Hygienic Science is the science for the maintenance and the improvement of human health. Every investigation of hygienic science is originated from practical human life and the fruits of every studies should be recovered and utilized finally by social life. The planning, implementation, evaluation must be carried out by unbiased idea in view of four main aspects in Fig. 1. In the center of that figure you can put any problems that you concern if it is related to health sciences. Today. 소셜 네트워킹 서비스(SNS)가 인터넷, 스마트폰과 함께 크게 발전하고 있다. 친근한 SNS이지만 그 실체를 깊이 생각해 보면 정말 다양한 얼굴을 갖고 있다는 것을 알게 된다. 사용자간의 커뮤니케이션 툴이기도 하고, 정보를 전달하는 매체이기도 하며, 어플리케이션을 제공하는 인프라이기도 하고, 공통의 관심을 가진 사람들이 모이는 커뮤니티이기도 하다. 최근 몇 년간은 사업도구와 쇼핑, 결제수단도 삼키려 하고 있다. SNS의 확산이 현실 사회에 미치는 영향도 확대되고 있으며 사회학의 관점에서 다루어지는 일도 늘어나고 있다. 또한 SNS의 기술적인 측면에 주목하면, 대규모 액세스를 처리하는 인프라, 쾌적한 이용을 지지하는 유저 인터페이스, 사람들의 행동을 보다 깊게 이해하기 위한 빅데이터 분석인 아무래도, 여러 가지 기술요소로 구성되어 있다. 그러나 이렇게 평소에는 아무렇지 않게 이용하고 있다. 하지만 SNS를 통해 들여다보면 그 실태는 의외로 심오하고 다면적인 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 SNS의 역사와 현황을 조감하는 것으로 시작하여 다른 매체와의 비교를 통해 그 위상을 찾고자 시도하였다. 사회와의 관계 관점에서는 악플이나 SNS를 이용한 범죄 등의 SNS 활용시의 리스크, 법적 문제가 될 수 있다. SNS상의 행위나 사업자가 제정하는 가이드라인에 대해 해설도 필요하다. 따라서 SNS에 대한 다양한 법적 문제를 논의하도록 할 것이다. 또, SNS의 활용 사례로서 재해대응에 있어서의 SNS 활용 사례를 소개하겠다. 더 기술적인 관점에서, SNS의 네트워크 기반 기술과 SNS의 정보활용에 대한 해설을 받고, 이런 기사들이 SNS를 이해하고 안전하게 이용하는데 도움을 주고 SNS를 더욱 활용하거나 발전시키는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

Fingernail-related content on YouTube is gaining popularity. This study aimed to present a new direction for nail content marketing and video production by identifying the current status of nail-related content on YouTube and factors affecting views. As for the research method, the study used the YouTube website, and the elements under analysis were classified into YouTuber characteristics (verbal characteristics, age group, gender, professional status, and celebrity status) and content characteristics (nail field, editing elements, and content). The results showed that standard language and terminology were generally used, and the proportion of YouTubers in their 30s was high. All nail-related content creators on YouTube were women, and they were found to be experts who worked as nail artists and nail content creators. As for the content characteristics, the proportion of art videos was high, and the video length was found mostly to be between 10 and 20 minutes. The editing elements included images, videos, and subtitles, and sound effects and background music were used frequently. Finally, it was found that the proportion of videos providing nail tips and know-how, product information, and procedures was high. This study identified factors that influence the number of views for nail videos. As a result, the study was able to present video production ideas for newcomers starting a nail-content YouTube channel, and this will be helpful in the development of nail content.

인터넷은 질적으로 통제되지 않는 가치없는 정보의 증가, 신뢰성의 저하, 비체계적이고 무조직적인 정보자원의 확산이라는 심각한 문제점을 안고 있다. 본고에서는 인터넷 정보자원의 일반적인 평가기준을 근거로 하여, 내용적인 측면에 초점을 맞추어 저작성, 발행기관 관점/선입관, 학문적 지식, 정확성/실증 및 최신성 그리고 웹사이트 문서의 기본요소의 일곱 가지의 항목을 설정하여 사용자 개개인의 입장에서 인터넷상의 웹사이트에 수록되어 있는 문서들을 탐색하여 이용할 경우 해당 문서의 평가에 적용될 수 있는 기준 및 방법을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 전자회로를 실험할 수 있는 회로이론 원격 실험실을 제작하였다. 가상 콘텐츠와 실제 회로를 직접 구현하여 실제회로 실험화면을 학습자에게 제공하여 비교학습하게 한다. 본 실험에서 DAQ카드를 이용하여 실제회로에 입력신호를 인가하고 PC카메라로 실시간 실험화면을 학습자에게 제공한다. 실험 학습자는 LabVIEW 웹 서버로 가상실험을 하고, 실험결과는 데이터베이스에 저장되어 관리자가 관리하게 된다.

In real world object detection is an active research topic for understanding different objects from images. There are different models presented in past and had significant results. In this paper we are presenting vehicle logo detection using previous object detection models such as You only look once (YOLO) and Faster Region-based CNN (F-RCNN). Both the front and rear view of the vehicles were used for training and testing the proposed method. Along with deep learning an image pre-processing algorithm called perspective transformation is proposed for all the test images. Using perspective transformation, the top view images were transformed into front view images. This algorithm has higher detection rate as compared to raw images. Furthermore, YOLO model has better result as compare to F-RCNN model.

Simulation --- The ideal tool for BPR. Work now and CASE tools are static modeling tools. Based on our own customers surveys, we have discovered that the use of process modeling tools thus far has focused on modeling the current(What-Is) state of a business. We have found that 90 percent of reengineering projects, the modeling tools of choice have been flowcharting tools. Static models offer help in understanding the overall nature of an existing process. However, static models can not really help you see the step by step motions towards completion of your goals. In static modeling, you see two pictures in time, usually taken at the current state and final state models of your reengineering project. Static models are usually not object oriented, therefore can not show facility or office layout and movement of entities and objects throughout the facility. However, this does not mean that static modeling does not have its application nor add value to the user as in a few success stories. Simulation helps the team analyze the complex aspects of the project. Many times a plan that looks good on paper might turn out entirely different when put into action. Therefore, simulation helps you look at how situations might work before actual implementation. In particular, computer simulation models help you view a reengineered condition before they are rolled-out. Items such as a lead time and resource allocation.

With the rapid spread of social media, video-sharing social media like YouTube has emerged as a consumption and distribution channel for entertainment goods such as music videos and movie trailers. In tourism research, there has been a lot of research of how the visual media such as movies and soap operas induced tourism. However, no studies have attempted to examine the role of social media as a music consumption channel and its impact on tourism. Expanding a body of media-induced tourism, we analysed the impact of video-sharing social media on music-induced tourism with a case of Korean pop music and inbound tourism to Korea. Developing a Web-crawler, we collected YouTube users' comments data on 166 Korean pop music video clips which were released from 2009 to 2012 with over 1 million view counts. Controlling many of the determinants of tourism and analysing country-by-country impact of YouTube comments with the panel data, we found that engagement of Korean pop music video clips on YouTube is a significant predictor for the flow of inbound tourists to Korea.

The purpose of this study was to find out how to be pursued elementary teachers' science instruction according to their understanding toward science. Sixty elementary teachers were involved in the questionnaire, investigating understanding on the nature of science and the science teaching. Two elementary teachers' science classes are observed. Their instructional objectives were analyzed. And their understanding toward science was measured. Teacher A had consistent modern philosophical views of science on the nature of science and science teaching, and teacher B had not consistency Klopfer's science educational objectives category was used to analyse instructional objective. The ideal proportions of the instructional objectives of the observed classes were established from science education specialist group. You ideality index was calculated. You ideality index indicate how far from the ideal proportions of the instructional objectives the observed instruction is. Relative proportions of instructional objectives appeared in science classes were compared with ideal instructional objectives. Instructional objectives containing the modem views appearing classes observed were compared according to teachers' understanding toward science. As results, teachers' understanding toward science showed lack of consistency, which is consisted of modern philosophical view of science on science teaching: modem and classical philosophical view of science on nature of science. Teacher A's instruction was approached more closely to the ideal proportions of the instructional objectives, showing fewer You ideality index. Instructional objectives containing the modern views are more appeared and closer to ideal proportions in teacher A's classes than in teacher B's. A teacher having modern understanding on nature of science would instruct science with modern scientific philosophical perspectives. Therefore teacher preparation programs should include more contents about modern philosophical understanding on the nature of science.

The authors had observed a case of cleidocranial dysostosis of 42 years old unmarried woman. The observation was founded upon roentgenogram of skull P-A view, orthopantomograph, cephalometric view, chest P-A view and wrist X-ray view. The patient gave a dwarfic impression with 145㎝ body height and concaved mandibular prognastic facial feature. The palate was narrowed and extremely high arched. The eruption state of teeth were extremely poor, only four teeth were erupted, composed of upper third molar and lower three deformed teeth. The skull P-A view of roentgenogram reveals overlying metopic suture, extends from the nasion to the sagittal suture, and the suture are delayed up to date and many wormian bones are formed. On the cephalometric view the maxilla is underdeveloped and produce the false mandibular prognathism. Twenty four impacted teeth can be detected by orthopantmograph, twelve in upper jaw and twelve in lower jaw. There are many supernumerary teeth, one in upper jaw and seven in lower jaw. On the chest P-A view, the clavicles are totally aplastic, but a vestige of clavicle is visible in the right side. On the wrist roentgenogram, the epiphyseal ossification of distal phalanx, mesial phalanx and proximal phalanx is delayed.
