근무기관에 따른 정형도수물리치료사의 건강상태, 번아웃증후군에 관한 연구: 서울시 지역을 중심으로 (A Study on the Health Status and Burnout Syndrome of Orthopedic Physiotherapists According to the Working Institution: Focusing on the Seoul Metropolitan Area )

  • Background: This study compared orthopedic physiotherapists from different working institutions regarding their health status and burnout syndrome to understand the work-related factors that affect health status and burnout syndrome Methods: This study was conducted from October 28 to November 13, 2022, focusing on physiotherapists working in medical institutions located in metropolitan areas, such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. A total of 591 questionnaires were analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of questions related to the basics of physical therapy, general matters, types of working institutions, health conditions, and burnout syndrome. Results: No significant difference was detected in health self-awareness status whether the working institution was a clinic, nursing hospital, hospital, oriental hospital, general hospital, or university hospital. Among the burnout factors, nursing hospitals showed the highest scores for retirement demands, work unfavorability, physical fatigue, mental fatigue, and reasons for work because of salary. By contrast, university hospitals showed the highest enthusiasm and other institutions showed the lowest enthusiasm for work. In particular, in terms of enthusiasm, scores were significantly more positive in university hospitals than in other institutions. Conclusion: A management plan for burnout for orthopedic manual physiotherapists working in nursing hospitals is needed, and future research will examine the health status of orthopedic manual physiotherapists and work that may affect burnout syndrome. An exploration of management measures, such as health promotion and burnout syndrome prevention, is needed that adds other items, such as differences in environment and differences in the number and disease severity of patients

  • The current 52-hour workweek in South Korea consists of 40 hours of regular work and 12 hours of overtime. Although the average working hours in South Korea is declining, it is still 199 hours longer than the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development average of 1,716 hours per year. In view to this, the South Korean government has now proposed to reform the workweek, mainly intending to increase the workweek to 69 hours when the workload is heavy. This reform, by increasing the labor intensity due to long working hours, goes against the global trend of reducing work hours for a safe and healthy working environment. Long working hours can lead to increased cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases, industrial accidents, mental health problems, and safety accidents due to lack of concentration. In conclusion, the Korean government's working hour reform plan can have a negative impact on workers' health, and therefore it should be thoroughly reviewed and modified.

우리나라 간호인력 수급 현황 및 향후 전망 (Current Situation and the Forecast of the Supply and Demand of the Nursing Workforce in Korea)

  • Purpose: The plan proposed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2012 did not reflect the position of nurses and focused only on how to increase the number of nurses. There is a need for coming up with a specific and viable alternative plan considering the qualitative aspect of nursing, delegation of nursing tasks, the in-death analysis of the reasons for leaving the nursing profession, and the legal standards based on varying nursing tasks. Methods: Drawing on a review of existing literature, this report was written to examine policy directions and the factors that influence the institutional environment that regulates the supply and demand of the nursing workforce in Korea. Results: Implementing the government's plan for introducing a new type of nurse, the registered practical nurse, which generally requires a two-year associate's degree, must be reconsidered. Also, a concrete plan to make use of unemployed nurses and to close the salary gap between nurses working at hospitals in cities and those working at hospitals in rural areas must be prepared. Furthermore, there is a need for introducing a new rating system aimed at boosting the quality of nursing care in small-and medium-sized hospitals, thereby increasing the number of nursing professionals who provide high quality care. Conclusion: In preparation for expected poor quality of care and looming unemployment crisis due to the increase in the number of nursing professionals, a practical and concrete plan for the supply and demand of the nursing workforce should be made. The Korean Nurses Association should mount a profession-wide campaign to make the government formulate a new and viable policy on the supply and demand of the nursing workforce.

오피스 건물의 실내 조명 유형 및 계획특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Lighting Plan Characteristics of Office Buildings)

  • For the office work environmental design, the importance of the design management is increased to improve operation efficiency as well as the aesthetic environmental implementation of the function today. Lighting is a required element ineffective operation environment. It has become more important for the aesthetic, economic, and practical reasons, to consider the luminous environment and the lighting of visual tasks separately. When the brightness is insufficient, productivity deteriorates, and the layout of the lighting located by mistake causes the fatigue of eyes. Productivity rises to office in a large number of studies so as satisfaction is low in general in the dark office, and to be bright. Therefore the purpose of this research is to suggest the right direction of lighting design of office building area. 11newly renovated office buildings are selected for this luminous environment research. We could conclusions as following through this research. First, it was planned brighter than the recommended lighting level in the most space. It shows that the accurate lighting design criteria is needed in order to achieve proper lighting environment. Second, the application of the LED lighting fixtures is continuously increased in the recent office lighting environment. It is explained that it is applied for reasons of the electrical energy reduction and the maintenance efficiency with the long life time. Third, the consideration of the lighting plan for the difference of working types is not enough. with various communication configuration through an independent plan, and the effective lighting plan that appropriateness preparation design and energy saving area vailable must be applied. Fourth, the lighting environment of the lobby needs a specialized lighting plan as are presentative space of the building.

서울시 각 구 보건소간호사의 방문간호 업무수행과 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance & Job Satisfaction of Visiting Nurses of district health centers in Seoul)

  • The change in health care environment increases the importance of Visiting Nursing Services Program. It has been performed by nurses of district health centers in Seoul since 1991. The Achievement of Visiting Nursing Services Program will be dependent upon their activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the Performance of Visiting Nurses and Job satisfaction of district health centers in Seoul. Therefore, it was to provide the fundamental data development of Visiting Nursing Services Program. The subjects were 214 Visiting Nurses of district health centers in Seoul. The data was collected by self reporting questionnaire from April 15 to April 30, 1997. Their performances and various supportive factors were measured with the instruments developed by the researcher. Job satisfaction were also measured by the instrument developed by Slavitt et al. (1978) was used. The data were, analyzed by Cronbach Alpha, mean, standard deviation, percentage, t -test, ANOVA Duncan test, Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression with SAS program. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The average of budget of Visiting Nursing Services Program of district health centers was 0.9% and the average of visiting nursing services personnel of district health centers was 10.1%. 2. With regard to the job satisfaction of Visiting Nurses the mean score was 2.92 out of 5. While the level of Job prestige / status presented as a mean score of 3.48 which was the largest among the 7 components of job satisfaction, the level of administration was the lowest showing 2.57 scores respectively. There were significant differences in the job satisfaction by age, working career of health centers(p<0.01, 0.001). 3. The average of the performance level of Visiting Nurses variables was 2.29; The variable with highest degree of performance was the teaching & consultation, establishment of performance plan, whereas the on with the lowest degree was the directive nursing services. The significant difference was found in performance level according to age, structure type of visiting nursing services, working career of health centers and working career of visiting nursing services(p<0.05). 4. With regard to the perception of the performance expertise by the Visiting Nurses the mean score was 2.37 : The variable with highest degree of performance expertise was the teaching & consultation, establishment of performance plan, whereas the on with the lowest degree was management of home-environment. The significant difference was found in performance expertise according to working career outside of health centers(p<0.05). 5. With regard to the perception of the performance necessity by the Visiting Nurses the mean was 2. 40 : the variable with highest degree of performance necessity was the teaching & consultation, establishment of performance plan, whereas the on with the lowest degree was directive nursing services. The significant difference was found in performance necessity according to working career of visiting nursing services(p<0.05). 6. A positive correlation was found between job satisfaction and performance level(r=.3731, P<0.001). Also, a weak positive correlation was found between the components of job satisfaction and performance level. 7. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor was the variance of job satisfaction(R=.3557, $R^2$=.1265). Structure type of visiting nursing services and working career of visiting nursing services accounted for 19.0% of the variance in performance level in nurses. In conclusion, Job satisfaction, Structure type of visiting nursing services and Working career of visiting nursing services variables had influenced on performance level in health centers. Further research is required to confirm these findings.

  • In this study, Multiple Factor Analysis was undertaken for the purpose of substituting General Vocational Aptitude tester for paper tests according to the standardized and partially modified norm, and compared and analyzed these aptitude tests YK Type Working Character test for a test battery. In this analysis, four basis aptitude cluster of AQE was utilized as aptitude cluster, the study for skill was carried out by the method of sampling electronic aptitude cluster in four basis ones, and the parts needed in the process of its analysis were investigated by means of Video-Tape Recording. This paper was performed with sample test by application of the inverse variation curve from learning theory and induced learning rate as a measure of the degree of proficient of technicians, and from the obtained results illustrated optimum newly-production plan of ability program and load program by the use of computer program.

  • It is absolutely natural to be interested in durability and safety of the structure under shear behavior. To fulfill this desire, a comparison on the shear behavior between steel fiber reinforced concrete both simple and continuous beams is done to use in the field working. Several operations are conducted : First of all, plan for optimal combination is standardized. Second, resistance for shear has been generalized in that it is decided by combination of individual elements. Third, as the fracture of tensile bar leads to destruction of specimen, shear behavior of whole specimen is decided by stress working on tensile bar. It should be generalized for other specimens also. Forth, evidence of the softness of steel fiber reinforced concrete beam by experiment lead to application in the fields. Finally, numeral values of the steel fiber reinforced concrete are analyzed and the result is compared to those of experiments. With these consequences, this study was done for the application to dynamic structures such as bridges and the repair and rehabilitation.

  • In this paper, for DBR scheduler development I have designed prototype by using methodology and gave you some research about system integration to apply DBR sch onto the plan establishment phase of SNS system. DBR manage the constraints and the working speed of each product resource t frequently and today its role is tend to be much expanded by inserting mode information system such as MRPⅡ, ERP and SCM. So in this paper I have analyzed designed the business and inner processor for DBR scheduler development then on t of the analyzed data I have developed the simulator And moreover I will suggest method to insert it into SNS system modules. For system development I have used Delphi 4.0, Microsoft Access(DBMS) and QuickR for making report such as ordering, working directions, progress chart and inventor

  • We present an autonomous distributed manufacturing system to plan the manufacturing process and the schedule based on a customer order, which considers the system efficiency as well as to the flexibly. In our system, an intermediate conceptual agent called process agent is introduced, of which the role is to create a plausible alternative for the working group to fulfill the given order. The process related decision such as process sequence, allocated facilities, schedule and cost is also made simultaneously. Given an order, several these process agents are created, and the optimum on is selected through a bidding mechanism. As a criterion of such a decision-making, we consider a concept of value which is determined by several factors such as cost, delivery, working ratio and so forth. Every agent consisting of the system makes decisions and actions so as to maximize its possessing value, and the overall behavior of the system is controlled by the value distribution.

압력게이지를 이용한 부유식 도크의 변형 계측시스템 개발 (Development of the Deflection Measuring System by Pressure Gage for a Floating Dock)

  • In case of working for the construction of blocks of any ship in a floating dry dock, there may exist deflection in the pontoon deck of the floating dock due to the ballast loading and the self weight of the ship and the floating dock. This paper is on the development of the measuring system and the GUI program to show the real time variation of the deflections at even-spaced positions by several pressure gages and the calculated inclination of the floating dock. The measured and calculated data produced by this developed system could be used to prepare the protection plan on site like ballast adjustment to ensure the safety of working during the floating dock operation.
