혈위초음파요법과 추나요법이 요통환자 척추 기립근의 경근전도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Ultra Sound and Chuna in Patients with Lumbago by Meridian Muscle Electrography)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of ultra sound (U/S) and chuna on lumbago by meridian muscle electrography (MMEG). we performed U/S and chuna on erector spinae muscle. Methods This study was carried out on 20 lumbago patients. 20 patients were divided into U/S group and chuna group. U/S group take treatment 5 minutes. Chuna group take treatment 10 minutes. After performing U/S and chuna treatment 6 times, we compared both in terms of VAS, ODI, ROM, root mean square (RMS) and special edge frequency (SEF) on erector spinae muscle. The effect of each treatments are compared by Wilcoxon's signed rank test. The difference of effect between both groups are compared by Wilcoxon's rank-sum test. Results 1. Both U/S group and chuna group showed significant improvement in VAS and ODI after treatment. 2. U/S group showed insignificant improvement in both RMS and SEF. 3. Chuna group showed significant improvement in SEF at left lower point and RMS at left upper point. 4. Both U/S group and chuna group showed insignificant improvement in ROM. 5. There are no significant differences between both groups except SEF at left upper point. Conclusions According to above results, we found out that performing U/S or chuna on erector spinae muscle has effect in terms of VAS and ODI. But, in terms of SEF, we found out different result for both side. And we can't found out effect in terms of RMS and ROM of L-spine.

  • 우리나라의 장기 우라늄 원광누적 소요량을 원자력 발전 계획모형, 원자로형 투입 방안 및 가능 핵주기에 따라 추정하였다. 투입 가능 모형은 가압경수로, 중수로 및 고속증식로로 선정하였으며, 가능 대체 핵주기로서는 가압경수로의 경우에, U자체 재순환 주기, U 및 Pu 자체 재순환 주기, 연소도 증가에 의한 개량 핵주기를 고려하였다. 또 U 자체 재순환이 가능한 경우에 대해서, 재처리 후 저장된 핵분열성 Pu 누적량을 계산하였으며, 이에 따라 고속증식로의 도입가능시기를 추정하였다. 우라늄 원광 누적 소요량의 최대치는 전세계 우라늄 원광 소요량의 약 4∼5%를 차지할 것으로 추정되었으며, 원자력 발전 계획 모형 상한의 경우에는 U 자체 재순환이 1990년부터 이루어질때, 2000년까지 1200MWe급 고속증식로 2기가 도입가능할 것으로 추정되었다.

한우 및 돼지의 혈액화학치에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Blood Chemistry of Korean Native Cattle and Pigs)

  • In order to know the range in blood chemical values and enzyme activities of korean native cattle and pigs being raised in kyongbuk province, the mean values of serum protein compositions, enzyme activities(GOT, GPT, ALP), cholesterol, glucose, bilirubin, creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid were determined and the results obtained were as follows ; 1. Mean contents of total protein, albumin, globulin and A / G ratio for the korean native male cattle were $7.28{\pm}0.86$ g / dl, 43.39{\pm}0.65$ g / dl, 43.83{\pm}0.92$ g / dl & 40.95{\pm}0.34$;for the male pigs were 47.39{\pm}0.84$ g / dl, 43.63{\pm}0.43$ g / dl, 43.77{\pm}0.88$ g / dl, 40.97{\pm}0.26$;for the female pigs were 47.60{\pm}0.68$ g/ dl, 43.54{\pm}0.58$ g / dl, 43.90{\pm}0.74$ g / dl, 41.02{\pm}0.34. 2.$ Mean activities of GOT, GPT and ALP for the korean native male cattle were 448.3{\pm}11.6$ U, 429.6{\pm}4.6$ U, 413.7{\pm}2.8$ U; for the male pigs were 458.6{\pm}10.6$ U, 438.6{\pm}5.3$ U, 424.9{\pm}9.2$ U; for the female pigs were 443.9{\pm}10.8$ U, 440.5{\pm}4.6$ U, 413.9{\pm}3.4$ U. 3. Mean contents of cholesterol, glucose and bilirubin for the korean native male cattle were 4108.7{\pm}31.8$ mg / dl, 488.2{\pm}26.4$ mg / dl, $0.69{\pm}0.52$ mg / dl; for the male pigs were 4105.9{\pm}18.3$ mg / dl, 4102.9{\pm}22.3$ mg / dl, 40.70{\pm}0.18$ mg / dl: for the female pigs were $113.1{\pm}20.9$ mg / dl , 4103.2{\pm}23.9$ mg / dl, 40.49{\pm}0.21$ mg / dl. 4. Mean contents of creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid for the korean native male cattle were 42.86{\pm}0.69$ mg / dl, $18.1{\pm}5.0$ mg / dl, 41.38{\pm}0.66$ mg /dl; for the male pigs were 42.20{\pm}0.51$ mg / dl, $18.2{\pm}4.3$ mg / dl, 40.29{\pm}0.10$ mg /dl: for the female pigs were 42.36{\pm}0.70$ mg / dl, $20.5{\pm}5.4$ mg / dl, 40.69{\pm}0.27$ mg / dl.

탄광부 진폐증환자의 Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 활성치 (Serum Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Levels in Coal Worker's Pneumoconiosis)

  • 1988년 9월부터 1989년 4월 까지 문경병원에서 탄광부 진폐증으로 진단받고 입원 중인 환자 75명과 정상대조군 100명을 대상으로 영남대학병원 임상병리과에서 실시하고 있는 $ACEcolor^{(R)}$ 법에 의한 혈중 ACE치를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 정상대조군의 혈중 ACE치(평균${\pm}$표준편차)는 남녀 각각 $13.6{\pm}3.3U/L$. $13.2{\pm}4.3U/L$이었으며, 성별 및 연령별 차이는 없었으며, 정상대조군 전체의 결과는 $13.4{\pm}3.9U/L$로 나타나 참고범위는 4.6-21.8U/L로 나타났다. 2. 용수법으로 시행한 $ACEcolor^{(R)}$ 법의 일내변이는 5.6% 이하, 일간변이는 6.5% 이하로 나타나 비교적 안정된 분석치를 나타냈다. 3. 탄광부 진폐증 환자군의 혈중 ACE치 (평균${\pm}$표준편차)는 $20.3{\pm}5.7U/L$로서 정상 대조군보다 유의한 상승을 나타냈다(P<0.01). 혈중 ACE치의 분석은 탄광부 진폐증 환자의 경과 관찰이나 진단방법의 일환으로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료되는 바, 향후 이 방면의 추적 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Theoretical Study on the Nonadiabatic Transitions in the Photodissociation of Cl2, Br2, and I2

  • We have theoretically studied the nonadiabatic transitions among the five lower states with the Ω=$1_u$ symmetry ($1_u^{(1)} to 1_u^{(5)}$) in the photodissociation of Cl₂, Br₂, and I₂by using the spin-orbit configuration interaction (SOCI) method and the semiclassical time-dependent coupled Schrodinger equations. From the configuration analyses of the SOCI wavefunctions, we found that the nonadiabatic transition between $1_u^{(2)}$ and $1_u^{(1)}$ is a noncrossing type, while that between $1_u^{(3)}$ and $1_u^{(4)}$ is a crossing type for all the molecules. The behavior of the radial derivative coupling element between $1_u^{(1)}$ and $1_u^{(2)}$ and that between $1_u^{(3)}$ and $1_u^{(4)}$ is analyzed in detail. In Cl₂, nonadiabatic transitions can take place even between the states correlating to different dissociation limits, while in Br₂ and I₂, with the usual photon energies e.g. less than 20 eV, nonadiabatic transitions occur only between the states correlating to the same dissociation limits, reflecting the different magnitudes of the spin-orbit interactions.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 u-러닝 교수학습 모형 설계 (A Design of u-Learning's Teaching and Learning Model in the Cloud Computing Environment)

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 웹을 기반으로 한 응용분야의 새로운 트랜드이다. 이는 많은 사용자들이 쉽게 인터넷을 통해 자원을 할당받고 서비스를 지원받을 수 있는 IT 비즈니스 모델이라 할 수 있다. 또한 u-러닝은 인터넷 기반 학습의 효율성을 극대화한 모델이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이를 인터넷 기반 학습에 응용하는 u-러닝 교수 학습 모형의 설계를 제시하고자 한다. 제안된 교수 학습 모형은 u-러닝에 맞도록 준비, 계획, 수집, 학습 진행, 분석 및 평가, 피드백의 7단계로 구성하였다. 이는 클라우드 u-러닝 서버와 클라우드 LMS를 두어 처리 및 관리하도록 하였으며, 학습자의 이동형 기기 모델의 인식을 위하여 이동형 기기 메타데이터를 두도록 하였다.

Species Diversity and Seasonal Changes of Dominant Ulva Species (Ulvales, Ulvophyceae) in Mikawa Bay, Japan, Deduced from ITS2 rDNA Region Sequences

  • Frequent occurrences of green tides caused by Ulva species (Ulvales, Ulvophyceae) associated with eutrophication along enclosed coasts are currently causing environmental problems in coastal ecosystems. In addition, increasing intercontinental introductions of coastal marine organisms, including Ulva, are also a serious issue. However, due to the considerable morphological plasticity of this genus, the taxonomy of Ulva species based on morphological studies is problematic. Therefore, in order to elucidate the species diversity and seasonal changes of the dominant Ulva species in Mikawa Bay, central Honshu, Japan, we made seasonal collections of Ulva species at seven localities, and identified the dominant species using the ITS2 rDNA region sequences. We identified the following nine taxa as common Ulva species in the area: 1) Ulva pertusa Kjellman; 2) U. ohnoi Hiraoka et Shimada; 3) U. linza L.; 4) U. californica Wille; 5) U. flexuosa Wulfen; 6) U. fasciata Delile; 7) U. compressa L.; 8) U. armoricana Dion et al.; 9) U. scandinavica Bliding. Among the species, U. pertusa was most common and dominant from spring to summer, and U. ohnoi from autumn to winter. Ulva californica and U. scandinavica have not been reported before from Japan.
