This study aims to feasibility study of the Youth Center. Welfare of adolescents is appeared to a matter of concern and interest as social problems of various kinds related adolescents including the fire at a beer bar in Inchon occur recently. In view of government, in addition to fairness of facility location, location of such facilities are to be determined the respect to cost of locating facilities and developmental direction in the future. A feasibility study is an effective tool in determining the decision of investment or not and the level of investment priority on projects requiring a sizeable investment and the feasibility of a project. The first, it is to select reasonable location. It was selected three and two by consideration of facilities distribution and connection with others. Five proposal selected was estimated by five element of approach, demand, symbol, reality, environment. In result proposal I was chosen. The next, it is to estimate scales. It was estimated by analysis of catchment area, similar facilities, programs, in result 7,260$m^2$ cone into analysis to the best gross area The finally, it is to study on economical efficiency. Income Statement estimated was came out \1.7billion. in addition, it offer various benefit by public facilities.

국립 고흥 청소년 우주 체험 센터는 연구와 학생들의 교육을 위해 12GHz 전파 간섭계를 개발했다. 저비용으로 제작하기 위하여 상용 제품들을 주로 사용하였고, 해변 가에 위치한 센터 특성상 강한 바다 바람과 부식에 견디도록 제작하였다. 고흥 간섭계는 직경 1.8m의 off-axis parabola 안테나 3대로 이루어져 있으며, 각 안테나 사이의 기선길이는 4, 19, 20m로, 해상도가 최대 약 4'인 영상을 얻을 수 있다. 수신기는 중심 주파수가 12.177GHz, 대역폭이 10MHz이며 메탄올 천이선과 연속파를 관측할 수 있는 시스템이다. 시스템온도는 100-200K로 추정된다. 각 수신기에서 나오는 신호는 digitizer로 읽어 들이며, 병렬 처리 프로그램으로 software correlation을 수행한다. 태양, 달, Crab Nebula, 그리고 Cassiopeia A 등을 관측하여 프린지를 검출하는데 성공하였다. 가시함수를 구하기 위한 프린지 fitting model의 파라미터들은 기선벡터의 측량과 점전파원 관측을 통하여 정밀하게 측정하였다. 태양에 대한 영상관측결과를 논의하고자 한다.

In this study, we sought to find out the effect of different emotional interior images of the community facilities in an apartment complex on a youth brain wave by analyzing an Electroencephalograph (EEG). Based on the frequency of usage, we selected learning facilities, cultural facilities, and sport facilities. For brain stimulation, the visual stimulants with three different emotional words, cheerful, gentle, and elegant, were used based on I.R.I image scale. Overall, total nine different emotional images were used. Based on our findings, we conclude that: first, in order to improve learning concentration of the youth, a learning facility for the youth needs to be designed by skillfully combining the soft and comfortable colors from the gentle image and the murky and dark colors from the elegant image. Second, when designing a cultural facility, it is preferable to consider the elegant image for a calm and comfortable space. Third, a sport facility design needs to preclude dark colors and apply light colors to create a dynamic and lively space. Furthermore, we found out that the youth has established static images of each functionally different facility through their experience and learning. Therefore, it is imperative to plan community facilities in an apartment complex in a way to connect the space function with the emotional characteristics of the youth in order to support and encourage energetic activities and learning of the community youth.

본 연구에서는 학업소진과 학교적응의 관계에서 영재 청소년의 학업탄력성의 매개효과와 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인천, 경기, 서울, 창원, 사천 울산 지역의 영재교육원 및 지역영재학급 학생 444명을 대상으로, 학업소진, 학교적응, 영재 청소년의 학업탄력성을 측정하였고, SPSS/WIN 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영재 청소년의 학업소진이 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 영재 청소년의 학업탄력성이 완전매개(full mediation)하는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 영재 청소년의 학업소진이 학교적응에 미치는 영향에서 영재 청소년의 학업탄력성 수준에 따라 달라지는 조절효과를 검증하였다. 특히, 영재 청소년의 학업탄력성이 높은 집단은 학업소진의 저고에 따른 변화가 거의 없지만, 학업탄력성이 낮은 집단은 학업소진이 커짐에 따라 학교적응이 떨어지는 부적관계를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 영재 청소년의 학업탄력성의 역할에 대한 현장에서의 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study focused on the literary world of T. Tolstaya, a Russian writer who takes a crucial position in contemporary Russian literature, drawing upon the wrier's a couple of short stories. 'Youth' is a key motive encompassing all works of Tolstaya, so that it becomes the poetic keynote among her literary works. In order to examine such distinctions of the main characters' world awareness in their youth as shown in Tolstaya's literary works, Chapter 2 of this paper paid a special attention to the analyse of her representative works such as "Sitting on a Golden Terracing Stone" and "Meeting with a Bird", and expressed potential implications of youth with mimetic imagination for her. For Tolstaya, youth is perceived as a paradise but original imagination of youth gradually fades away in adult and ends up with a lost paradise. This is why Tolstaya uses poetic means based on nostalgia for youth like paradise and literary motto for recovery of imagination in youth. In this regard, this study particularly examined the retrospective prologue resisting the power of time as well as different fictional characters living in her own fantastic world. As a result, this study draws a conclusion that such longing and nostalgia for youth and lost paradise as delineated by Tolstaya through retrospective prologue and characters speak for an existential speculation that explores any profound implication of afflictions in reality of human life, rather than focusing on the painful reality of human life which consists of honest dialogues with realities like 'darkness' and 'pain.' In addition, this study, complying with Zolotonosov's ideas which deal with and define Tolstaya's literary works as a shabby and humble box invisibly containing a full wealth of precious jewels inside, sheds a new light on the writer's literary world.

Objectives: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) prevention among youth seems under-prioritised compared to other key populations. HIV knowledge and stigma are important parts of HIV prevention. To inform HIV prevention among youths, this study quantitatively analysed the associations between open communication regarding sexuality and sexual health, comprehensive HIV knowledge, and non-stigmatising attitudes in Indonesia. Methods: This study used data from the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) 2017. The analysis included unmarried men and women aged 15-25 years old. Comprehensive HIV knowledge and a stigmatising attitude were defined according to the IDHS 2017. Open communication about sexuality and sexual health was defined as the number of people with whom participants could openly discuss these topics in their direct network of friends, family, and service providers, with a scale ranging from 0 to a maximum of 7. Primary analysis used binomial logistic regression with weighting adjustments. Results: The final analysis included 22 864 respondents. Twenty-two percent of youth had no one in their direct network with whom to openly discuss sexual matters, only 14.1% had comprehensive HIV knowledge, and 85.9% showed stigmatising attitudes. Youth mostly discussed sex with their friends (55.2%), and were less likely to discuss it with family members, showing a predominant pattern of peer-to-peer communication. Multivariate analysis showed that having a larger network for communication about sexuality and sexual health was associated with more HIV knowledge and less stigmatising attitudes. Conclusions: Having more opportunities for open sex communication in one's direct social network is associated with more HIV knowledge and less stigmatising attitudes.

청년문제에 대한 심각성과 관심이 증가하는 현실에서 본 연구는 사회복지 현장에서 니트청년을 지원한 희망플랜 사업을 중심으로 사회복지사들이 사업에 참여하기 전에 청년, 니트 문제에 대해 어떻게 인식하였고, 사업을 전개하는 과정에서 경험했던 어려움은 무엇이며, 이러한 어려움에 어떻게 대처하였는지를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회복지사들은 사업 참여 이전에 청년문제의 심각성에 안타까움을 가지고 있었지만, 그것을 해결할 방법이 없다고 인식하고 있었고, 다수의 사회복지사들은 청년이나 니트문제에 대해 관심도 없고 무지한 상태였다. 이러한 상황에서 니트 청년들과 사업을 운영하는 과정에서 사회복지사들은 니트 청년의 특성으로 인한 어려움, 니트 청년들과 관계를 형성하는 것의 어려움, 청년들이 시간을 내지 않거나 지키지 않는 것의 어려움, 사업에 대한 노하우가 없는 것으로 인한 어려움, 기관 단독으로 운영할 수 없는 것의 어려움, 취업 목적을 달성하는 것의 어려움 등 6가지의 어려움에 직면하였다. 이러한 어려움에 대처하는 과정에서 사회복지사들은 니트 청년들이 사업에 참여하도록 적극적으로 찾고 설득하며 지지하였고, 청년에게 시간과 장소, 방법을 맞추었으며, 사업 안에 있는 낙인요소를 제거하고 개별화하여 단계적으로 사업을 진행하였다. 또한 지역주민과 지역기관, 관과 긴밀히 연결하고 네트워크를 형성하면서 사업을 운영하였고, 청년을 취업시키기보다는 일의 경험을 제공하되 장기적으로 성과를 보는 것으로 관점을 바꾸며 대처하였다. 이를 통하여 사회복지사들은 실무자로서 개인의 변화뿐만 아니라 사회복지 조직과 현장, 지역사회와 지역기관의 변화를 경험하게 되었다. 이러한 결과에 기반하여 본 연구는 사회복지 실천현장이 청년 갭이어를 지원하는 과정에서 다양한 활동을 제공하고, 청년과 일을 할 때에는 공급자로서 역할을 하기보다 다양한 행위주체가 연결되는 방식으로 일하며, 무엇보다 사회복지 현장이 청년을 포괄하는 형태로 사업의 범위가 확대되어야 한다는 것을 제안하였다.
