소셜 네트워크 분석(SNA)을 이용한 실과(기술·가정)교육 분야 연구 동향 분석 (Research Trend Analysis on Practical Arts (Technology & Home Economics) Education Using Social Network Analysis)

  • This study analyzed research trends in the field of Practical Arts (Technology & Home Economics) education. From 958 articles published between 2010 and 2018 in the Journal of Korean Practical Arts Education (JKPAE), Journal of Korean Home Economics Education Association (JHEEA), and Korean Journal of Technology Education Association (KJTEA), 958 keywords were extracted and analyzed using NetMiner 4. When the general network structure was analyzed, keywords such as practical arts education, curriculum, textbook, home economics education, and students were high in the degree centrality and closeness centrality, and textbook, practical arts education, curriculum, student, home economics education, and invention were high in the node betweenness centrality. The cluster analysis showed that a four-cluster solution was most appropriate: cluster 1, technology and experiential learning activities; cluster 2, curriculum studies and practical problem; cluster 3, relationships; and cluster 4, creativity and character education. The three journals showed differences in the knowledge network structure: The topics of JKPAE and JKHEEA focused on general content knowledge and curriculum, while the topics of KJTEA were spread across invention and creativity education, and curriculum studies.

가뭄년도 농업용저수지 유입량 추정 : 나주호를 중심으로 (Estimation of the Inflow into Agricultural Reservoir during Drought Year : Focused on Naju Reservoir)

  • 기후변화는 여러 수자원 문제를 야기하며, 특히 가뭄으로 인해 농업용 저수지의 물관리는 점점 중요해지고 있다. 여러 둑높이기 농업용 저수지 중 나주호는 수혜면적에 비해 유역면적이 작아 저수율관리에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 실제로 2017년과 2018년 가뭄이 발생함에 따라 저수율이 20 %까지 저하되었으며, 수혜구역내 간이 양수장, 양수 저류 등 가뭄대책이 시행되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 나주호의 저수율이 회복되지 않아 단수를 실시하는 등 물관리에 어려움을 겪었다. 이 연구에서는 저수지인 나주호를 대상으로 기상자료, 나주호의 저수율, 공급량 자료를 바탕으로 CAT 모형을 적용 가뭄년도의 유입량 변화를 추정하였다. 검보정의 경우 CAT 3.0 버전에 포함된 SCE-UA 최적화기법을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 2008년부터 2019년까지의 평균 연간 유입량은 6,549 만㎥으로 분석되었으며, 평균 연간 유출율은 48 %로 조사되었다. 하지만, 가뭄이 발생하였던 2017년도의 경우 평균 연간 유입량이 2,070 만㎥, 유출율은 27 %로 조사되었다.

  • Long-term unexecuted urban parks will be released from urban planning facilities after 2020, this may result in development of those parks. However, little research have been focused on how to develop those parks considering conservation, development, spatial pattern, and so on. Therefore, in this study, we suggested an optimization planning model that minimizes the fragmentation while maximizing the conservation and development profit using ACO (Ant Colony Optimization). Our study area is Suwon Yeongheung Park, which is long-term unexecuted urban parks and have actual plan for private development in 2019. Using our optimization planning model, we obtained four alternatives(A, B, C, D), all of which showed continuous land use patterns and satisfied the objectives related to conservation and development. Each alternative are optimized based on different weight combinations of conservation, development, and fragmentation, and we can also generated other alternatives immediately by adjusting the weights. This is possible because the planning process in our model is very fast and quantitative. Therefore, we expected our optimization planning model can support "spatial decision making" of various issue and sites.

  • 흉부 이물은 응급실에 내원한 환자들에게서 빈번하게 볼 수 있으며 심각한 문제를 일으킬 수 있다. 흉부 이물은 흡인, 섭취, 외상, 의인성 원인으로 발생할 수 있다. 영상 검사는 흉부 이물의 유무와 크기, 구조, 위치를 인지하는데 중요한 역할을 하기 때문에 영상의학과 의사는 중재적 시술 등 적절한 치료를 결정하기 위해 흉부 이물의 영상의학적 소견과 발생 가능한 합병증을 알아야 한다. 이 임상화보에서는 흉부 이물을 식별하기 위한 적절한 영상 검사 세팅, 원인에 따른 4가지 분류, 흉부 이물과 이로 인해 발생할 수 있는 합병증의 영상의학적 소견을 정리하였다.

예루살렘세이지(Phlomis frutcosa L.) 추출물의 Helicobacter pylori에 대한 항균활성과 항산화활성 (Antimicrobial Activity against Helicobacter pylori and Antioxidant Activity of Yerusalem sage (Phlomis frutcosa L.))

  • Yerusalem sage를 물과 에탄올로 추출하여 생리 기능성을 알아보았다. 추출물의 총 페놀 함량은 물 추출물이 9.4 mg/g, 알코올 추출물이 11.1 mg/g로 나타났고 추출물의 항산화 효과는 DPPH가 물 추출물과 알코올 추출물 각각 97.6%, 87.2%로 나타났고, antioxidant protection factor는 각각 1.1, 1.6으로 알콜 추출물이 물 추출물보다 높게 나타났다. ABTS는 물 추출물과 알코올 추출물에서 각각 96.8%, 91.4%로 높게 나타났으며 TBARS 값은 $0.9{\times}10^{-3}\;{\mu}M,\;0.3{\times}10^{-3}\;{\mu}M$로 대조구 $1.1{\times}10^{-3}\;{\mu}M$에 비해 malonaldehyde와 thiobarbituric acid가 반응하여 생성되는 복합체 TBARS값이 낮아 추출물이 지방 산화에 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. Helicobacter pylori균의 항균활성 측정을 위하여 알콜 추출물의 phenolic compound 함량을 $50\;{\mu}g$에서 $200\;{\mu}g$까지 $50\;{\mu}g$씩 disc paper에 증가시켜 첨가한 결과 저해환의 직경이 첨가량이 증가할수록 9 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm로 크게 나타났다. HPLC로 항산화 및 항균력을 가진 페놀산의 존재유무를 분석한 결과 물과 알코올 추출물에서 chlorogenic acid함량이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과로 Yerusalem sage는 인공 합성 항산화제가 가지는 단점을 보완할 수 있는 천연 항산화제 및 위 십이지장 계통의 질환을 예방하는 기능을 겸비한 기능성 물질로 개발이 기대되었다.

  • The management and control of mineral nutrients is one of most important techniques to increase the productivity and the quality of Korean ginseng. The mineral nutrients are measured with different plant tissues and different growth stages of 2-year-old ginseng grown under hydroponic culture with two different temperatures. The content of N, P, Ca, and Mg were higher at low temperature in both leaves and roots than those at high temperature. However, the content of K was high in leaves at low temperature compared to that of high temperature, while it was not significantly different in roots. The uptake amounts of N and K was higher throughout the experimental period at low temperature in both leaves and roots than those at high temperature. However, the uptake amount of P was not clearly different between two different temperatures and among six different growth stages. The uptake amount of N, P, K was generally decreased in leaves from June to August, while it was increased in roots. The relationship between dry weight and mineral nutrients in leaves was appeared positive with N, K, Ca, and Mg, but negative P. In roots, N, K, Ca, and Mg were negative, showing that was positive with only P. Comparing the correlation coefficients among mineral nutrients in leaves, N and K were significantly positive correlation each other. P was significantly positive correlation with Na and Zn. In case of roots, N was highly significant positive correlation with K, Mg, and Mn, but P was negatively correlated with Ca, Cu, Na, Fe, and Zn.

NO/cGMP Pathway is Involved in Exocrine Secretion from Rat Pancreatic Acinar Cells

  • The enzyme responsible for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO) from L-arginine in mammalian tissues is known as nitric oxide synthase (NOS) (EC.1.14.13.39). In the present study, the role of NO in the regulation of exocrine secretion was investigated in rat pancreatic acinar cells. Treatment of rat pancreatic acinar cells with cholecystokinin-octapeptide (CCK-OP) resulted in an increase in the arginine conversion to citrulline, the amount of $NO_X$, the release of amylase, and the level of CGMP. Especially, CCK-OP-stimulated increase of arginine to citrulline transformation, the amount of $NO_X$, and CGMP level were completely counteracted by the inhibitor of NOS, NG-monomethyl-L-arginine (MMA), by contrast, that of amylase release was partially reduced. Furthermore, MMA-induced decrease of NOS activity and amylase release showed dose-dependent pattern. The data on the time course of CCK-OP-induced citrulline formation and CGMP rise indicate that NOS and guanylate cyclase were activated by treatment of CCK-OP. However, the mechanism of agonist-stimulated guanylate cyclase activation in acinar cells remains unknown. Therefore, activation of NOS is one of the early events in receptor-mediated cascade of reactions in pancreatic acinar cells and NO, not completely, but partially mediate pancreatic enzyme exocrine secretion.

일부 대학생들의 음주와 흡연행위와의 관련성 (Drinking and Its Relationship with Smoking among University Students)

  • Objectives: This study examines the drinking behaviors and the relationship between drinking and smoking behaviors among some Korean university students. Methods: A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted in May, 2006. A total of 1,163 students(715 male and 448 female) completed questionnaires, who were randomly selected in a university in Gyeongsangbuk-Do, Korea. Results: The overall drinking and smoking rates for male subjects were 88.7% and 37.2%, and those for females were 83.5% and 2.2%, respectively. Among the male drinkers 39.9% smoked, while 16.0% of the male non-drinkers were smokers. As male drinkers drink more often, heavier amount per drinking episode, even on a binge, their smoking rate was high. The subjects reported there was positive reinforcement between drinking and smoking behaviors. Conclusions: The drinking rate of students was relatively high, especially for male students drinking behavior was strongly correlated with smoking behavior. Health promotion programs should be targeted at university students considering drinking and smoking behaviors simultaneously.

NAT-PT를 고려한 확장된 보안정책 프로토콜 (Extended Security Policy Protocol that considers NAT-PT)

  • 이 논문은 NAT-PT의 특성을 고려한 단-대-단 IPSec 보안 서비스를 제공하기 위한 보안정책 프로토콜에 대해 기술한다. NAT-PT는 IPv4망에서 IPv6망으로 진화하기 위한 과도기적인 단계에 있어 IPv4/IPv6망간의 통신을 제공하기 위해 IETF에 제안된 기술 중 하나로, 이종 IP망간의 통신을 위한 IP 주소변환 및 프로토콜 변환에 대해 기술하고 있다. 그러나 NAT-PT는 인터넷의 필수 요구사항 중 하나인 보안에 대한 한계점을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 이 논문에서는 NAT-PT를 고려한 단-대-단 IPSec 보안 서비스를 제공하기 위해 가장 먼저 수행되어야 할 보안정책 협상을 제공하는 확장된 보안정책 프로토콜을 제시한다.

우수한 가역적 이산화탄소 및 수소 저장성능을 가지는 공유결합성 유기적 골격구조체에 관한 다중스케일 접근법을 이용한 연구 (Covalent Organic Frameworks for Extremely High Reversible $CO_2$ and $H_2$ Uptake Capacity : A Multiscale Simulation Approach)

  • We report that the novel covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are capable of reversibly providing an extremely high uptake capacity of carbon dioxide and hydrogen at room temperature. These COFs are designed based on the multiscale simulations approach via the combination of ab initio calculations and force-field calculations. For this goal, we explore the adsorption sites of carbon dioxide and hydrogen on COFs, their porosity, as well as carbon dioxide adsorption isotherms. We identify the binding sites and energies of $CO_2$ on COFs using ab initio calculations and obtain the carbon dioxide adsorption isotherms using grand canonical ensemble Monte Carlo calculations. Moreover, the calculated adsorption isotherms are compared with the experimental values in order to build the reference model in describing the interactions between the $CO_2/H_2$ and the COFs and in predicting the $CO_2$ and $H_2$ adsorption isotherms of COFs. Finally, we design three new COFs, 2D COF-05, 3D COF-05 (ctn), and 3D COF-05 (bor), for the high capacity $CO_2/H_2$ and $H_2$ storage.
