  • 본 논문에서는 블루투스 비콘을 이용해 고소 작업장 등의 위험지역에서 작업자 추적 및 확인과 안전 벨트고리를 체결했는지 여부와 작업자의 행동에 따른 데이터를 추가로 수집하여 작업자의 행동 패턴을 분석하였다. IoT 국제 표준인 oneM2M을 기반으로 IoT Device와 Application을 연결하는 중간 매개체로 모비우스 플랫폼을 사용해 시스템을 구축하였다. 또한, 본 연구팀의 선행 연구에서 작업자 위험 행동분류 시스템을 개선할 수 있는 연구 결과를 비교하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 딥러닝을 이용한 작업자 위험 행동 모니터링 선행 연구에 기반해, 엣지 컴퓨팅 기반 딥러닝을 사용하여 클라우드에 대한 의존성 문제를 해결하였다. 작업자는 IoT 안전벨트와 영상 전송 안전모를 통해 정보를 수집, 처리한다. 또한 LSTM 방식에서 개량된 필터를 통한 FFNN 딥러닝 방법을 사용하여 작업자 위험 행동 패턴 분석을 하며 선행 연구의 작업자 행동 모니터링 시스템을 엣지 컴퓨팅 기반 위에서 구현하였다.

A Decentralized Self-Control Strategy for Assembly Cell Using Bucket Brigade (Bucket Brigade를 기반으로 한 분산자율형 조립셀 운영전략)

  • A bucket-brigade is a way of transporting items where items are passed from one person to the next. The operation of the bucket brigade imitates the cooperative behavior of ants when brood, food or other resources are moved. Koo (2009) presented a bucket brigade-based assembly cell where each worker follows a simple rule: perform assembly operations on a product until the next worker downstream takes it over; then go back to the previous worker upstream to take over a new assembly job. In this way, the flow line is self-balanced without any predetermined job assignment. However, there are some productivity losses related to hand-off and blocking. This paper examines the hand-off and blocking losses and presents a new bucket brigade-based assembly cell where working areas for each assembler is restricted with the help of buffer interfaces. Simulation experiments are used to validate the performance of the new assembly system.

A Security Protection Framework for Cloud Computing

  • Cloud computing is a new style of computing in which dynamically scalable and reconfigurable resources are provided as a service over the internet. The MapReduce framework is currently the most dominant programming model in cloud computing. It is necessary to protect the integrity of MapReduce data processing services. Malicious workers, who can be divided into collusive workers and non-collusive workers, try to generate bad results in order to attack the cloud computing. So, figuring out how to efficiently detect the malicious workers has been very important, as existing solutions are not effective enough in defeating malicious behavior. In this paper, we propose a security protection framework to detect the malicious workers and ensure computation integrity in the map phase of MapReduce. Our simulation results show that our proposed security protection framework can efficiently detect both collusive and non-collusive workers and guarantee high computation accuracy.

  • 본 논문에서는 건설 현장이나 발전소 등의 고소 작업이 많은 곳에서 작업하는 근로자의 안전을 확보하기 위해, 클라우드 웹 서비스에 기반에 고소작업자의 행동 데이터를 수집 저장하여 그 데이터를 통해 관리자가 작업자의 행동을 모니터링 하고 위험경고 메시지를 받을 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 작업자가 하는 행동을 관리자가 실시간으로 확인하는 것을 통해 고소 작업산업 현장에서 작업자의 경각심으로 예방이 가능하다.

Application of Bucket Brigades in Assembly Cells for Self Work Balancing (자율적인 밸런싱을 실현하는 Bucket Brigade 기반의 조립셀 운영방식)

  • Assembly line has been recognized as an efficient production system in mass production. However, the recent production environment characterized as mass customization urges production managers to transform a long assembly line to a number of short assembly cells. To maximize the utilization of resources in an assembly cell, it is important to have the line balanced. This paper presents a bucket brigade-based assembly cell. Bucket brigade is a way of coordinating workers who progressively perform a set of assembly operations on a flow line. Each worker follows a simple rule: perform assembly operations on a product until the next worker downstream takes it over; then go back to the previous worker upstream to take over a new assembly job. In this way, the line balances itself. The bucket brigade assembly cell is analyzed and compared with traditional assembly lines and general assembly cells. The paper also discusses some prerequisite requirements and limitations when the bucket brigade assembly cells are employed.

Analysis of Consciousness Structure of Social Workers for the Casual Factors of Elderly Abuse Using FSM (FSM을 이용한 노인학대 발생요인에 대한 사회복지사의 의식구조 분석)

  • In this paper, the fuzzy structure model for the consciousness structure of social workers related to the elder abuse factors was derived and analyzed. The characteristics of the model was obtained as follows. First, the elder abuse behavior at the top layer was related to the attitude of the elderly and the work overload of social workers. Second, the attitude of the elderly and the work overload of social workers at the middle layer were related to the personality of social worker, the physical and mental dependency of client, and the personality of client. Third, the personality of social worker, the knowledge of the elderly, the personality of client, and the physical and psychological dependence of the client affected directly the elder abuse behavior without going through the middle layer. Fourth, the work overload of social workers at the middle layer was affected the attitude of the elderly. Finally, the age of social workers, the working image, the job training, and provision of punishment to the social workers were the isolated layer, in which the relationship between the elder abuse behavior and related factors was not found.

The Correlational Study on Health-promoting Behavior, Occupational Life-satisfaction and Self-esteem of the Blue Color Workers (생산직 근로자의 건강증진 행위, 생활만족도 및 자아존중감과의 관계연구)

  • Purpose: This study was done to describe the correlation among the blue color worker's health-promoting behavior, occupational life-satisfaction and self-esteem. Method: The subjects consisted of 190 industrial workers employed in one electronics manufacturing plant in Gumi and were obtained by a convenience sample. Data were collected from October 6th to 17th, 2002 by structured questionnaires. The instruments for this study were Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile(47 items), Occupational Life-satisfaction Scale(20 items) and Self-esteem Scale(10 items). Frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and Pearson's correlation coefficient with SAS program were used to analyze the data. Result: 1) The average item score for the health-promoting behavior was 3.01; the highest score on the subscale was self-actualization(M=3.39) with the lowest being exercise(M=2.37). 2) The average item score for the occupational life-satisfaction was 2.96. 3) The average item score for the self-esteem was 2.83. 4) Health-promoting behavior was significantly different according to educational level and age. 5) Occupational life satisfaction was significantly different according to age and religion. 6) Self-esteem was significantly different according to age. 7) Health-promoting behavior was positively related to occupational life-satisfaction and self-esteem. The occupational life-satisfaction was positively related to self-esteem. Conclusion : It follows from this study that there is a very correlation among the blue color worker's health-promoting behavior, occupational life-satisfaction and self-esteem. Therefore health promoting programs that increase occupational life- satisfaction and self-esteem should be developed to promote a healthy lifestyle of the blue color workers.

Study on the Structural Relation between the Level of Fatigue and Stress of Construction Workers and Disaster Risks (건설근로자의 피로도와 스트레스 및 재해위험의 구조적 관계)

  • This study empirically examines how much effect levels of fatigue and stress of a construction worker have on disaster risks from the perspective of human factors concerning construction disaster risks. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted with respect to construction workers working at large construction sites within the metropolitan area. The retrieved survey data were analyzed by using the statistical software programs, SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 8.0. The results of this study do not definitively lead to the conclusion that the level of fatigue or stress of construction workers result in disaster risks. However, it does show that the results vary depending upon the individual approach and treatment of stress and fatigue. In particular, this study revealed that disaster risk levels could increase through unsafe behavior intentions which were established as a mediator variable. Also, with respect to unsafe behavior intentions of construction workers leading to disaster risks, when examining the results that the level of mental fatigue, occupational stress and social-psychological stress of construction workers had a greater significant effect than the level of physical fatigue, this study demonstrates the importance of psychological and mental issues that could be easily overlooked with respect manual labor workers.

Study on Perception of Group Home for the People with Disabilities Worker on Sexually Problematic Behavior of Adults with Developmental Disabilities (발달장애인의 성문제 행동에 대한 장애인공동생활가정 종사자의 인식에 관한 연구)

  • In order to find out perception of group home for the people with disabilities worker on sexual behavior of adults with developmental disabilities in a holistic way, This study conducted in-depth interviews with six research participants using Giorgi's phenomenological study method to understand the meaning of perception of sexual behavior of adults with developmental disabilities. According to data analysis, these experiences appeared as two thematic themes: 'sexual trouble behavior' and 'perception of sexuality'. Two sub-themes of 'Excessive expression of sexual desire', 'Improper sexual behavior that can lead to sexual offenses' were derived from the essence theme of 'sexually problematic behavior' and 'perception of sexuality' were derived from the essence theme of 'lack of suitable solution', 'conditions that are not enough to have sex appeal', 'frustrated sexuality', 'some dilemma problem', 'sexuality that is not different from non-disabled', and 'love and sex are ok, pregnancy and marriage are no'. Based on this, group home caregivers contribute to their role as the main agents who reinforce and reproduce the sexual norms of adults with intellectual disabilities, while at the same time they experience confusion in their values about sexual norms of people with intellectual disabilities. Based on the results, We discusses the major intervention plan for education programs to enhance the competences of group home caregivers in order to form a holistic perspective of group home caregivers in sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities, and provide rational solutions.
