  • It is well known that mathematical solutions for multi-agent planning problems are very difficult to obtain due to the complexity of mutual interactions among multi-agent. Most of the past research results thus are based on the probabilistic completeness. However, the practicality and effectiveness of the solution from the probabilistic completeness is significantly reduced by heavy computational burden. In this paper, we propose a practically applicable solution technique for multi-agent planning problems, which assures a reasonable computation time and a real world application for more than 3 multi-agents for the case of general shaped paths in agent movement. First, to reduce the computation time, a collision map is utilized for detecting potential collisions and obtaining collision-free solutions for multi-agents. Second, to minimize the maximum of multi-agent task execution time, a method is developed for selecting an optimal priority order. Simulations are finally provided for more than 20 agents to emphasize the effectiveness of the proposed interactive approach to multi-agent planning problems.

  • With speediness of economy, the structure of land use has taken lots of change. How can we quickly and exactly obtain detailed land use/cover change information, and then we know land resource amount, quality, distributing and change direction. More and more high resolution satellite systems are under development. So we can make good use of RS data, existed GIS data and GPS data to extract change information and update map. In this paper a fully automated approach for detecting land use/cover change using remote sensing data with object-oriented classification based on GIS data, GPS data is presented (referring to Fig.1). At same time, I realize integrating raster with vector methods of updating the basic land use/land cover map based on 3S technology and this is becoming one of the most important developing direction in 3S application fields; land-use and cover change fields over the world. It has been successful applied in two tasks of The Ministry of Land and Resources P.R.C and taken some of benefit.

  • In this paper, we present novel simulation contents for drone racing and autonomous flight of drone. With Depth camera and SLAM, we conducted mapping 3 dimensional environment through RTAB-map. The 3 dimensional map is represented by point cloud data. After that we recovered this data in Unreal Engine. This recovered raw data reflects real data that includes noise and outlier. Also we built drone racing contents like gate and obstacles for evaluating drone flight in Unreal Engine. Then we implemented both HITL and SITL by using AirSim which offers flight controller and ROS api. Finally we show autonomous flight of drone with ROS and AirSim. Drone can fly in real place and sensor property so drone experiences real flight even in the simulation world. Our simulation framework increases practicality than other common simulation that ignore real environment and sensor.

  • This study is to examine and analyze the the connection types between location knowledge and understanding the characteristics of world regions which 8th grade students are recognizing. In the analysis of the relation between the location knowledge and region understanding(clothing, food, housing and living style and so on), I analyzed the relation types between location knowledge and region living figures. Absolutely understanding the region needed the efact location knowledge on the world map, the knowledge of the longitude and latitude, symbolic area and the higher ranking region and the information about natural surroundings in which I grasp the region living figures. In addition, it needed the knowledge of locational attributes for the connection formation between region location knowledge on maps and understanding the region. The relative location knowledge related to the other regions and those natural surroundings and the linkage of those region locational attributes are needed in order that the location knowledge on a map could be connected to the knowledge about the actual region living figures. So I call it 'the structured location knowledge'. In order to form the structured location knowledge, the location knowledge of region on a map have to be connected to the multiple knowledge about absolute and relative locations with the knowledge of diverse location attributes. Therefore, it would be necessary that the location teaming for getting the characteristics of region have to be systematically accomplished departments of location-climate$^{\circ}{\mathbb{S}}$geographical features-region living figures.

  • With the 500th anniversary commemoration of Gerard Mercator's birth in 2012 now passed, there is the possibility that his name will fade back into obscurity. This would be both unfair and pitiful, because Gerard Mercator's name should be highly regarded as one of the principal contributors to navigational science and the promotion of marine safety. An accomplished cartographer, in 1569 Mercator published a remarkable 18-folio world map, depicting the then-known world in a new format with straight rhumb lines. While this distorted the size of land masses, particularly in higher latitudes, this new projection made navigation much easier for now all sailors had to do was to draw a straight line between two points to plot their course. Mercator clearly had this navigational benefit in mind, though his contemporaries did not immediately recognize its value. It wasn't until after Mercator's death, when Edward Wright (1599) and Henry Bond (1645) used and explained the new projection and demonstrated the use of straight rhumb lines in navigation that the Mercator projection became the standard for sea charts. Today, 450 years later of his death, electronic charts still rely on the projection Mercator invented and developed, confirming his position as a giant in the history of navigation. This paper introduces his life and work, detailing the importance of the 1569 world map and its contribution to navigational science and safety.

  • This study is purposed on showing an effective process for coordinate transformation of cadastral maps, based on the local datum, in the World Geodetic System (WGS) for Cadastral Reform Project (CRP). The process follows three steps: coordinate adjustment, datum transformation and distortion modeling. The first procedure is that point coordinates on local datum has to be adjusted by those GPS observed point-to-point distances, using trilateration. Secondly, the adjusted coordinates need to be transformed to WGS by applying the Affine model, while the verification of the methodology is implemented under numerical experiments. To conduct this procedure, 195 points in the same coordinate origins in Seoul and 61 points in several different origins in Incheon are used in the estimation. As a result, there are less than 2cm coordinate differences between transformed coordinates and measured ones at everywhere. Also, it is remarkable that the transformation does not depend on either of the particular common points or the sizes of computed region. Therefore, this suggested methodology is expected to easily provide identifications and corrections for points-deviations for improved quality of the cadastral map by distortion modeling through CRP.

  • Unlike Sijo researchers' wishes, there is no enough place for Sijo in school education. Its falling tendency has caused the crisis of literature. Literature is not only an act of making a human life become itself humanly but also the most effective way for communicating with all around the world. Especially, Sijo is an important genre for four reasons: (1)understanding about the traditional sentiment, ideology (thoughts), and way of life of a people, (2) including the wisdom to help us live in reality, (3)having a set pattern (standard) which is an important element to develop the language culture, (4)letting us know about the root of the racial literature. These peculiar characteristics of Sijo are the machinery and materials that can elevate the self-identity of teenager who has been undergoing emotional and psychological instability. Therefore, Sijo education should be done to draw a 'clear-map' by using the following order: to understand of Sijo and apply the subjective experience, imagination, and pre-understanding of a learner to it - to understand the embodied world in Sijo in the concrete and experience the basic manner about the way of putting the world into shape - to express the learner's idea and feeling freely and positively - the expression activity focused on their critical thinking - an appreciation expression stressed on the learner's activity to elevate the self-identity.
