Design of Robot Direct-Teaching Tool and its Application to Path Generation for Die Induction Hardening

  • To apply induction hardening method to a press die having 3-D free surface, the induction hardening tool moves on a press die above 1~2mm gap with constant velocity. Since the induction hardening process requires its own hardening path for each die, a direct teaching method which generates working path directly guided by operators is more suitable than an offline method using CAD/CAM data.   • An AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) where is running on production automated system is related efficiency of production system similarly. On previous study proposed a path collision avoidance algorithms using shortest path of AGV. Running time about loading and unloading with shortest path of AGV is important factor to decide the production system efficiency. In this paper, we propose a method of shortest path and shortest time. Also propose the decision making method of collision avoidance position for setup a shortest runway for next command. To do verify the proposed method consist a simulation for AGV. Finally, we compare and analyse the proposed system between the existing system and show that our system can effectively the performance.

이중 증기통로를 가지는 히트파이프의 열전달특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Heat Transfer Characteristics of the Heat Pipe with a Double Vapor Path)

  • The Characteristics of heat transport in the heat pipe with a double vapor path and different kinds of the working fluid were investigated experimentally. The Experiment was carried out with acetone/ethanol. ethanol/ethanol. and in the aluminium container of the double vapor path. Performance measurements can be operated at the high level by 24000 w/m2 heat flux in the 1000mm evaporator. They are each estimated at the high temperature and experimentally reviewed the characteric of the heat rejection. The results shew that they are stably operated under each condition and the fluid was complemented each other at the fluid's experiment and brought about the extention of operating temperature. In this study, The reliable basic data obtained by the teste in the heat pipe with a double vapor path can be used for thermal design, manufacture, and production etc.

의료기관 아웃소싱업체 도급직 직원의 이중몰입과 업무성과 (Dual Commitment and Job Performance of Outsourced Employees Working at Hospitals)

  • Objectives : The objective of this study was to examine preceding variables that affect the dual commitment of outsourced employees working at hospitals and to analyze the influence of these variables on job performance. Methods : Data were collected from 461 outsourced employees, working at 7 general hospitals, which had introduced the outsourcing system, using a structured, self-administered questionnaires. Frequency, validity/reliability, correlation and path analyses were done for data analysis. Results : The results of the path analyses showed that both commitment to the hiring company and commitment to the client company (hospital) had statistically significant positive effects on job performance. Additionally, when the 'single measurement' approach was used, dual commitment had a larger positive effect, compared with the 'parallel approach.' Among the preceding variables, 'satisfaction for the job itself' was found to be the most important variable affecting dual commitment and job performance. Conclusions : In conclusion, to enhance the job performance of outsourced employees, it is important for management to examine and improve the various factors related to job satisfaction. Additonally, for outsourced employees to have organizational commitments to the hiring and client companies simultaneously, management should emphasize a sense of unity and share organizational values.

가상 환경에서의 영상 기반 시각 서보잉을 통한 로봇 OLP 보상 (A Study on Robot OLP Compensation Based on Image Based Visual Servoing in the Virtual Environment)

  • It is necessary to improve the exactness and adaptation of the working environment for the intelligent robot system. The vision sensor have been studied for a long time at this points. However, it has many processes and difficulties for the real usages. This paper proposes a visual servoing in the virtual environment to support OLP(Off-Line-Programming) path compensation and supplement the problem of complexity of the old kinematical calibration. Initial robot path could be compensated by pixel differences between real and virtual image. This method removes the varies calibrations and 3D reconstruction process in real working space. To show the validity of the proposed approach, virtual space servoing with stereo camera is carried out with WTK and openGL library for a KUKA-6R manipulator and updated real robot path.

  • This paper aims to work process of connecting rod die using CAD/CAM/CNC systems. CAD/CAM/CNC systems are consist of CAD(MDT4.0), CAM(Z-MASTER) software and CNC milling machine. CAM software is purpose to G-code generation for CNC programming. Then CAM software and CNC milling machine are connect to RS-232-C cable for data network.

가족배경변인과 시간제취업경험이 청소년의 직업소망에 미치는 영향: 경로분석을 중심으로 (Influence of Family and Work Experience on Occupational Aspirations of Adolescents: A Path Model)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a theoretical model from which to test the influence of family background and work experience on the level of rural high school students' (N=381) occupational aspirations. In the basic model, mother's occupation directly influenced occupational aspirations. Father's education influenced occupational aspirations directly and also indirectly through students' academic achievement. The number of working hours per week had a direct and negative influence on academic achievement. In a different path, working hours had an indirect positive influence on academic achievement through parents' different treatment which especially focused on the fact that parents gave students more freedom compared to the relationship they shared before the students began to work. Enjoying school, studying homework, and extra reading were influenced by students' number of working hours. Two variables, extra reading and job characteristics, predict the social acceptance work attitudes which are a direct predictor of occupational aspirations. Academic achievement had a greater total effect on the level of occupational aspirations than any other variables.

  • Many researchers have, nowadays, studied on spinning which can produce highly qualified products by CNC spinning machine equipped with hydraulic devices. The products have continuous metal flow which improves fatigue life, yield point, tensile strength and hardness. This study is to investigate the influence of various working conditions on the spinnability of cylindrical cups such as feed rate(ν), feed pitch(p), angle of roller holder(α), and the inclination angle of first roller path. Through experiments the feed rate of (0.4∼0.7) mm/rev was shown to give the drawing ratio of 2.5 when the angle of roller holder was 5°, However, by increasing the angle of roller holder from 5°to 20°, the range of feed rate which can produce deeper cups became wider and the spinnability was also improved. The optimum working conditions, for the maximum formability of aluminum sheet metal as well as dimensional accuracy of spun cups, are presented and discussed.

로봇 OLP 보상을 위한 시각 서보잉 응용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Visual Servoing Application for Robot OLP Compensation)

  • It is necessary to improve the exactness and adaptation of the working environment in the intelligent robot system. The vision sensor have been studied for this reason fur a long time. However, it is very difficult to perform the camera and robot calibrations because the three dimensional reconstruction and many processes are required for the real usages. This paper suggests the image based visual servoing to solve the problem of old calibration technique and supports OLP(Off-Line-Programming) path compensation. Virtual camera can be modeled from the real factors and virtual images obtained from virtual camera gives more easy perception process. Also, Initial path generated from OLP could be compensated by the pixel level acquired from the real and virtual, respectively. Consequently, the proposed visually assisted OLP teaching remove the calibration and reconstruction process in real working space. With a virtual simulation, the better performance is observed and the robot path error is calibrated by the image differences.

MPLS 망에서 이중화 경로를 이용한 복구 방법 (A Restoration Method Using Duplication Paths in MPLS Networks)

  • 경로 복구는 MPLS 망에서 작업 경로의 링크나 노드에 장애가 발생했을 때 트래픽을 복구 경로를 통하여 전달함으로써 신뢰성 있는 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 망의 생존성을 높이기 위하여 경로 복구 방법은 MPLS 망에서 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 링크 장애시에 작업 경로의 이중화를 통하여 경로를 복구하는 방법과 이중화된 모든 링크나 노드에 장애가 발생했을 때 OAM셀을 이용한 장애 검출 방법을 제안한다. 특히, 높은 우선 순위의 트래픽를 위한 경로 복구 방법으로는 경로 이중화가 매우 효율적이다. 그리고 이중화 경로를 이용한 복구 시스템의 성능을 분석하고, 우선 순위가 높은 트래픽에 대해서 제안한 경로 복구 방법이 기존 방법보다 복구 성능이 우수함을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제시한다.
