Plasma high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels are inversely correlated with the risk of cardiovascular disease, and are known to increase with repetitive exercise. In the current study, HDL fractions from athletes' sera were isolated and compared as a function of the type of sport (runners [n = 10], throwers [n = 10], wrestlers [n = 10], and weight lifters [n = 8]), and as an age- and gender-matched reference group (n = 14). Among athletes, HDL from runners had the strongest antioxidant activity. Immunodetection showed that runners and wrestlers had the highest levels of apoA-I and lowest levels of apoA-II in their HDL. Electron microscopy also revealed that HDL2 of runners and wrestlers were the largest in size. In conclusion, although all athlete groups had significantly better serum lipid/lipoprotein profiles than the reference group, runners and wrestlers had the most desirable lipoprotein function and structure, including antioxidant activity, HDL-associated enzyme activities and increased particle size.
[Purpose] Exercise is a key factor in preventing obesity and metabolic syndrome. Sumo wrestlers increase their body size from childhood for athletic advantage; however, the risk of metabolic syndrome in junior sumo wrestlers is undetermined. Preventive measures against pediatric obesity should be initiated during childhood to prevent obesity in adulthood, considering its high global incidence. We comparatively evaluated the risk factors for metabolic syndrome in junior sumo wrestlers and children with obesity. [Methods] We enrolled 70 male children (age 9-17 years [sumo group, n = 14] and 9-14 years [other sports and non-exercise groups, n = 28 each]) and evaluated their anthropometric parameters (height, weight, body mass index z-score, obesity rate, waist circumference, waist to height ratio) and hematological parameters (total, low-density, high-density, and non-high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol; triglycerides; plasma glucose, and glycated hemoglobin levels). [Results] The BMI z-score, obesity rate, waist circumference (p < 0.05, along with the non-exercise group), and systolic blood pressure were significantly higher and the high-density cholesterol level was lower in the sumo group than in the other sports group (p < 0.05). The waist to height ratio was significantly higher in the non-exercise group than in the other sports group (p < 0.05). No significant difference was found in other blood lipid, plasma glucose (significantly lower level than the reference range in the sumo group, p < 0.05), and glycated hemoglobin (within the reference range in all groups) levels among the three groups. [Conclusion] Junior sumo wrestlers had a larger body size and higher blood pressure than children with obesity who exercised regularly. This provides direction for future research into targeted preventive interventions against metabolic syndrome for junior sumo wrestlers with large body size.
The purpose of this study is to investigate isokinetic strength changes of knee joint in accordance with short-term weight loss of wrestlers. For this purpose, 14 male wrestlers of a K technical high school in B city participated in our research. The wrestlers were divided into two groups; one group of the wrestlers didn't lose any weight, and the other lost over 5% of their weights. The isokinetic strength was also observed before and after weight loss. The isokinetic strenght test were processed at test speed of the$60^{\circ}C$/sec, $90^{\circ}C$/sec, and $250^{\circ}C$/sec with the CYBEX NORM system(Cybex 770+TMS, USA). Peak torque, peak torque %BW, total work, total work %BW, and endurance ratio were measured. Results showed that the isokinetic strength after the short-term weight loss of wrestlers decreased meaningfully Although endurance ratio didn't show any meaningful difference in our research, but more accurate research may find out the relationship between short-term weight loss and the endurance ratio of isokinetic strength.

This study is an experiment to look into recovering process after maximum anaerobic exercise of career wrestlers and their basic fitness. First, group time results in anaerobic power test did not show meaningful differences between groups in PP, MP, LP field. Second, blood glucose showed meaningful difference in 5-year wrestlers group according to time-wise result (p<.001). Third, time-wise results in blood lactic acid concentration showed meaningful difference all in 5-year, 10-year and 15-year career wrestlers group (p<.001). Fourth, side step and general reaction did not show meaningful differences in all the 3 groups. In conclusion, increase or decrease was seen from and also significant differences were seen from the change of anaerobic power, glucose, lactic acid, concentration, basic physical strength reaction which have influence over athletic performance of players after anaerobic exercise. It was found that 5-year career players group was good at variables of power test and glucose. Reason why recovery capability in connection with degree of fatigue was poor in 15-year career players group seemed to have correlation between career and age.
Trichophyton(T.) tonsurans has been identified for the first time in Korea in 1995 and has been increasing in number of reported in wrestlers, in judo players, and in korean - style wrestlers. Author tried mycological studies with T. tonsurans is isolated in Daegu Korea. The results are as follows: All 16 strains of T. tonsurans tested for nutritional requirement, showed strongly stimulated growth by thiamine, mild to moderate growth on casamino acid agar, poor growth on ammonium nitrates base agar. All 16 strains of T. tonsurans tested showed positive results for hair perforation and urease test. Gross findings of T. tonsurans showed that fine granular surface with light yellow hue or white color and mahogany brown color on the reverse side. Microscopic findings showed that septated hyphae, chlamydoconidia and microcondia. Microconidia were characteristic in their arrangerment and shape : round or oval shaped microconidia laterally to hyphae, some were match - head like terminal swelling.

Wrestling is one of the popular events for modern sports. It is difficult to quantitatively describe a wrestling game between athletes. And deep learning can help wrestling training by human recognition techniques. Based on the characteristics of latest wrestling competition rules and human recognition technologies, a set of wrestling competition video analysis and retrieval system is proposed. This system uses a combination of literature method, observation method, interview method and mathematical statistics to conduct statistics, analysis, research and discussion on the application of technology. Combined the system application in targeted movement technology. A deep learning-based facial recognition psychological feature analysis method for the training and competition of classical wrestling after the implementation of the new rules is proposed. The experimental results of this paper showed that the proportion of natural emotions of male and female wrestlers was about 50%, indicating that the wrestler's mentality was relatively stable before the intense physical confrontation, and the test of the system also proved the stability of the system.
The purpose of this study lies in providing the basic materials for wrestlers' control of health and physical strength, the preventive, measure for injury during a practice or a game and the scientific training method for upgrading competitive power in a game. The result of analyzing the occurring tendency and therapeutical actions and attitude of sports injury, taking the 258 wrestlers from a high school, an university and pro-team as the object of study through a questioning sheet are like following. 1. Among every wrestlers' causes of injury, the main cause was a physical collision occupying $\50\%$, and an excessive training occupied $30\%$. on the contrary, the unsatisfied wrestler's cause of injury was a shortage of mental concentration and a burden of weight, occupying each $19\%$ and $17\%$. Therefore in order to prevent the injury, you should take care of especially in time of physical collision in a practice or a grme and prevent an excessive training. 2. The seasion with the most frequent occurrence of injury is the winter$(78\%)$, and in the spring and summer$(5.5\%)$, the frequency of occurrence of injury is very low. In the meantime, considering by occurring time, during a practice$(95\%)$ the injury occurs most frequently and during a game$(5\%)$ occure least frequently. Therefore, in order to reduce the injury, you should warm up sufficiently before the training and the practice and concentrate all of you attention and mind. 3. The injury occurs most highly in the afternoon hours occupying about $80\%$, and a little in the dawn and morning hours but in the contrary rarely in the night. 4. As the wrestler's injury type, the injury on muscles and tendons occupies the most to take $65\%$ of the whole injuries.
It is said that the highlights of Naadam festival, the biggest festival of the year in Mongolia, are three athletic contests: wrestling, horse racing, and archery, where contestants display their courage, strength, dexterity, and marksmanship. This paper explores the characteristics of the uniforms worn in such athletic events The findings are as follows. First, wrestlers' costume is completely unique in that it consists of shuudag, snug shorts, zodog, a jacket with sleeves but with no front, a traditional hat, and gutul, traditional boots. The main material used in the costume is several pieces of embroidered red or blue silk. Second, horse riders, usually young children lighter than the adults in weight, wear a bright, colorful, and comfortable uniform of a simple jacket and a pants. Third, archers' mostly put on their traditional costume, deel and hats. The hats are of two kinds: the traditional ones or the European-style ones for men, which were introduced around 1930s.
