  • The subcommittee 3 (SC3) of Technical Committee 108 (TC 108) covers the calibration of mechanical vibration and shock measuring pickups and instruments. This paper introduces what KS codes are linked to the ISO standards developed by TC108 / SC3. It is shown that the KS codes do not fulfill the full set of ISO codes approved in the field of TC 108/SC3. Series of ISO standards established by the Working Group 6 (WG6) of SC3 are introduced. Main objectives of those WG 6 efforts are shown to replace the old versions of ISO 5347 series into new ISO 16063 series. Their features are briefly summarized in this paper. Finally, challenging technical issues underlying behind ISO TC108 / SC3 are addressed,, such as MEMS typed linear and angular vibration pickups.

  • Service quality is the most well known concept in service company. But, it is not dearly defined yet. This is due to the service property itself. Finding the appropriate rates is so hard working job. The purposes of this study are finding the raters on retail shop, identifying the relationships among the raters and clarifying the customer attribute. To attain the purposes, We developed the rates that are especially adopted to the retail shop. And empirically test the relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Also, to clarify the intension and behavior of customer, we classify the types of customer loyalty and set the 4 type group. We revealed the gap between groups that have different properties.

  • The flow characteristics under recirculation cool vent mode is numerically studied using commercial fluid dynamic code(CFX). For the reliable analysis, real vehicle and human FE model is employed in grid generation process. The geometrical location and shape of panel vent, and exhaust vent is set as that of real vehicle model. The flowrate of the working fluid is determined as 330CMH which is equivalent to 70 percent of maximum capacity of HVAC system. The high velocity regions are formed around 4 each panel vent. Because of the non-symmetrically located exhaust, non-uniform flow and partial backflow near the door trim is observed. Streaklines start from each panel vent show the flow pattern of the airflow in the passenger's compartment very well.

  • In a view point of environment, the advanced electric contact material without environmental load element such as cadmium has to be developed. Extensive studies have been carried out on $Ag-SnO_2$ electric contact material as a substitute of Ag-CdO contact materials. In the present study, powder metallurgy including compaction and sintering is introduced to solve the incomplete oxidation problems in manufacturing process of $Ag-SnO_2$ electrical contact material. The $Ag-SnO_2$ contact material, fabricated in this study, was actually set in an electric switchgear of which working voltage is 462V and current is between 25 and 40A, for the purpose of testing its performance. As a result, it exceeded the existing Ag-CdO contact materials in terminal-temperature ascent and main contact resistance.

  • In this study, fire and evacuation safety of environmental energy facilities using fire and evacuation simulation was examined as part of performance-oriented design. The worst-case fire scenarios in which fire-fighting facilities such as sprinkler fire extinguishing and smoke control systems are not working, and the FDS analyzes the visibility, temperature distribution, and carbon monoxide concentration distribution through FDS. The safety was examined. As a result, it was proved that evacuation could limit the visibility, temperature, and carbon monoxide concentration in a smooth range, based on the safety standards set by relevant laws. In other words, it was possible to verify the safety of fire and evacuation for environmental energy facilities where a large amount of combustibles and fires coexist.

  • Studies are being done to replace conventional refrigerants with alternatives that have low or no ozone depletion and greenhouse warming Potentials, yet possess appropriate pro perties for a refrigeration cycle. To achieve this goal, a consistent set of thermodynamic properties of the working fluid is required. A common problem with the possible alternative refrigerants is that sufficient experimental data do not exist, thus making it difficult to develp complete equations of state that can predict properties in all regions including the vapor-liquid equilibrium. One solution is the use of the generalized equation of state correlations that can predict thermodynamic properties with a minimum number of characteristic parameters. Characteristic parameters required for the generalized equation of state are, in general, critical temperature, critical pressure, critical volume and normal boiling temperature. In this study, estimation of these characteristic parameters of refrigerants by group contribution method is developed.

  • This paper tries to estimate cost and profit functions under Cobb - Douglas production technology in the coastal fishing, using duality theory of production technology and cost function. Therefore this paper estimates in advance the production functions with two input variables, the number of working persons per tonage(WEMP) and the number of fishing equipment per tonage(WEQU). Then this paper estimates profit function and implicit cost function using the estimated coefficients from production functions. The results of this study show that the annual average profit pertonage of long bag set fishing and trap fishing amount to 4.1 million won and 3.9 million won respectively.

  • This paper deals with the design of control cabinet based on safety PLC for Control Rod Control System(CRCS). The CRCS controls the operation of the CRDMs(Control Rod Drive Mechanisms). The CRDM moves the control rods which regulate the reactor power. vertically in the reactor core. The Control Cabinet in CRCS makes and conveys control signals to the power cabinet which provides power to the CRDM. We designed the Control Cabinet, based on POSAFE-Q, safety PLC. The application programs working in PLC can be programmed by pSET(POSAFE-Q Software Engineering Tool), Identified Development Environment.

  • A volumetric 3D display system based on a rotating two dimensional color LED array is set up. It has a cylinder display space ${\Phi}800{\times}640mm3$ which is composed of 256 slices of pictures in one 3D image with each slice $320{\times}256$ LED pixels. The volumetric image has 4 gray scales and 64 colors. The main structure and working principle of the system is described in detail.

  • We proposed a preliminary Data Flow Machine Model(DNL1) operating on the basis of Node Label. In this model, all the PMs(Processing Modules) were synchronized with the content of LC(Level Counter) and were not implemented dy the processing cability on conditional nodes. This paper presents an architecture of a concurrent multiprocessor system which was developed from DNL1 with two additional types of memories, CF(Control Flag) and ETF (Enabled Token Flag). The CF memory holds the control condition flag ('1' or '0') to be referenced to when a node is fired and the ETF represents the firability of a certain node. Firable nodes are fetched to the PU(Processing Unit) and processed. This Data Flow system can be extended hierarchically by a network of simple modules. The principle working elements of the machine are a set of PMs, each of which performs the execution of the data flow procedures held in a local memory, NTM(Node Token Memory) within the PM.
