쿠션화장품에 나타난 캐릭터컬래버레이션 표현분석 (Research on Character Collaboration Expression in Cushion Cosmetic Products)

  • 분석하여 화장품 포장 디자인에 사용된 컬래버레이션 사례를 연구, 특히 쿠션화장품 중 캐릭터 이미지와 컬래버레이션 하여 화장품 디자인에 사용된 사례를 분석하였다. 화장품 디자인 컬래버레이션 연구를 통해 제품 가치와 브랜드 이미지를 제고시키고, 소비자에게 새롭고 개성 있는 제품을 제공하여 젊은층 소비자 그룹을 타겟팅, 유치하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 향후 화장품 포장 디자인을 하는데 참고할 만한 내용을 제공하리라 기대한다.

  • 본 연구는 청소년 소비자교육을 위한 사이버 가정 학습 교수-학습 과정안을 개발하여 사이버 가정학습을 실시 한 후 이의 학습효과를 교사의 면대면 수업과 비교하기 위하여 시도 되었다. 이에 청소년 소비자 교육의 교수-학습 과정안은 현행 7차 교육과정의 중학교 2학년 기술 가정 교과의 대단원 '자원 관리와 환경'에서 중단원 '청소년과 소비 생활'에 기초를 두어 학교에서 학습하게 되는 학교 소비자 교육 내용에 맞게 구성되었다. 사이버 가정 학습을 진행하기 위하여 '소비자 교육'이라는 강좌를 연구자가 개설하고, "중학교 2학년 기술 가정"에 해당하는 강좌에서 청소년 소비자 교육과 관련된 '청소년과 소비 행동', '소비자 정보의 활용', '합리적인 소비생활', '소비자 문제의 발생과 해결'의 4차시 강좌를 선정하였다. 사이버 가정학습 학습 강좌는 학습안내$\rightarrow$학습활동$\rightarrow$평가하기$\rightarrow$분기$\rightarrow$정리하기 의 5단계로 구성되어 있으며, 매체의 화면 구성은 에니메이션과 동영상을 통하여 제시되었다. 학습 효과를 비교하기 위해 중학교 2학년 남 여 학생을 100명을 대상으로 실험집단에게는 사이버 가정 학습을 이수하도록하고, 통제 집단에게는 오프라인 상의 교사의 면대면 수업을 실시한 후 공변량 분석과 대응표본 t 검증을 하였는데, 전체 소비자 태도와 일부를 제외한 소비자태도 하위 영역과 소비자 교육에 관한 지식 에서 유의미한 수업 효과를 보였고, 각 학습방법만의 고유한 학습 효과 또한 전체 소비자 태도와 일부를 제외한 소비자태도 하위 영역에서 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 교사의 면대면 강의식 수업이 사이버 가정 학습보다 소비자태도와 지식을 향상 시키는데 보다 효율적으로 나타나 사이버 가정학습은 교사의 면대면 수업을 보조할 수 있는 역할을 할 수 있도록 교수 설계를 하는 것이 바람직하다고 할 수 있다.

상황과 소비자 특성의 추구 혜택자 선호 브랜드 유형에 대한 영향 (Interactive Effects of Usage-Situations and Personal Characteristics on Benefit Soughts of Clothing and Preference of Brand Type)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to test the interactive effects of usage-situation (wedding receptions, home, and vacation) and personal characteristics (age, income, education, job or self-monitoring) on clothing benefits sought and 2) to identify brand type preference of consumer groups segmented by age, income, education, job or self-monitoring within a situation. The data were collected via a questionnaire from 601 housewives of ages 20's∼ 50's living in Seoul, Korea. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, repeated measure two-way ANOVA and Chi-square test. The results of this study were as follows. First, by repeated measure tow-way ANOVA, there were significant interactions of age and situation, and interactions of education and situation on Youth/Fashion benefits and Brand-value benefits. And interactive effects of education and situation on Self-expression benefits and Economic-value benefits were significant by repeated measure two-way A NOVA. Second, based on x2-test, brand type preference was significant difference between consumer groups segmented by age, education and job within a situation. And preferences of brand type were different among usage situations.

중년소비자의 주관적 연령 차이에 따른 자아존중감과 외모만족도 및 의복추구혜택 (A Study on the Self-Esteem, Appearance Satisfaction, and Clothing Benefits Pursuit of Middle-Aged Consumers according to the Gap between Subjective Age and Real Age)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate differences in self-esteem, appearance satisfaction, and clothing benefit pursuit among middle-aged consumer groups according to the gap between their subjective age and real age. For the study, the questionnaire was developed by the author and distributed to male and female consumers in their forties or fifties on september 1~10, 2014. A total of 470 questionnaires was collected and used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA and Tukey's test, using the SPSS 18.0 Package Program. The findings were summarized as follows. The respondents were clustered in three groups including a group with younger subjective age than real age, a group with same subjective age group to real age, and a group with older subjective age group than real age, The younger subjective age group and same subjective age group showed greater self-esteem and appearance satisfaction than the other group. There were significant differences in four factors of clothing benefit pursuit including pursuit of fashion, pursuit of youth, pursuit of leisure, and pursuit of conformity among these three age groups. The younger subjective age group and same subjective age group showed greater importance on pursuit of fashion, pursuit of youth, and pursuit of leisure, whereas the older subjective age group did on pursuit of conformity.

청소년 금융임파워먼트 증진을 위한 e-멘토링 프로그램 효과 연구 (Effects of an E-Mentoring Program to Improve Youth Financial Empowerment)

  • This study aimed to develop an e-mentoring youth financial education program and verify its effectiveness for promoting financial empowerment and establishing financial capabilities among independent consumers. A four-session, eight-hour "Youth Financial Empowerment Mentoring Program" was developed. This program dealt with financial literacy and financial psychology factors in an integrated fashion. We used the nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design to evaluate the program's effectiveness. Specifically, by using Zoom, a virtual conference platform, four mentors of college students were trained for four sessions over two weeks. Meanwhile, four groups were formed with four mentors and 18 high school mentees to implement a four-week e-mentoring program. As a result of the analysis of covariance, significant differences were found between the two groups in all financial psychology factors and financial literacy variables. In addition, the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. As a result of qualitative evaluation through FGI for mentees and mentors, mentees experienced positive changes in financial behavior, beliefs, attitudes, and personal relationships, as well as increased financial knowledge. Meanwhile, mentors experienced positive changes in their introspection into financial behavior and consumption. Considering these results, we can conclude that this program effectively induces participants to learn and reflect on their initiative, which is in line with the original goal of "improving financial empowerment".

스포츠웨어 추구혜택 세분시장에 따른 국내 뫼 해외브랜드에 대한 태도, 쇼핑태도, 구매행동에 관한 연구 (Sportswear Benefit Segments: Attitude toward Domestic and Imported Brands, Shopping Attitude, and Purchasing Behavior)

  • The purposes of this research were to segment consumer groups according to sportswear benefits sought and to find the differences among the groups in regard to domestic vs imported brand attitudes, internet vs department store attitudes, and sportswear purchasing behavior. The subjects used for the research were 773 male and female consumers who were residents in Seoul. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan test. The results showed that there were four sportswear benefit segments: figure compensation/ ostentation, individuality, comfort/function, and youth-oriented groups. Statistical analyses showed that the four sportswear benefit segments were different in regard to imported brand attitudes, department store attitudes, and sportswear purchasing behavior. For example, figure compensation/ ostentation segment had more positive attitude toward imported brands and department stores, considered design and advertisement important as sportswear selection criteria, and had a highest expenditure on sportswear purchase. The implications of the research were discussed.

Financial Capability and Differences in Age and Ethnicity

  • The objective of this study is to disclose the effect of socio-demographic characteristics such as, age and ethnicity which is comprised of Malay, Chinese, Indian and Others on four financial capability domains namely planning ahead, managing money, choosing products and staying informed. A closed ended self-administered questionnaire was disseminated to a total of 2000 respondents among four types of groups which consist of FELDA or rural area residents, private sector employees, government sector employees and youth in institutions of higher learning in Malaysia. Those four groups were selected to cover a wide range of Malaysian population. 500 respondents were involved in this study for each types of groups through purposive sampling technique. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and analysis via Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) was utilized in this study. The results revealed that age has significant effect on planning ahead, managing money, choosing products and staying informed. Whereas, ethnicities were found to have no effect on financial capability except planning ahead domain. It is suggested that more devotion should be placed on research and professional training in building respondents' financial capability. Furthermore, government and non-government organizations should develop a comprehensive approach to intensify their financial capability and upgrade their standards of living especially of financially vulnerable households.

고등학생의 진로 정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인: 부정적 정서에 따른 소비자 유형화 분석 (Career Identity of High School Students: Exploring Differences by Negative Emotions of Consumer Typology)

  • 본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원의 한국 아동 청소년 패널데이터를 활용하였다. 총 2,010명의 고등학교 3학년 학생들의 부정적 정서를 기반으로 집단을 유형화하고, 집단별로 진로 정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부정적 정서에 따라 청소년 집단을 유형화한 결과, '정서 불안정형', '정서 안정형' 집단으로 유형화 되었다. 둘째, '정서 불안정형' 집단이 '정서 안정형' 집단보다 자아 인식, 삶의 만족도 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났으나, 부모 과잉 기대, 부모 학대, 그리고 또래 소외 항목에서는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, '정서 불안정형' 집단의 경우 부모 감독, 부모 과잉 기대, 또래 소통, 또래 신뢰, 그리고 교사 애착이 진로 정체감을 증가시키는 요인으로 확인되었다. 넷째, '정서 안정형' 집단의 경우 부모 감독, 또래 소통, 교사 애착이 진로 정체감을 증가시키는 요인으로 확인되었고, 부모 학대가 진로 정체감을 감소시키는 요인으로 확인되었다.

선호 의복이미지와 편익에 의한 시장세분화에 관한 연구(제1보) (A Study on Market Segmentation through Clothes Image Preferences and Benefit (Part I))

  • The purpose of this study were 1) to find out the structural elements in classifying clothes images, and 2) to segment the consumer market for women's street clothes based on clothes image preferences and to identify the group differences in psychological variables, purchasing behavior variables and demographic variables. The sample was taken from 1106 middle class women who were in thier 30's∼40's living in Gwangju city. Consumers were classified into six groups: active image group (35.4%), feminine image group (25.9%). daring image group (16.5%), elegant image group (10.8%), dressy image group (8.9%) and brisk image group (3.5%). Women in their 30's∼40's preferred elegant image, daring image, active image and feminine image. Elegant image oriented group: This group is the lowest education level group and has the highest rating of housewife. This group has the lowest scores use of person information search, Daring image oriented group: Woman in their 30's prefers daring image. This group thinks practical benefit sought is less important than self-expression benefit sought. This group has the highest scores use of non-person information search, Active image oriented group: This group is practical benefit seeking group. and purchases the lowest amount of clothes. The amount of average household income is the lowest. Feminine image oriented group: The amount of average household income is the highest. This group perceives more youth$.$fashion benefit sought and self-expression benefit sought than elegant image oriented group. ANOVA, $\chi$$^2$-test revealed differences among groups according to benefit sought use of information sources, purchasing behavior variables and demographic variables.

Female consumers in their fifties perceived their subjective age to be younger than male consumers in forties and fifties. There were no significant differences in self-esteem among the groups according to gender and age. Significant differences were found in appearance satisfaction of male consumers in their fifties having higher appearance satisfaction than female consumers in their forties. There were significant differences in some factors of clothing pursuit benefits including pursuit of fashion, pursuit of youth, pursuit of rationale, pursuit of leisure, and pursuit of loyalty, among the groups according to gender and age with female consumers placing more importance on clothing-related benefits than their male counterparts. Local fashion businesses to consumers who target middle-aged consumers, this study can provide a basic data.
