현재 한국은 세계 190여개 국가와 수교하였고, 113개 국가에 해외공관을 개설하였으며, 한국군은 국제 평화 유지를 위해 다국적군 평화활동 국방협력활동 UN평화유지활동 등을 통하여 그 위상을 국제사회에 널리 알리고 있다. 그러나 이러한 이면에는 정치 종교 이념 등의 목적을 실현하기 위한 테러조직 무장단체 등과 개인 경제적 원인에 의한 강력범죄가 발생하여, 해외에서 활동하는 우리 국민에게 막대한 피해를 주고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는한국을 대상으로 발생한 국제테러리즘의 피해사례에 대한 경향분석을 실시하였다. 그 시사점과 결론을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 우선, 해외에서 우리 국민의 안전을 위협하는 공격주체는 무장단체, 극단주의자 등으로 나타났다. 그러나 이를 신속하고 정확하게 분석 및 대응할 수 있는 전문 인력이 부족한 것이 현실이므로, 지속적인 전문가 양성과 매뉴얼 개발이 시급하다고 할 수 있다. 다음으로, 해외에서 발생하는 피해대상이 과거와 비교하여 경성목표(hard targets)에서 연성목표(soft targets)로 변하고 있다. 이는 국가기관에 의한 국민의 기본권 제한에 문제가 발생할 수 있으므로, 시민 스스로가 여행금지 등의 지역을 가지 않는 성숙된 시민의식이 필요하다고 본다.

Any design engineer or coating formulator's primary objective is to protect metals. Large investments in terms of money, time, labour, and other resources are necessary for constructing large-scale machinery and structures. In terms of economy, the structure's lifespan should be as long as feasible to create revenue. It is becoming essential to protect metal substrates from corrosion to prolong the lifespan of such huge structures. One of the most exciting, durable, useful, and effective methods to protect metals from corrosion is the application of corrosion-resistant coating. Graphene is a novel material with a wide range of applications because of its extraordinary features. The use of graphene in coating creates an obstacle and complicates the path for corrosive medium to reach the metal. As the path to the metal elongates, the corrosion medium takes longer to reach the metal. Thus, metal corrosion can be avoided. In this paper, the importance of graphene in coating formulation is discussed, including chemical modifications of graphene, the effect of graphene concentration on corrosion inhibition, and the contact angle of coating. This review also highlights the significance of water-based corrosion-resistant coating for preventing environmental damage.

Technology acceptance is one of the most popular research areas. Rapid developments in technology are making human life more comfortable. However, still most of the rural area has been deprived of benefits of technological advancement. Seventy percent population of India resides in rural area. Leveraging the improved penetration of the internet; mobile friendly population in rural India has been increasingly shopping online in the last few years. e-Governance is one of the important vehicles to provide efficient services to the citizens by Governments. One major obstacle is acceptance of e-Governance platforms by the citizens. Considering the increasing trend of using e-Commerce in rural area, this paper attempts to investigate moderating effect of online shopping experience on intention to use e-Governance portals. We surveyed 365 villagers across Maharashtra: one of the leading states in India. The result confirmed online shopping experience moderates the relationship between: 'perceived security & privacy' and 'attitude'; 'perceived security & privacy' and 'intention to use'; 'Perceived usefulness' and 'attitude'; and, 'attitude' and 'intention to use'. In this study definition of moderating variable 'experience' is unique and different than most of the popular studies. We defined experience as: 'prior use of any application of technology similar to the target application of technology'. Whereas prior studies considered experience as prior experience with target application of the technology.

This study has been done to make a practical suggestion in figuring out required size of electricity power facility in preparation for reunion of Korean Peninsula, estimated based on capacity increase and demand changes in the past. In making the suggestion, balanced development of South and North Korea Economy, recovery of existing power facilities, and construction of new power facilities were taken into consideration. As an alternatives, study result of power system interconnections in Korean Peninsula and/or in North-East Asia Region, PEACE Network, is suggested with a cooperation scheme of information and communications technology as an extra advantage. Concluded a cooperation of electric power system and information & communications technology in the peninsula is expected to be a great opportunity in developing electric power economy, maintaining clear environment, improving security of power supply in the region, and in reunion of Korean Peninsula and peace in the world.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of the future fashion by grasping the cyber fashion, which is discussed outstandingly in the recent fashion world, into internal expression and external features. The result of this study is as follows: Cyber fashion means the application of the electronic image, dynamic phenonmenon of machine, and the effects of light to fashion, and it has some external features of geometrical pattern, dynamic structure, and high-tech material and color: Aside from this noticeable characteristics, cyber fashion has some internal features of the direction toward future, the anti-culture, and the surreal. In this cyber fashion, first, computer will be introduced and used as the means to realize a dream of human being. Second, it will be designed with the ideal feature of future society. Third, it will be possible to develope material and design to solve ecological issue of human beings. Fourth, the fashion to give the peace and stability to human being will be popular.

Pax Sinica is a historiographical term, modeled after the original phrase Pax Romana. It refers, in Latin, to a Chinese-provided peace which in turn is used to describe an era of peace in East Asia sustained by Chinese hegemony. In historical terms, both the Pax Sinica of the Eastern hemisphere through Han China and the Pax Romana of the Western hemisphere through Rome signified a trans-regional order based on rules and regulations. This orderly world of the Pax Sinica generated a number of positive results such as the intensification of travel, ever-expanding trade relations, an increase in the overall living standards of the populace, the proliferation of cities, and a demographic upsurge in Eurasia along the ancient Silk Road. During this period, China was the dominant civilization not only in the Eastern hemisphere but also in the Middle hemisphere due to its political, economic, military and cultural influence. This paper aims to reintroduce this historiographical term to elucidate the recent Chinese initiatives in Eurasia along the Silk Road to facilitate the integration and connectivity of the continent.

The vast majority of people value humanity's ability to live in peace and stability. However, there are disparities between the concept of peace and what people experience daily within their community. As a result, before any society can begin to address the difficulties at hand, it must first have a thorough awareness of the socio-cultural-historical identities, ways of life, and value systems that have produced them. When a social community's culture, traditions, and ideals are ignored, members of the society become distrustful of one another. As this mistrust grows, various unfavorable societal occurrences can result. In this study, we will provide a model that has been successful in harmonizing these challenging issues in Gwangju Goryeoin Village in South Korea.

이라크 전쟁의 실제 목적은 미국이 이라크의 석유를 장악하고 중동지역에서 패권을 유지하기 위한 것이었다. 이 전쟁을 전후하여 전 세계적으로 반미와 반전운동이 확산된다. 이라크 전쟁은 한국 시가 '한국전쟁과 분단'이라는 특수성을 넘어서 보편적인 차원에서의 '전쟁'과 '반전'을 주제로 하게 되는 중요한 계기이다. 그것은 '반전'과 '평화'라는 전 세계적이고 동시대적인 이슈에 동참하는 것을 의미한다. 이라크 전쟁을 소재로 한 한국 시들은 참상을 고발하고 증언하는 시, 전쟁의 원인을 규명하는 시, 대안과 해결책을 제시하는 시로 나누어진다. 전쟁의 참상을 그린 시들은 폭력에 희생된 현장을 생생하게 그려냄으로써 미국이 저지른 만행을 고발한다. 이를 위해 실제 작전명을 인유하기도 하고 이라크 아이를 화자로 내세워 호소력을 더하기도 한다. 여기서 시인은 전쟁의 폭력성과 부당함을 폭로하고 증언하는 역할을 한다. 전쟁의 원인을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추는 시들은, 이라크 전쟁이 미국의 제국주의적 야욕에 기인한 것이고, 미국의 침략 행위가 오래 전부터 전 세계에 걸쳐져 있는 것임을 폭로한다. 한국전쟁과 그로 이한 한국의 피해 역시 같은 맥락에서 설명된다. 이와는 달리 '전쟁'이라는 사건이 발생하는 원인을 인간의 이기적인 속성과 자기중심성에서 찾는 경우도 있다. '전쟁'이라는 상황을 해결하는 것은 필연적으로 '평화' 운동과 연계된다. 이는 폭력의 반복이 결국은 인류의 멸망을 불러올 것이라는 인식에 바탕하고 있다. 이는 생명존중 사상과 연결되며, 평화와 비폭력 운동이라는 형태로 나타난다.

It is very signigicant to study a dominant drift of the contemporary formative art. And it's research not only gives us a great pleasure of study but also will be a big help for designers to study how the dominant drift of the contemporary art has developed thereafter, and what it has influenced upon the following formative movement of it. In this sense I think I cannot emphasize it too strong that I gave a subtitle 'Especially analyzed in War and Peace' do my paper because we can find a real aspect of the formative movement rather by sociological point of view than by formative art itself. In this sense, 1 selected Art Deoo as a thesis of research among other things because Art Deco developed socially in respond to general pressure to adapt to modem World, specially, was a stage in an already burgeoning revolution in the decorative arts. Through this sociological point of view on Art Deco I found lots of things worthwhile to research it Art Deco, which I think shows us a special aspect of the sandwich culture between both world wars in Europe, played the important role of a bridge likning its peculiar style with those of contemporary arts in Europe. In this paper the sociological research of Art Deco style will reveal what the European's emotions meant in the socio-psychological circumstances of Deco between both world wars, and where the peculiarity of Art Deco style came from, and especially why the colors of Art Deco was so gorgeous as called 'color for color's sake'. I tried to put the importance of research of Art Deco largely on the sociological or socio-psychological points of view not on the only formative viewpoints. I could draw a conclusion that Art Deco has a contradictive duplicity in its style that can be expressible in a word like 'naivety in gorgeousness, simplicity in complexity, orderliness in confusion, and peacefulness in noisiness'.
