국내산 및 수입산 송이버섯과 능이버섯의 일반성분 및 아미노산 함량 비교 (Comparison of the proximate composition and amino acid content of domestic and imported Tricholoma matsutake and Sarcodon aspratus)

  • 본 연구에서는 국산과 중국산 능이버섯과 송이버섯의 일반성분과 아미노산 조성을 분석하여 채취지역에 따른 능이버섯과 송이버섯의 식품학적 품질을 비교하고자 하였다. 송이버섯의 조회분 함량은 중국 티벳산이 5.52%, 운남 5.40%, 연길 6.95%, 한국 양양 6.40%로 시료 간에 차이를 나타내었다. 조지방 함량은 한국 양양산이 1.19%로 가장 낮았고, 조단백질 함량은 중국 티벳산이 16.83%로 가장 낮아 시료 간에 차이를 나타내었다. 송이버섯의 총아미노산 함량은 중국 연길 $11,490.14{\pm}892.07mg%$, 중국 운남 $8,000.03{\pm}2072.65mg%$, 티벳 $6,815.48{\pm}771.82mg%$, 한국 양양 $6,074.74{\pm}814.86mg%$ 순으로 나타났다. 능이버섯의 조회분, 조지방, 조단백질, 총아미노산 함량은 한국산과 중국산 시료 간에 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 본 실험결과 조회분 함량을 중국 남방지역(티벳, 운남) 송이버섯과 한국 양양 및 중국 북방(연길) 송이버섯의 구분지표로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료되며 무기질 성분에 대한 추가 실험을 통해 지표 무기질 도출이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

파종량과 비료 시용이 봄 재배용 카멜리나 종자 생산량에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Camelina sativa (L.) cv. Crantz Seed Yield according to Seeding Rate and Chemical Fertilization)

  • 바이오 디젤용 원료작물인 카멜리나를 중국 지역에서 대량 상용재배 하기 위해서 길림성 연길 지역에서 재식 밀도, 비료 시비, 파종 시기 등이 종자 생산량에 미치는 영향을 실험하였다. 재식 밀도와 증수량의 상관 관계를 알아보기 위해서 단위면적당 다른 두 가지의 파종량을 적용했다. 0.1 ha 당 카멜리나 종자 0.23 kg을 파종한 시험구가 0.56 kg을 파종한 시험구보다 60.6 g이 증대되는 결과를 보였다. 또한 비료 시비량과 증수량의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해서 0.1ha당 질소 1.97 kg과 인 12.3 kg을 시용한 시험구, 질소 2.8 kg과 인 17.5 kg을 시용한 시험구, 그리고 무시비구를 이용해서 증수량을 분석한 결과 재배지역에 따라 상이한 결과를 보였다. 다른 실험 결과와 비교하면 상당히 낮은 시비량에도 증수량이 포화되는 결과를 보이는 것으로 봐서 시험구 포장 자체가 상당한 양의 비료 성분을 포함하는 것으로 추정되며 통상적인 농경지 재배에서는 추가적인 시비 효과가 크지 않을 것으로 여겨진다. 파종 시기에 따른 종자수확량은 동일한 생육 기간을 거치더라도 5월 4일에 파종을 한 후 수확을 하는 것이 5월 29일 파종한 것보다 높은 생산량을 보였다. 이 결과는 빠른 파종 시기가 종자 생산량에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미하므로 최대한 파종 시기를 앞당기는 것이 종자의 생산량을 늘리는데 도움이 될 것이라고 판단 된다.

자아개념, 애착, 교사 및 또래 관계가 청소년의 공격성에 미치는 영향: 한국, 조선족 및 한족 청소년을 중심으로 (The Effects of Self-concept, Attachment, and Relationship with Teacher and Peer on Korean, Korean-Chinese and Chinese Adolescents' Aggression)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the differences of aggression and its predictors among Korean, Korean-Chinese and Chinese adolescents. The subjects were 529(176 Korean, 168 Korean-Chinese, 185 Chinese) 9th graders from Yanji in China and Korea. Data on aggression, self-concept, attachment to mother, relationship with teachers, and victimization from peers were collected with questionnaires and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression. The results showed that Korean adolescents reported the highest and Chinese adolescents the lowest on aggression. There were gender differences in proactive aggression among Chinese adolescents, and on reactive aggression among Korean adolescents. Among Korean adolescents, no gender difference was revealed. The influences of self-concept, attachment to mother, relationship with teachers, and victimization from peers differed among the groups: While attachment to mother was a significant predictor for Chinese adolescents' aggression, relationship with teachers was a significant predictor for that of Korean-Chinese adolescents', and victimization from peer was a significant predictor for that of Korean adolescents'. The differential influence of race and culture to adolescents' aggression was discussed.

연변 조선족 아동의 공격성과 개인적 특성, 가정환경 및 학교환경간의 관계 (The Relationships among Personal Characteristics, Home and School Environment, and Aggression of Korean-Chinese Children in Yanbin)

  • This study investigated the relationships among personal characteristics(sex, self-concepts, depression, fear, internal locus of control), home environment(physical and psychological environment, parenting style, attachment to mother), school environment(teacher support, peer victimization), and Korean-Chinese children's aggression in Yanji, China. Two hundred and two(90 boys and 112 girls) 6th graders rated themselves on a questionnaire. Correlation analysis, and multiple regression were conducted using SPSS Window vers. 12. Alienation to mother, and overt and relational victimization by peers were positively related, and communication with mother was negatively related to children's proactive aggression. Alienation to mother, and overt victimization by peers were positively related, and communication with mother, support by teacher were negatively related to children's reactive aggression. Alienation to mother, and overt and relational victimization by peers were positively related, and communication with mother and support by teacher were negatively related to children's relational aggression. The factor with the greatest contribution to explaining the aggression of Korean-Chinese in Yanbin was the alienation to mother.

  • The zinc, copper and chromium contents in the hair in 103 healthy Korean and 126 Korean with schizophrenic(aged 20 to 59 years in Yanbian district)by atomic absorbtion spectrometer(Type WFZ-II). Research Period : from May 1985 to September 1986. The zinc, copper and chromium contents in the schizophrenic hair are significantly lower than those of healthy persons, respectively. The standard rates of discriminant from healthy persons and the patients by method of (Department of Pathophysiology, Yanbian Medical Colloge ; Yanbian Neuropsychosis Hospital, Yanji Jilin Prov, P.R. China) Fisher discrominant analysis are 72.9% and 84.4%, respectively. Protective Effects of Chalcone Derivatives for Acute Liver Injury in Mice

  • The hepatoprotective effects of chalcone derivatives were evaluated in D-galactosamine/lipopolysaccharide (D-GaIN/LPS)-induced fulminant hepatic failure in mouse. Thirteen chalcone derivatives were synthesized for study and their hepatoprotective effects were evaluated by assessing aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels in serum. Chalcone preparations were injected into mice at 12 hand 1 h before intraperitoneal injection of D-GaIN/LPS. After abdominal administration, changes in AST and ALT between the control and treated groups were observed. Ten of the synthesized chalcone derivatives exhibited inhibitory effects on D-GaIN/LPS-induced levels of AST and ALT in mice. Compounds 2, 3, 8, 9, and 12 markedly reduced serum AST and ALT at 8 h, inhibited hepatocyte necrosis and showed significant hepatoprotective activities. The activity of compound 3 was compared with the bifendate (DDB) through oral administration. Compound 3 showed much higher inhibitory effects than bifendate for decreasing AST and ALT activity. The results indicate that compound 3 has strong hepatoprotective activity through suppression of tumor necrosis factor­alpha (TNF-alpha) preduction, reduction of the histological change in the liver, and attenuated of hepatocyte apoptosis confirmed by DNA fragmentation assay.

중국소비자들의 국내 패션 브랜드에 대한 인식조사: 베이징, 상하이, 연길지역을 중심으로 (Chinese consumers' perception toward Korean fashion brands: Comparison among Beijing, Shanghai, & Yanji)

  • The purposes of this study was to examine Chinese consumers's perception toward Korean fashion brands. Especially, this study aimed to compare the Chinese consumers in three local groups (Beijing, Shanghai, & Yangji). The subjects used for this study were one hundred ninety-six participants(male; 110, female; 86) in 20s age who live in China. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, and t-test were used. Cronbach's alpha test revealed that all instruments which were used for this study had over 0.85. As the results, first, 67.9% of Chinese consumers perceived Korean brands correctly as Korean brands. Also, 42.5% of Chinese participants had purchased Korean fashion brand products such as Teenie Weenie or E-land. Second, there were not significant differences in brand attitudes among three group participants. However, there was a significant difference in 'brand preference' factor, one of three brand attitudes, between two ethnic groups. Finally, there were not signifiant differences in brand image, while there was a significant difference in intelligent brand image, one of 4 brand image factors, between two ethnic groups. These results of this study would be very useful for Korean fashion brand marketers in order to understand Chinese fashion consumers more details, and provide more efficient fashion marketing strategies.

Ruminal microbial responses in fermentation characteristics and dry matter degradability to TDN level of total mixed ration

  • An in vitro trial was conducted to examine the effects of total mixed rations (TMR) on fermentation characteristics and effective degradability (ED) by rumen microbes. Three TMR diets were growing period TMR (GR-TMR, 67% TDN), early fattening period TMR (EF-TMR, 75.4% TDN) and late fattening TMR (LF-TMR, 80% TDN). Three TMR diets (3 g of TMRs in each incubation bottles) was added to the mixed culture solution of stained rumen fluid with artificial saliva (1:1, v/v) and incubated anaerobically for 48 hours at $39^{\circ}C$. The pH in all incubation solutions tended to decrease up to 48h, but the opposite results were found in concentration of total gas production, ammonia-N and total VFA in all incubations.The total gas production (p<0.05) in LF-TMR was highest compared with those of other diets. Also, concentration of total VFA was tended to increase in LF-TMR compared with other TMR diets in all incubations. The EDDM in both EF-TMR and LF-TMR was tended to high compared with GR-TMR (p=0.100). In this in vitro trials, concentration of propionate in all incubation solution was not affected by increased concentration of TDN. The results of the present in vitro study indicate that TMR may provide more favorable condition for nutrient digestion both in the rumen.

소비자 프라이버시 보호에 관한 다항식 기반 연구 (A Polynomial-based Study on the Protection of Consumer Privacy)

  • With the development and widespread application of online shopping, the number of online consumers has increased. With one click of a mouse, people can buy anything they want without going out and have it sent right to the doors. As consumers benefit from online shopping, people are becoming more concerned about protecting their privacy. In the group buying scenario described in our paper, online shopping was regarded as intra-group communication. To protect the sensitive information of consumers, the polynomial-based encryption key sharing method (Piao et al., 2013; Piao and Kim, 2018) can be applied to online shopping communication. In this paper, we analyze security problems by using a polynomial-based scheme in the following ways : First, in Kamal's attack, they said it does not provide perfect forward and backward secrecy when the members leave or join the group because the secret key can be broken in polynomial time. Second, for simultaneous equations, the leaving node will compute the new secret key if it can be confirmed that the updated new polynomial is recomputed. Third, using Newton's method, attackers can successively find better approximations to the roots of a function. Fourth, the Berlekamp Algorithm can factor polynomials over finite fields and solve the root of the polynomial. Fifth, for a brute-force attack, if the key size is small, brute force can be used to find the root of the polynomial, we need to make a key with appropriately large size to prevent brute force attacks. According to these analyses, we finally recommend the use of a relatively reasonable hash-based mechanism that solves all of the possible security problems and is the most suitable mechanism for our application. The study of adequate and suitable protective methods of consumer security will have academic significance and provide the practical implications.

Neuroprotective mechanisms of dieckol against glutamate toxicity through reactive oxygen species scavenging and nuclear factor-like 2/heme oxygenase-1 pathway

  • Glutamate toxicity-mediated mitochondrial dysfunction and neuronal cell death are involved in the pathogenesis of several neurodegenerative diseases as well as acute brain ischemia/stroke. In this study, we investigated the neuroprotective mechanism of dieckol (DEK), one of the phlorotannins isolated from the marine brown alga Ecklonia cava, against glutamate toxicity. Primary cortical neurons ($100{\mu}M$, 24 h) and HT22 neurons (5 mM, 12 h) were stimulated with glutamate to induce glutamate toxic condition. The results demonstrated that DEK treatment significantly increased cell viability in a dose-dependent manner ($1-50{\mu}M$) and recovered morphological deterioration in glutamate-stimulated neurons. In addition, DEK strongly attenuated intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, mitochondrial overload of $Ca^{2+}$ and ROS, mitochondrial membrane potential (${\Delta}{\Psi}_m$) disruption, adenine triphosphate depletion. DEK showed free radical scavenging activity in the cell-free system. Furthermore, DEK enhanced protein expression of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), an important anti-oxidant enzyme, via the nuclear translocation of nuclear factor-like 2 (Nrf2). Taken together, we conclude that DEK exerts neuroprotective activities against glutamate toxicity through its direct free radical scavenging property and the Nrf-2/HO-1 pathway activation.
