A synthesized isotropic pattern antenna can be realized by arrangeing $\lambda$/ 2 dipole along each x, y, z axis. The sleeve type $\lambda$/ 2 dipole antenna is used as a basic element for a proper impedance matching at feeding point and minimum mutual coupling effect between each element at 820 MHz - 895 MHz band. The total electric field intensity radiated from the designed isotropic pattern antenna is drived from the magnetic vector potential which is produced by each sleeve $\lambda$/ 2 dipole in the far field. This total electric field intensity is inversely proportional only to distance $\gamma$from the origin of coordinates, and pattern factor variation is less than 2.1dB. The measured value of total electric field variation depending on pattern factor is less then 2.8dB, and the difference between the calculated and measured value is 0.7dB.

The anti-allergic effect of the methanol extract of Zizania latifolia Turcz was investigated. Methanol extract of Z. latifolia Trucz did not display any cytotoxicity activities in the IgE-sensitized RBL-2H3 cells. The extract was found to inhibit compound 48/80-induced degranulation and antigen-induced $\beta$-hexosaminidase release as well as PMA plus A23187-induced TNF-$\alpha$ production in RBL-2H3 mast cells in a dose-dependent manner. Release of $\beta$-hexosaminidase, a marker for the release of histamine in mast cells, was inhibited with an $IC_{50}$ value of $73.8\;{\mu}g/mL$. These results suggest that Z. latifolia extracts may be useful for the prevention of type I allergic reaction.

Metabolism of $^3H$-castasterone in the presence of $^{32}P$-ATP was examined by an enzyme solution prepared from A. thaliana after a reversed phased HPLC, after which a polar metabolite labeled by both $^3H$ and $^{32}P$ was obtained, suggesting that $^3H$-CS is phosphorylated by $^{32}P$-ATP. To elucidate the structure of the phosphorylated CS, the same enzyme assay was carried out with non-isotopes labeled CS and ATP. In GC-MS analysis the metabolite gave a molecular ion at m/z 664 as a bismethanboronate, suggesting the metabolite is a CS phosphate. Treatment of wheat germ acid phosphatase that hydrolyzed phosphoester bond gave the same mass spectrum and GC retention time in GC-MS analyses, confirming that the metabolite is phosphorylated CS. This is the first example of phosphorylated conjugates of CS in plants.

This paper presents the characteristics of a relay station antenna with the newly designed back-plate structure which is composed of the U-shaped metal plate for suppression of the back lobe by edge diffraction. The back lobe level of the conventional type was about -20 dB in the -z direction ( 180 ) . In order to improve the characteristics, the U-shaped mesh type metal plate is considered, where the design condition of the model antenna satisfies the wide null point angle range with the back lobe level of -30 dB below in the -z direction. The design parameters with the minimum back lobe level such as the dipole length, the distance between dipole elements and the back plate size have been found by using the released NEC Win Pro code. The calculated and measured back lobe Bevel of model antenna have been obtained 48.48 dB and -45 dB at 325 MHz, respectively.

The structure of Yb complex with 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one(NTO), $[Yb(NTO)3(H2O)4].5H2O$ has been investigated by X-ray diffraction method. Crystallographic data for the title compound : monoclinic, C2/c, $a=36.925(2){\AA},$ b=6.6770(4)${\AA},$ c=25.6376(15)${\AA},$ {\beta}=130.978(1)^{\circ},$ V=4772.0(5)${\AA}^3,$ Z=8, $D_c,=1.952\; Mg/m^3.$ The intensity data were collected on a Broker SMART diffractometer equipped with a CCD area detector using Mo $K\alpha$ radiation. The structure was solved by direct method and refined by full-matrix least-squares calculations to a final R value of 0.0424 for 4727 independent reflections and 335 parameters. The three carbonyls of three NTO anions and four ligand water molecules which are formed the pentagonal bipyramid are coordinated with $Yb^{3+}$ and also five water molecules are included in the form of the crystal water in the molecular structure.

In 3D animation rendering process, Although we can render the output as a movie file format, most productions use image sequences in their rendering pipelines. This Image Sequence rendering process is extremely important step in final compositing in movie industries. Although there are various type of making image rendering processes, TGA format Is one of most widely used bitmap file formats using in industries. People may ask TGA format is most suitable for in any case. As we know 3D softwares have their own image formats. so we need to testify on this. In this paper, we are going to focus on Alias' 3D package software called MAYA which we will analyze of compressing image sequence, Image quality, supporting Alpha channels in compositing, and Z-depth information. The purpose of this paper is providing to 3D Pipeline as a guideline about effective image sequence format.

Various material characteristics of HSA800 steel were examined and a quantitative criteria about the homogeneity of the strength was proposed. Whether HSA800 steel is satisfied the criteria for homogeneity of the strength or not was also examined. From the test results, the material characteristics of 1/4 point from the extreme fiber in the Z-direction satisfied the KS requirements. The excellent directional properties and impact resistance at low temperatures were also showed from the test results. HSA800 steel satisfied the criteria of homogeneity for the strength of the steel. However, it showed that some structures were banded together at 2/4 point from extreme fiber in the Z-direction from the microscopic tests and attention is needed to be paid in that point.

This study was carried out to develope new zoysiagrass cultivar 'Millock'(Patent registration No. : 10-2005-0110051). Artificial selfing of collected line of MJ8 was conducted to develope F1 plant (MJ8S). Among the inbred progenies, MJ8S-9 (Millock) showed superior performance in color, density, and rust resistance. 'Millock' showed genetically dark green color, with medium-textured leaf ($4.2{\pm}0.44$ mm), short internode length ($3.5{\pm}0.28$ cm), and wide leaf angle ($52.5{\pm}10.8$ degree). Height to the lowest leaf blade of this cultivar was $1.9{\pm}0.91$ cm, which may allow low mowing height. 'Millock' has a yellowish green stolen. Also, specific bands with primer number OPB 8 by RAPD analysis can be used for a cultivar identification.

This paper proposes a wideband monopole antenna with improved band rejection characteristics by inserting two band notch slots with half wavelength in radiator. The designed antenna is composed of bow-tie patch fed electromagnetically with parasitic ground patch of a semicircular shape. We obtained band rejection filter-like characteristics by controlling coupling amounts between two horizontal resonance slots. Using this technique, we achieved the broad rejection bandwidth and improved skirt characteristics compared with only one notch slot. The measured bandwidth is from 2.7 GHz to 6.9 GHz for VSWR below 2.0 except the limited band of $4.96{\sim}5.51GHz$. This antenna shows a similar radiation pattern of the ideal monopole and the radiation gain reduction is more than $5{\sim}10dB$ on the x-z plane at rejection frequency.
