In this study, the researcher analyzed the mediating effect of the parental career support the moderating effect of grit in the structural path of the youth activity competence, career decision self-efficacy, and parental career support in the influence of the active capability of the adolescents in career decision self-efficacy. Data analysis was conducted through a questionnaire survey on a total of 515 people. First, youth activity competency was found to have a positive effect on parental career support. Second, parental career support was found to have a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy. Third, youth activity competency was found to have a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy. Fourth, parental career support was found to have a significant mediating effect in the influence of the youth activity competence in career decision self-efficacy. Fifth, as a result of multi-group analysis on the youth grit low/high group, it was verified that a significant influence relationship was established for the grit low/high group in all pathways.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of the experience of youth activities during high school years on the leadership life skills of college students and to identify the mediating effects of self-esteem and happiness. For the purposes, we investigated the youth activities during high school years of college students had experienced. We also measured self-esteem, happiness, and leadership life skills of the students. We surveyed 260 students and analyzed the data of 234 students. The results are as follows. First, there was a significant positive association between the experience of youth activities and leadership life skills. Second, self-esteem and happiness showed a partial mediating effects on the relationship between the youth activity and leadership life skill. Based on the results, this study suggested policy and practical implications to help youths develop competency needed for adulthood through participating youth activities.

This study describes a multicultural literacy program that can nurture multicultural people who can live in a multicultural society. A total of 10 20-hour programs were conducted for 22 youths in Busan. Through this, the current perception and acceptance of multiculturalism among young people in Busan was investigated, and a curriculum suitable for multicultural awareness, multicultural acceptance, and multicultural competency enhancement was constructed. In accordance with the goal of strengthening the multicultural competency required for multicultural activists through education, learners can exchange opinions through the activity sheet, so that learners can know the difference between themselves and others. Students could learn about each other's culture and values through cultural exchange with others, and through teachers with diverse cultures, they could learn various perspectives and cultures about culture and values. Through the results of the multicultural literacy program, I would like to suggest three methods of multicultural literacy education to strengthen multicultural competence in a multicultural society. Therefore, efforts should be made to develop various multicultural education courses to strengthen the multicultural capabilities of Koreans.

As the issues of activity confidency of the adolescent gaining more attention these days, the researcher intends to examine the structural relationships between the activity confidency of the adolescent, their career Decision Self-efficacy, and the parental career support. For this study, 437 high school students from high schools located in the cities of Cheonan and Sejong were interviewed using questionnaires. The data from the survey were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The outcomes of this study were as follows; First, the activity competency of high school students had a positive impact on career support from both parents. Second, the career support from both parents turned out to have a significant effect on the career decision self-efficacy of high school students. Third, the activity confidency of high school students had a significant impact on the career decision self-efficacy of them. Fourth, it was shown that parental career support had a mediating effect on the relationship between the activity confidency of high school students and their career decision self-efficacy. This study implies that a new issue has been raised in the perspective that the activity confidency of the adolescent is related to the career decision self-efficacy, which is one of the biggest concerns of them.
