Effectss of Zeolite contained in Polyimide Membrane for Gas Permeation Properties (폴리이미드/NaX막의 기체투과 특성에 미치는 NaX의 영향)

  • 1. 서론 : 폴리이미드는 우수한 기계적 강도와 열적, 화학적 안정성으로 인해 최근 막분리 재료로 많이 연구 검토되고 있다. 대부분의 폴리이미드는 비교적 높은 선택도를 가지고 있으나 투과계수가 떨어지는 단점을 지니고 있어소 이를 극복하기 위한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그 결과 투과계수를 크게 증가시킨 폴리이미드를 함성하였으나 선택도는 감소하여 투과특성의 상위한계를 넘지는 못하였다. 이 한계를 극복하기 의해서 복합잴를 이용하거나 UV, 플라즈마 처리에 의한 고분자막의 수식 등 많은 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구는 NaX형 제올라이트를 폴리이미드에 혼화시킨 막으로 산소/질소의 분리투과특성의 개선을 시도하였으며, NaX형 제올라이트와 폴리이미드 혼화방법, 혼화비율 등이 기체투과특성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 본 실험에 사용된 NaX형 제올라이트는 직접 합성하여 사용하였다. 폴리이미드는 2,3,5,6-Tetramethyl-1,4-phenylenediamine(p-TeMPD)과 (3,3,4,4'-dicarboxyphenyl)-hexafluoropropene-dianhydride(6FDA)로 합성한 6FDA-p-TeMPD 폴리이미드를 사용하였고, 그 투과계수는 122Barrer, 선택도$\alpha$$_{N_2/O_2}$ = 3.4이다.

Analysis of Angular Deformation in Multi-pass Butt Joint Welding of Thick Plates with X-shape Grooves using the Finite Element Method (X형 개선을 가진 후판 맞대기 용접에 있어서 유한요소법을 이용한 각변형 해석)

  • Removal of angular deformation induced during the welding of butt joints in thick steel plates needs expert skill and is costly. To reduce deformation, proper joint designs are studied with a prediction of deformation prior to welding. However, as the thickness of a plate increases, a predictive analysis of the welding process is more difficult, especially if there is an increase in the number of welding passes in the joint. In this study, a numerical model with the finite element method (FEM) was developed to analyze the angular deformation in the multi-pass welding of butt joints of plates made of AH32 steel that had a thickness of up to 100 mm. A series of numerical simulations were then performed based on the developed model to predict the deformations for thick plates. With the results obtained by the analyses, this study suggested optimal X-shape grooves for the butt joints of thick plates to minimize the angular deformation. As the thickness of the plate increased to 100 mm, the ratio of the depth of the front-side groove to that of the back-side groove should be gradually increased to nearly 1:3.

Numerical Study of High-strength Steel CHS X-joints Including Effects of Chord Stresses (주관응력효과를 고려한 고강도강 X형 원형강관접합부의 수치해석 연구)

  • Internationally representative steel design standards have forbidden or limited the application of high-strength steels to tubular joints, partly because of concerns about their unique material characteristics such as high yield ratio. Most of design standards stipulate that for steels whose yield strengths exceed 355 or 360 MPa, the strength equations cannot be utilized or strength reduction factor below 1.0 should be multiplied. However, the mechanical background behind these limitations is not clear. Experimental testing of high-strength steel CHS (circular hollow section) X-joints recently conducted by the authors also clearly indicated that the current limitations might be unduly conservative. As a continuing work, extensive, test-validated numerical analyses were made to investigate the behavior of high-strength steel CHS X-joint under axial compression. Three steel grades covering ordinary to very high strength steels were considered in the analysis. Again it was found that the high strength penalty to the joint strength in current standards is too severe and needs to be relaxed. The high-strength steel joints under the effects of chord stress generally showed higher strength than the ordinary steel joints and their strengths were conservatively predicted by current standards. It is also emphasized that current format of the CHS X-joint strength equation does not reflect observed behavior and needs to be recast.

  • 제동시 균형 문제나 약간 무거운 조향력등의 전륜구동장치을 설계하기 위한 단점들은 Negative 또는 Zero scrub Radius 의 현가장치를 가능케 하는 이론적 기술적 보완 및 해결이 되고 또한 X형 브레이크 파이프 개발로 한 회로 파열에서도 더욱 안정된 제동을 할 수 있게 된다. 따라서 (1) 중. 소형 승용차에서 절대적 비중을 차지하고 있는 실내 유효공간을 훨씬 크게할 수 있는 점 (2) 후륜구동에 비해 손쉽고 갑싸게 4륜 독립 현가장치가 가능하기 때문에 승차감에서 탁월한 개선이 이루어 진다는 점 (3) 우수한 직진(방향) 안정성과 선회성능을 얻을 수 있는 점 (4) 경량화 및 전동(轉動) 손실 감소에 따른 연비 향상 등의 커다란 장점으로 전륜구동차는 기술적인 면에서 후륜구동차에 비하여 그 격을 달리하고 있으며 몇 년 전부터 모든 자동차 회사가 신규 설계 개발중인 차는 전륜구동차로 밝혀지고 있으며 사용자의 전륜구동차에 대한 선호도는 계속 크게 증가할 것으로 보인다.

Directivity compensation of crossed waveguide directional coupler (교차도파관 방향성결합기의 방향성 성능 개선)

  • The directivity of crossed waveguide directional coupler is generally decreased according as coupling coefficient of it increase. In this paper, the geomertical parameters of crossed slot pair for directivity improvement is modified and the formulas for design of it are proposed. The crossed waveguide directional coupler designed upon the formulas is fabricated with the WR42 waveguide in K-band. The measured results show that the coupling coefficient is 21.5 dB and directivity is minimum 23.9 dB over the operating frequency from 18GHz to 26.5GHz.

MAN-MACHINE INTERFACE STUDY ANALYSIS!Basic concept of wheelchair is for persons uncapable of move by sitting down. so main focus of study was considered on equipment which on chair. 2. WHEELCHAm MOVEMENT STUDY ANALYSISlThrough movement and test measurement which can be considered as basic study of Ergonomics, observe movement changes accordingly. 3. BACK(MAIN) WHEEL AND HANDRIM MOVEMENT ANALYSIS / Seat and wheel as the most important component of a wheelchair, study the relation of handrim and hand movement and test the most effective and comfortable handrim. Direction of the study was concerntrated on three areas, with results and information collected, would like to suggest design change of X type collapsible chair in areas of size of SEAT(air pocket type), HANDRIM(anti-slip hump), ARMHEST(transfer movement, rubber padding. accent), and HANDLE(adjustable, round type). The content started this study is only one small position of understanding the disabled. Also, the importance of one of many business of assisting disabled rehabilitation. (IJISABLED, REHABILITATION.
