SBovine tuberculosis is a chronic bacterial disease of animals and humans caused by Mycobacterium bovis. Besides the classical intradermal tuberculin test, a number of blood and serum tests have been used. The purpose of this study was to establish seroprevalence of M. bovis. The sera were screened using the ELISA technique. A total seroprevalence of 65.8% in positive cattle, suspect 36.0%, negative 5.9% in TB-infected herds by PPD and dairy cattle is 3.0%, Hanwoo is 1.6% in TB-free herds. The deer of seroprevalence is 55.0% in TB-infected herd and 7.7% in TB-free herds.

Advanced SITs of the evolutionary PWRs have the advantage that they can passively control the ECC water discharge flow rate. Thus, the LPSI pumps can be eliminated from the safety injection system owing to the benefit of the advanced SITs. In the present study, a passive sealing plate was designed in order to overcome the shortcoming of the advanced SITs, i.e., the early nitrogen discharge through the stand pipe. The operating principle of the sealing plate depends only on the natural phenomena of buoyancy and gravity. The performance of the sealing plate was evaluated using the VAPER test facility, equipped with a full-scale SIT. It was verified that the passive sealing plate effectively prevented the air discharge during the entire duration of the ECC water discharge. Also, the major performance parameters of the advanced SIT were not changed with the installation of the sealing plate.

This study is regards to merchandising in terms of paradigm shift on marketing and cost reduction. All research was done to trace the change of customer's purchasing trend taking examples through two of major women fashion brand, Katharine Hamnett and Cynthia Rowley since Korea has been in IMF controlling. The conclusion is as following; 1. After IMF controlling, young character casual and middle-low priced unisex mode have mainly been in '98 fashion trend. On item terms, cross coordination with reasonable prices was formed as main stream. 2. Shortened production lead-time made it possible to reduce its cost. Also new types of fashion business has been introduced to customers. 3. Speedy action are more emphasized through the benefits of simplified marketing channel and shortened payment terms. 4. It used to be a typical style to enjoy the high margin with an famous overseas brand paying license fee. Currently, the trend is extended to re-export to overseas for the licensed OEM goods.

In this paper, We compare the Harr wavelet of the S+P transform with various integer coefficient filter banks and apply 9/7 ICFB to the wavelet transform. In addition, we propose a entropy-coding method that exploits the multiresolution structure and the feedback of the prediction error, and can efficiently compress the transformed image for progressive transmission. Simulation results are included to compare to the compression ratio using the S+P transform with different types of images.

This paper represents the development of 3-axises loadcell for measuring the side-force of suspension module of MPV(Multi Purposed Vehicle). The side force causes the failure of damper, such as leakage. The loadcell was developed using strain gauges, and the Wheastone bridge circuit to compensate for the cross-talk between the each axises and the measurement error by temperature. Structure analysis of loadcell was accomplished with FEM(Finite Element Method) to optimize the location of strain gages. The design optimization for important factors that have an effect on performance of loadcell was accomplished by using DOE(Design of Experiment). Loadcell was produced and successfully tested, showing good sensitivity and low cross-talk. The cross-talk of the developed loadcell is bellow 5%. The load history was measured at proving ground. The maximum side-force, the longitudinal force, and vertical force of MPV are 4.2 kN, 8.0 kN, and 17.0 kN, respectively, at Belgian road.

We have established a pulsed electron beam generation system with an energy of 200[keV], pulse repetition rate of 200[Hz], and several tens of [${\mu}s$] pulse width. The system is characterized by a cold cathode that is simpler than the hot cathode. Target object does not need to be scanned because of large aperture electron beam of 300[$cm^2$]. Electron source is secondary electrons that are generated when the ions from the glow discharge collide on the cathode surface. In this paper, the discharge current characteristics are investigated experimentally as a function of He gas pressure in order to obtain stable glow discharge. And computer simulations are carried out as a preliminary study for the development of low energy large aperture electron beam generator. The variation of electon beam current is investigated as a function of rising time of high voltage when 20[kV] potential is applied in 20[mTorr] pressure.

The phrase 'Gyeong Su' in the twelve gyeong su(經水) indicate twelve lower reaches of rivers and lakes which are located in the center of China. The reason of this chapter called 'twelve gyeong su(經水)' is that the ki(氣) circulation through twelve meridians in the human body is similar to constant flow of twelve lower reaches of rivers and lakes. This chapter is divided into five sub chapters, according to its contents as follows, Chapter 1 deals with the correlation between twelve gyeong su and twelve meridians, Chapter 2 deals with the correlation between universe and human body, Chapter 3 deals with the definite example of the correlation between human body and universe and Um-Yang(陰陽), Chapter 4 deals with most proper acupuncturing depth and remain time of acupuncture according to the theory of man, as a microcosm, is connected with the macrocosm(天人相應) and more or less of moxibustion amount, Chapter 5 deals with acupuncture application according to height, age, body shape of patients.

The installed capacity of wind turbines in Korea are growing and enlarging by the central government's supporting program. But the majority area having the abundant wind energy resources is composed of mountainous and complex district, thus the turbulence intensity of there is so high and belongs to the turbulence characteristic A category of IEC design requirement. This paper presents the effect of the turbulence intensity on the power performance of a wind turbine system. Particularly, the effect of the power curve of the wind turbine system due to the turbulence intensity has analyzed. As a result, the power curve has a high turbulence characteristic shows the lower value than normal one in high wind speed regime and the AEP will be reduced at the relatively high turbulence area.

Displacement of the bridge and additional rail stress due to interaction between track and bridge should be limited to the design criteria. Interaction analysis was conducted to investigate the displacement and additional rail stress on CWR in high speed railway bridge. Particularly, various parameters affecting interaction phenomena were taken into account in the analysis to enhance an applicability. These parameters included configuration of structure, stiffness of deck and support, steel/concrete bridge, ballast/concrete track and FM/MFM type etc. The results were presented in the form of the design chart which could be useful in preliminary design of the bridge.

This paper analyses the effects of mobile telecommunications market's interconnection charge on consumer welfare between 2000 and 2010 by estimating price elasticity of demand with using log linear model and augmented Alexander et al(2000)'s model. The results show that consumer welfare is about 6 trillion won in 2009 and an upward trend. In the 2nd analysis, the decline in interconnection charge raise consumer welfare but, asymmetric interconnection and current TD-BU LRIC system have negative(-) relation with consumer welfare. Hence we need to revise interconnection policy frame.
