내외에 수결정이 많이 생겼으며 $-40^{\circ}C$ 저장한 것은 세포내에 수결정이 생성하고, $-20^{\circ}C$로 저장한 것은 세포외에 수결정이 생겼다. 2. 해동후의 피하지방층은 저장온도에 관련없이 별 변화가 없었으나, 근육조직은 높은 온도($-20^{\circ}C$)로 저장한 것이 근세포의 복원도 불충분하고 탈수변형이 심하였다. 3. 근육파쇄편을 현미경 관찰한 결과, 동결한 것은 투명감이 소실되고, 건조한 것은 변형수축되며, 가열한 것은 수분유리 및 변형이 일어난다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 입자발생 장치를 유동층(fluidized bed)을 이용하여 만들었고 이것에 의해서 고온의 연소가스속으로 입자가 공급되므로, 종래의 초음파입자 발생기 나 오리피스진동입자 발생기등에서 일어나는 호학반응 및 입자상호간의 응집(coagul- ation)현상등을 되도록 없게 하여 순수한 구형입자에 대한 입자부착 효과를 볼 수 있 게 함으로써, 부착기구의 이해와 해석등을 한층 유리하게 한다. 그리고 공급되는 입 자의 크기의 범위를 직경 0.2$\mu\textrm{m}$~30$\mu\textrm{m}$ 정도로 광범위하게 다루어 비교적 간단하고 잘 정의된 층류 유동에서, (1) 미세입자의 경우 실시간(real time) 레이져 광반사법에 의 한 입자부착률의 온도구배 및 농도에 대한 효과를 실험하고, (2) 입자의 Counting/Si- zing 법에 의하여 입자크기에 따른 열확산 효과 및 관성충돌 효과 등을 볼 수 있게 한 다.

Securities and investment services have and use large data. Investors started to invest through their own analysis methods. There are 22 major securities and investment companies in Korea and only 6 companies support open API. Python is effective for requesting and receiving, analyzing text data from open API. Daishin Securities Co. is the only open API that officially supports Python, and eBest Investment & Securities Co. unofficially supports Python. There are two important differences between CYBOS plus of Daishin Securities Co. and xingAPI of eBest Investment & Securities Co. First, we must log in to CYBOS plus to access the server of Daishin Securities Co. And the python program does not require a logon. However, to receive data using xingAPI, users log on in an individual Python program. Second, CYBOS plus receives data in a Request/Reply method, and zingAPI receives data through events. It can be thought that these points will show a difference in response time. Response time is important to users who use open APIs. Data were measured from August 5, 2021, to February 3, 2022. For each measurement, 15 repeated measurements were taken to obtain 420 measurements. To increase the accuracy of the study, both APIs were measured alternately under same conditions. A paired t-test was performed to test the hypothesis that the null hypothesis is there was no difference in means. The p-value is 0.2961, we do not reject null hypothesis. Therefore, we can see that there is no significant difference between means. From the boxplot, we can see that the distribution of the response time of eBest is more spread out than that of Cybos, and the position of the center is slightly lower. CYBOS plus has no restrictions on Python programming, but xingAPI has some limits because it indirectly supports Python programming. For example, there is a limit to receiving more than one current price.

Cinema costume can stimulate the public to synchronize with and replicate what they see in the movies. Especially when the public thinks the stars in the movies . Especially when the public thinks the stars in the movies are beautiful or dramatic the styles of cinema costumes powerfully affect them. Thus cinema costume designers quickey become fashion designers. Edith Head who strongly believed cinema costumes to be an effective means of portraying the Character's personality and psychological make-up was an innovative designer whose costumes manifested this belief. She enhanced the character's individual image and distinction for the public through her artistic design in costumes. She adapted a realistic approach but her costumes invariably produced aesthetic ef-fects. Since the Academy Awards added the category of costume design she led the field with 35 nominations and eight oscars during 33 years of her productive work. Edith head was a dominant figure in costume design; her creations were highly renowned as an art form while they gained popularity. The purpose of this study was to reveal the ef-fects of Edith Head's cinema costume designs on fashion. This study was also to emphasize the powerful influence on ashion of cinema costume and cinema costume designers in general. The study was done through literature movies for which she created costumes fashion magazines and Edith Head's original sketches. The influence of Edith Head's costume de-sign on fashion is as follows: 1. She introduced and lead the casual fashion in the 1950's combining simplicity and sophistication. 2. She altered uniforms and reconstructed public clothing for multiple functions. 3. She rearranged high school prom dresses through the movie 'A Place in the Sun" to en-hance characteristic of each gender and the Dandy Look of the 1930's into men's apparel in the 1970's through the movie "The Sting" 4. She expanded the traditional style in the 1940's and became a leader in ecological style. 5. She adapted glitter from astronaut's ap-parel into public clothing. 6. She resturctured Sabrina Pants in the 1960's to accentuate the individuals strength by overcoming one's weakness without minimi-zing it's aesthetic appeal and reintroduced the pants in the 1990's. 7. She introduced elegant negligees to gen-eral public and maintained it in the public do-main. As it is revealed Edith Head's costume de-sign not only impacted the field of fashion dur-ing her time but also is presently influencing modern fashion throughout the world as it is witnessed by repeated reintroduction of her fashion styles. Reviewing her cinema costumes it is concluded that cinema costumes it is concluded that cinema costumes powerfully af-fect the public through a visual channel more than any other routes. Cinema costumes can become the origin of fashion by stimulating the public to synchronize with and replicate what they see in the movies. Since cinema costumes can launch fashion trend it requires further research. Based on what is revealed in this study. it would be beneficial to examine how cinema costumes affect people socially and culturally and how they could provide resources for re-search in fashion trends. It is also the writers opinion that there should be more designers such as Edith head who could lead the field of costume design into the twenty-first century.

본 연구는 한강하류역에서 2개 정점을 선정하여 2004년 2월부터 2005년 2월까지 갈수기에 격주 간격으로 인공기질을 이용하여 부착돌말류에 의한 수질평가를 수행하였다. 조사기간 중 출현한 부착돌말류는 총 60분류군으로 2목 3아목 8과 18속 51종 7변종 2품종으로 구성되어 있었다. 정점별 우점종은 정점 1에서 광적응성 종인 A. granulata (22.76$\sim$30.30%), M. varians (17.44$\sim$34.78%)와 호오염성 종인 N. palea (15.00$\sim$31.76%)등이 출현하였으며, 정점 2에서는 호오염성 종인 N. palea (19.86$\sim$58.20%)가 주요 우점종이 었다. DAIpo지수는 정점 1에서는 평균 40.6을, 정점 2에서는 평균 32.1로 각각 $\beta$-중부수성 수역이었으나, 정점 2에서 수질이 더 악화되어 있었다. 본 연구에서 출현한 우점종들이 한강하류역에서 수질 판정할 수 있는 주요 지표종이며, 이들의 상대빈도에 의한 DAIpo지수는 수질평가의 유용한 수단이 될 수 있었다.

도로는 다양한 재료와 단면으로 구성된 구조물이기 때문에 계절적 및 재료 물성특성 뿐만 아니라 포장체 각 층의 구조적 적정성 또는 지지력 정도를 파악하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 현재, 기존 동상방지층 설계법에 따르면, 동상방지층은 포장체의 구조적 적정성과는 무관하게 온도조건에 따른 동결깊이에 따라 일률적으로 결정되고 있다. 이러한 동결깊이를 포장구조설계에 적용하다 보니 포장 설계의 부실 내지는 과다설계의 우려가 있다. 이에 본 논문은 2m 이하 저성토부, 절토부 및 절성경계부 등을 구분하여 포장 하부층에서 동상방지층의 구조적 역할을 규명하기 위하여 Falling Weight Deflectormeter(FWD) 시험을 수행하였다. 전국 10개 현장에 대하여 보조기층면에서 FWD 시험을 수행하였다. 각각의 단면은 동방방지층이 있는 구간과 없는 구간으로 구분하여 실험을 수행하였다. 이번 현장 실험을 통하여 동상방지층이 있는 경우가 없는 경우에 비해 처짐량이 작게 측정되어 동상방지층이 포장체에서 구조적 역할을 담당하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 특히 절토부에서 동상방지층이 있는 경우에 처짐량 값이 약 15~55% 정도 감소하며, 절성경계부에서 동상방지층이 있는 경우에 처짐량 값이 약 11~64%, 저성토부의 경우 약 2~38%정도 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. SCI를 이용하여 분석한 결과, 동상방지층의 두께가 전체 포장체의 구조적인 능력에 약 24% 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 피로수명은 동상방지층이 있는 구간이 없는 구간에 비해 약 2배 높은 결과를 보여 피로균열 저항성을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 동상방지층이 포장체에서 구조적인 역할을 한다는 의미이다.
