  • Recent share large amounts of data in a mobile network environment for the efficient service environment by using Cloud services are being made information sharing. At that time, the data communication transmission technology is a wide area, narrow-area communication, proximity communication with a second type, and the second near field communication in the mobile NFC capable mobile devices mainly used in In this paper, an extension of local area network technology, Zing NFC technology using techniques to share large amounts of data efficiently, a system is proposed. Cloud proposed system is the proximity of sharing information between terminals which may occur when the problem was solved interoperability.

  • 본 연구는 분산자원 활용을 위한 Z39.50 프로토콜, ZING SRW/SRU 프로토콜, OAI 프로토콜, ZING Update 프로토콜의 개발 배경, 특징을 살펴보고, 검색과 갱신 각 기능별로 프로토콜을 비교·분석하였다. 본 연구는 분산자원을 활용하려는 도서관 및 정보서비스기관에 기초 정보를 제공하고, 각 기관에서 분산자원을 이용하여 구축하고자 하는 서비스의 대상, 종류, 환경에 적합한 프로토콜을 선택할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.

  • This study proposes a national cooperative model of access point control, that enables local systems to utilize national access point control record, without creating their own authority records. In order to applying this model, a client/server system is developed using SRU (Search and Retrieve URL Service) protocol. The suggested access point control system will be a cost-effective and time-saving model for the local system, and will be more flexible and extensible with concept of access point control, XML record format and SRU protocol.

  • 최근 스마트 기기와 소셜 네트워크의 확산으로 수많은 근접디바이스간의 직접 정보전달이 활성화됨에 따라 급속도로 근접모바일 직접통신 기술에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 직접통신 기술은 광역 직접통신, 협역 직접통신, 초근접 직접통신으로 분류될 수 있으며, 본 고에서는 NFC 기술의 시발점으로 급속도로 확산되고 있는 초근접 직접통신 기술의 동향에 대해 알아보고, 또한 미래의 기가급 초근접 통신 서비스를 제공하기 위한 초고속 저전력 NFC 기술로서 부각되고 있는 Zing 기술에 대해 알아본다.

  • The polynomial factorization problem is important not only number theorly but chyptology with Discrete logarithm. We factorized polynolmials with integer coefficients by means of factori-zing polynomials on a finite field by Hensel's Lifting Lemma and finding factors of pol;ynomial with integer coeffcients.

  • The larch-fruit-like acetylferrocene micro-nanomaterials and beltlike acetylferrocene micro-nanomaterials have been cross-correspondingly prepared in bidirection by the top-down and bottom-up approach, respectively, and characterized by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. UV-Vis absorption spectra show that the redshift was found in the acetylferrocene micro-nanomaterials compared to that in solution. The formation mechanism of the acetylferrocene micro-nanomaterials is also proposed. This work provides a new strategy for the material synthesis and preparation and may realize the reuse of organometallic materials.

  • The Blue-green algae collected from whole coasts of Korea were investigated morphotaxonomically in order to list up Korean marine Cyanophyta and clarify their taxnomic position. As a result, 36 species, 20 genus, 6 families belonging to 3 orders were identified. Among these, 14 species were recorded for the first time in Korea. They are Chroococcus minutus (K$\"{u}$tzing) N$\"{a}$geli, Merismopedia punctata Meyen, Microcystis ichtyoblabe K$\"{u}$zing, Dermocarpa leibleiniae (Reinsch) Born. et Thur., Hydrocoleum confluens (Setchell et Gardner) Drouet, Lyngbya sordida (Zanard.) Gomont, Phormidium forveolarum (Mont.) Gomont, Phormidium hansgieri Schmidle, Skujaella hildebrandtii (Gomont.) de Toni, Sphaeronema lithophila (Ercegovic) Umezaki, Spirulina tenerrima K$\"{u}$tzing, Hormothamnion enteromorphoides Grunow, Michrochaete aeruginea Batters, Michrochaete grisea Thuret ex Born. et flah.. Using the phase contrast microscope and the Nomarski interference micrope, we made photomicrographs of minute blue green algae. The cellular inclusions especially PHB(poly-$\SS$-hydroxy-butyrate) granules of the blue-green algae identified were investigated. The species clearly characteriged to have PHB granule were Lyngbya confervoides, L. semiplena, Phormidium corium, Sirocoleum kurzii, Hormothamnion enteromorphoides and Calothrix crustacea. These result would be fundamental data for estabilishing phylogenetic system of blue-green algae based on physio-biochemical characteristics in future.

  • Pipe inspection has a great importance to ensure safety for the nuclear power plant. In this paper, we designed visual inspection module for the tube internal, which diameter is 15${\sim}$20mm. And we made inspection module which consisted of CCD camera and light. And the relation between image and real world coordinate is established. Image processing is performed to calculate mapping parameter and analyze the size of defect. For the calculation of mapping parameter, experiment is performed using grid type test pattern. Acquired image is processed to extract image coordinate. Edge detection, thresholding, median filtering and morphology filtering is applied to extract grid pattern. Extracted image coordinate is used to calculate image to real world mapping. Lens distortion was considered and corrected to get exact data. Coordinate transformation data is provided for the users to recognize easily. Experiment was performed using grid type test pattern, we extracted lens distortion parameter and real coordinate of defect point. Radial distortion of lens was corrected but tangential distortion was not considered. As continuum to this study, the tangential distortion of lens is considered and improvement of analy zing technique for the tube internal be explored continuously.

New Antisense RNA Systems Targeted Against Plant Pathogens

  • tRNA and 7SL RNA based antisense vehicles were prepared by inserting conserved anti-viral and anti-viroid domains. Anti-PVS coat protein leader sequence (ACPL) and antistructural antihairpin domain of PSTVd (AHII) were inserted in tRNA cassette; anti- zing finger domain of PVS, AHII and anti hop latent viroid ribozyme were inserted in 7SL RNA gene isolated from A. thaliana. These constructs were shown to be transcribed both, in in vitro and in in vivo conditions. However, it followed from our work that closely linked position of PoIII reference genes and PoIIII antisense genes within T-DNA lead to the impairment of RNA expression in transgenic plants. To assay in vivo transcription of antisense genes, hairy root potato cultures were established using h. tumefaciens A4-24 bearing both, Ri plasmid and PoIII-promoterless plant expression vectors with antisense RNA genes. Expression of antisense RNA in transgenic potato tissues was proven by specific RT-PCR reactions.

A Comparative Study on Sa-Am's Ohaeng-acupuncture and Liuqi-acupuncture (오행침(五行鍼)을 응용한 육기침(六氣鍼)에 관한 연구)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare Sa-Am's Ohaeng-acupuncture(舍巖五行鍼法) with Linqi-aupuncture(六氣鍼法)-the transforms of Sa-Am's Ohaeng-acupuncture. Methods : Zheng Ge(正格), Sheng(勝格), Han Ge(寒格), Re Ge(熱格) of Sa-Am's Ohaeng-acupuncture compared with Liuqi-acupuncture(六氣鍼法)-therapy form invigoration and purgation of five zang-fu's wind. heat, dapness, dryness and cold(風熱濕燥寒). Results: 1. Liuqi-acupuncture used five-su points(五兪穴) and Zi-Ta Jing Bu Xie(自他經補瀉). 2. Liuqi-acupuncture is reinforced or reduced itself-point of itself-meridian(自經自穴) in therapy for invigoration and purgation. 3. Liuqi-acupuncture is therapy for invigoration and purgation of five zang-fu's wind, hear, dampness, dryness and cold(風熱濕燥寒). 4. Zheng Ge is similar to Bu-fa, Sheng Ge is similar to Xie-fa in Qu-xue of Ta-jing. The Qu-xue of interrestraining relations is the same, but that of interdependent relation is the difference in Qu-xure of Zi-jing. 5. Han Ge and Re Ge is similar to Re Bu Xie fa in Qu-xue fo Zi-jing but is different to in Ta-zing. For example, Han Ge is Shaofu(Bu), Yingu(Xie) but Re Ge is Shaofu(Xie), Yingu(Bu).
