  • Bosnia has a unique political and social structure of 'One State-Two Systems' according to the 'Dayton Peace Agreement'. It is true that since the end of the 1995 civil war, the problem of nation and peace in Bosnia has been attracted by the broad concept of Europe as a whole, beyond the local dimension of the Balkans. Bosnia is a typical 'Mosaic of Religion and Culture' region in Europe. And Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia, where various religious and cultural features of Europe are gathered, is called 'Jerusalem in Europe'. For this reason Bosnia has repeated a history of cultural and religious conflict since the Middle Ages. However, before the civil war in the late 20th century, the nations in Bosnia also had experience of 'harmony among various nations, religions and cultures of East and West'. The international community, including the EU, has paid attention to this point as it promotes Bosnia's reconstruction and peace settlement. And these are working to restore the history of harmony among nations in Bosnia today. In the past, research on Bosnia has focused primarily on national conflicts between religions and cultures. However, in this study, I will try to analyze the practical cases of peace settlement and harmony among nations in Bosnia as follows: First, 'Bosnia's accession to the EU' which means active intervention and continued interest of the international community. Second, 'the resolution of war crimes and liquidation of past history' through the end of ICTY mission in December 2017. And third, 'reflection of international society and historical reconciliation of Serbia' through the reinterpretation of the Srebrenica massacre.

  • This study was conducted on 238 dental hygienists working in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. In order to understand the status of harmful transmission of dental materials by type of work, we compared the differences in exposure time and work environment characteristics of hospital types and investigated the difference in the degree of recognition of material safety data. The results of the study were as follows: In case of hospitals, the exposure time of dust generated from chemicals was the longest. Resin filling, contact with disinfectant. 37 workers (29.4%) and 14 workers (12.5%) answered that they perceive the question about whether they are aware of the material safety data sheet (MSDS) for dental materials. There were 18 hospital workers and 6 clinic workers who had experience reading MSDS before using dental materials. The respondents who answered that they provided the material safety data of the dental materials used had a 2.39 times MSDS in hospital workers. Therefore, by recognizing the health hazards of chemical substances in accordance with the characteristics of each type of hospital and continuing to conduct health and safety education, the work environment should be improved by establishing proper recognition of MSDS information. It suggests the necessity of a system that can strengthen the management of chemical information provision and guarantee the strategic approach and workers' right to know.

  • The purposes of this study was to confirm the current issues of workforce policy of dental auxiliary personnel in Korea. The literature review and data collection were conducted in terms of the auxiliary personnel supply, regional distribution, legal works, working environment. Despite the rapid increase in the number of dental hygienists, the number of active dental hygienists is less than half of the total, and the dental clinics still experience the shortage. Considering the dental hygienist's work, the available dental auxiliary personnel for the dental assistance is limited. The proportion of dental hygienists is concentrated in large cities, and the ratio of dental clinics composed of only dental hygienists is high. Thus, it is essential to look for a plan to solve the disparity. The criterion for judging the legality of the works is ambiguous because a large portion of dental hygienist's work is not specified in the Medical Technicians Act. The job life is also shortened, and occupational profession and satisfaction are lowered. Thus, job burnout is accelerating. The difference between the legal works and the practiced works of dental hygienist and the conflict between the personnel might be due to the lack of utilization plans for the dental personnel at the government level. Therefore, the government should establish the roles of dental hygienist in accordance with the demands of the dental health service, institutionalize the necessary policies accordingly, and make efforts to establish plans to improve the relevant laws and utilize the manpower appropriately.

'Old Seoul Station' and 'DSME' (DAEWOO Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd.) are monumental spaces that reflect the value of Korea modernization and are shared by Koreans' collective memories, unconsciousness, and unique feelings for the place. 'Old Seoul Station' has changed its place identity to a new space called "Culture Station Seoul 284." 'DSME' is a large-scale industrial complex that still functions actively, and it is like an organism that seeks to change according to changes in its industrial structure. and observe and record images of space related to place identity and the people related to it. It shows the construction of staring into a space in a particular place and continuously recording and placing moments of experience, such as the appearance of people working and resting. If it is not recorded through this, it allows us to see intangible narratives related to volatile place identity, and enables specific place experiences through theaters. This study focuses on production theory based on examples of documentary filming methods for these specific places.

The subjects were 127 art psychotherapists working at counseling centers in Ulsan metropolitan city. Statistical software R was used for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent-sample T-test, and one-way ANOVA. A Scheffe test was used for post hoc analysis. The results showed that the difference in mindfulness of art psychotherapists was significant in age and at peer supervision and case study meanings in supervision type only. Second, the difference in the psychological well-being of art psychotherapists was significant at peer supervision and case study meetings in supervision type only. This means that the more art psychotherapists experience peer supervision and case conferences, the more they perceive mindfulness and psychological well-being. These results suggest that age and supervision type are important for the art psychotherapists' mindfulness and psychological well-being. Therefore, to improve artistic psychotherapists' mindfulness and psychological well-being, it is necessary to systematically develop and operate support programs for each developmental stage to improve artistic psychotherapists' demographic characteristics and professional development.
